Please allow me to clarify that the ‘decalcification’ is simply about decreasing toxicity in the body and glands overall. It is not about ‘activation’ …for that to occur, a balance of the left/right brain, thinking patterns, etc must take place. A healthy, cleansed body just makes it easier to function in general. I suggest studying information on the triune brain and brain function by Mark Passio, along with his other teachings about consciousness.

These are just a few things you can do to decalcify & nourish your pineal gland (and other organs!) I recommend you make your own notes, research and come to your own consensus. There are many things I did not include, such as barely (or not at all) watching TV, same with video games, not reading corporate-controlled/funded newspapers full of junk and propaganda… but rather get your news from a source that focuses on TRUTH, solutions and actual intellectual content and educational info. The main focus in this video for de-calcification was regarding diet and things you chew or drink. Not things you do. So don’t forget that! 🙂 Eating right and not inducing/exposing yourself to toxins is huge… but there are many other aspects to reaching higher consciousness.

In a distant past our pineal gland used to be our third eye and, even more than an eye: a cosmic receiver and sender of multi-dimensional information. The pineal gland is now a tiny gland in the centre of our brain, connected with all our senses and the rest of our body. Through the other senses it communicates with the outer world in electrical impulses.

With its spectrum of hormones it regulates our state of consciousness, e.g. waking, sleeping, dreaming, various meditative states including those states in which we may have mystical experiences. The mind and senses are paths for occult energies that work through various psychophysical centers or chakras, among the highest of which is the pineal gland. These centres continue to develop as we evolve towards spirit.

So, while the third eye or pineal gland has certain physiological activities in conjunction with the pituitary gland – together they regulate the rhythms of metabolism and growth – it is also the physical organ of intuition, inspiration, spiritual vision, and divine thought. The pituitary gland is the thought receiver and the pineal gland, often called our true master gland, is the thought transmitter.

The pineal gland is the very key to the highest and divinest consciousness in man – his omniscient, spiritual and all embracing mind. It is the Single Eye.

The more light you can store in your body, the higher your vibration will become. The higher your vibration is, the easier it becomes to elevate your surrounding as well as the people around you. Now is the time to reawaken our pineal gland as a cosmic antenna.

The Etheric Body

The etheric body, in the vast majority of humans, is the vehicle or the instrument of astral energy. It gives vitality, health, life and organization to the physical body. It steps energies from the higher bodies down into our physical consciousness.

The etheric body is composed of interlocking and circulating lines of force emanating from the many levels of consciousness of our planetary life. These lines of energy and this closely interlocking system of streams of force are related to the seven energy centers (chakras) found within the etheric body. Each of these centers are related to certain types of incoming energy. When the energy reaching the etheric body is not related to a particular center, that center remains passive; when it is related and the center is sensitive to its impact, then that center becomes vibrant and receptive and develops as a controlling factor in the life of the man on the physical plane.

The dense physical body is held together by and is expressive of the energies which compose the etheric body. As attitude, attainment and comprehension shift to higher levels, the etheric body will be constantly changing and responding to newer energies.

The etheric body interpenetrates, underlies, and occupies the entire physical organism. It extends beyond the physical form and surrounds it like an aura. According to the point in evolution will be the area which the etheric body covers beyond the outside of the physical body. It may extend for a few or many inches.

Within the physical body, the network of the etheric body is to be found permeating every single part. It is particularly associated at this time with the nervous system, which is fed, nourished, controlled and galvanized by its etheric counterpart. This counterpart is present in millions of tiny streams or lines of energy, to which the Eastern occultist has given the name nadis. There are 72 000 nadis, which act as carriers of energy. They are in fact the energy itself and carry the quality of energy from some area of consciousness in which the soul in the body may happen to be focused. According to the state of consciousness and the psychic state of awareness, so will be the type of energy carried by the nadis, passing from them to the outer nervous system.

A fellow lightworker has asked me to channel the answer to his question “There are myriads of worlds and myriads of teachings. All just concepts for certain experiences, none are reflecting the PRIME TRUTH of WHOLENESS and COMPLETENESS, as there are NO experiences at that state of PRIME CONSCIOUSNESS. As long as you can experience something, there are concepts and you have not ascended ALL the WAY up to PRIME CREATOR. With this realization, how can I choose NOW a different hologram/concept, which uses joy and laughter on it’s way up to PRIME CREATOR ? What shall I “do” to experience the LIGHT & LOVE & TRUTH that I AM ?”

