One of the most incredible gifts of stepping into the New Reality is the lightness of interactions happening at higher vibrations. We notice how much you enjoy when we are playful with you. There has been a serious absence of humor in many human lives for a long time. Humor, is, one of the most wonderful experiences of awareness and one we expect you to have more fun with as you open your hearts more fully and find your way into neutral perspectives.
So much on your Earth is delightful! Dogs chasing birds, flowers opening so brightly next to dark green leaves, so much of life comes up out of nowhere and surprising you, nature itself is dancing dancing dancing with you all the time. You dear ones, might consider joining in the fun!
We see you so serious, so determined about things, so much time spent thinking, fixing, working, on, understanding, what if you for today, let all of this go? What if you just today, showed up fully present open to what presents, taking none of it personally and seeing what you can smile about?
When was the last time you laughed out loud? The kind of laugh that you cannot hold back. Not just a smile, but an outright laugh? When was the last time you spontaneously hugged someone? When was the last time you played flirtatiously with another beautiful being on the Earth…not for the purpose of romance, but for the playful joy of getting them to smile, to loosen up, to laugh?
When was the last time you let yourself put aside something you are working on and just let go and do nothing? When was the last time you laid down underneath a tree on the grass and spent at least 20 minutes just noticing the sky? When was the last time you took a nap? Not because you were exhausted, but because it was delicious to sleep in the middle of the day?
When was the last time you had ice cream for dinner? When was the last time you let yourself dance in the shower and played music while you bathed? When was the last time you turned out all the lights and lit candles — just for you? When was the last time you spent the whole day reading an amazing story? When was the last time you let yourself learn to make something? When was the last time you sang out loud, with enthusiasm and playfulness?
When was the last time you played with a dog or a cat and really let go, feeling their energy, their physicality, their joy in being with you and fully joining them in the game?
Such moments of sweetness are available to all of you each and every moment! Life is meant to be joyful and as you re-acclimate yourself to soaring, as you condition yourself to LOVE, as you open your hearts to the True Nature of Your Being being present here and especially, as you invite your higher levels in, you are in for a surprise! Your higher levels?
They want to taste life on Earth. They want to see what things are like. They want to eat pizza, taste salty potato chips, catch a beautiful fish and they grill it outdoors and eat it with lemon. Your higher levels want to make love, to take long baths and jump in lakes, play with kids and dogs, watch light reflecting on water, listen to fountains and wind chimes, watch clouds blow across the sky, look up at the stars and sleep late. Your higher levels want to enjoy being human and enjoy the Earth.
Your higher levels want to know what it’s like to be here AND be in joy. Learning to let yourself live this way, to live in and as the Light you are, is going to transform your relationships. Don’t you just love to be with another human being who knows how to have fun? Who smiles often? Who is willing to let go and relax? Who doesn’t take things seriously, or personally, who is easy going and carefree and happy and fun to be with?
That is going to be YOU as you take off the serious, unworthy, “I’ve got to work hard to ascend and heal myself,” mindset. As you open up to your higher levels you are going to abruptly discover that there isn’t anything wrong with you.
And initially this may make you a little bit sad — so we’re telling you that now. You may initially realize all that you didn’t do that would have been fun, because you thought you ought not to, shouldn’t, couldn’t, because you thought it wasn’t good for you, wasn’t right, was selfish, would make you fat, or was superficial, or wasn’t about “getting ahead” or making more money, or accomplishing things, or wasn’t in service, wasn’t about helping others, wasn’t going to please the people close to you.
But then you’re going to laugh. And you’re going to laugh a lot more often. And you’re going to have a lot more compassion for everyone else, especially everyone else who is still being so hard on themselves. You’re going to find yourself embracing the body your in with an incredible deep love! You’re going to see how silly it is that you have been so hung up on finding fault with yourself, your shape, your looks, your life, your natural inclinations.
So much of what you find fault with is in essence the natural desires that suit you, that you prefer. You have spent so much time at odds with YOU. Being in an ongoing inner battle with your very beautiful perfect self and all it wants to experience.
One person channeled once that when I am on Earth I like to eat corned beef and Meredith read this and always wondered about it, well it’s true. I like to eat and I like corned beef. And I know it comes from a cow and I am grateful for this form of energy and all that goes into it. If I tell you I love to eat coffee ice cream are you going to warn me that it goes right to my hips? Are you going to love me less if I have wrinkles or hips? Of course you think this is funny as you see me as all glowing and perfect. Which naturally I AM.
