Are you ready to remember the “Art of Transmutation?” Transmutation is more than third dimensional change. Transmutation is a shift of consciousness, and thus perception, into a higher and higher frequencies of the ONE.
“Transmutation” is different from “Change” in that it is a shift into a higher frequency of reality, whereas “change” often occurs within the same frequency of reality.
In order to perceive and/or be aware of this change, your consciousness, and thus your perceptions, will need to resonate to a higher frequency of synaptic interactions within your brain, as well as a shift from Conditional Love into Unconditional Love
Conditional Love is guided by your third and lower fourth dimensional consciousness, whereas “Unconditional Love,” is guided by your higher fourth dimensional and fifth dimensional states of consciousness.
Your “state of consciousness,” which is the blending of your thoughts and emotions, determines your choice of perceptions and how you inter-act with these perceptions. If your state of consciousness is based on love and happiness, you will perceive your life, and the life that surrounds you, in a positive, hopeful manner.
Therefore, solutions to “problems” will be more easily found, you will trust yourself more and thus enjoy your life more, and you will feel a deep need to be of assistance to others, to Gaia, and to enjoy the reality that you can recognize as you own creation.
Because your own life feels good, centered, and ready to serve, you are present when others need you, you enjoy your “work,” and look forward to what else life will reveal for you.
Because you are centered, you are able to admit that all life has it’s ups and downs, and are able to enjoy the good times, as well as “forgive” the people and situations that are more difficult to address.
Because you feel strong within your self, you may choose to take on a task that you did not believe that you could address before. One of these tasks is to assist other people, situations, or parts of Gaia’s beings that need your assistance.
In fact, because you can now consciously perceive you own “Inner Assistance,” you feel confident that you can assist others to also connect with their own Inner Assistance. Different people will need different types of assistant, and different people will offer different types of assistance.
In this version of reality, most people, animals, and even Gaia’s Nature, can remain more calm and deeply centered within their own “need to assist with the process of transmuting Gaia into Her fifth dimensional expressions.”
Transmutation does NOT just mean change. Transmutations mean “change into a higher frequency of resonance.” The “art” of transmutation means the ART of creating, healing, enjoying, and/or guiding one’s self, or others, into a higher frequency expression of their current reality.
Transmutation is the higher frequency of synaptic interactions that allow you to shift your thinking, your emotions, and thus your perceptions, into a higher frequency of resonance. Likely, you would notbe consciously aware of this shift into a higher frequency of resonance.
However, you would likely think it is a great day, you are having fun, and/or having a sudden burst of creative ideas. Many, if not most, of the members of your society do not perceive higher frequencies of reality that resonate beyond the spectrum of their third dimensional perceptions.
And, very few people would be aware that they had just transmuted their third/fourth daily thinking into their fifth dimensional thinking. However, they would definitely feel a wave of joy, happiness, creativity and/or a need to call a friend to have a nice conversation.
We the Arcturians, would like to remind you to call your “Higher Dimensional Friends,” who have likely been over-lighting you since you were born. Many of the “imaginary friends” that children have are actually members of their higher dimensional friends.
Dear brave warriors to take an earth vessel within this NOW, we Arcturians wish to remind you again that these are times in which there are more and more fifth dimensional energy fields. Often, the purpose of these fifth dimensional energy fields is to assist humanity with their process of transmutation.
“What exactly is the process of transmutation?” we hear you ask us. The process, or the art, of transmutation is that the frequency rate and/or carrier wave of a message comes into your consciousness so quickly that it appears to “just suddenly be there.”
It is the process of transmutation that allows our grounded ones to converse with their own fifth dimensional self, and/or the fifth dimensional expression of their Higher Guides. We say “Higher Guides” because it is the fifth dimensional beings who are your Higher Guides.
Very often, but not always, your Higher Guides are a higher dimensional expression of your own Multidimensional SELF. Many of you, the grounded ones, have Pleiadian fifth dimensional expressions on the Star Ships that are NOW invisibly protecting Gaia, as well as on your higher dimensional Home Worlds.
We call them “Home Worlds” because these higher dimensional expressions of the many, multidimensional planets, actually provide Schools where you, our brave warriors to take earth vessels on Gaia, can prepare for your upcoming incarnation on Earth.
One of the many things that you are all learning during your nightly visits to your Homeworld and/or Starship is how remember your innate ability to transmute your physical reality on Earth into the “landing pad” for your own Higher Dimensional SELF who will be entering and merging with the earth vessels that you are currently wearing.
We say “wearing” your body as a means to remind you that you have many frequencies of your SELF. Therefore, just as you may go into your closet to decide what clothes you wish to wear, your various higher dimensional expressions of SELF will choose the “3D Body” that we wish to wear for each incarnation on Earth.
When you invite the higher dimensional expressions of your Multidimensional SELF to join you during your third dimensional incarnation, you will feel confident that you will remember your true SELF in the higher dimensions of your Starship or Homeworld.
Unfortunately, that memory often leaves your consciousness when you “grow up” and have to face the many challenges of Gaia’s current third/fourth dimensional planet. However, when you take a physical earth vessel, it is made of the same elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water as the planet.
In this manner, you will be reminded before you take your earth vessels that when you collaborate with these elements, and the living elementals that can only be perceived with fifth dimensional vision, you will go deeper and higher into the NOW of the ONE.
Are you ready to remember the “Art of Transmutation” into the NOW of the ONE? To enter this fifth dimensional experience of being within the NOW of the ONE, you will need to have the courage to “surrender” into the YOU that has over-lite you for your entire life.
To surrender into this YOU that is a higher dimensional expression of the YOU who is currently wearing an earth vessel, you will need to allow to remember that which you have chosen to forget. When you can allow your self to remember the many dreams, meditations and memories of a higher dimensional reality that was guided by Unconditional Love and Multidimensional Light.
This reality can not be perceived via your third dimensional perceptions, or even your third dimensional thoughts. This higher dimensional reality of your own higher dimensional SELF has been over-lighting you since you entered your mother’s womb. When you left your mother’s womb, you had a third dimensional physical body.
However, you also “gave birth” to you fifth dimensional form. Your fifth dimensional form may or may not look like your physical body, as it may just appear to you as a calming sensation of LIGHT. You could see that LIGHT for only a few years, if that much, as no one else in your reality could see it.
Therefore, you learned to keep the memory, the light and the unconditional love of this “invisible” being to your self. You likely discovered that if you tried to tell others of your experience, they could not understand, or they may even have criticized you. Therefore, you learned at a young age to keep these experience of your LIGHT a secret from others.
However, because you could perceive your own light you could also perceive the light of others. You could tell when someone’s “light was low,” and when they had remembered to transmute their own inner light into their own “higher light.”
Most people did not share that process of turning on their Inner Light, as others would only laugh or criticize you. However, the Inner Light did not leave your consciousness unless YOU forgot to honor that light, listen to that light, and even just remember that light.
When you honored the Light, you also remembered the “art of transmutation.” This “art” thought you that, if you looked for the Light, you would find it. However, this Light changed with different situations. It also responded to your emotions. When you were sad, the Light appeared to be a bit gray, but when you were happy and enlightened, the Light became gold and seemed to flow into and through your body.
In fact, many of you had you first experience of the power of the Light within you when you had a Kundalini experience and the Light rose up from the base of your spine and rose all the way to the top of your Crown Chakra.
In fact, your Chakras served as power centers in your body which were able to amplify you inner light, or to dim it. You emotions had a great deal to do with the amplitude of your inner light. When you were sad, you inner light dimmed. When you were angry and/or sad, your inner light became gray.
However, when you grounded your body into Gaia’s Earth and called upon your higher guidance, you could go into a higher state of consciousness and feel this Inner Light stir at the base of your spine and rise up your spinal cord—chakra by chakra.
When your Inner Light reached your Crown Chakra, you inter-dimensional communication with your higher dimensional expressions of SELF joined you to assist you to remember your true SELF. You may not have remembered this experience, as your third dimensional brain has a difficult time remembering your fifth dimensional experiences.
Therefore, we highly suggest that you document this experience in some manner—writing it down, speaking into a recording or even drawing a picture. Then, on day in an unknown future, you will somehow feel drawn to look in your journal and find the documentation of an Interdimensional Experience, which your third dimensional brain could not remember.
Once you find the written story of your experience, we suggest that you share this experience with others. When you find the courage to share your “Interdimensional Experiences” you will find that many others are also having a similar experience, but did not share it with others for the same fear of judgment that you had.
Why are humans fine with anger, judgment and criticism from others, but are too threatened by other’s response to their own spiritual experiences of awakening?
The answer is “a lifetime of judgment” from “other humans.” One of humanity greatest fear is “fear of the unknown.” They are partially afraid of the unknown as there is a safety in being like the others around you. However, your personal evolutions, which we perceive as your “personal return to SELF,” WILL be judged by others who are afraid of change—any change.
However, once you allow yourself to have, and most important, to remember, document and share with others, your “Art of Transmutation” of the gray illusions of fear into the Golden Experience of your own Multidimensional SELF.
Yes, when you allow yourself to expand your consciousness into the higher frequencies of reality, the first perception you have is very often the vision and/or the words, of your own Multidimensional/Higher Dimensional SELF.
Please remember to document this experience in some manner, as your third dimensional brain will likely forget this higher dimensional experience. Also, once you have awakened enough to remember how to connect with your own Higher SELF, you are ready to begin the fulfillment of your REASON FOR EMBODIMENT.
YES, all of you had a reason why you chose to take your current Earth Vessel. And, if you have discovered our message, were ready to read it, and are moved to share your process of awakening, you have found YOUR reason for embodiment.

