Conversation with the being on the ship watching over me and my loved ones – by Multidimensional – Ocean 29 Aug 2013
Took a long walk outside, enjoying the air of the last few days of summer. Was feeling nostaligic and sad for having to leave the country and my loved ones behind for a while.
Looking up in the night sky, the usual light ship was out, following me, flashing all the rainbow lights: red, green, blue, orange, white, etc.. then the light split in 2 a few times. I went to see my partner, as the pilot of the ship said it was ok, that he was going to stay for my partner to see the ship also. For the 1st time in over 3 years, my partner has just seen the ship come closer and lower to us, and clearly flashing all the lights. The ship was never so close and low to the ground before.
It usually decloaks for about half an hour or one hour, and it stays more or less stationary, it moves locations also sometimes.
I conected with the occupant, this time SaLuSa was not onboard, but the watch pilot on duty replied to me. He said that they have been watching over me and my family for some time now, this would be in terms of years. He also confirmed that a good medium friend of mine, who can see beyond normal eyes has been seeing them even when they are above my head in the room with me. He said that they have a protective extension shield around me also, around my physical body. He said that many of us have a similar guardianship from space, and also on their physical level.
He also said that i need not worry about the safety of my loved ones while I am away, and has demonstrated that they are HERE, Watching 24/7 
! and that even when I am gone, there would be someone for me and someone for my loved ones to watch over us.
He also shared and confirmed the fact that more and more of the beings doing a similar duty as him, will also decloak and make personal contact with the people that they are in charge of protecting.
He is looking forward to the day when he can step in physical around me, and when i will acknowledge him and his mates as who they are and interact actively with them.
He said that more of the guardians and protectors will do the same with their protege, and will interact more directly, openly if their protege is ready for contact and welcomes them. He insists that they will have to decide of the level of contact that is suitable and appropriate for all of us. No need to hurry, there is no time as we know it.
Many of the beings on duty with the Galactic Federation look forward to making personal contact, it will be incremented in small step, for the whole family is they are all well on the way to ascepting that we are not alone in the universe and that there are many other inteligent species in the universe than what mainstream science would like us to beleive.
He also shared that sometimes he feels isolated, and cut off from the person that he protects. He said that these contacts will be renewed and will be closer and closer for those willing to meet in the open. He also said not to worry, as they will only go as far as we feel comfortable to do.

This will be our last message for the month of your time known as August. Let us speak, therefore, of your month of September.
You are already in the beginning of the energies and changes which this month will bring. You are already feeling the significance, the flow, the shift. You ask each other constantly if others are feeling it, as well, partly to reassure yourselves and partly to confirm it.
You are correct, dear ones. This is another, but even more significant, month of remarkable shift which approaches at whirlwind speed. With your improving tools of discernment, begin looking into your daily media reports for growing evidence that your world is changing for the better now. Even when those reports seem terrible, ask yourselves how the end results might work to your favor. We tell you now that nothing in this time will work in any other way, no matter what some may intend when they act.
If you would offer your energies to enhance this, just intend each moment that it be so. Bring the unconditional love of your Creator, your God, your Source to bear on all circumstances. We know you have been doing that for some time, but now you will find that you are even more able to maintain that in your hearts than you have been previously.
You intended to change, and you are doing so. As you begin to see more and more evidence of the changes in your outside world, do not forget to give yourselves credit for creating the changes in you which have in turn created those changes without. You will thus be acknowledging the success of the purpose you embodied when you agreed to participate here at this time.
We are not saying you should stroke your own egos. We are saying you may now begin to see the power of your highest selves. Let not the apparent frightening mask of circumstance cause you to lose your hard earned balance. Send light and love to everything and everyone. Everyone, dearest ones, includes even those with whom you disagree. It includes even those whom you perceive as acting against you.
In the perspective of Creation, there can be no acting against you now. You may begin to celebrate if you wish. We are.
We invite you to feel our presence with you in each moment. Until we speak again, good day.

Wes Annac – Astral travels – Rainbow Blessings – 28 August 2013
The following was written for the ongoing “astral travels” section of The Aquarius Paradigm Weekly Newsletter.
Brimming ascended landscapes and perceptions are waiting for us to open up to them, and with the visualization power we’ve been practicing throughout various weeks we can access those landscapes now and amaze ourselves with our own ability to do so.