Dearest Child of the stars, the moon and the sun. You have got it all wrong, for you are not understanding the true meaning of the holographic experience, this we say onto you the guardians of the highest order of light, which expands its horizons into each and every corner of the universe. The consciousness of the highest I am presence, and the consciousness of the forefather of the conscious experience which you have all created in a holographic studio of the creator, the drawing room of the creator.

And so, we say onto you , seeing everything from above and from below, seeing everything as is and in the now moment of time, we say onto you that there is no polarity and no duality, and there absolutely is polarity and duality, for all exists in unison, molded into one conscious – I AM presence.

And so, were you looking to experience the non polarity of joy and laugher without the pain, but that cannot be so, for everything exists together in unison in one motion in one beautiful wave of light.
Which brings us to the answer of your question of THE HOW… each of you is creating his or her own now moment, and are thereby interlacing with the creator into one magnificent AHA moment. Yes indeed it is true that you are interlacing with the creator of this universe for there are many upon many such universes and one universal SOURCE, and so you are interlacing your NOW moments with the creators NOW moment into a beautiful melody of the universe.

The “how” should not then be the question, for the “how” exists in your mind’s eye, the how is laying dormant therein, and all you need to do is unlock the mystery of your creation and you shall be able to tap into your own “mother board” and change the moment of time, and change your holographic experience.

You see dear child of the sun, the moon and the stars.. You see the child of the universal truth.. it is quite simple indeed, for you need only to think of the life that you wish to experience, and so, shall you wish to experience joy, you shall….pain.. you shall .
What we are trying to say to you at this very moment of time is that there is no such possibility to exist in this universe without the experience of both polarities. You cannot experience joy without experiencing pain, as there simply will not be the contrasts necessary for your mind to comprehend the experience of your NOW moment.

Therefore the answer to your question cannot be given, for it does not exist in the universe that you presently occupy, and we do not mean your earth, we mean your universe. Should you chose to experience the non polarity and none duality of the creator, it is not going to be possible, for the creator does indeed experience both polarities, for the creator’s experiences are those of your own, you are part of the creator and thus the creator experiences everything that you experience, for there is no such state that does not allow one to experience anything, for even the NON experience is an experience all onto itself, and therefore, what you seek should not be sought, for as you seek you are seeking that which does not exist, for even in the stillness of the mind, the mind experiences stillness.. for even in silence, silence is experienced and thus, to achieve the state of the Prime creator one MUST experience polarity and duality and accept both fully and completely integrating both into the core of ones being.

For as you are aware dear one, you must have a positive and a negative, for even the atom which is the building block of all matter, contains within the positive (proton) and negative (electron), for should one seize to exist there shall then not be another, should you seize to be brought before an experience of pain, you will never comprehend the experience of joy, that is not to say that you must experience pain if you do not choose to do so, that is to say that you will be brought before pain and it will be your choice to experience such state of being or not. Nevertheless pain does not seize to exist for then joy seizes to exist.

And so, the answer to your question as to how to create a new holographic experience whereby you shall experience joy and laughter on your way to the creator, which you already are, would then be for you to WELCOME ALL EXPERIENCES for what you perceive to be a negative experience, is but a golden opportunity for you to experience BEING THE CREATOR of YOUR JOURNEY… shy not away from such a blissful experience for in the midst of pain it is up to you to find the joy you are looking for.

And so, joy and love and peace is simply one step away from pain, hatred and war, for once you realize that all the other aspects of this creation you call life, are to be present, and you are there to either to go with the flow of currently existing conditions on the planet GAIA, or to CHANGE YOUR OWN ENERGY FLOW to such a degree that it is YOUR ENERGY that is going to affect ALL that is brought before you.

Have we answered your question? NO? The channeler is asking us to elaborate further on this topic and so we shall comply with this request.

Very well, let us give you another example so that it would be easier for your human mind to comprehend that which we speak of. Were you to walk down the street and see a dog approach you, while you in the very core of your being are completely petrified of such a creature, would you then see this dog as a friendly companion to walk besides you on your path, or would your EGO then condemn that this is an enemy standing before you? And once you were to do so the “enemy” would pick up the energy that you are carrying within your core and attack you, only to reflect what you ALREADY are projecting onto it.