When one has been denied freedom, whether in the form of prison or being captured, for a very long time, there is something that happens in the mind and heart of said soul. It is like a form of The Stockholm Syndrome where you have identified with the captor/imprisoner in the name of survival. Only, in this case, the bars are no longer in front of you but they continue to exist energetically anyway. They were all that was ever known.
I have been digesting this inside of myself the last couple of days, where I can feel aspects of me that have been used to a particular consciousness, or way of relating to the world both inner and outer. There are goggles that are placed on them that were not put on them against their will, but so that they could ‘deal’ with the very real reality of True Freedom that stands right in front of them. They are not oblivious to this reality. It has been a necessary part of a healing process.
If there is no matrix, or if there was never one to begin with, we are left to address our own ownership of that which we feel like is imprisoning us. We are left to reconcile that we are the captor and the captured both. We are highly efficient and powerful creators that can manifest more than we are able to let in so we can use the power of our projection to devise all sorts of excuses that can buffer us from that reality, that I hold as my personal truth.
As the dawn of the New Era is shining is a powerful Divine light upon us, the shadow of those prison bars is becoming increasingly clear. The truth behind their existence needs to be taken responsibility for or else they will continue to stand right where they are at. I hold that these limitations, these projections, these fears have all been necessary but no longer serviceable. They are held inside by parts of you that have a long and varied history with both persecution and being persecuted. Captor and being captured. Find, feel, and release the chains of these heart and soul beings so that they can be transmuted into the grandeur of love they truly ARE.

LISA RENEE – Time Shift Blog – Transmutation of Shadow – 4-10-18
Over many months now, we’ve been describing a basic understanding that the grounding mechanism for supporting the human body, the foundation that exists in the human light body and in the planetary light body, is reconfiguring into different functions as the lower two dimensional membranes have dissolved. As we travel through the pinnacle of the shifting timelines and trigger events, many people are breaking through amnesiac barriers to access the dark contents of the subconscious mind, pain body and shadow where the collective fear programming has been stored. Amnesiac barriers are the walls of separation that exist inside the compartments of the lower mind, or in the Three Layers of Ego. These unaddressed places in our mental and emotional body, hold contents of hidden darkness and shadow, and this content of unhealed pain and fear are pushing through the internal barriers, and its contents come into full view of the conscious mind. As this subconscious content surfaces, some people will deny it and push it back down, and some people will be willing to acknowledge the inner shadow and be willing to face the fear and pain in order to transmute and clear it. Some people are unaware this subconscious content comes from inside of themselves, and may project that unconscious shadow upon others around them, or even blame others for the shadow they see inside of themselves.
This can manifest as tremendous torrents of mental and emotional pressure that greatly increases the perceptions of fear and pain, anxiety and suffering that are being experienced in many people’s lives. When we are clouded by the lens of fear and self-delusions, we are easily overwhelmed and can feel mentally paralyzed as a result of the bombardment of fear, running its frequency throughout our nervous system. During the Dark Night of the Soul, many people do not have clarity on the actual causal source of where their fear and pain impulses are coming from. Much of what is being experienced on the earth now is being greatly amplified through the hidden fear, buried trauma and emotional wounds from our past, that are surfacing into our conscious mind.
As the amnesiac barrier dissolves in the subconscious areas of the human being, the leftover subconscious fragments are being filtered through the sacral-sexual areas. Which produces amplified distortion in the lower mental body, amplifying anxiety in the pain body, then compulsions for gaining relief from the sensations of internal pressure, which in turn produces more physical perceptions of pain. The subconscious fragments and the emotional aberrance buildup inside the mental and emotional body, which distorts the human lightbody, and this inner distortion increases outer physical pain. As a result, this has increased perceptions of physical pain in the masses. For those who are working with their subconscious and disciplining the negative ego mind, intending to clear out the pain body, and honoring their physical vehicle, there is less painful pressure. Instead the sensation is replaced with the desire to embody increasing levels of authenticity and cultivate meaningful connections and purpose in the world.
I believe that this lends to a lot of the surreal qualities that many of us may be sensing now, especially in the external environment with others or sensing as our orientation within time and space shifts. Time and space feels very different in the current times, it can feel very strange during this phase, as time can feel to slow way down, or to speed up really fast in different intervals throughout the day to day activities. Currently there are sweeping changes occurring to the planetary architecture and this greatly impacts the inner circuitry interconnections that function the metabolic rhythms inside the human body. So it impacts the way our body functions in the day to day, and it also impacts the functioning of the collective consciousness we experience as the energetic environment. Think about the group mind, the planetary mind, pretty much everyone on the planet is being impacted by the ascension process, but this impact is based upon their level of sensitivity or connection to whatever they’re actually perceiving that is in their reality. This shift is putting stress upon the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual layers of humanity, in order to help us adapt to the laws of structure that govern the energetic current and ray structure in the next Harmonic Universe (HU).
When we move into a full octave or evolve into another dimension, into the next harmonic universe, the laws governing that structure changes. We were born into the 3D system and those 3D laws are completing in this ending cycle, as well as collapsing the overlays of alien machinery and AI that was used in 3D to manipulate the lower timelines. However, recognizing that within each dimension, within each harmonic universe there are different laws governing the consciousness structure. That means the movement of consciousness energy in the time and space matrix changes, and it functions differently. The world of forces as we’ve known them on the earth are fundamentally changing their patterns of movement and progression as energy comes into form manifestation. This is highly confusing to both humans and nonhumans, whom do not seem to understand that the shifting laws change energy dynamics, and therefore requires we change how we align to energies and adapt to these shifting laws. As we transit into the next harmonic universe it requires that the cellular record, the birth imprint recorded in our light body and consciousness be altered, so that our identity right now is able to synchronize with the higher frequency timeline or ascending spaces that exist without this alien machinery and AI time loop. For those of us participating directly with the ascension of planet earth, we understand the artificial controls that have been a part of the 3D system and we see the battle in the field taking place. The war over consciousness that is escalating over the access to control the earth territories right now.
For some people, this arc of forward evolution that is moving beyond the 3D earth mind control, could be a much longer pathway for them to realize the enslavement system that they are enmeshed with. Only when we can see what consciousness slavery is, then we can choose to release ourselves from the deceptions and delusions that we have been conditioned to believe that have been designed to make us mind control slaves. For others, it’s a much shorter pathway that is moving into a higher timeline and for the ascending groups, this alignment is happening right now. So we must transform our mental body, our consciousness into transmitting or holding more loving, kind and unifying thought forms or suffer the consequences of the unconscious mind, the collective unconsciousness stream in the lower density of earth that pulls us down into the black forces like a lead weight.
The density of the unconscious collective forces carry a magnetic pull of black force interaction that works similar to a sucking vacuum. It sucks down everything in its path aligned to the negative polarity to be dragged into the black void of space. Think about the negative polarity of the black subtle forces, the black void of space, the unconsciousness stream that travels into the black force field and into the black void. It has a magnetic pull to it, so if we allow ourselves to just go unconscious and align with negative polarity, we’re now flowing into the massive force and suction of the planetary unconsciousness stream, which of course is something that we don’t want to do. That’s not our preference during this time, but we should recognize that is what is happening for many people that are stuck in the negative polarity that are on this earth at this time. They are pulled down into the undertow of the unconsciousness stream, via the negative polarity they still have left uncleared in their body, and it is in this section of the field that the NAA are transmitting artificial intelligence forces in the negative polarity towards the human pain body in order to weigh people down into the heavy density of the false timeline.
Because of the magnetic pull of the black forces, because it has a gravitational pull and force field that is extremely dense, the negative alien’s (NAs) are banking on that black force for maintaining the status quo of the unconscious slavery of the earth inhabitants. Still, many people on the planet may not consciously recognize that they’ve been born into a slavery system on a imprisoned planet, so in the buried areas of the unconscious mind, hidden behind the amnesiac barriers, they know that there’s slavery on planet earth but most people have ego defense mechanisms that actually deny that this is happening. The NAs are also banking on this tendency to deny facing the truth, as the method to maintain the unconsciousness in the masses, keeping the slavery hidden and buried behind the amnesiac barrier, so that human beings do not come into the realization that the war for their consciousness liberation is actually happening now. By transmitting extremely negative based thoughts, as well as generating more of these black subtle forces in the field, they capitalize on growing fear and chaos, promoting mass distraction to keep people occupied on perceived threats against their personal safety. This is highly magnified in the collective consciousness now, once we look at it as a group consciousness stream and recognize that the group belief systems and thought forms are sourcing from the manipulation of the negative alien and controller influences.
Black subtle forces exist in the negative polarity and they connect to the material earth elements and are related to the forces of gravity. Understanding black subtle forces, it’s the principle of unconsciousness or falling asleep in the material world and it has a heavy weight. It’s very dense and has suction force. As a result these black subtle forces tend to pull people down into density, which produces inactivity, darkness, dullness, absence of light, we could also call it dark ignorance. When a person holds too much negative polarity of this black colored subtle force in their light body, they will show effects of this dark ignorance – delusions, extreme negative ego, insensitivity, closed heart, it’s an unconsciousness combined with a lack of sensory feeling and little to no empathy for others. Most of the time a person that has a lot of black colored force in their light body, has deeply buried psychology or emotional trauma blockages and this tends to make them distracted and unaware of what their problems really are. They are usually distracted in the world thinking their problems are stemming from something in the 3D world, when its actually their own psychological and emotional blockages that are manifesting the recurring problems in their life.
This kind of person many times allows negative forces, dark forces and even other people to completely manipulate or control them and this is what makes the Victim-Victimizer (V/V) program, the V/V archetypes and role playing so popular on planet earth. These negative polarity archetypes are the primary way the NAs manipulate the collective unconsciousness through repeating historical trigger events that capitalize on the victimizer role. Because when we’re in a victim role, generally we’re refusing to take responsibility for our life or we’re blaming somebody else for what’s happening to us and that’s a part of the controller setup in keeping people disempowered on this planet. If we refuse to take responsibility for our life or we refuse to make changes in our world to adapt, then this escalates more generation of this black substance and of course this generates even more miasmatic blockages in the body. When the black substance is not balanced in a human body or you don’t know how to transmute it within, this is what creates an internal state of incoherence, magnified chaos or apathy. This truly is the state of hell and of the lost soul.
When we think for a moment what’s happening in the world today, how many people do you know that are in this dense black state either around you or that you have observed in the environment? Can you discern when a human being, a human body is holding more black force than light force in their body and recognize when someone is weighted in a high percentage with more black force in their body, that the density this creates is a risk for hijacking their body. It’s recognizing that black force creates a risk in mind control, possession and attachments, it produces consciousness slavery. Without holding judgement on any human being, but learning how to see this, and recognize this state of negative polarity is very important for our discernment, especially when you’re interacting with others in the 3D world and in the controller system. Being aware of what kind of energy is near you and what you are interacting with, is key for discernment and accurate assessment of the environment. A person that has a high percentage of black subtle force in their body is 100% at risk for demonic possession, alien mind control as well as losing control over their bodily impulses and of course losing access to their own mind and thoughts.
The negative ego construct, militarized weaponry and the alien machinery is used on the earth especially now to manipulate humans into mass-producing more of these black subtle forces. This ferments into black miasma. It’s a dead energy. This is about leaving the masses in that state of unconsciousness, because if you’re unconscious and you’re not self-aware, you can be easily controlled by dominating forces. Alien technology and mind control methods are designed to generate and circulate as much of this negative polarity black force and density in the human body as possible. Physical activities that direct more energy throughout the body are helpful in neutralizing some of that black force accumulation. Black force in its principle is a stagnant principal and is buildup of stagnant energies, so physical activity with single minded focus can actually dissolve it.
With all of this happening now, our efforts should be towards deflecting and neutralizing this black force and especially neutralizing the psychological mind control operations targeting us with blasts of this negativity by committing to connect with our inner spirit, learning how to ground into our own core self, and learning how to be inner directed, learning how to connect within. When we’ve developed a strong inner directed grounding mechanism, it is so much easier to stay centered and keep our heart open. Even while we are sailing through these choppy seas that are generated from the convergence of many forces coming together at once, along with a lot of energetic interference and collision patterns.
The death culture is used to promote destructive lifestyles in order to permanently damage the heart, damage the soul and brain into some kind of form of fragmentation or dissociation. Dissociative behaviors eliminate all traces of true human empathy and remove the accountability towards the ethical implication that is behind the operations of the current world social, political, military, and corporate structures. This wall of separation is the negative polarity that exists inside us, and can exist in terms of our light body, until we choose to bring light to the darkness that we find inside ourselves.
It takes personal will and commitment to understand how fear and deception works in the hidden shadows of darkness, in order to find the strength to fully transform it into light and truth. All of us have the internal power to transform the darkness into light. Being courageous enough to face our deepest and darkest fears, facing the inner shadow and being willing to put forth the effort to overcome it, is the path we all must take to secure our consciousness freedom during the Ascension Cycle.