It’s being hinted to that the barriers between us and the higher dimensions have dissolved to nearly nothing, and if we make the active effort, we can reap the benefits and shatter our own perceptual barriers.
In visualizing and greeting myriad ascended landscapes, we can also address everything prevalent in our collective consciousness that continues to hold humanity back and see us feeding into the dissolving barriers. We can address everything being fed that’s keeping us held in a paradigm of mental and spiritual bondage, but we can also gain great glimpses into the higher dimensions.
Though we’ve done much already, there’s still much to be done and our blessings are needed for the core and outer mechanisms being fed by humanity that sustain the old paradigm.
Coming to find blissful ascended landscapes and states of consciousness will see us very easily able to address anything and everything holding humanity back, and for this week’s exercise, we’re going to visualize and bless a representation of corruption from a place of pure, brimming higher-dimensionality.
There’s nothing stopping us from blessing the lower states of consciousness from the higher, and while I don’t yet have a good enough glimpse of the ascended realms to offer much beyond my interpretation of the impressions I’ll receive amidst the course of this exercise, the landscape we’ll intend to visualize will be higher-dimensional.
As we make our efforts to perceive of the higher dimensions and pull them toward us in any way we can, so do we expand our perceptions of them and find ourselves able to gain greater glimpses into them. Our perceptions of the higher dimensions will expand with each bit of effort we make to perceive of them, and with that, we’re going to begin this week’s exercise.
I’d like for you to visualize a beautiful, wide open field. It can resemble other fields we’ve visualized in the past if you wish it to, but you’re equally welcomed to visualize and create an entirely new landscape based on the “field” template.
Though we don’t technically exist in human bodies in this visualized realm, take a breath of fresh air and feel your physical and metaphysical senses open up. Visualize the beautiful and brightly colored grass swaying about with the gentle wind, and thank this gentle wind for its serenity and its calming effect.
We can access downloads of pure energy the likes of which we’ve never felt before, even by just meditating on this field of colorful grass and gentle wind.
Visualize various trees scattered about in this field, each of them as unique as they could possibly be. Personally, I see very wildly colored fruit hanging from one of the trees, and upon walking/floating up to this fruit, I see that it’s literally multicolored and its colors are actually moving – swirling about around the fruit, incredibly and impossibly.
Of course, nothing is impossible in these heavenly spiritual realms and even as I write this, the incredible multicolored fruit has me dazzled. I’ve seen and consumed similar “ascended fruit” in the ascended city of Acclipthys previously, but I’ve never seen the real-time swirling colors of this fruit.
The fruit of the higher dimensions and the etheric landscapes we can visualize and bring into form is embedded with and literally constructed of purer energy for us to absorb and benefit from. If you’d like to, visualize yourself walking/floating over to this tree with me as I call our subscriber group over.
With a wonderful miracle of manifestation, visualize as a great number of fruit come flying from the trees and land on the ground near each of you. Notice the multicolored nature of this higher-dimensional fruit as you pick it up (or as you visualize it floating in front of your face).
If you’d like, take a bite of this heavenly fruit and feel your etheric taste buds flooded with the most amazing tropical-berry taste. Feel your etheric Self absorb massive quantities and purities of Love energy, and feel the resulting clarity in visualization and metaphysical perception you’re able to experience.
Did your visual of this landscape sharpen slightly when you consumed the fruit? Do you find your visualization much easier to access and your view of this landscape much more brimming? This is the intention of the fruit.
As we enjoy this landscape and consume our multicolored fruit, notice multicolored and refracted light beginning to appear amidst a light and calm drizzle.
It’s started to sprinkle in this landscape, and with the sprinkling has come a large rainbow boasting colors similar to our fruit. We can see the rainbow off in the distance, and as we visualize and enjoy it, feel yourselves being drawn closer to it.
We’re drawn closer and closer to this rainbow, visualizing and enjoying the serene features of the landscape along the way, until we find ourselves beginning to fly upwards to the top of it. Being unlimited in these realms and able to leave the ground whenever we wish, we’ve begun flying toward the top of the rainbow where we’re going to perch ourselves and bless our Earth.
We don’t need “skittles” to sit on this rainbow, (1), as we possess the pure power within to visualize and happily perch ourselves on it.