And naturally so are you. You are going to discover, my beloveds that as you live as the light you are, you treasure your body and your body is radiant and able to create ways for you to feel in this experience and it’s going to be the most precious thing to you to have the means to do this.
And as you lighten up about this and so many things, your relationships are going to be transformed. Your light is going to be like a breath of fresh air to everyone you meet. And you are going to remind everyone you meet at some deep level of the wholeness they are, and of home. And this is going to accelerate the transformation of your reality.

My beloved humans, this is the Archangel Michael speaking to you. Again another week has passed by and much has happened in the meantime. My brother – Archangel Raphael – explained already last weekend some new matters too and I shall submit to you alike matter today even more.
Mutually we ‘d like to prepare you for what may be manifested soon. Please understand that if we announce such manifestations it is because we are able to notice the potential of it and subsequently may also show it to you. But it is solely you to be responsible for the final event! It is not us who are the change but eventually it is always you – please be always aware of it!
Meaning if there is anything not being manifested it is upon you to ask yourselves why this has not been successful in the end. Neither we may do your work for you, also cannot do so and am not allowed to. This is forbidden by the Law of free Will.
Still we are always with you and will support you in such process as well as possible.
Let’s talk about matters which are to manifest soon. There are various matters. Some of them are not to be seen on the surface still there are others which you may already perceive. Let’s concentrate on those which you may notice and identify first.
What I hinted at in various other messages also through other channels again and again that it is solely you who are the Change. As you have been able in the meantime to proceed forward here which is quite an important step! You made a decisive step in case of Syria which I shall also mark in praise repeatedly through other channels. I want to demonstrate to you that finally the time has come that changes have reached your end here on earth.
Furthermore I’d like to link to the explanations my brother has already made. Never has he done so far through this very channel and this was done quite consciously. Each channel has been distributed with a field of his/her own which he may or is allowed to cover. This is due to various reasons which are not detailed here furthermore.
One of the essential elements of submitting information goes back to the fact that all people reading these messages are from all parts over all the world. We deem it important that as many humans as possible may be reached by our messages since this will spread information in a viral way. I believe in such case our message will be read by more and more people and this is what produces much delight in us. The channel is but a tool nothing more nor less.
Let’s deal with the next topic after I have gone a bit lee-ways. The increasing of more crisis’ on earth from day to day is formidable. And in my view this will entail that Governments, Religion, and Economy will be kept busy to achieve some sort of mitigation in order to limit damages.
Since more and more people will ask themselves what is going wrong here? You, at last, have arrived at that point not being any more willing and prepared to endure all alike which you did in the past and this will enable you to defend yourselves on some broad front.
This will lead to such fact that Governments, Religions, and Economies will lose their former “Free-Permit-of-Activities”. They will be watched closely and cannot do any longer according to their own will. This also will increase the numbers of failures and thus more abuses will be made
known drifting to the surface. Those of the Shadow-Part in accordance will face immense difficulties to tell you further lies as you will be able to perceive all their betrayals.
This will be the begin of some very difficult time for the above mentioned ones and contrary to it a very pleasant time for you.
Now I want to deal with the next and last topic of this message:
Be set and prepared for all change since all change is You! We are at your side and we shall assist and support you everywhere we can and where we are allowed to. Call on us, invite us, wishing some desirable matter and we shall give our very best in reciprocating to you.
By which I mean you must invite us to support you. Since everywhere and -when if we are called upon we may be allowed to give you our full assistance. This is so easily said still many of you have not been able to fully understand it, my beloved humans.

As many of you have been made aware of already, the immensity of the incoming waves are certainly not diminishing. Rather, they are growing by the hour, and as such, many of you will find it hard to keep your focus in the days ahead. We say this in order to prepare you for a huge influx of light coming your way, coinciding with that time of the year when your planet is perched seemingly in balance in the heavens.
As you all know well by now, this time of the year is marked by a congruence of the light, whereas all parts of your little blue globe seem to be receiving the equal amount of light and dark at the same time. This happens twice a year, and this time, it will indeed be a time that will be remarked upon by many of your fellow men. Not only all those already focusing their vision on the light, but also by all those still seemingly uninfluenced by the effects these heavenly missives have on you all.
For now, it is as if all the floodgates will open at the same time, and as such, the blast of light that accompanies this auspicious time will make its mark on you all. So fret not, even if you might feel ready to implode or fall to pieces in the time ahead, for it is only a signal that heaven has heard your cry for freedom, and it will give all that it have in order to speed up this process as much as possible. For now, there will be no holds barred, and we hope you will all find solace in the fact that although your physical body may be crying out in anguish because of this, your spirit will be soaring higher than ever.