There are also magic tricks where the audience is guided to look at one hand, while the other hand does something totally different.

Many people have become so involved in running their own life that they do not attend to the greater responsibility of running their country. Therefore, a person was elected who is too involved in his own life. While the people are too busy “making money,” or just surviving, dear Planet Earth was, and still is, being deeply damaged.
The people, the humans who were meant to be the “protectors of the planet,” have been side-tracked by the damage and destruction that has occurred in their own lives. There are, of course, many people who are, and have always been, concerned about Gaia. Unfortunately, this group is the minority.
Hopefully, the immense crisis to Gaia’s well-being will be addressed before too long. Of course, when the Galactics land, they will be able to instantly repair what the third dimensional humans have destroyed.
However, by that NOW, Gaia, who is a living being, will have suffered even more assaults from the humans and leaders who care more about their own accumulations of things, money, and the manipulations of others, than they care about the planet that has offered them a home for many incarnations.
The United States, which was supposed be the flash point of ascension, is falling backwards into the control of those who are unable to regain control of their own country.
Unfortunately, as well as fortunately, “The Darkest Night is just before Dawn.” But, only when the “darkest night” is revealed, can it be transmuted into the light. Therefore, there is a purging of “Power Over Others” actions that need to be transmuted into “Power Within” actions.
A “power over others” action comes from those humans who do NOT have sufficient “power within themselves.” When one feels a sense of “power within themselves,” they have NO need to dominate or control.
Instead, these people have the “power within” to take good care of themselves, their friends and family, and also their planet, and they feel how good it is to have come into this place of “Self Mastery.”
In fact, once one has come into a “power within” consciousness and the confidence of “Self Mastery,” their consciousness expands into “fifth dimensional consciousness.” We will now review the different frequencies of consciousness.
Third dimensional consciousness is based on surviving in a third dimensional reality in which “power OVER others” is a constant challenge. In this frequency of reality, the evolving ones are in the process of remembering and gaining their own “power WITHIN themselves.
They evolve beyond their person needs and look out into their reality to see how they can assist.
As more and more third dimensionals are able to make this distinction, they can transmute their consciousness, as well as their energy field, into higher and higher octaves of light. Also, when darkness is revealed, one can more easily transmute it into higher frequencies of Light.
This act of transmutation is easily achieved with the Mantra of:

Light that is created via the transmutation of darkness is exceptionally strong. Just as EVERY Ascended Master had to discover, explore, and transmute their own darkness and fear before they could totally transmute it into light and move into their ascension, every human alive on planet Earth must also identify and transmute their own darkness.
This is usually in the form of fear for the “good people living their daily lives,” whereas the “Power Over Others” dark leaders have found “too much power” during this transitional phase of Gaia.
Why have the dark ones found so much power in this transitional phase? The answer to this question is very complex, so we will go through it in detail. During the transitional phase of a country, in this case, of a planet, all darkness must be revealed so that it can be transmuted.
How can one transmute that which they do not know exists? Therefore, the darkest night must be revealed before it can be transmuted. It is during this “darkest night” that humanity realizes that it is the NOW to turn on “their inner lights.”
As humanity moves into higher and higher states of consciousness, they will be more and more able to connect with their own Higher Self. The connection with one’s Higher Self is the first step of personal ascension.
Then, as more and more of humanity connects with their Higher Self, society as a whole will begin to remember that they took this incarnation, not to be smart, rich, famous, talented or good-looking.
They took this incarnation to assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension.
More and more, the awakening and awakened ones, are realizing that intelligence, money, fame, talent and/or an attractive appearance is “a component of their current incarnation” which is meant, on a higher dimensional level, to assist them to assist others with planetary ascension.
Unfortunately, some of our volunteers to take an earth vessel to assist with planetary ascension have gotten lost and have used their talents for selfish gain. Fortunately, many, many other volunteers to Earth have remembered their promise to assist with Planetary Ascension.
Of course, the first question for all of them is, “What exactly does Planetary Ascension mean?” And their second question is, “How can I help to ascend an entire planet?” We will attempt to answer these questions. However, we ask that each of you find your own answers to these questions.
First, we will address the question of:
“What does Planetary Ascension mean?”
In the simplest terms, planetary ascension means that your third dimensional “Physical Earth Vessel” and your fourth dimensional “Astral Earth Vessel” will transmute into a higher frequency of resonance.
To explain what we are saying, we will use the example of a balloon filled with hydrogen and a balloon filed with oxygen. When a balloon is filled with hydrogen, it easily and naturally rises up higher and higher.
On the other hand, a balloon filled with oxygen will fall to the ground. Both balloons may look the same, but they behave in a very different manner. This discrepancy is very common for humanity.
Some humans seek to rise into higher and higher frequencies of reality, even though it may mean that they would have to leave the physical Earth. On the other hand, other humans are not at all interested in rising into a higher frequency.
Some feel this way because they enjoy the domination over others that they can have on third dimensional Earth. On the other hand, some feel that they can’t rise into the higher dimensions because they can barely make it on the third dimension.
Unfortunately, this second group has not been told, or did not learn or remember, that they are Multidimensional Beings who already resonate to higher frequencies of reality. Therefore, they are not aware that they can communicate with these higher expressions of their physical self to gain the much needed Unconditional Love and Divine Guidance.
We, the Arcturians, are here within this NOW to remind you that EVERYONE has a Higher Self! Even those humans who have fallen into the darkest realms of Power Over Others have a Higher Self.
But, usually, something happened in their early years that made them believe that “they” must focus on the “power over them” if they are to survive and thrive in their early years.
Then, because their parents do NOT teach them how to find and live by their own “Power Within,” the children grew up with the belief that the ONLY power is that which you command OVER others.
Unfortunately, this type of training often continues generation after generation, as “Power Over” parents teach their children to be “Power Over” adults. However, there is something that is occurring within the NOW that was not available before.
What is occurring within your NOW is that the “you,” that is your higher dimensional SELF is beginning to communicate with “you,” who is your physical self. At first these communications are during a dream or a deep meditation.
However, if “you,” the receiver of this inter-dimensional communication, listens closely to this inner message, and even document that message in some manner, you will begin to establish an intimate relationship with your own fifth dimensional and beyond SELF.
Once you have established this relationship, your life will begin to change forever. Initially, your life will change because you will get information from the fifth dimensional HERE and NOW.
Since this fifth dimensional information is NOT bound by your third dimensional time and space, you, the receiver of these fifth dimensional messages, as well as the fifth dimensional energy field through which you have received the messages, begin to change.
At first this change can be quite subtle, but over your “time,” especially if you document these messages in some way, you will gain a deeper, and increasingly intimate, relationship with a “being” that only you can perceive.
Only you can perceive this being or beings because they are communicating with you via “your” open Multidimensional Portal. A Multidimensional Portal is much like a tunnel that originates in the fifth dimension and beyond to connect with the life-forms on the Astral Plane of the fourth dimension and the Physical Plane of the third dimension.
When one first begins to receive these messages, they may wonder why they are “talking to their self” so much. Also, they often wonder how “they” could receive this type of message that talks about Higher Worlds, Expanded Consciousness, and Personal and Planetary Ascension.
Many people receive these message for a long amount of your “time” before they begin to take these messages seriously. In fact, at first the human one may think they are “just imagining” the message, or perhaps they are a bit “crazy?”
The truth is that they ARE “imagining” these messages because “imagination” is fifth dimensional communication. And, indeed, what they are experiencing is communication with a being who resonates to a fifth dimensional, Lightbody form. In fact, this fifth dimensional being is very often the fifth dimensional expression of their own Multidimensional SELF.
What we wish to underline is that EVERYONE is multidimensional, and EVERYONE can, and usually is, communicating with their own higher dimensional expression of SELF. However, often these communications occur while they are sleeping or meditating.
The reason for this is because when one is sleeping and or meditating, or even involved in a very satisfying and creative act, their consciousness expands into the fourth, fifth, and even beyond, states of consciousness. This “higher state of consciousness” activates your “higher dimensional perceptions.”
It is via your higher states of consciousness, that you regain your higher dimensional perceptions. Please remember that your higher dimensional perceptions are not like your third dimensional perceptions, but they are somewhat like your fourth dimensional dreams.
So “dream” your way back to your Multidimensional SELF, and we, the Arcturians and your Galactic Family, will meet you at the threshold of your expanded reality.