Visualize what our landscape looks like from up above as we fly higher and higher. Is it a little disconcerting to be so far up in the air looking down? Luckily, our etheric bodies cannot be hurt and we’re able to perform any feat safely in these realms.
As we reach the top of the rainbow, find a seat on the beautiful transparent, colored light and visualize the rest of our subscriber group following suit. Notice that the top of this rainbow is actually so big that we could hold a football game on it.
My aim was for us to perch ourselves on top of this rainbow, but my personal perception of it sees us nearly existing inside of it because of its large width. The top of our rainbow is much bigger and wider than I’d personally anticipated, but nevertheless, you can take a seat if you’d like. To be honest, you could sit/float in midair if you wanted to.
Take a few moments to sharpen your visualization of our rainbow setting further, and when you’re ready, we’re going to visualize a portal of sorts appearing before us and readying to show us a scene. Rather than traveling through this portal as we have in the past, we’re going to be shown another setting from our rainbow via the portal opening up (which we’ve also done in the past).
Notice the broken down-looking city the portal starts to show us. Pollution, poverty and corruption run rampant in this city, and the few remain ahead while the many are kept in poor states of living here.
Specifically, notice that we’re being shown a hospital in this broken down city. As our scene zooms in on the hospital setting, we find ourselves viewing a doctor filling out a prescription for one of his patients. Visualize and “learn” that the doctor previously had the choice between endorsing two different medications for illnesses related to his patient’s.
One is a natural vitamin designed to be taken with exercise and proper eating habits that has no adverse health effects, and the other is a pill designed by a pharmaceutical company that used legal loopholes to slip their product onto the market despite its many adverse health effects.
The biggest difference between the respective medications is that the vitamin company didn’t send a rep to the doctor. (Note: a “rep” is someone who essentially lobbies well-known doctors to use their company’s products.)
The pharmaceutical company did, and because of the bribes and free vacations they gave the doctor, he routinely prescribes their product to his patients without a second thought. The adverse health effects of the product are numerous, and in a few years he’ll find himself treating the same patients for different reasons derived from using it.
Without fully realizing it, the doctor is prescribing poison to his patients in so many ways, and allowing himself to be corrupted by pharmaceutical lobbyists has equated to letting many of his patients down.
As we view this scene from our harmonious rainbow setting, we’re going to ready ourselves to give our blessings as we have so many times in the past. The unique thing about our blessings this week is that we’re going to pull energy out of the rainbow we’re perched on, and funnel it through to bless the scene we’re representing.
We’re essentially going to act as conduits for this rainbow energy.
Visualize and affirm that energy from within the sacred transparent colors of this rainbow come up from their domain and funnel themselves through your etheric temple. Watch as this energy literally flows out from within our rainbow, like water flowing into a stream from a river, and brings itself through our temples, purifying and blessing our chakras as it does so.
We’re receiving blessings and being upgraded by this energy, and beyond our affirmation and visualization that it come through us it takes no effort for it to come through and funnel itself on down to the doctor in the scene we’re viewing and his patients.
Visualize this energy gently and gracefully flowing through you as it travels to its ultimate destination, and watch as it reaches and purifies the doctor, his patients and the broken-down city in general.
What effect does this energy have as it blesses the scene we’ve been viewing? Is the scene awash in light or rainbow color, or does very little seem to happen? Personally, I watched as the rainbow energy swirled around our scene for a moment in a specific formation, before almost striking the scene and cleansing it powerfully.
I’ll leave the visualization of the after-effects of this rainbow blessing up to you, as I will your etheric adventures after this point. If you’d like, continue to exist in/on the top of our rainbow and perform as many blessings as you wish, or seek other exciting etheric travels and visualizations.
I conclude this exercise with the satisfaction of having perceived of something greater than I expected, and in future weeks, we’ll continue making efforts to perceive of the higher dimensions and give basic (or complex) and needed blessings for various different mechanisms keeping the lower vibrations going.
Our energy work continues to increase in potency as we begin performing it regularly, and soon enough, we’ll find ourselves working with the collective to mitigate and heal much of the physical pollution that’s held us and our planet back in physical states of poor health.

Linda Robinson – Archangel Zadkiel – Focus On The Moment – Expanded Awareness – 28 August 2013
Greetings Beloved Ones,
This is Archangel Zadkiel along with Lady Amethyst of the Seventh Ray of Transformation and Manifestion. Today, we wish to discuss focusing on the moment.