So keep breathing, and know that this will not harm you in any way, it will simply transform you into that brilliant diamond you have already started to see the contours of. And now, the final polishing is about to begin. So batten down the hatches and lay low as it were, the better to be able to receive these heavenly gifts without too much strain on yourself.

We are watching over you with love and compassion, and we do see the doubts, worries, fears, and suffering that so many of you are undergoing in these final moments of the old ways in which conflict and betrayal are rife. The divine field of Love is constantly holding you firmly and gently, as you make your way along your homeward paths, to ensure that any stumbles or falls cause you the minimum of suffering. It is a hard slog, and your patience and fortitude are exemplary as you continue to move forwards with unfailing determination. Some of you have been tempted to throw in the towel, to give up, but not one of you has done so, even though it might seem that some of you have, for you are far stronger than you are aware of, and we can assure you that not one of you will fail to complete the journey. You are coming home to Reality, and arrival at that divine Destination is inevitable.
Humanity at large is also making tremendous progress towards awakening, enormously assisted by your loving intent that this be so. Be aware of the suffering that many are still experiencing. Intend to send love and compassion to them in every moment, but do not focus your attention there. Look for and focus your attention on the good news because that uplifts and inspires you, and intend for it to be widely known, widely promulgated, and take joy in it. Your joy uplifts you, and the energy that flows through you as a result of that joy inspires others. You are all doing what you incarnated to do, and you are doing it extremely well. Congratulations are in order!
Much of what is good that is occurring across the world is because you Light-bearers and wayshowers are intending that it happen. And as it happens, more and more are uplifted and inspired by what they see and hear and they then add their intent to the collective, as you have been doing for so long, to help direct it into new loving attitudes that will strengthen the foundations on which these monumental changes are built and ensure that there is no back-sliding. Humanity has collectively made the choice to awaken and that decision is known and honored throughout the spiritual realms, and a choral symphony of incredible beauty is playing now throughout creation as a precursory celebration in advance of the grand celebrations which will greet you as you awaken.
To be alive as a human at this point in your spiritual evolution is a privilege and an honor, and enormous numbers of beings, far more than could be accommodated, wished to be present on Earth at this time to assist in and be a part of the changes occurring. You were all invited to be a part of this grand venture and every one of you chose to accept that invitation. Nevertheless, for many of you now it is extremely hard to envisage anyone wanting to be on Earth as the present multitudinous, ongoing, chaotic and confusing events and situations – military conflicts, political instabilities, economic turbulence, and religious scandals – continue to bring pain and suffering to so many. However, most of you also realize that things cannot continue like this for very much longer, and in this you are utterly correct. And of course you also knew this when you accepted your invitations to be present on Earth and assist with the awakening of humanity.
The balance between Light and dark, which seems from your perspective to have been weighted most heavily in favor of the latter for eons, is finished. The Light has prevailed; no other possibility ever existed, and the results of the collapse of the dark’s many nefarious agendas are coming plainly into view. The brilliant Light of God’s Love for all of His divine creation is rapidly dispersing the dark, and only a very few remote enclaves remain, in which those who choose to block out Love can continue to embrace darkness.
And as the Light on Earth continues to intensify due to the strengthening collective intent that It do so, the few last remaining members of old-established organizations that have for so long cherished the dark and the apparent power it gave them will shortly have to choose either to embrace the Light, as most will, or they will move on to environments in which they can continue to play their unhappy games for as long as they choose to do so. But even they will eventually turn around and embrace the Light, because it is impossible to deny one’s nature permanently, and all that exist are by their very nature beings of Light. There is only Light, and darkness is merely illusory – a nothingness that is unreal but seems real when one closes one’s eye to the Light. But all will open their eyes because the Light shining upon them is far too bright to resist.

Today, September 18th 2013, is a very important one for humanity as will become apparent a little later. (This is John: I have no idea what this sentence is suggesting, we will just have to wait and see.)
Time, as you well know, is an important aspect of the illusion because it defines the way you experience life within it: the past with its many memories, frequently unhappy, and to which you often cling with anger or regret; the future to which you mostly look forward, hoping for improvements that will make your lives happier and more secure; and the present which is constantly changing as it passes and yet is often unnoticed by you unless something unusual or striking happens.
But it is on the present moment that you need to focus your attention because that is where you make choices and decisions, of which you are often almost unaware but which can be life-altering. Many wise ones have told you that living consciously requires that you maintain awareness of every thought, word, and action – however insignificant it may appear to be – by living consciously in the now moment. However, most of you find that very difficult to do for more than very brief periods.