We present the talk given by Alexandra Meadors at the July 18, 2017 Paradigm Shift Online Conference organized by Lana and David Love.
The ball gets rolling when Alexandra is asked about the conference theme, “paradigm shift.” This topic is perfect for Alexandra. This is her first major public statement since her extraordinary, prolonged, brutal and wildly successful mission in Ireland and Scotland. She now shares new inspirations and revelations, deriving from that extraordinary trip, unexpected in so many ways. Here she proceeds to fill out her understanding of the massive world-changes underway.
Alexandra declares us well into the ‘endgame’. This should not come as a great surprise to many who have been following Alexandra or have felt the energies. But critical work remains. Alexandra spells out the issues facing us in this quickening chapter, the paths to resolution, and our cheerful prospects.
Alexandra’s decisive theme is the need for us to create and decide our timeline, to choose our future by choosing our present, by unifying consciousness, by shaping ourselves with our highest and most complete and loving awareness. We see awakening and opening from the highest levels to the lowest. Alexandra urges us to heal by understanding our cosmic past in a brutal game that was sure to land some scars. She urges us to send our appeal and our spirits reach straight to Prime Creator, Source of All, God, All-That-Is… (and however you gender Him/Her/It ). The game is finishing.
The paradigm has already shifted, the timelines are well along. But still we all have work to do. That is where choice comes in. What holds us back from fully choosing the rising wave of Light? Alexandra spends a third of the talk with a brilliant, detailed repertory of our deep operating programs of consciousness. Some of these are ancient and served us well as ‘defense mechanisms’. Clearing of these programs remains paramount.
It is time, Alexandra says, to dispense with hard-earned and hard-learned capabilities, skills and attitudes, as well as self-destructive behaviors. We learned hard lessons and survival skills, none too pretty. But we turned the tide; ‘we’ on every level imaginable, up to the One. And down in the dark. So forgiveness too is uppermost. Forgiveness starts with self-forgiveness, which comes more easily when we understand how we got here. Alexandra speaks briefly about the anomaly, the shattering of the mirror, which got things off to a bad start in this universe.
Alexandra finally spells out numerous old programs that we need to clear: Thinking we need to ask permission to be free, that we may not ask for help, driving ourselves too hard, being over self-controlling, expecting hostility, feeling guilty, playing the cornered cat, forgetting we have the right and reason to call upon Prime Creator. She covers an amazing range in the last 20 minutes.
This does not mean to give up our defenses or common sense. It means to strategize for the endgame. In a wearingly long time, we are at last riding a last wave home. A wave that will take us to shore, a soft beach landing or a rocky finish, is the obvious choice ahead of us. Let’s steady the boat. Starseeds that are the forerunners of ascension are getting up once again from the result of the waves of energies that came through in huge waves in September. Those of us that “take one for the team” are wondering when the hell we are going to be done with this empathetic transmutation for the collective. Those who are experiencing emotional drama and fatigue are now awakening to why they seem to have taken one step backward, when in fact they are now getting ready to leap into a new reality.
The connected collective called humanity
We are all connected by threads of silvery energetic fibers that weave a magical web of embodiment as a collective. Each person on the planet is connected whether they realize it or not. As we move through ascension energies, anything that needs to be transmuted has been coming up in our lives so that it can be alchemized.
The problem is that some of that shit isn’t ours! Yes, we are all connected, but we are also individual personalities that should be responsible for our own thoughts and actions. Furthermore, everyone who has had prior lifetimes on Earth carries lower vibrational energies in their field. If that person would like to stay on Earth, they will need to transmute those energies, or someone else will need to help them do it.
Starseed alchemy specialists
There are Starseeds that have signed up for that job. They are alchemy specialists that are empathetic and powerful. They absorb energies and move them through their emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies, mirroring the collective’s body as a body double. They have guidance that helps them take only what they can handle, although the amount they can handle seems to differ from what their guidance team comes up with. I am one of those people, and I’m reporting to you that my job is almost over.
These specialists may have been rebels their whole life, and they usually do not like to take orders. They are systems busters and are not afraid to speak their minds. They don’t take shit from people but have matured enough to know not to start it. Their job has been to jump hurdles bigger than most people could deal with. They have a knowing that something is about to change on the planet and their jobs will drastically change into something calmer and more enjoyable.
Starseed alchemist jobs are almost over for four reasons.
1. We are getting close to the point of timeline bifurcation for many people.
People will find themselves moving and gathering in times of chaos. People will energetically attract those that are of similar actions, thoughts, and respect. The draw will be undeniable to move or connect with like minded people. The higher vibrational people may not even be seen by other people on the planet. For a while, they will occupy the same city, state, or country but may never see each other in this reality. Eventually, the lower vibrating people will completely forget all about the ones that ascended in vibration and consciousness. Because of this, the connection will not be felt anymore between the groups that have separated.
2. One person can only do so much work before becoming burned out or ascending (or both).
Some people have just gotten to the point where they don’t give a shit what happens to the collective anymore because they look around and see so much chaos and stupidity. Others have taken one hit after another to where their physical bodies have just given out. Some Starseed transmuters have emotionally hit the maximum and feel guilty for their outbursts of anger and frustration. The strongest and most practiced are picking themselves up and running to the aid of the wounded.
These people may feel like they have taken huge steps backward but in fact if they are consciously aware of what is happening it is likely that they are moving closer and closer to bifurcating each moment. By dealing with the collective energies they are helping humanity reach the tipping point. These Starseeds came from a long way away to do this job, and they are really good at it, even if it doesn’t look like they have much grace right now
3. We say it’s time for it to stop.
As we progress with information and experience, we learn how to move through situations quickly so that we do not get embedded in the dense energetics. We learn how to handle situations without hurting others and we stand in our own power of who we are. We no longer let people steal our energy. Therefore, we no longer attract these lower energetic situations to ourselves. We find that there are no longer reasons to “protect” ourselves because we have risen above the frequency of fear. In a sense, we become superhuman as long as we stay aware and know when to react and when to let things go.
4. Earth is raising her vibration beyond lower energies.
Earth Momma is helping every day too! As she raises her vibrational frequency, energies surface and vibrate apart. Holding on to energies within the body will manifest as physical problems in a person’s body just as they manifest as earthquakes, storms, and volcano eruptions in hers. Once the energy moves, it is done. Earthquakes do not last for days.
Feeling is the key to alchemy
Most humans do not want to feel. They are afraid and the fear keeps their chakras closed down, especially the heart. The emergency response team of Starseed transmuters is often involved with their “co-workers” in relationship issues that play out in heart wrenching scenarios of hurt, confusion, and victimization. When both emerge from the other side, they wipe the tears and start another day. They have no idea of how much they have just helped transmute the same energetics for millions of unaware humans.
Those people will soon be relieved of their positions, not because they let themselves slip but because they did such a good job. The next wave of volunteers will be left to pick up any broken pieces and put them all back together again. All of the energies will be vibrated apart and re-collect in groups, thus the strife to all get along will be no more. What we have been going through is like taking a bowling ball and throwing it done the lane for a perfect strike. All the pins whisked off to where they need to be according to their vibrational weight.
If you are one of these alchemy team players, don’t judge yourself on how you dealt with the collective energy. Even if it seemed like your energy, be assured that someone else on the planet was dealing with the same energy. As you transmuted it you helped at least one person.
Maybe you aren’t someone who has taken one for the team. Surely you have witnessed the battle with others or maybe you started out as part of the battle but chose not to deal with it. That’s o.k., the Starseed specialists knew that you would provide an opportunity or simply witness it for the team, and we thank you. You can still offer some assistance to the Starseed team though. Send them forgiveness, gratitude, and unconditional love for their service to humanity. This will help them recover quicker so that they can be prepared for the next arrow shot at them without taking them out for good.
As we wind down our jobs, we may still have a few episodes to handle. Make sure to take time to rest in between energetic waves that create situations. Forgive yourselves and others for playing out the seemingly silly emotional dramas. Choose your battles wisely and leave the petty stuff for the next crew to handle. You have graduated to “supervisors” or more properly termed “stewards”, and now is the time to bask in a job well done. Soon you will understand this new role more, and if you find yourself with your feet up on the desk smoking a cigar, make sure it is the best cigar you can find because you deserve it.
MICHELLE WALLING – 5 Common Ways Of Transmuting Emotional Energies – 9-20-16
Relationships are a gift whether you are on the giving end or the receiving end. Being able to share consciousness with another human being is a balancing act. There are 5 common ways of transmuting emotional energies that may cause conflicts within a relationship.
What do you do if you are suddenly the recipient of unwarranted anger or negative emotions? Our innate programming usually leads us to defend ourselves which is a natural deflection and return of these negative energies.
One of the ego’s roles is that of protection and this action creates a behavioral pattern that can be broken with awareness and intention.
Emotions are energy-in-motion and are the unique tool of the human body that allows it to feel and create. Those that carry a high vibration have less negative energy and therefore exhibit less negative emotions. These people were either born a “saint” and never held anything against anyone else or they had a lot of work to do to get them to where they are now.
There aren’t many saints on the planet at this time, although the numbers are rapidly growing because people are recognizing these 5 ways of transmuting emotional energies and are learning to deal with them in a whole new way:
- Anger– This is the most common way to expel negative energies. This is usually triggered when someone gets their feelings hurt or when a deep seeded emotion of abuse from childhood or even from a past life is triggered.
- Crying– Some people may cry to release painful memories. This seems to be more of the female population that allows themselves to do this, as men have been programmed to think that they need to be macho. When a man falls in love through a relationship or with the birth of a child for example, the heart chakra opens and allows for crying to be a valuable tool in transforming energies. Again, it is not as important to know where these energies came from as it is to allow them to pass through and be expelled.
- Sarcasm– This is a quick witted way to move through negative energy using a little humor and laughter. It is a paradoxical way to let an energy out while at the same time transmuting it with laughter which is of a high vibration. Eventually someone who has removed their lower vibrational energy will not use this tool.
- Passive aggressive behavior– People who act submissive and indecisive to draw in conflict are using this as a tool to move energy without creating the conflict themselves. The ego likes to do this because it then says, “see, I didn’t start this argument. This is not my fault”. Those that are being passive aggressive are usually not aware of their actions and always think of themselves as the victim.
- Depression– The state of depression is the mind’s way of making the person’s world stop at a particular vibration so that it can be examined. This may involve long periods of isolation and deep unhappiness. Chronic depression is an extreme way to trigger a person to see that something has to change. The holistic way to deal with depression is to move that energy that is perpetually stuck. Many times the cause of the energy has to be uncovered and depression serves as the clue that this energy must be looked at on a deeper level in order to heal the underlying cause. Psychology, energy healing, and hypnosis or past life regression are better ways to heal depression rather than pharmaceuticals which only relieve symptoms of depression. In severe cases of depression, a mix of both pharmaceuticals and therapy may be necessary for a period of time, especially in those who have suicidal thoughts.
The thing to focus on if you are the recipient of someone expelling negative energy toward you is to learn how to not take it on as your own. This involves recognizing that you can serve them by being the witness of the anger or sarcasm tool used to say “pay attention to me, I am hurting and I have energy I need to transmute”.
Sometimes our jobs as loving soul mates means that we agreed to provide situation that trigger these emotions to come to the surface. Realizing this puts us in the right frame of mind to observe rather than react. If this becomes a repeated pattern with the person then it is showing that they are not completely letting go of the energy and you may need to assist them a little further by talking about it or perhaps with some energy work with them.
Another service you can provide is to create a shield of protection that not only keeps the energy out of your aura but also transmutes it as well. Here is a way to create a shield that you can put up daily:
Take several deep breaths, breathing in through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Now imagine that you are a tree and that your feet and toes are roots that go deep within the Earth.
Connect with the core of the Earth (the Earth’s heart) and imagine her energies coming back up through your roots, into your root chakra, sexual chakra, sacral charka, and finally settling into your heart. Imagine that you have a column of golden white light coming in through the top of your head that comes form Source (All That Is, God, or whatever name you choose).
Imagine this light comes also comes through your oversoul and higher self into your crown chakra, then into your third eye, throat chakra, and meets the Earth’s energy in your heart.
Turn the mixture of this energy into a ball of golden light that you then expand as a force field around you that keeps you protected. Intend that all negative energies that come your way are absorbed on the exterior of that force field and sent down into the planet to be transmuted.
(There are loving elementals that do this as their service to the planet that can handle these types of energies.) Take a few deep breaths and thank the Universe and all beings that are working with you in your highest good for helping to transmute energies for all beings that need it who come around your energy field.
You are now a walking transmutation golden bubble of Source energy, grounded into the planet!

Don’t take anything personally- Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.
Another important thing to keep in mind is that we attract what is most like ourselves on a vibrational standpoint. If someone is angry with you, perhaps it may be a reflection of your own anger and they are giving you a clue by matching your vibration. This is a great gift because it can trigger the need to look deeper within yourself to see what still needs to be healed.
It is imperative that we learn how to be responsible with our own energies, thoughts, and actions. Intention and action to recognize and react differently to situations will break down the programming that has ./.kept us in a cycle of dissonance and unhappiness.
Our external world is a reflection of our inner world. As we shift the energy within, our external world has to change. The place of transformation is the heart center, which is made up of the highest vibration of love. Find your heart center and exist within it, and watch the world around you along with all of those that are in it either change to match it or leave your reality.

If you think about everything that is happening in the world, doesn’t it seem like you attract more of the dark as you raise your vibration? Perhaps that is because the negative energy yearns for healing just as much as we do.
That doesn’t include ALL negative beings. As we know, we are dealing with a few psychopathic beings that are still running the negative harvest matrix program. Some people have said that the big bosses (the Archons) have actually left and all that is left is the middle men and they left them here to throw them under the bus.
All ultimately comes from the same Source. Some of Source’s children have been very naughty and have not played by the rules of the game. These naughty beings are being forced into a corner and are being given a choice of changing polarity through healing or healing by being recycled back through the Great Central Sun.
Is it possible that some of us volunteered to help some of the negative beings heal that choose it? We know that most of our family and friends who are not awake yet are simply running their negative programs, and when the program gets dismantled, they will be ready for some healing and re-direction of their thoughts and belief systems. Their soul is probably not negative, it is just their hypnotic trance that allows for negative thought forms that is the problem.
Some of the truly negative souls of the upper middle management of the dark are quickly finding out that they were used and will not get the eternal life that they were promised by their bosses. They are having to figure out their best possible scenario at this time, and they are becoming desperate.
We can help to dismantle the hypnotic trance negative thoughtform program by clearing ourselves and connecting with the collective consciousness in order to send high vibrations in to transmute all of the negative thoughtforms. As we heal ourselves, we help to heal other humans, the planet, the galaxy, the Universe, and so on.