A transformation in consciousness begins when you focus on the moment. Focus on the moment, this moment. Time, or what you perceive as time, is moving very rapidly. This seeming concept of time speeding up is bringing you closer to the concept of multi-dimensionality where everything is occurring simultaneously on all dimensions.
The part that is changing is your consciousness and understanding of what is occurring. You are moving from a linear understanding of events to a multi-dimensional concept where events appear in a matrix that is multi-dimensional. Each event occurs on this matrix at a certain point. There are many other events that are happening at the same time on the same level and on other levels.
It is as if levels upon levels are stacked and expanded out into a multi-faceted, multi-layered grid much like the 144-crystalline grid. This grid has the capability to expand and contract as the consciousness of humanity expands and contracts.
For example, someone may make a discovery of a new or seemingly new scientific advancement. In reality, it may be a re-discovery of something that has occurred aeons ago. It has always been in the grid or matrix, but humanity did not have a consciousness that was expanded enough to see it. It was only when the consciousness expanded that this increased awareness revealed what had been there all along. Other cultures from long ago had had this advanced awareness and had put into practice these seemingly new discoveries.
So what does this mean to you as an individual? It means to keep an open mind and to be in the moment. An awareness in the current moment may completely alter your awareness of the previous moment. What you believed to be true a moment ago now is a hollow shell with no truth because you have a new awareness and a new understanding. For example, it is like moving from a belief that the Earth was flat to an understanding that it is round. Keeping an open mind and living in the present moment can help you see the bigger picture.
When you are stuck in believing that things are a certain way and that no other possibility exists, your awareness is closed. Your potential for advancement is limited because you have shut off other possibilities that may already exist. However, when you remain aware that there may be an expanded truth beyond what you see, you are remaining open to new possibilities and a new awareness.
You can honor the past and all of those who paved the way for you. They were operating from their scope of understanding and that of humanity at that point.
The same concept applies to the recent past, even the very recent past, for each moment offers the possibility of a new understanding and a new awareness. If you release the ties of being bound to a particular way of thinking, you open yourself to great advancement both for yourself as an individual as well as for humanity.
If you look at a three-dimensional object from one direction, it has one appearance. However, if you rotate it and view it form another angle, it may have a completely different appearance.
The same principle applies to concepts and beliefs. When you release your attachment to believing that a certain thing or belief or concept is set in concrete because that is what you have always been taught, then you are opening your possibility for new awareness, new understanding, and new growth. It is the telescoping in and out of looking at things. Focusing on a small detail may yield one view while looking at a situation or object from a wider view will give an entirely different perspective.
In each instance, being aware of what you are seeing in that moment, while at the same time remaining aware that there are many other possibilities present, helps you to expand your consciousness to even higher levels.
You may not know what awareness the next moment will bring until after you have explored the present moment. When you keep your awareness focused on past understanding, you may completely miss the expanded awareness that is within the present moment and the potential expansion in the next moment. Awareness is fluid and flowing when you focus on the present moment. You may never receive what is possible unless you focus on what is at hand.
Many great books have been written based on the understanding of the authors at the time they were written and the consciousness of those for whom they were writing. You can honor those authors and what they have written and also have an understanding that an even greater perspective may now be available. You are honoring those who have gone before while realizing that each moment is ripe with new understanding and waiting for you to harvest it.
Sometimes it is necessary to set aside, for a moment, what you have always believed to be true in order to examine a new concept. If the new concept does not resonate with you, then you can set it aside and look at it later, or you can discard it entirely. Your previous understanding will still be there for you to pick back up if you wish. However, a mind or consciousness that is full and closed offers no possibility for exploration and expansion.
It is like trying to pour more tea into a cup that is already full. A portion of the liquid must be emptied and set aside before more liquid can be added. The same principle applies to beliefs and concepts. You must leave the door open and make room for the new to enter.
The result may be a blending and expanding of previous understanding, or it may result in a completely new awareness. It all begins with focusing on the moment and keeping your awareness open to new possibilities.
Beloveds, we honor you for focusing on the present moment for an expanded awareness. You are blazing a trail of expanded consciousness for the greatest good of all.
You are greatly loved.