In Reality, into which you are to awaken – your journey’s end – your thoughts create instantly, so it is essential that you be aware of what you choose to think about. Of course when you awaken from the illusion you will do this naturally, almost automatically, but while you are still enclosed within it, it is important that you practice constant awareness, because doing so makes it far easier for you to maintain your intent to be always loving, compassionate, and forgiving. In other words it helps you to avoid making fast and rash judgments or decisions followed by words or actions that you will later regret.
An obvious example of the latter is being distracted while driving a motor vehicle and causing or nearly causing an accident, and yet many of you do allow yourselves to be distracted very regularly, even while driving. Ask yourselves why? And be honest with yourselves. Basically, you have chosen to be distracted because the present moment seems boring, and what you are doing is so easy that you believe you could do it with your eyes closed.
Remember, there truly are no accidents! You planned and created individual lifepaths for yourselves as humans to present you with the lessons that, with wisdom and foresight, you decided, before you incarnated, you wished to learn. And, as you know from many experiences during your childhood and school days, if you do not pay attention you do not learn your lessons and you get poor grades.
And why are you not paying attention? It is because you choose to become embroiled in the memories of past, quite possibly painful, events, and imagine how you, or someone else, might have or should have acted differently. But the event has passed; you are unable to change it, as you are only too well aware, and yet you continue to replay those old and sometimes very distracting “recordings,” mentally reliving those events and re-experiencing the emotions involved.
Meditation is strongly recommended as a way to relieve the excess stress in your lives. It is, as you know, a practice in which you choose to be mindful, to notice your thoughts while consciously not engaging with them. The constant flow of thoughts that humans experience are a bit like reading a bad novel or watching a bad movie – they have no meaningful storyline, flowing from one unrelated event to another – and when you try to retrace your steps from the present thought back to the one that started it all, the experience can be quite startling. The point of meditation is to rouse yourselves into awareness so that you can stop, or at least slow down, the constant and mostly meaningless flow of distracting thoughts and be quietly present right now.
Life as a human these days is filled chock-a-block with noise and distractions – from text and instant messages, calls on your phone, the always-on TV, loud music, and in a city, traffic noise and police, fire, and ambulance sirens. You seriously do need to make space available each and every day to be quiet, alone, and free from all that noise – inner and outer.
You can and do choose, every day, whether or not to spend some time quietly being at peace in your inner space. You never “just happen” to take time out to meditate; it is always a very conscious decision, and nor do you just forget to meditate. You do have the time for meditation daily, and no excuses you can think of for not meditating are valid. Your egos do not like you to meditate because they then lose control of you. Consequently, they attack you when you attempt to meditate by presenting you with reminders about things that apparently need your most urgent attention. But of course 95% of the time that is not the case.
So the message for today is: “Please make sure to spend time meditating each day – without fail.” It relieves your stress, your anxieties, and your doubts, but most importantly, you renew at the same time your intent to be loving, compassionate, and forgiving, thus strengthening and further empowering the collective in its intent to release all that is not in alignment with Love. You have been doing very well on the whole, and some of the more restrained statements and decisions of your elected officials in recent weeks demonstrate the effectiveness of your collective efforts. Keep the pressure on – the gentle and irresistible pressure of Love – as the awareness that this is indeed a New Age dawns on humanity, and the old and unseemly ways of relating to one another increasingly cease to occur. You are changing the world, and it is essential that you continue to do so.

Long ago we reached a set of general principles which we applied in every world that we were permitted by Spirit to settle. These basic premises for living demonstrated their validity time and again, and so we wish to introduce you to these criteria so that you can use them as you see fit. The Agarthans also desire to share their experience by showing you their society as a living example of these principles. Inner Earth is an extension of the surface realm that is already familiar to you, so the Agarthans will logically be the first ones to show you their version of galactic society when they take you on a tour of the inner realms. These stunning inner preserves evoke a deep sense of Loving awe for this beautiful blue-green orb. Here, the land radiates her Love and the Agarthans return this veneration many times over. Once you too experience Gaia’s luminous presence, all that the cabal taught you about her and about ‘reality’ will simply evaporate. By then, Light technologies will have removed any need to farm, fish, or manufacture anything, and your fully prosperous and upgraded living environment will have moved far beyond the level of your present practices of slaughter and pollution.