We say the latter, but should you have had the ability to CHANGE your understanding of the magnificent creature approaching your holographic self, you would then be able to change the energy that you would direct to the dog at hand. At once, your body would react to the thought in your mind and CREATE a new experience, whereby the same “enemy” would then be perceived as a “friend” sending out a wave of love, light and understanding. BUT such a feeling would need to truly be felt by your entire being, having not an ounce of doubt whereby even a small % of your brain/energy wave is occupied with the thought that this dog may attack you, for should you still carry, even an insignificant part of this energy in your field, that which is standing before you would have a CHOICE to either attack or not. And so, completely removing even a partial idea of “negativity” you would thereby be creating “positivity”, thereby taking what already exists and experiencing that which you wish, without “deleting” that which you wish not to happen, or in other terms shifting into a different timeline of your own CREATION, thereby experiencing JOY, LOVE, LAUGHTER, all the way understanding that their “negative” polarities still exist, and are necessary for such an experience.

And so, we leave you with a final thought: Seek not that which you wish, for you already found it, look into your heart and realize that you are the prime creator of your own universe, the universe that lays within the sphere of your heart, look within and you shall create that which you wish to experience, look within and change the matrix of your environment, by looking within and understanding thy self, by looking within and understanding the creation that is standing before you and experiences that are unfolding before your very eyes, it is then that you will be able to understand and be able to control the outcome of such experiences, by completely uniting the heart center of your being with the PRIME creator, you will begin to understand that you are already living within the codexes of the prime creator, all that remains is for you to step into the direction that you wish to ascend to whether it be “positive” polarity or a “negative” one.

We are now amidst the height of the most intense energies, having an enormous impact on our planet as well as on our physical bodies at present. All this implies a time and a path that will be decisive for our further evolution in such a way that we must hold our focus on our own further spiritual evolution, on our Ascension and on our inner light. The Christ consciousness is born once more in us and that is a beautiful enlightenment that we experience in our current incarnations. This is why all of us arrived on this planet and it will bring a lot in its wake.

I am convinced that so many of you are nearing beautiful times at present and are undergoing many intense shifts in difficult as well as marvelously enlightened ways. Anyway, you are being worked on profoundly one way or the other. There is no deadlock but rather progress and growth, coming to pass in a difficult or an easy way, but unfolding nevertheless.

I can hardly describe what I have seen and sensed these past days but I am going to try …. Perhaps you can find yourselves in many of my accounts, giving you some kind of support and confirmation. In every respect we are all in this together as one big family of Light, thus connecting us more strongly to one another than is commonly felt.

The energies of the Merkabah formation on July 29th represented a strong inflow of energies which has activated a lot for Gaia and for our own reality. The intent and focus of this event was to give as many souls as possible the opportunity to grow exponentially and to bring Mother Earth to a new dimension. That opportunity came along thanks to the cosmic energies arriving to us from the center of the Cosmos which in itself is a very rare event and an outspoken opportunity for further evolution. As always, everything is divinely supported which can be proven in so many things having a cosmic effect in your reality.

What I have done personally during the time of the Merkabah formation was opening myself up as a channel, accepting all these energies in my body and in my heart so that I was able to channel these energies into the Heart of Mother Earth. I have used these energies in part to ground myself while simultaneously sharing these with Gaia so She could make use of these cosmic energies for Her own Ascension process and in turn passing it on to humanity and to all beings dwelling on Her surface. Another part of the energies was used by me to activate my Lightbody in an even deeper way by taking them in my heart and expanding it from the physical to the cosmic body, to the Universe and beyond. While doing this I especially focused on my own personal projects that I would like to achieve and create in my own parallel world, all being focused on intent and on Love! Lastly I have used the incoming energies in Love and intent in order to empower all of humanity and the collective to evolve and to merge with the Light.

That specific day I have grounded myself a lot to be able to channel and take in these incoming energies. To ground oneself is extremely important to be able to work with these energies, thereby allowing them to flow and to grow. Without proper grounding there would be blockades of these intense energies in the body as they cannot be taken in nor processed the best way possible. All in all it was a fantastic day in which I felt a lot of shifts and activations! Lightflashes, shocks and especially much activations of the heart, much warmth in the heartcenter of my Being namely the heartchakra. I meditated a lot that day and I feel that it has truly helped us as the endresult is well known by all of us.