It is with the seeds of love of my soul that I step forth to honour your divine and sacred being, showering you in all that is your truth as you recognise it within yourself and within my presence. Your divine truth and sacred self is everywhere and can be recognised within each and every person. You are never alone nor are you separate from the Creator for not only can you see the aspect of the Creator within yourself but you can recognise it within all around you.
This recognition and familiarity brings forth the greater understanding and experience of oneness, even in a reality where separation is dominate. With the awareness and perspective of oneness, meaning the recognition of the Creator within yourself and all, you allow yourself to experience high levels of awakening and important merging with the Creator. The process and experience of merging with the Creator assists you in moving through numerous levels of activations, dimensional shifts, awakenings and releasing of old energetic patterns, thus you become and realise yourself to be the great beacon of light that you are.
In this new era your body and entire being has been given permission by you and your soul to fully awaken into and experience the radiance, power, love and light of your being and divine self. This signifies that you are allowing the Creator to draw closer, becoming fully present within your being. The Creator draws closer into your being to be fully manifested both within and around you, in all aspects of your creation.
With your greater acceptance of the presence of the Creator and the permission you have granted to yourself to awaken, you allow your entire being but especially your body to enter into a rapid and powerful shifting, releasing and activation process. The body and energetic bodies begin to shed unneeded energies, patterns and perspectives as if they are old layers of skin no longer required. Powerful alchemical changes and awakening occurs within your soul and body as it opens all energetic systems to be used by the vibration and energy of the Creator.
The alchemy and transformation of the body brings your body into divine power, health and attunement with all that is the Creator. Light particles not only form but erupt within the body causing a further enhancement of the presence of light. Energetic keys to awaken so many skills, abilities and consciousness flood forward from the soul and from memories held within the soul which can be activated by walking upon hot spots of energy or familiar pathways for the soul upon the Earth. Vibrational codes are constantly being released into the body and energetic bodies to further spiritual knowledge and understanding as well as elevating vibrations of love, truth, light and wisdom within. Due to all of these releases of energy into the body and energetic system, that which no longer serves you whether emotional, mental and physical will be brought to the surface for complete release and healing.
You may notice that your release and healing processes are more dramatic and dominate within your being and reality when they arise at this time, this is due to the intention of your soul for complete healing of many issues, emotional painand blockages. Complete healing signifies a completion of many areas of release that you have been working through for many years and maybe even many lifetimes. As if the final page of the story is being brought to the surface for release and for your viewing for a greater experience of freedom.
With these powerful processes of release, healing and shifts in vibration your body and energetic bodies are constantly shifting between and through numerous dimensions of light, energy and consciousness. This constant hovering between dimensions allows you to collect vibrational frequencies and anchor them deep within your being thus allowing your entire being to naturally rise to higher and quicker frequencies of light. Your body and soul begin to test which vibration and dimension of light is most appropriate and nourishing for you to related with at different times of your spiritual ascension. Your being may naturally seek out a dimension with a powerful healing focus which you would automatically shift into when healing is required. At other times your being may seek a dimension of magnification or amplification, maybe even seeking certain qualities and needed connections. Your being may bounce between dimensions because of the speed of your spiritual acceleration, the need to obtain certain frequencies, the intention of integration and oneness but also due to the constant enhancing pulsation of your energy causing a fluttering effect which will become stable as you allow your truth to become more present within your being.
Do not be surprised if one moment you feel connected with extremely quick vibrations and the next you feel yourself to be heavy, your body and entire being is beginning to merge in oneness not only with the aspects of the Creator on the Earth but also the aspects of the Creator known as the dimensions or levels of energy throughout the Creator’s universe. Each dimension represents an existence of integration with the Creator as well as specific qualities and aspects of the Creator.
You do not really need to understand the dimensions with your mind but you can experience and feel them energetically especially in meditation by simply asking to experience the most appropriate vibrations for you of each dimension or as many as you feel is appropriate, whether you ask to experience them individually like levels of energy or as one vast source of light. Even sensing without awareness and understanding can bring a stabilising to your entire being which will allow for your spiritual ascension to flow with greater ease.
The automatic hovering and linking into many dimensions at this time is needed as gradually all dimensions of the Creator will become as one within your being and soul signifying a deep acceptance of the Creator internally and externally. At this time the process can allow you to feel ungrounded or bring powerful processes of releases to the surface. It is as if you are being shaken into further activation and awakening, experiencing a deep shift and purification of all that you know and understand.