Eking out a living at the expense of your planet will no longer be necessary as new technologies will end your dependence on exploiting Gaia’s ecologies, thus allowing you to experience true abundance, sovereignty, and freedom. This opens the door wide to wholly new approaches and possibilities that you can barely at present envision. At long last your rapid rise in consciousness will be able to burst into bloom as you begin to feel the need to tend Gaia, not misuse her. And this caring will extend to every living entity on your planet. At your side will be the Agarthans and your Ascended Masters whose teachings will be geared to furthering your ever-expanding consciousness.

Why We Feel Lonely
During my recent emotional healing work, I have been contemplating what makes us feel lonely or lacking. In the past, I felt extraordinary, heart wrenching loneliness. It has taken me awhile to figure this out, but loneliness stems from the need to fulfill our desires to our attachments. For instance, earlier when I depended on another to love me and complete my life, I felt terrible yearning and desire to be with the one I love when he was away from me.
Loneliness or the feeling of lack is the result of needing to fulfill our desires to our attachments, whether that is a person or something else we cannot have. In Buddhism, there is the concept of giving up desires to our attachments, and this is the lesson that I recently learned.

Dearly beloved children of the light. As we have said to you many times prior, there are major energetic changes indeed moving closer and closer to your GAIA, the event is inevitable, yet most do not comprehend with the human mind what this event that we are all referring to is, and so, let us briefly explain to you its importance and what is about to sweep through your planet.
Let us reassure you that the destruction that many of you are seeing in their third eyes, is the destruction of the old system of thinking and the old system of belief, for there indeed is a new thought process that is originating inside your hearts, a new heart code that is exploding from within, and bringing you into the alignment with THE ULTIMATE TRUTH.
Truth that all of you are magnificent beings, capable of creating worlds close in magnitude to the one that you are presently finding yourself on. You are indeed awaking to your heart code, you area wakening to the real truth, which is, that you are in control of your realities, and you need not anyone tell you the what, how, when and why.
Technically what is about to occur on your planet is the PURIFICATION PROCESS. Many portals on your planet will open up and the energy from these portals will rise to the central point in the middle of the earth through its axis, the wobble will be changed a few degrees, many events of various natures will occur. Massive cleansing process is going to take place.
All earth ancient portals systems shall activate significantly and release the knowledge that has been laying dormant for eons. Your scientists are going to discover proof of what we are talking about here to you. More and more newspapers will report the new findings of scientific experiments to support all the “theories” that we lay forth before you.
But let us return to the dates at hand. September 18th – the 24th of your earthly time, what is about to occur on your planet is the gates yet again are going to open, but this time the energy that you will experience will not be coming from any celestial body but your own GAIA. What you are about to experience is major pruning, sweeping of your earth, energetically, physically and mentally.
Please understand that the changes that are about to take hold of your planet are the changes that have been set into motion many years ago, and so with the quadruple affect you are moving closer and closer the unification of the minds, to the unification of the system.
What we mean by this is NOT the idea that all of you will begin to think exactly the same, on the contrary you are about to awaken to your true magnificent selves, awaken to your hearts, and to remember the true reason that you are all now here, to awaken to your creativity, to awaken to your individuality, and yet ONENESS.. to understand that all of you are here as pieces of a puzzle in order to unite these pieces to build one whole. One whole – full of a multitude of colors, vibrations, musical tones of such variance, that once put together, will flow like a river in the same direction, in the direction of love, light, understanding, compassion, and abundance.
That is not to say that you must give anything up, except one thing the idea that you are all separate, for you are not. For you are all one and the same, but you come with different vibrational frequencies. And so, by giving up your hatred for one another, by forgiving each other, by forgiving yourselves, you are moving closer to finally playing together in unison a beautiful melody of freedom from lack, freedom from war, and freedom from dis-ease. For once you are in tune with your own selves, once you are in tune with your own creative forces, once you are following your hearts code, and living out your life as you are meant to be , as you have decided to do, it is then that the puzzle can finally be put together and the melody can finally be unleashed form earth and travel fast into the universal frequency of love, and it is then that your earth, and human beings, can finally join into the interplanetary confederation of light.
And so, we will repeat this again and again, hear our call, hear our tune.. you are to forgive, each other, you are let go of misconceptions towards YOUR SELVES, and those around you.. you are to stop trying to change everyone around you and you are to look deep within yourself and begin with you.
