Prayer and Meditation connect us to higher intelligence and have positive impacts on calming our mind. Prayer focuses on positive emotions like love, Gratitude and Compassion, which allow goodness in our lives and the lives of those we pray for. Meditation reduces anxiety, stress, and depression, which helps us to find and connect to peaceful states. Being mindful improves our mental flexibility, brain elasticity and keeps Neurons active. Spiritually centering ourselves on peace, prayer and contemplation of God/Universe, helps us maintain our trust in life, faith, and relaxes every part of the body. [1]
Prayer may be done privately and individually, or it may be done in the presence of fellow believers. The power of Prayer is to be a vessel for the will to goodness. Prayer can be incorporated into a daily thought process, in which one is in constant communication with God. Many people pray throughout all that is happening during the day and seek guidance as the day progresses. Prayer is personal and intimate for each individual.
Group Prayers
During certain periods of time, there are sequences in the time field which influence the instruction sets in the collective energy fields (consciousness) of the planet. When we unify as a group we have extra accumulative Consciousness power which can be gathered and applied for the intention of service to the earth, as well as to serve the highest expression of our spiritual being.
Thus we have a powerful intention when working to diffuse Mind Control fear programs used on the earth to suppress Consciousness. If you are guided to participate with the group intention it is a powerful to dedicate your prayer and intention to a specific issue, such as; friends and family, a group of people, (such as children) or a demographic land area, an earth kingdom (plants or animals) that you personally feel a direct connection towards. You will be able to direct God Guardian forces to that person, place or planetary position.
At this time it is suggested to reflect and gather our Group Consciousness light to be of service to humanity for Planetary Freedom and Planetary Peace.

Throughout this day, may I be keenly aware of your presence in everything I do – as I commute to work, drop children off at school, keep house and speak with my neighbors. May my life be a living example and may others see Christ in me. There are many that are hurting in this world – may I be a salve to someone today Lord, in a way that I can’t even imagine. May my words be seasoned with salt and minister grace to all that hear. May my actions be aligned with your Word.

Beloved People of the World,
There are many changes that are in the works at this time. Although it may seem as though the world is on the brink of being overtaken by chaos and its forces, know that things are not as they seem, for there is a new dawn on the horizon. We ask that you do not falter in the upholding of your own Light and the invocation of the Light for the world you live upon and all of her inhabitants. As you know, we work with you in energetic ways and so, together, we now take a stand and draw our line in the sand.
As you pray and invocate, see the Earth bathed in Violet Light, the violet Light of transmutation. Hold this image for as long as you are able, each time that you do this. The Legions of Light that work with me have already permeated the atmosphere of the Earth with this energy and it will help tremendously if each of you can anchor it into the crystalline core of the Earth during your visualizations, in order that the Violet Light begin to work from the inside of the Earth to radiate this Light in ever growing concentric circles until it reaches the surface of your planet and permeates the atmosphere.
I, St. Germain, will be sending Violet Light and enveloping the entire planet at the top of the hours in your time zone of 6:00 a.m., 9:00 a.m., 12:00 Noon, 3:00 p.m., 6:00 p.m., 9:00 p.m., and 12:00 a.m. each day for the next three weeks. Let it be one or more of those times that you choose to join with me and the Legions of Light who are in service to this cause. The Ascended Master realms have joined with me in this effort and so we have the entire team of Heaven working to transmute the chaos that has shown its face on your world.
Please join with us as the ground workers on Earth standing for the Earth and all her inhabitants. Together, we shall eliminate the energies that keep the Earth and humanity from moving into their rightful place in the Universe. eye Archangel Michael coming forth with His Flaming Blue Sword and
with it, severing all the cords connected to my body from this

transmuted and removed from my being and aura forever.

those cord, I “see” it consume and change the energies, I “see” this

From My heart I send the Pure Love of God, I see it flowing from the
Central Sun into my crown charka and out my heart, to this
individual, surrounding them and filling them completely.

if memory should resurface to help me turn it back over to God

Greetings, I am Mira. I am pleased to speak with you and to be participating full time with the Earth Council.
Change is rampant. We see much elevated consciousness. This is inspiring to us. We know that many of you are challenged yet each time you meet the challenge you are making bold new steps in your ascension process.
There is no turning back. You can only move forward for your own benefit as well as for life on the Earth. Holding your dreams and hopes for a better way to live on the Earth is one of your jobs. You are the weavers of Light and a new life. It is important work and you must understand how your consciousness provides valuable exponential input.
If you think that you are the only person with the challenges that you are facing you are misinformed. You are assisting many others as you heal from your issues. Please note the importance of your inner life and inner work.
Behold there is a new day and a new way that you are creating on the planet! Let your imagination flow in terms of what you can create. Can you imagine an Earth where everyone has all they need? Can you imagine healthy happy people living for hundreds if not thousands of years? Can you envision a life without war? Can you fathom people doing what they love for work and loving what they do? Can you get a sense of what higher relationships could be like? There are numerous questions to ask. It is in the asking that you are creating. You are creating out of the unlimited instead of the limited. It is like looking at life on the Earth from the eyes of a child. Yes, you are the children of Light co-creating a light-filled planet.
In times of heartache, challenge, uncertainty and surprise, let yourself pretend that you are a child looking at your situation from a new perspective. This is what it will take. This effort will unlock you from “We’ve always done it this way.” It will free you to uplift your thoughts and your own life into something magical and amazing.
We observe the outdated thought forms and emotions on and around your planet. We can tell you that they no longer serve you. First you must be aware of what is serving you and what is not. Remember that it takes energy and thought to create. We are holding the energy for you to do your amazing work of new creation as you release the old. We surround you and the Earth with all of the higher Light codes and frequencies for you to grab a hold of so they can be anchored into you. This is what ascension and transformation is about.
You have legions of helpers both on the Earth and surrounding the Earth. There are many gifted healers who have the ability to use their gifts for profound healing. In fact, there is a huge grid of Light that is supporting you for your healing pathway. You will have all of the tools that you need and you will be guided to those who can be of the most assistance.
We recommend you spend time in prayer and meditation to participate consciously in the shift of consciousness. Invite your space family to be with you, the Ascended Masters, Archangels, angels, and your own team of guides, your entire support system. Our Creator is watching all of us as we free the Earth from the bondage of the past and move into a new present now time of Light and love.
Thank you for your dedication, devotion, Light, intelligence, and mastery, as you come back into the oneness from which you came.