Now that the Lion’s gate was still active for a few days and the next Merkabah is about to be formed on August 25th, the energies are even more intense and everything is accelerated at a dazzling speed. Many of us are finding themselves in difficult situations or in the most astounding times of their lives : both scenarios are the result of these energetic magnetizations. It struck me that each time we are relaxed whether in meditation, in napping or in sleep, we are being worked on immediately by all these energies in the presence of the Archangels and the Masters of the Light. It feels as though they are following us each moment and are awaiting the time we take some rest and release our focus so that they can step in and say :’yes, now is the time, let’s quickly move on with our work’ hahaha and actually it goes that way, for the presence of Archangel Metatron is always by my side lately meaning that work has to be done  A lot of work is being done lately, no doubt about that.

I have felt more energy in my body than in all previous years combined and those energies seem so close and seem to be part of my Being. There is an unbelievable connection with my Twin Flame and I experience many heartwarming, astonishing processes in my body which I have never experienced before. What especially strikes me is the fact that the etheric body is definitely more active than ever before. I experience this body in a most conscious way around my physical body as a turbulent and highly active energy expanding out from my inner being and as a result I can sense more things. For instance, when something or someone enters my fields, my etheric body triggers and vibrates as if being hit, with the resulting change in vibration. It feels as if something takes over and a second body around the physical is being activated and receives and perceives all outer influences firsthand instead of the physical. This is a very odd feeling and one I still must get used to. I have always had strong feelings but now that has doubled. You can compare it with the touch of water resulting in a lot of rings/vibrations due to this contact. It felt exactly the same way in my etheric body, a feeling that was passed on to my physical body.

I have had a lot of experiences lately : leaving my physical body in a conscious way, becoming lightheaded, travelling consciously through dimensions in daytime, experiencing headaches, nauseousness, eating food that upset my stomach, getting a feeling of rest and trust, feeling a warm love in the heart, flashes of light and shocks throughout my body, the rising of the kundalini along my spine, hot flashes, activations in my heart, sleeplessness, not being able to sleep due to being ‘overenergized’, tiredness, exhaustion, feeling good and so many different experiences all due to the intense shifts and growth. Just yesterday I was overwhelmed by a very intense energy seemingly tearing open my crown chakra covering the whole of my skull allowing an intense energy to come in through this chakra during which my head and my skull were vibrating in such a way that it gave me goosebumps. A good feeling but an odd feeling nonetheless.The brain is placed in a vibratory position in separate places giving the feeling of goosebumps on the skull skin.

On another occasion I experienced two things yesterday that I had never experienced before and that seemed to be an activation of even more levels of consciousness. I was typing a message to a friend in response to a question I had asked her and in that specific moment I was overcome by a strong feeling of déjà-vu in which I received the awareness I had done the exact same thing before, recognizing it all immediately. I had written down the exact same words and asked the exact same question to the exact same person, on the exact same place and in the exact same time. I was talking to myself in editing the response :’Why am I asking and writing this down all over again, I have done this already??’ It was like I was taken over as if I was placed in a bubble travelling through time. In any case I believe that it was something that just happened according to the explanation of Archangel Metatron and of Archangel Uriel.

Both of them told me that a déjà-vu experience is a facet or an aspect of yourself that you have already done but that you erased from your memory. The moment that you remember it, it is being reactivated and you travel through time to that specific moment. It is quite unbelievable what we are able to perform nowadays in a conscious way!! And that is not yet everything, for much more is awaiting us and it will only intensify and becoming more and more overwhelming. I sense that the gift of teleportation is one of them because many have already started practicing this in a conscious way. I have begun developping this gift in a conscious way and it really is important to have trust in yourself and to open yourself to yourself otherwise it could prove to be very difficult and take way longer to experience and perform teleportation consciously.