Do know that those of you are who are here to activate the grids, who are here to activate the portals, will be called to duty, be prepared, we ask that those of you and you know who you are, to be prepared by drinking enough fluids and by staying attuned to the notes to the sounds entering your hearing channels, i.e. your ears, you will hear a variety of sounds , sensations, you will hear different tones, you will feel heaviness in your ears, you will feel quick changes in the atmospheric pressure around you, it will feel as if something is being pressed up against your energy fields, you will feel energy drops, sudden tiredness, sudden alertness, sudden noises that normally do not hear. All these are calls for you to pay attention for you to attune to yourself.
For you are being called into action, action which will take place from the 18th to the 24th of September. Action to activate the grids of the portals of GAIA.
Please understand that this is a STEP, this is merely a commencement of the event, a preparatory step, and you will be called to duty many times over, throughout the duration of your present incarnation. For not only are you here to activate the grids, but also to lead assist humanity as they move from one dimension to another, as they move closer and closer to the understanding of their MULTIDIMENSIONALITY.

…and there will be light … Who does not know this phrase? Everybody knows that there is no shadow without light and no darkness may exist without light.
Please very consciously ask yourself: what is light in its true sense and what may light do at all?
Nobody and not at last science may know about all the answers to such question. Science exists in a scope of limited perception resulting that the most important part is missing in scientific view. Only those capable to understand that light is much more – surpassing all our today’s assumptions will be given some possible understanding that our horizon may be too near to our eyes.
Please try to widen and increase your horizon and you will be given the possibility to become aware that behind your horizon there is still much more.
There are matters waiting behind the horizon which still have to be discovered – formed into some structure and wrapped into lingual expression.
This is a journey to discover light. Light is not to be considered outside only but also inside of yourselves. It is the light of the Creator, that special light enlightening the universe and keeping it going. It is light which is the final end and the beginning too i.e. the Alpha and Omega.
Whoever starts this journey will eventually become aware that it is light taking you on its very journey – some journey without any end neither any start since where there is no beginning – the end will be missing likewise.
Whoever may grasp this with his/her understanding will have truly made it. What? Recognizing the secret of all creation – the particular secret which is one of the basic foundation stones of building the creative blueprint and scheme of All-There-Is.
This is one of the universal secrets known already long ago but thrown away as disregarded and invaluable into some remote corner by science and religion since they both institutions were not able to understand.
Be prepared to put off all limitations – set to do what religion and science were not able to do until now. Setting limits to oneself equally means to give oneself up – accepting one’s own limitations means to cut down and reducing oneself also to whatever experience is to come.

You may ask why this unfolding is needed but as the Creator unfolds, expands and seeps into all aspects of your being, you are raising the consciousness of everything within and around you.
As you ascend so you energise and amplify the entire vibration of the Creator. It is important to understand that your pathway on the Earth is not just personal but benefits and aids a collective consciousness. At this time you are working in a team with humanity to raise the vibration of the Earth through the admittance of light through your being. With every step you are taking you are supportive a collective consciousness in experiencing the Creator. Each time you master an aspect of your being or do not succumb to your ego this means that the same lesson doesn’t have to be overcome by so many others on the Earth as each of you are accepting aspects of a collective initiation, playing your role in moving all closer to a greater awareness of the Creator. We ask that you value the experience and situations that you are moving through, as you are assisting a deeper unity for all with the Creator.
Moving through your ascension pathway you begin to discover the keys to your spiritual awakening, understanding your innate ability to love, manifest, be at peace and project from within. With this awareness you are then faced
with a world of your own creation and the manifestation of the collective consciousness of humanity. So many unneeded and restrictive habits can be absorbed from the collective consciousness of humanity that the outside
world can seem vastly different from that which you realise and discover within. As you awaken it could be likened to suddenly realising that you are a superhero and you always have been! You understand most of your abilities and can see your great potential as a being on the Earth. The only problem is that you are aware of your superhero powers but you have to give yourself time to grow into your powers, to become familiar with them and to learn how
to wield them in your reality. With a beautiful perspective of yourself it can be painful to not instantly be able to project your powers into your physical reality to make the necessary alterations to the reality that you experience.
This in itself can cause pain and suffering until you learn to accept and be content in the speed of your ascension awakening. With many other people around you realising that they are superheroes, it can be difficult not to
compare yourself but there is a need to focus on loving yourself unconditionally as this will nurture the divine powers within you at an accelerated rate.
Many people experience suffering because they are not yet able to project the divine that they recognise from within but as you make the transition from awakening into realisation and complete projection from the inside out, you
may also find that past creations continue to remain in your aura and mind repeatedly projecting into your reality until you notice them. Ascension is about noticing yourself; there is a need to notice all that is divine within your
being but also to notice with a loving heart all that is not. As you expand your ability to recognise energies and aspects of yourself that need to be projected and that which no longer needs projection you are stepping into your power, as if you are cleaning your superhero suit and preparing to wear it. The process of noticing yourself can feel as if it causes suffering and pain as you realise your habits and focuses, but as you raise your vibrations lower
vibrational habits and creations can be experienced as larger than before as they battle with the high vibrations of your being causing friction.