Below is an excellent message on the function of the pituitary and pineal gland in the transfiguration of the physical body and human consciousness during the LBP from the Arcturians, channelled by my old friend Sue. This is probably the best message she has received so far. It is surprisingly precise in terms of anatomy and physiology and also fully coalesces with my interpretation of the biological regulation of the human body in the General Theory of the Universal Law. There are also elements that are even new to me, but fully fit into the bigger picture. Hence I think that this is an important contribution of Sue to our better understanding of what is currently happening with our 18 bodies in the process of their rapid transfiguration and step-wise ascension to 5D1 New Lemuria.
The greatest advantage of this message is that it explains the expansion of human awareness in the context of the activation of the pituitary and pineal gland and that of the adjacent brain organs such as the third ventricle and the thalamus from a higher vantage point of view, which you will never find in traditional medicine and bio-science textbooks. And one must be very careful in this respect, as there is so much trash written on these two glands, known also as “the third eye” in the anti-scientific New Age literature, that I would recommend you to forget everything you have read or heard so far on this topic and consider only my explanation on the LBP and the seven chakras with their adjacent organs in my book “The Evolutionary Leap of Mankind” and in my articles on the LBP:

In this context I want to warn you one more time to avoid any false interpretations of the term “kundalini energy” which is completely distorted in the esoteric literature. I have tackled this issue in more depth in my discussion on kundalini in the LBP in December 2011. Essentially kundalini is another circumscription of the “prana tube” along the spine, which every incarnated human being possesses and which is the source of the vital energy for the physical body as also confirmed by the Arcturians in this message.
As it feeds all the chakras and body organs with energy, it also affects the sexual organs, including the 1st root chakra, and the 2nd sexual chakra. The latter is providing the energy for creativity for the incarnated personality. Many artists have a dominant second chakra and expressed sexuality.
That being said, one should be very careful not to mix the “rise (activation) of kundalini energies” as the motor of the LBP, while interpreting them as a kind of sexual energy coming from the lower two chakras as many esotericists erroneously do. In fact, it is exactly the other way round. First the left brain portal must be opened, and then the source energy which flows through the prana tube reaches the lower two chakras and modulates them by encompassing them in the now fully opened fourth heart chakra to build a Unified Chakra field.
As extensively discussed on this website and confirmed by all true PAT light warriors of the first and the last hour, the sexual energies and the libido are suppressed during the LBP and not enhanced, as some light workers erroneously sustain. If they feel so, then they are not in the LBP and are still dominated by their lower chakras and unprocessed instincts. I have discussed this process at length in all my articles on the LBP (see above) and would recommend you to re-read them one more time as they are now more relevant than at any time in the past.
It is also very important to stress the key fact that the opening of the pituitary and the pineal gland, as described by the Arcturians in this message, precedes the opening of the left brain portal and is at the beginning of the LBP.
This message is essentially dedicated to the second wave of ascension candidates, who have just opened their heart chakra – after our initiation of these people in October 2014 at the Radiant Rose Academy in Vancouver – and are now beginning to truly activate their pituitary and pineal gland, also defined in a more profane manner as the “opening of the third eye” as also mentioned in this message.
None of this applies to the light warriors of the first and the last hour as we have gone through this process years ago, in my case more than 15 years ago, when our left brain portal fully opened and the source energy could freely flow through our bodies and chakras. This is documented by the appearance of the buzzing sound in our left ear and soon thereafter in both ears and the perception of very intensive vibrations that encompass the body 24 hours a day and cause multiple symptoms.
Only people who have this personal energetic experience can understand really what the LBP is and what ascension energies mean. I am making this observation now, as only yesterday and today I had a very unyielding discussion with a long-term reader of my website only to find out that she has not grasped anything about ascension, LBP and ascension energies, simply because she has no personal experience with these energies and is making such a mental mess of these concepts because she has no idea about the nature of energy, which is in the core of the new theory of the Universal Law. This applies partially also to Sue, and I have discussed this problem with her in the past, however she is much closely guided by the Arcturians and is a more clear medium than most other channellers, who have either stopped channeling now or are entirely channeling dark sources.
I am discussing this topic one more time here, as Carla has received yesterday a very powerful message from St. Germain, who was very much frustrated by the total intellectual failure of the light workers community since he began to disseminate his teachings in the 30s in the USA. He came to Carla to outline a full program for Carla and myself what themes we should first address when we ascend this summer. His message is nothing new to me, as I have expressed this view since I discovered the Universal Law in 1994, but obviously Carla, who will play a vital role in the propagation of the Universal law, will have to deal in particular with all the blunders and confusion among the current light workers and many religious believers, as this is where the bulk of our enlightenment efforts will have to be invested. My duty will be to convince the smaller community of scientists in the existence of One Law of Nature and this will be actually easier than to change the mindset of the rest of humanity, once we show up as ascended masters. I will publish St. Germain’s message as soon as Carla has typed it.

The Arcturian Message
In between your third-dimensional reality and your multidimensional reality is a portal. More and more, you are connecting your 3D earth body with your multidimensional Lightbody. With every higher thought and loving emotion, that portal expands to encompass both, and all, versions of your current expression of self, as well as ever-increasing dimensions of your Multidimensional SELF.
There are mental enzymes within your pineal gland that are “geo-coded transmitters” that tell you where you are in space/time, and/or in the Here/Now of the higher dimensions. However, these messages are not sent until your brain determines whether or not YOU believe that this transmission/perception is “real.” The light quotient in your brain will differentiate real versus not real. The light quotient in your brain is determined by your state of consciousness.
If you are in a higher dimensional state of consciousness, you will perceive light, auras, Angels, Galactic, miracles, peace, and hope as real. You will also perceive darkness and illusion as NOT real. If you are in a lower state of consciousness, illusions, bad news, and the myriad forms of darkness become real, and light, ascension, and transcendence are not real.
Once your belief system determines that a stimuli is real, it is received by your pineal gland, sent to your pituitary gland, and then distributes through your body via your endocrine system. On the other hand, if your belief system determines that the stimulus is not real, it will go into your mental computer’s “trash can” as “junk mail.” The determination of real or not real is determined by the “light quotient” within your brain.
When you consciously perceive and accept higher frequency perceptions, experiences, communications, etc., you create a higher light quotient in your brain because you have determined that higher frequency experiences are REAL.
Once you have allowed the higher light quotient into your brain by maintaining a higher state of consciousness, your pituitary gland of the sixth chakra and the pineal gland of the seventh chakra merge to open your Third Eye.

Joining your pineal and pituitary glands open the Third Eye. The pituitary gland (hypophysis) is about the size of a pea, and is located behind the center of your forehead, between your eyes. Therefore, the sixth chakra is often called the Brow Chakra.

The pituitary gland is known as the “Master Gland” because it acts as a main control center that sends messages to all the other glands from its two lobes, which are the posterior lobe and the anterior lobe.
The pituitary gland prompts the proper growth of glands and organs, and regulates sexual development. The pituitary gland is called the “seat of the mind,” with the frontal lobe regulating emotional thoughts such as poetry and music, and the anterior lobe regulating concrete thought and intellectual concepts.
On the other hand, the pineal gland is known as the “seat of illumination, intuition and cosmic consciousness.” The pineal gland is similar to intuition, whereas the pituitary gland is similar to reason.