I am extremely grateful for all of these events as it is wondrous to be able to discover yourself this way! We are all in this together and I know that many of you are experiencing the exact same things as I am for I have read this in a reaction to my profile. The trouble with keeping up with the speed of all of these energetic fluctuations will have become apparent to you all by now, and we do know that many of you suffer considerably from the output from all of this. Again, it is indeed inevitable that your bodies will show some form of distress by now, but for some, it can be almost crippling. We know it will be of small consolation for us to again repeat the same message of patience and trust, but this is indeed a very intense period that will bring much ease as soon as it starts to ease off. And it will, but not just yet, as today will be another hectic day on so many levels. However, release will be at hand shortly, and as such, the importance today will once again be on keeping your focus on the light.

As we have already talked about, there might be some sort of eruption starting to become visible on a scale that will have many of you sit up and listen. But again we say, do not lend your ears to those trying to pull the old and tried trick of fomenting fear whenever they can in order to keep you looking back over your shoulders to what has been, instead of focusing on what is to become. For you have all become new in so many ways, and with that, things have already started to change for the better, but this will be easy to lose sight of in the middle of all of the commotion that soon will erupt on all sides. So again we say, lift your eyes and fix it on the sun that is about to appear on the horizon, and do not look down at the mud still clinging to your feet. The mud will wash off at the first little refreshing downpour of light, and as such, it is not worthy of your focus.

We know this is easier said than done, for to so many of you, this old and stinking mud will seem to be everywhere, and it feels like it will cling to you forever. It will not, and it cannot, but we do understand the frustration of having to go through cleansing after cleansing only to find another spot of bother appearing as if from nowhere. But trust us when we say that this too will be a thing of the past in the not too distant future. But until then, keep your eyes on the clear blue patches of sky that will appear for every one of you, no matter how dark and ominous the sky may appear right above you at the moment.

The Arcturians Speak:

Mytre has shared his experience of his Super-subconscious Being. We will now tell you about the Super-subconscious of our Mothership. Of course, all states of consciousness intermingle within the Being of our Mothership, but just as your brain has certain areas that are more inclined to generate certain states of consciousness, our Ship has certain areas that generate certain frequencies of emanation that encourage correlate states of consciousness.

The Super-subconscious, which represents your animal container, represents the container of our Ship. In other words, the Super-subconscious of the Mothership is responsible for all the maintenance of the ever-changing form of the Ship. Just as your animal body grows and changes in reaction to different energy fields, our Mothership’s living structure constantly changes according to different situations.

All information of all interactions and alterations of the Mothership since her multidimensional manifestation are stored in the Ship’s Super-subconscious. The Mothership that we have been discussing is actually a prototype, an archetypical example of most of our Motherships. Because this Ship has the most extensive Log of interactions with ascending realities, we have chosen Her to assist Gaia with Her Planetary Ascension.

We, the Arcturians, have no aging process, as we do not exist within time. Furthermore, we prefer to visit or use form rather than wear it. We think of form as you might think of a coat. You would not wear a coat unless it was necessary. Furthermore, while you are in the privacy of your home, you wear clothing that is comfortable. However, if guests come to visit, you may put on a special outfit.

In the same manner, while we are relaxing on the Ship, we are usually formless. However, we put on the appropriate form when we have visitors. The appropriate form is the version of our vaguely humanoid form that is most pleasing and comfortable to our guests. Hence, we usually wear a form with a head, body, two arms and two legs. On the other hand, when we have non-humanoid visitors, we often adapt our form to be similar to theirs.

Our Mothership can change shapes, and any of the shapes to which the Mothership has ever adapted is stored in Her Super-subconscious, which is generally located, but not limited to, the bottom areas of the Ship. We are aware that you are accustomed to thinking in terms of top and bottom. Hence, we will use them.

However, there are many occasions in which our Mothership takes on the form of an orb, and there is no bottom or top. In this case, your human thinking would conceive that the Super-subconscious is on the outside of the Ship. These assumptions are also incorrect, as outside and inside are human terms that do not apply to our reality.

We are happy to speak in terms in which you can create a mental picture. On the other hand, please realize that your sequential manner of thinking will greatly limit your ability to understand the fifth dimension and beyond. We are pleased to see that many of you are attempting to adapt to your innate, multidimensional thinking.

Just as our Super-subconscious carries the patterns of every form the Ship has ever taken, our Seventh Dimensional consciousness holds the patterns of every Oversoul of every reality with whom we have interfaced. Allow us to define Oversoul for you. The seventh dimension is the last dimension that engages form as a means of expression.