The greatest way to dissolve ascension suffering and pain is to be deeply loving with yourself and your reality at all possible moments, be gentle with yourself and reality while allowing yourself to be as neutral as possible in your
reactions to your realisations and projections. It is also essential to be aware that you are in control of your reality, you are the main instrument of creation for your reality and so it is through you that everything flows and is manifested. You are always delivering the vibrations of the Creator through your being, you are constantly be given the most beautiful abundant light to create with and project as and how you wish into your reality. You can project
this beautiful light as it is retaining its magnificence or you can project it as a negative thought or a negative circumstance, the light can be moulded into anything that you wish and choose. Becoming confident in the presence of the abundant light within you and that flows through you allows you to bring your attention back to your truth and to an existence of a more neutral nature.
To be neutral is to hold powerful belief and trust in the Creator and light within you, even when you experience suffering and pain, to be neutral is to remain in your attunement and alignment with the Creator. Remembering in essence your magnificence and realising that no pain or hardship can take you away from your power, which is the divine light within you. Your power is also the way in which you choose to use and wield the divine light within you.
The purer and more loving your intentions the more power you will recognise within you. With a strong and growing belief of the divine within you, you will notice that extreme reactions to your circumstances and most importantly
your creations will lesson, acceptance will become your greatest tool. This will allow for lessened experiences of hardship, suffering and pain because it is often your reaction that causes the most turmoil. Reactions are actually a
moment when you have disbelief in the Creator, focusing upon separation and disempowerment. If you can maintain your belief in your power and truth then you reduce your reactions and are able to move through circumstances, habitual projections and self-realisations supported and loved by the Creator.
It is important to realise that there is a magnificently loving power growing within your being, it is your purpose at this time to nurture this power, observing its growth and clearing space for it to expand into. Take time to observe yourself and to sit with your own energies, then it will be easier to be aware of what is occurring within your being as well as the creations and projections you are materialising so that you can either stop or energise them before they become grounded into your reality.
We ask that you sit in meditation, focusing upon your breathing to remind yourself that you are a beautiful light filled peaceful being. You may wish to say this out loud a few times, ‘I am a beautiful light filled peaceful being.’
Then ask yourself, what has most preoccupied my mind up until this moment of my day? Observe what your mind is holding onto and allow yourself to breathe it away.
Then ask yourself, what are my emotions most reacting to up until this moment of my day? Observe what your emotions are holding onto and allow yourself to breathe it away.
Continue by asking yourself what pain, suffering or hardship am I consciously or unconsciously creating up until this moment? Observe but if you are unable to understand simply know that by focusing on breathing away the energies
and creations you are erasing them.
Allow yourself to then focus upon the power within your being, begin to breathe from your heart radiating the light of your divine self, your power, building and observing your trust in your own divine power.
Just allow yourself to be in your own energy, observing the growth of the light from within you for as long as you wish.
This is a simple meditation but encourages you to explore much of your energies getting into a habit of dissolving unneeded energies, thoughts, creations or emotions before they manifest and project into your being thus reducing your ascension pain.

My dear ones, I speak today with my beloved soul family, including this channel, to spread our deep love to you from behind the veil but not really so far behind the veil in essence, as we are all communing together with you to anchor the Love and Light further upon this planet and the universe and all the multiverses.
And suffice to say that I have always been with you, imparting inspiration and insight that awakens your own. And this is the process you are moving through, awakening your own divine knowledge and insight and inspiration.
Divine Inspiration is a beautiful concept. It means breath, breath of God, of Creator, and as such it is your divine birthright and your divine essence. It is always at your disposal. It is insights and love energy with the purpose of awakening your inner resources of Knowledge and Creativity. Think of it as a bellows that with more air, in the form of Love and Light, it sparks the embers of the eternal fires into pure glowing golden light that is pervading all right now, within you and without you and around the globe and universe and multiverses.
It is a beautiful thing, this divine inspiration. It fuels your actions, it fuels your knowing, and it fuels your unique mark upon the world. Your creative inspiration is the key to transformation and the spread of your essence of love throughout all perpetuity, throughout all eternity, existing in the Now and glowing in its wholeness and fullness of life.