The pineal gland is cone-shaped and is located in the middle of your brain behind, and just above, the pituitary gland. The pineal gland contains pigment similar to that found in the eyes, and is connected to the optic thalami; hence, it controls the action of light on your body.
The pineal gland is located in the posterior end of the third ventricle of the brain, and the pituitary gland is located in the roof of the third ventricle. It is the joining of the essences of these two glands in the third ventricle of your brain that opens your Third Eye.
The pineal gland acts in two ways to inhibit the action of the pituitary gland:
First, the pituitary gland is responsible for activating adolescence and the beginning of sexuality, and the pineal gland checks the pituitary gland to prevent premature sexual awakening.
Second, human thought is regarded as a result of suspended action, and the pineal gland inhibits the immediate discharging of thoughts into action. This inhibition causes you to look inward and to deeply ponder your actions and reactions. This introversion is important for self-realization, as it displaces our attention from the outer world to the inner.
When the external world disappears, your circle of consciousness contracts because your primary attention is focused on your inner self. It is this inner attention that magnetizes “spiritual light” into the pineal gland.
The third ventricle of the brain is a narrow opening lying near the base of the cerebral hemispheres, and separating the two thalamic areas. These thalamic areas are the brain’s “storehouse” of all your sensory perceptions.
When the pituitary and pineal glands are fully developed and stimulated through meditation on the sixth and seventh chakras, their vibrations fuse and activate the Third Eye. Once the Third Eye is open, you have personal access to higher knowledge. The opened Third Eye is called the “Eye of the Soul”.
The pineal gland is often dormant because your third dimensional self is usually focused on the outer, sensate world, rather than the higher spheres. Through practices such as meditation and yoga, you can remember how to allow that cosmic light to descend into your individual body through the optic thalamic nerve connection of the crown chakra.
The human brain has a fundamental resemblance to a human, androgynous embryo. The pituitary gland holds the positive, masculine charge, and the pineal holds a negative, feminine charge.
When the masculine and feminine energies meet in the brain it is known as the Mystical Marriage. This Mystical Marriage initiates the birth of your multidimensional consciousness, and your conscious passage into the fifth dimension and beyond.
The Mystical Marriage occurs when our Kundalini force awakens and rises up your spine. The Kundalini is the highest infinite energy, which is coiled up and dynamic, at the base of your human spine.
Within the Kundalini Force, contact is made between the infinite, divine creative energy and the finite, physical sexual energy. In order to gain your highest spiritual potential while incarnated in a physical form, the great mass of Kundalini energy locked in the root chakra must be released to travel up to your crown chakra.
The rising Kundalini pulls its great energy field up from Mother Earth, through the nerve channels in the core of your spine, and into the medulla oblongata, through the pons area of your brain, and then into the pituitary gland behind your eyes. Meanwhile, the pineal gland has also received this Kundalini light from the higher dimensions.
The root chakra, at the base of your spine, represents your connection to the feminine Goddess energy that is manifest in the body of planet Earth. The crown chakra, at the top of your head, represents the masculine God energy that exists as pure potential in the non-physical dimensions.
Kundalini energy radiates from the prana within the Earth from the Sun.
Kundalini is known in the Eastern world as the Goddess Shakti. When Goddess Shakti is awakened, She sweeps us up in Her tremendous passion to reunite with Her Lord Shiva in the crown chakra. This Mystical Marriage symbolizes the combining of the male and female energies within your bodies, and the awakening of your multidimensional consciousness.
In the Western world, the Kundalini is symbolized by the medical symbol of the caduceus, the rod with two snakes coiled around it in spirals. At the top are two wings, which are images of Mercury or Hermes, who are the messengers of the Gods.
The caduceus is the symbol for healing, health, and transformation. The center rod symbolizes the spinal cord. In Yoga philosophy the center cord is called the Sushumna, and it represents the grounding, neutral cord of the three parts of the rising Kundalini.
The left cord is the Ida, which represents the feminine side. It is negatively charged, ends in the left nostril, and has characteristics of coolness related to the Moon. The right side is called the Pingala, which represents the masculine side. It is positively charged, ends in the right nostril, and has characteristics of heat related to the Sun.
The Ida and the Pingala represent the masculine and feminine energies, which you all carry regardless of your gender. The Kundalini has two aspects; one aspect is often perceived as the outer, cosmic energy of spiritual life force. In China this force is known as Chi, in Japan it is known as Ki, in India it is known as Prana, and in the West it is known as the Holy Spirit.
You all have Kundalini energy running through your bodies, or you would not be able to live, for it truly is our “life force.” Kundalini is the energy that pervades and enervates the world as you experience it.
The Temple of your Third Eye is in the Sacred Triangle of the third vetricle within your brain. When your Third Eye is opened, you will no longer be limited to the illusions of the third and fourth dimensions, for you will see, feel, and experience the Higher Light of Universal Energy as it “Flows” through all life.
This experience could be quite overwhelming, and it may take some “time” before you learn how to “turn off” the Flow so that you can attend to your mundane tasks, or “turn on” the Flow for Knowledge, Renewal, and Unconditional Love.
Be patient with yourself. You have grown accustomed to the structure that illusions have provided for you. With the opening of your Third Eye, the Flow of multidimensional light will provide you with a higher dimensional structure.
As you compare these differing structures of reality, you will realize that the structure of illusion is static and unwavering. Conversely, the structure of the Higher Light of Universal Energy is dynamic and ever-changing.
With the Higher Light Flowing through your life, reality becomes a series of “Windows of Opportunity” that present themselves as choices. You may choose YES, or you may choose NO. These choices are made with your attention.
When you ignore a Window, you choose NO, and when you attend to the Window, you choose YES. Hence, once your Third Eye is opened, you must be vigilant about where you place your attention. The Window that you attend to, or ignore, will be the reality that you enter, or deny.
It is the NOW for you all to expand your conscious awareness to your highest potential of SELF. We are NOW being called into active duty to assist Gaia in Her process of transmutation. Therefore, you must first begin, continue, and/or escalate your own process.
You will find the process that best serves you within your own self. In fact, this process must begin with your self, for how can you share what you do not possess. However, you ALL posses the inner enlightenment of which we have spoken.
Even if you are sick, or tired, or lost, or even trapped in the darkness, YOU are filled with inner light. Therefore, it is the NOW to open your Third Eye so that you can see the Truth that resonates just beyond the shadow of the lies.
With your opened Third Eye, you can see the real YOU in the mirror instead of the human form that you are wearing. We remind you to look into your mirror to see your face, then, look into your eyes, then into your pupils.
As you look into your own eyes, have an honest discussion with your own self. Then, look into your pupils to imagine (fifth dimensional thought) and see the glow of your own inner light as it radiates from your eyes.
Then, just above your eyes, look into your Third Eye in the center of your forehead. Can you BELIEVE that you have opened your Third Eye? Can you release the expectations and judgments of your ego in order to perceive the calm realizations of your Multidimensional SELF.
YES, yes you can. YES you are your SELF. In fact, you are HERE NOW with your Galactic Family looking through the eyes in the mirror to remind you that,
WE ARE HERE NOW! We are inside of you. We are YOU.
We come to you to remind you to REMEMBER what you already know, which is:

Violet Flame of Transmutation – 1-1-15
Life has provided the Transmuting Violet Flame as the way and means by which mankind can, through conscious application, harmoniously change and transmute wrong conditions and all that is less than perfect. The Violet Flame is the activity of Divine Love, which consumes or transmutes. It is that rate of vibration. Violet Flame is Divine Alchemy. It cleanses the forcefields of the electrons composing the atom, which produces a change in vibratory action and results in Divine Alchemy.
The use of the Violet Flame will change vibratory rates, and through transmutation, bring about transformation. It is an action of Mercy and Compassion. The Flame for Transmutation is an action of the Seventh Ray. It is coming in now at the close of the Sixth Ray – the Christian dispensation which has reigned for the last two thousand years with the Master Jesus in charge. That knowledge of this phase of the Law regarding the use of the Transmuting Flame was not permitted to be made public until recently (1930’s). Jesus referred to it as “Grace,” Violet Flame is a Grace from God.
On the 1st May 1954, the Violet Ray became predominant, and the Chohan or Lord of this Ray is the Beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain. He is responsible for the incoming Golden Age, and the next 2000 year period on Earth. You can call The Violet Flame forth into action in, through and around you. Through Its use you can begin to balance your account to life, by expiating karma while yet here in the physical body, transmuting the discordantly qualified energy of this lifetime and all previous ones. This will bring freedom in your being and world. It can transform your world when applied sufficiently.
The use of the Violet Flame is a science. Its transmuting activity is as scientific and practical as melting ice (over a fire) into water and with greater heat turning it into steam. Through the use of fire (note: fire – flame), the vibratory action is changed, which changes its consistency. The Transmuting Violet Flame will do the same with qualities of a wrong nature in the inner bodies and the physical body too. The smell of the Violet Flame is like ozone. It is an intense action of the Violet Ray. It is an inner action of the Violet Ray from the Sun to the Earth which science knows.
The Transmuting Violet Flame may be likened unto an eraser. When used sufficiently one can erase from his life-stream all that is not of the Light that has accumulated over lifetimes. It is not just a repression of karma, making it inactive; but actually changes the vibratory action and makes the discord or wrong qualities non-existent. The Transmuting Violet Flame is what will dissolve your human creation; that is the reason it was provided by the Cosmic Beings.