Beings of the eighth dimension and beyond, such as the Arcturians, lower their resonance into their seventh dimensional Oversoul and go through that closet to find every form they have ever worn in any reality. Of course, this is a metaphoric definition, but if we were to speak in our timeless, formless Light Language, you would not understand us.

Sheldon Nidle’s Update – 8-14-13 – For The Spiritual Hierarchy and Galactic Federation of Light

Dratzo! Welcome! Much is progressing around your world. First, those who are busy rooting out the dark have successfully obtained the means to indict the leaders of your world’s major governments and this dovetails well with the various legal torts (the right of action for damages) that are setting up a new financial system and putting the fiat, debt-brokered system out of business. Despite much dark opposition in the courts, these legal instruments have surmounted the many litigious obstacles placed in their way by the dark-controlled court-system. This significant achievement is allowing your new reality to begin to take shape, assisted by several new organizations that have been created to facilitate a new monetary and governmental system. Those responsible for these legal and financial maneuvers are wealthy, possess the logistical resources, and above all, are armed with a superbly thought-out and comprehensive plan; those who have had the opportunity to review parts of it are thoroughly impressed with its vision and exhaustively detailed plan of execution. However, the challenge all along has been how to overcome the vast, entrenched control mechanisms with which the dark rules your planet, and which cannot be breeched without the backing of the forces of Light. This backing is now in operation.

The Earth allies’ plan to expel the dark and its minions from power has taken time to get to its present state of viable operation, and owes a debt of gratitude to the many courageous ones who were willing to take on the then-seemingly invincible dark-controlled regimes around the globe. It took three major legal efforts before the present one met with success. The first torts were flung out of the dark-controlled statute courts (originally set up for wartime exigencies only but never rescinded). The second lawsuit, involving meticulously researched material, was again given the boot for non-compliance with certain trumped-up procedural requirements. It was only recently that Heaven permitted us to use our power and influence to ‘level the playing-field’ in the courts and give our allies a fighting chance of success. This leg-up achieved its purpose and a general legal proceeding was at last instigated. After years of improper rulings to protect the rich and powerful, headway began to be made, and after more years of our assistance, the present successful conclusions were reached.

These legal successes bolster the progress being made with the new hard currencies and the new rules for the global financial system. Again, our backing allowed those who hold jurisdiction over vast deposits of precious metals and stones required to back the new system to come forth and, in the strictest secrecy, to set up a plan to transform your debt-based financial system. This planning is now complete. Furthermore, new, creative ways to introduce the hard currencies and implement the new system are even now becoming law around your planet. The apparent slow-down is being caused by the colossal complexity of shifting the running of an entire planet into a new gear with minimal disruption to supply-lines and infrastructure. So much is to happen almost simultaneously! In the face of this the many groups responsible for carrying out these changes are nevertheless coming together over timelines and are now armed with the requisite documentation to effect a rapid financial and governmental segue. With us at their backs, a new world is beginning to take form around this most precious globe!

These various operations are shaping up to be the pivotal first domino that will very shortly lead to first contact and all that that implies. Our on-planet and inner planet brethren are in the final stages of completing what can only be described as an urgently needed miracle. Bear in mind that the controlling dark elites have believed for eons that what is about to happen was impossible, as they controlled the courts, the governments, and the entire global economy. Only recently did Heaven permit us to engage significantly with the dark establishment to turn the tide of Earth affairs. As a result, we have divested the dark of its great resources and its means of callously destroying its opposition. These inroads into its vast defenses have also forced it to confront the fact that its immunity from accountability is no longer in play and its old tried-and-true maneuvers are no longer working. Even new schemes are failing to achieve the expected results. The specter of failure looms ever larger over their panicked heads as the Light continues ever more forthrightly to reclaim her rightful dominion!

Namaste! We are your Ascended Masters and we come with good news! The final phases of manifesting your new monetary system are coming into view. At the same time that your financial structures are seen to be crumbling, the legitimacy of the world’s governments are also being perceived to be wanting and are being reviewed. Over the eons, the dark created ‘special circumstances’ to validate the creation of de facto governments that were open to manipulation by special interests, such as large banks, wealthy individuals, and international corporations. This de facto governance was thus deeply flawed in concept and intent, and lacked the moral and spiritual substance to serve its countrymen. Its sole object of pursuit was to further the self-interests of the rich and powerful. This travesty of government needs to be replaced with one that upholds the growing consciousness and spirit of the age, and that supports and promotes the incoming Age of Light and the peoples of this reality.