Your awakening, dear ones, is coming to fruition. It is marking your future in the Now. It is building your essence to wholeness, and you feel it, do you not? I love you beyond words and I impart now my Love through this channel so you feel the magnitude of it.
Imagine yourself now in a beautiful meadow with golden white light permeating your entire being. Feel it on your skin and feel it within, in every cell of your body. Step into it now so that it is the only thing you are experiencing. Imagine now it permeating your heart and feel the glow as I transmit my Love to you, as we as a group extend our Love to you. Recognize it as the potential love you can impart to yourselves. Recognize it as the love you can impart to others.
Now feel it within, as such a huge ball of light permeating you and everything around you so that you do not feel the difference or demarcation between you and outside of you. Revel and luxuriate in this Love and Golden White Light so it is the only thing that exists now in this moment. You may start to see pink and magenta or other colors and rays. Allow it to permeate. Feel the warmth. Feel the very power of it. Melt within it. Know it spreads out as far as the proverbial eye can see, the “eye” of your multidimensional selves, that is. Feel the oneness that this invokes. You are now floating within and upon this beautiful light permeating your very Being and on out to infinity.
Sit with this a while. Allow the warmth and glow to sustain you. Notice anything that may come up in emotion or insight and be with it and release gently what no longer serves you, transmuting it and allowing your Being to clear and become lighter because of it.
You are venturing now into this oblivion of Love, dear ones. It is becoming your very means and purpose of living. And for that, you can thank yourselves for allowing it.
We love you, with our pure hearts to your pure hearts. You are Creator’s magnificent creation and in that and from that you are creating what you most cherish, for you are cherished by Creator, and by us, for all that you are Now in this moment, becoming more pure and illuminated with each breath you take.
So keep breathing in the light and inspiration that is your birthright – your increased knowing of your Divine Essence and all it entails. In it and within it is all you are and all you need and all you know, and it increases as you go deeper into your glowing essence, Now in this moment.

Beloved Ones,
We find as this month progresses that many of you are experiencing the release of many patterns of thinking that have been holding you back from moving forward into new perspectives and new beginnings. Call upon us to assist you in releasing these from your consciousness and from the cells of your body.
Make this request a daily habit until your goal of freedom from these is accomplished and know that we are ever at your side helping to bring balance and equilibrium and the ceasing of these discordant energies, for in truth, these are simply old energies that need to be dissolved. We want you to ask us to help you with these challenges, for the sooner you are freed from them the sooner you can accept and fully integrate the higher energies and your greater light.
By these actions, much discord is freed and transmuted from the greater collective field which then enables more of humanity to awaken and free themselves from old illusions and perceptions that do not serve the evolving soul. As more light becomes anchored here on Earth it creates a greater force of Light that can then be used to create new solutions and new beginnings.
The process of ascension into higher consciousness as we move through the fourth dimension is moving into its final phase and as it does so, it also increases the intensity of the thought patterns and emotions that well up within all individuals and it is vital for all lightworkers to understand the importance of holding the light steady during these chaotic energy fluxes. Stay centered in your heart center as much as possible.
Become aware of and acknowledge the moon phases and the celestial movements in the heavens. There is much that can be learned here as you use these forces to help you move forward at the appropriate moments. This practice will become more important as the experience of linear time is undergoing radical changes. It is by observing these cycles that the ancients were able to stay attuned with the forces of the Universe to reach beyond the world that they inhabited.
It is of utmost importance to develop this practice as a way of measuring the energy cycles that occur in order to align in harmony with them. This is another reason why spending much time outdoors in nature is of great benefit. It aligns each person’s inner cycles with these greater cycles.
As you learn to navigate in the new reality, you will find yourselves more at peace within your own core essence and you will inherently know the right step for you to follow as it is needed. It will also unlock spiritual abilities and gifts within each person, for these have lain dormant for many cycles and as the dross from the old paradigms is transmuted, these treasures within are waiting to be discovered.
It but requires the motivation, intent and persistence to become aligned with these greater soul qualities that come forth to be recognized and utilized in ways that empower each individual and the greater collective of humanity. When these gifts and abilities are used constructively for enhancing the experience of the beauty of life within all souls, great strides will be made in individual and collective evolvement.
It behooves each individual to truly know themselves and to be true to themselves, for what may be good and right for one individual may not be good for another. Each soul is on their own individual journey and as they align with their Oversoul and soul group, many wonders of creation will manifest upon your world. Each soul has unique and beautiful gifts to add to the collective experience so it is important to realize that your loving presence here during these times is much needed in order to enhance the positive experience for all.