Let us have discourse on the quality of love known as transmutation.
This quality of love within a person comes into effect after great struggle within the depths of their soul to understand who they really are and what they truly stand for.
Transmutation begins when one awakens to one’s spiritual essence and discovers the spiritual path. Along the way, the individual who was identified with their outer persona through the body, emotions, and mind gradually becomes identified with their soul, their inner spiritual being.
They begin to understand that they are embodied in the physical in order to gain awareness of their spiritual origins through their material plane experiences. These material experiences are transmuted into spiritual energies such as wisdom, love, compassion, and higher purpose.
A mysterious spiritual alchemy occurs in which the human soul becomes vaguely aware of its higher counterpart, the higher Self. When this awareness reaches a kindling point, awakening occurs.
The task of transmuting the material forces in one’s life and elevating these experiences through the power of the mind into refined spiritual energies begins.
One has become aware of spiritual realities. The Earthly persona is still largely identified with its physical body, emotions, and mind, but has now become sufficiently integrated and coordinated enough to begin the work of the transmutation of their life experiences into a higher spiritual energy.
Material experience is transmuted into soul energy through the mind and will. The person learns to concentrate their mind to affect the subtle forces of the mind itself, the emotional body, and the vital energy body that underlie the physical form called the light body.
The power of focused thought and intention is used to lift the emotional forces of the desire nature, anchored in the solar plexus, up into the heart center. In the heart center, the force of personal desire is transmuted into the magnetic energy of spiritual love.
People who work for the greater good of humanity exemplify the transmutation of the force of the desire nature within them into the energy of love.
Growing numbers of individuals upon the planet are now awakening to the understanding that they are much more than physical beings who live through emotions and minds. They are recognizing that they are ‘spiritual beings having a human experience.’
This awakening leads to the path of transformation and transmutation through which the beauty, power, and light that are inherent in their spiritual self, the soul within them, is gradually revealed.
The blending of spirit and matter is often a painful process, as one’s material nature must be purified and refined so that it may blend harmoniously with that which is their spiritual nature. As this occurs, one becomes an entirely different being from the personality with which they were identified at the start of their awakening process.
The outer persona is transmuted into a vehicle for the soul’s expression in the world. By unifying their personality and soul energy into a harmoniously functioning unit, there is a successful blending of polarities that have been at work in their daily lives.
There is a gradual shift in the focus of consciousness from the outer world of form to the inner world of spiritual meaning and purpose.
As they aspire to live a more spiritual life, their personality is increasingly exposed to the transforming light of their soul within them. They must, through their own personal actions, willingly transmute the lower forces of thought and activity into higher spiritual energies.
This gives way to a conscious commitment on their part to a life of dedicated self-discipline and active service in the world. Their commitment to spiritual disciplines becomes established as daily living habits.
Their soul slowly takes control of their outer form, increasingly directing the aspirant and transmuting their life from within.
Under the transmuting influence of their soul, their personality begins to display divine qualities such as inclusive love, wisdom, and compassion, while embodying a divine conception of life. One understands that this is the higher destiny for all of humanity.
The individual learns to stand in their spiritual being, aligned with the higher forces of their divine nature; and they become increasingly committed to serving the greater good. They become aware of their soul’s purpose for this lifetime and become firmly committed to fulfilling that higher purpose.
Transmutation is all about claiming and attaining spiritual mastery. One comes to see that they are not separate from the energy of the universe or from spirit, as they now understand that everything comes from and is part of the same Source.
From this understanding, an individual begins to claim their power as a co-creator with the Divine, using their intention to transmute their life energies into manifesting, healing, and other more life-enhancing purposes.
Through this process of self-purification and transmutation, the divine qualities that were seeded within the human being at the start of their evolutionary journey begin to manifest within the inner and outer life of the aspiring conscious soul.
The down-pouring light of the soul transmutes the human persona into an instrument for divine expression. The human being is transformed into a soul-infused personality whose life is divinely directed from within by their higher self.
The qualities of soul, inner beauty, truth, wisdom, and light, which were veiled by the mask of the human persona for many lifetimes, become increasingly revealed as the true nature and spiritual essence in the life of the aspirant.
The human persona is transmuted by the full light of their soul, and their lower bodies in their earthly expressions are completely transcended.
Wielding universal laws and forces, one becomes the means through which spiritual love from the divine heart flows out into the world of humanity through the redemptive action of the spiritual alchemy of transmutation.
When one knows how to move from lower to higher activities in their thoughts and deeds in order to transmute one into the other, miracles happen.
As I take my leave, may the divine quality of love known as transmutation and the spiritual alchemy of love’s power work ever more greatly within each of your lives.

KEEPING YOUR ENERGETIC CHANNELS CLEAR
Greetings Beloved Ones,
This is Archangel Zadkiel, along with Lady Amethyst, and we greet you with Love and Light from the Seventh Ray of Transformation and Manifestation. We are being joined by Sananda (Yeshua) to discuss keeping your energetic channels clear.
The incoming energy is providing you with many opportunities to move to higher levels of being and to experience new insights and awakening. This process is much easier when your energetic channels are clear and free from old or outdated ways of thinking and being. Clearing your energetic channels can be compared to clearing debris from a highway. Your journey is much easier when you do not have to navigate around items in your path. When your energetic channels are clear, you can rise to higher levels in a natural process of ascension.
The clearing and purification process begins with a desire to move to higher levels. You have studied many concepts, and you are aware that there are levels and worlds beyond your current state of being. This awareness has enabled you to move to your current level, and it has prepared you to rise even higher. Keeping an open mind will allow your present concepts to expand and change, and new ones can emerge as you ascend. You are presented with new information as you remain open. The information is there, and your openness and receptivity will allow it to come into your awareness.
Keeping your receptivity open can begin by remaining in a state of acceptance and non-judgment of others. Each person is at a certain point on the path. You can send them Love by connecting with their Divine Spark within their heart center. It does not mean that you have to agree with their views or actions, but remaining free from judgment will keep your energetic channels clear. Judgment is like a boulder on your path. When you release judgment, you are clearing an obstacle in your channel.
Keeping an open mind also applies to new concepts. What you now accept as part of your beliefs and philosophy may have, at one time, seemed foreign to you. Now, it is a natural part of who you are and what you believe. By keeping an open mind and remaining non-judgmental to concepts, you have removed another rock on your path and purified your channels even more. When your channels are clear, new concepts and understanding can enter more easily.
Many levels of understanding exist simultaneously. An open mind and a desire to see a bigger picture allow this new understanding to come into your awareness.
As you encounter new concepts, you can examine them to see whether they resonate with you. If they do, you have added another level of awareness. If they do not resonate with you, you can set them aside for future consideration or discard them entirely. It is your willingness to look at new concepts that keeps your energetic channels open.
Another aspect of keeping your energetic channels clear is forgiveness. When you hold on to negative feelings about someone else or a situation, this forms a block in your energetic channels. Many times the person with whom you have angry, hurt, or otherwise negative feelings may not even be aware of your feelings. Even if they are aware, your negative feelings toward them are causing you much more harm than you can imagine. The negative feelings form an energetic block that slows or impedes the flow of higher level energy. Again, it is as if you have placed a large boulder in your path on your energetic highway. Not only does this form a block, it also attracts more energy of a similar type due to the Law of Vibration and the Law of Attraction. Negative feelings vibrate at a lower frequency than positive feelings, and what you focus on expands. Therefore, you are actually harming yourself when you harbor negative feelings about someone or a situation. When you forgive someone or a situation, you are removing an energetic block, and this allows higher level energy to flow through you. When you take this process to the next level by sending Love to them, you are opening the way for even greater understanding and harmony.
Another aspect of forgiveness is forgiving yourself when you feel you have not measured up to your desired ideal. Each situation is a learning experience. When you feel that you have not measured up to your ideal, take a moment to review the situation and your actions. Look for the lesson in the situation, and replay it in your mind as you wish you had handled it. This prepares you to choose another option should a similar situation arise in the future. Then forgive yourself for not living up to your desired ideal. Forgiving yourself is just as important as forgiving someone else. If you find that you need extra help in the forgiveness process, you can call on the Violet Flame to assist in the process of transmuting and transforming the energy.
When you consider that all of humanity is an interconnected energetic network, the concept of forgiveness can be viewed from a higher level. It is truly a case of the Golden Rule and treating others as you would like to be treated. Because you are part of this network, forgiving yourself is important because, at a higher level, energy is even more connected, and you want to have what flows from you to others to be as loving and positive as possible.
Beloveds, you are making rapid progress in your ascension to higher levels. We encourage you to continue your rise to higher dimensions by keeping your energetic channels clear through practicing non-judgment and forgiveness.

My last video had so many private messages on what came through resonating with what was captured. Many of us are consciously transmuting family karmic issues from many previous generations and from culture clashes throughout history since the Fall of Atlantis… For us this is ongoing and certainly not pleasant. I know I cannot remain here, but will have to shift back working with others who hold higher vibrations and intents with their conscious LIGHTWORK. Today I did geomancy here working on the Gulf’s vibrations. So much was coming in as I did that and there is no way it could all get into an hour long video. We are shifting the Metatronic magnetics of Creation… Ascending Universes. It’s pretty cool stuff as we realize the depths we play at consciously, but it is also very painful as many of those we transmute for are awake and know what is going on, as we have now spoken about this for so long, but many persons even though we have been outspoken for a long time, telling what is going on, they are not choosing to advance with us…
Remember as Bashar states so many times… it is where we choose to hold our vision right now that will be where we advance to in our own future… and those not choosing to GET IT NOW… will be left behind by their own choices…. We ALWAYS have to “walk our talk” and with LOVE!
Sometimes, LOVE just hurts… and it is that “HURT” exactly which is the magnetics that must be transmuted and with LOVE… One’s personal experience during times of ascension is ONLY the responsibility of that individual. If they choose NOT to advance or talk without walking the walk… well, then they made their choice… Let em go with LOVE! It’s time to go to the next level, again. This rescue mission is over now… Job well done! It is time to get to others holding the higher light and visions and who are working together… Time is almost out for those on the fence to align their energies, do their personal work and walk the talk… The world KNOWS now the change time, aka ascension is here!