Our role at this time is to provide the moral and spiritual guidance for your ascension process. Sadly, those presently running your world are dedicated to preventing this at all costs and possess a great many resources to carry out this most improper agenda. However, we too possess a most blessed resource: our space family. Heaven brought them here to provide the powerful back up needed to neutralize this intractable dark force. This backing gives us the opportunity to launch our program to oust the dark minions and create a new world for all humanity. This galactic element allows us to get our new financial and governmental systems into operation, which instantly alters the political, financial, and economic landscape of your entire planet and lets the tyranny that has strangled humanity for 13 millennia fade like a nightmare. The new world that will appear is the precursor to your magnificent, fully conscious one.

In this post-nightmare world we can come forward and begin to set straight so many falsehoods that were force-fed you by the dark, and explain the many hidden facts and truths about who you really are and where you are going. The path to full consciousness that you presently travel is in fact only returning you to your original divine blueprint. Saul Through John Smallman – How many of you have daily to do lists

We are all enlightened beings; some of you have just forgotten that.  Never mind . . . you will awaken and a most wonderful realization will dawn on you as Reality fills your awareness and your natural state of being fully conscious blossoms.  It is as though your natural state of existence had been resting, asleep, and a reduced state had been on standby during that moment.  Its abilities were severely limited because it was only there to keep things ticking over; it did not have to do anything.  And you, in order to awaken, do not have to do anything.

You have only to allow yourselves to let go of attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors that you have held on to for many lifetimes, and which no longer serve you.  It truly is very simple.  However, your grip on those outmoded aspects of yourselves, which you believed were essential for your safety and survival, has, over the years and lifetimes, seemingly welded them to you.  It has not – but you do need to focus on unclenching, on loosening your grip on them, and after spending all that time holding on tightly, letting go is perhaps more than a little unsettling.

Ask your guides for help to show you, or bring to your attention, those aspects to which you are clinging and that no longer serve you, and ask for help to want to release them.  Often you have held on to them for so long that they can seem like essential parts of yourselves, making you feel that if you release or discard them, there will be no you left.

What you identify with as yourselves, as you live your human lives, is frequently just a mask, a very firmly attached mask, displaying your beliefs, your prejudices, and your opinions which are so firmly embedded and ingrained that you have come to identify with them.  It almost seems that you are them because they have blocked out your self-awareness, your awareness of your true divine Self.  Thus it may seem that if you discard the mask there will be no one left.  Of course this is not the case. Your true Self is not noisy, it is quiet, peaceful, relaxed, undemanding, and joyful, but you are so used to being driven by shoulds and musts that the peace and quiet you experience when you release them is shocking: you enter a vast space inside that seems empty, and your inclination is to immediately fill it up!

When you take time out daily to meditate you are allowing yourselves to enter that inner space of peace and quiet.  Sometimes it is very inspiring and uplifting for you, but more often you are conscious of trains of unending thought flowing through you which you try, without too much success, to disperse or disregard.  Spending time daily in that space, a set time – five minutes, fifteen minutes, thirty minutes, even an hour – that you have agreed with yourselves is appropriate or adequate can, in and of itself, be a major block that prevents you from entering that space.

You may find it more helpful to decide first thing each day, when you have woken up and are planning your day, to agree with yourselves that you will take time out whenever too much stress builds up, or whenever you are waiting for a late client, for a bus or train, or for the lights to change – any moment that “needs!” filling, or that is not filled with physical or mental activity – and just use that for your meditation practice.  Removing the “should,” the responsibility for meditating for a fixed time at a fixed time can be very freeing.  And when you feel free, wonders can be experienced.

The purpose of life is joy.  But most of you are so weighed down with anxieties and responsibilities that the thought of finding joy in your lives seems ludicrous.  What is ludicrous is that you allow yourselves to be so driven.  Yes, you allow yourselves to be driven, because being driven is a state of mind that you choose to accept and which you can change, instantly, should you choose to.  But for many of you being driven has become normal, so normal that you cannot imagine not being driven.

Things need to get done; that is part of your human life experience, but you do not have to allow those things, situations, or people to manipulate you into driving yourselves.  What often happens is that you are in a situation and your mind wanders – “I have to get bread . . . the laundry . . . I am going to be late for that appointment” – and then snaps back, and it seems that you missed something important as you are asked a question that you did not hear, or you just lost a little more of your precious but severely limited time.  Your mind starts to race and a state of overwhelm envelops you.  Does this feel familiar?  And so often you think that there is nothing that you can do about it.

How many of you have daily “to do” lists?  Lists that you never succeed in completing?  That in itself is telling you something very important.  Possibly you often strike off half the items or more before you start or as the day progresses, and it becomes apparent that you cannot do them all.  For a change make the choice not to have a list.  At first, that may cause anxiety, an increase in your stress levels, a sense of playing truant, but when you have given yourselves permission to do without one, you will gain a sense of freedom.  Once you get over the guilt of feeling free, which should take only a moment, joy will flood in.  It may not last, but it will demonstrate to you that joy is possible.

When the truth of that realization sinks in you will find your selves far more willing to listen to the real you, the you that wants to be loved and loving, and which knows that that is its true state, and you will ease up on yourselves.  You will deliberately choose not allow yourselves to be driven by yourselves, situations, or other people, and a more peaceful sense of freedom and rightness in the now moment will envelop you.  Then you will be ready to awaken into Reality, and the short waiting-period before that happens will become a joy and not a trial.

Light continues to shine upon your world, dear ones. Your efforts and strong determination help Gaia tremendously. You are role models in many ways for those on your planet who do not feel any connection to Source and to Divine Love. You are acting as wayshowers for many people at the moment and many turn to you for help and advice, and many more will turn to you for guidance in the coming months, as the cabal run matrix implodes on them a little more every single day.

There is no fear to be found in your heart, and this is seen by the many, even if only at an subconscious level. Your being present on the planet at the present time, gives them courage, and joy. You are bringing much light on the surface of your planet, light that many benefit from, as well as Lady Gaia herself, dear ones.

Indeed she needs your support and help perhaps more than ever now and in the near future, as the situation for her deteriorates by the day, under the destructive influence of the cabal. The cabal has never cared for Gaia, has never acknowledged her existence as a sentient being, as they also do not acknowledge animal presence, and indeed your own presence on the planet as being an influential one. The cabal does not care for life, it does not care for justice, and love. The cabal only cares about possessions, and power. We have been negotiating with the cabal emissaries for the release of Gaia from cabal agendas and influence, however, as you know it is very difficult to deal with them.

We are glad to announce that the time that has been allocated to talking and negotiations is about to come to an abrupt end, under the current circumstances. We are indeed currently strongly concerned with the on-going situation in Fukushima, because the consequences for Mother Earth and for life on the planet are already very alarming.  The level of technology to deal with such a dangerous and damaging situation for Mother Earth does not belong with human population of the planet Earth.

Even the cabal does not have the technology to deal with such an on-going disaster to be honest. The cabal does not care for this planet as you know, and they have no plans for repairing the damage that has been done in that area, unfortunately. They are creating havoc and fear across the planet, so that in turn their hands are untied, while the attention is focused on the environment.

The current centre of interest of the cabal at the moment concerns banking as well as covering up the revelations made by private Bradley Manning, Julian Assange and Edward Snowden. These three men have it in their destiny to shed the light on the secret activities of the cabal, and to make them public. They deserve all the support and affection that they can get at the present moment. They have been dealing with huge amount of pressure from the cabal for years, and have accepted to put their own life on hold and at risk for the greater good of the collective.

We foresee that in the coming months, the situation will develop in the favour of the human’ collective power for the greater good, for independence and freedom. However, there is still a long way to go, to use an Earth expression. We encourage you to keep faith in the forces of the Divine, in their help, and in asking for personal help and protection as long as you feel the need for it.

There are many angelic guides available to you, by your own request alone. Feel free to appeal upon them, to connect with them, and to feel their continuous love and presence all around you. We encourage you, as usual, to pursue a path towards the spirit within, to join forces with those of you who have much in common, to come together in the physical world and meditate, and share your own spiritual experiences, to open to others and respect and love one another, like the true brothers and sisters that you truly are.