There is simply a need to be conscious of this process that is occurring often without your awareness, with your recognition you can become aware of any highs and lows in your energy and vibration, allowing yourself to experience them and the dimensional energies that need to be obtained then bringing yourself back to the vibration of the soul. The soul is always evolving but holds a stabilised vibration, frequency and connection into a dimension of light for what seems like to the body greater lengths of time therefore is a grounding point for your entire being. The soul is the vibrational dimension of light that your entire being is wishing to obtain.
While moving through and to different dimensions, especially within your light body, you are able to reach and access different aspects of your soul. By then calling your attention back to your soul you are able to ground these aspects of your soul, uniting numerous aspects of your soul as a powerful vibration and experience of your soul into your present moment, thus experiencing a deeper oneness with the Creator. The vibration of your soul is the united vibrations of all dimensions but now is the time to explore these aspects of your soul in order to know, acknowledge and recognise all that is the Creator within and around you.

‘With the presence of Mary Magdalene and the support of my guides and soul, I now allow myself to experience a deeper absolute oneness with the Creator in my current lifetime and present moment. I am aware of the dimensional shifts that my entire being is moving through now as I automatically connect into different and appropriate dimensions to serve my ascension and deeper understanding of my soul. As I shift and move through different dimensional energies and levels of the Creator’s universe, I allow myself to collect and heighten within me all that is needed while constantly allowing myself to return to the core central energy of my soul, thus experiencing a deep oneness and integration with all that is my soul and the Creator. As I often do, I asked the Arcturians to assist me to deeply understand this message in a manner in which I could integrate it into my daily life. Below is the message I received:
Transmutation of Form
Our Dear Ascending Ones,
Your bodies are transmuting at a cellular level to resonate to a higher frequency of reality. Hence, you are remembering to recognize a higher frequency energetic reality along with your physical reality. Whenever you perceive a higher frequency reality, your body adapts to the resonance of that reality for as long as you can perceive it. Hence, whenever you experience a higher energy field of reality, your body adapts to that frequency of perception.
You have been taught to believe that only the physical reality is REAL and that other version/frequencies of reality are “a figment of your imagination.” However, your body believes in you, not the ones who programed you. Therefore, once you begin to perceive these higher frequencies of reality, even if only for a few seconds, you perceptions send that information to your body. Your body then begins to adapt to that version of reality.
The New Normal
There is an inner threshold of “normal” that is based on your perceptions. For example, if you move from a very cold environment to a very warm environment, over time your body will realize that your external world has changed in temperature and inner workings of your body will begin to adapt to life in a warmer world.
Another example is your bodies’ adaptation to an increasingly polluted world. Once air pollution would create a great response in your body, but now you have largely – and unfortunately – adapted to poor air quality. In the same manner, you will adapt to a higher frequency of reality. Whereas now you may be able to maintain a higher frequency of consciousness only while in meditation or engaged in a creative activity, as you meditate more and fill your life with creativity, your body will adapt to a higher resonance of “primary state of consciousness.”
For example, you have been taught that the beta wave consciousness of total focus on the external (holographic matrix) world is your real world. However, as you consistently remember to begin your day with calibrating to your alpha wave consciousness through meditation, enjoyable exercise and/or creativity, your perceptual field begins to focus on a higher resonance of your environment.
As the baseline resonance of your consciousness raises, your expanded abilities of clairvoyance and clairaudience begin to habitually augment your physical senses of sight and hearing. Furthermore, your clairsentience naturally expands as you incorporate telepathy and empathy into your life. Additionally, your perceptions of smell and taste provide you greater information about the food your transmuting body requires.
Believe in Higher Perceptions
When you remember to “believe” what your higher perceptions and your bodily sensations communicate, you reinforce the changes that are occurring within your Earth vessel on a cellular and molecular level. In your third dimensional reality, you were trained to believe that your body was something over which you had little control. Yes, you could choose to look in a different direction, have different actions and behaviors, but your body was a mystery that was healthy or sick of its own accord.
As you continued to awaken you began to realize how much influence your thoughts and emotions had on the health and welfare of your physical vessel. You are aware how your body feels if you are depressed or anxious as opposed to how your body feels when you are happy and having fun.
Once you continually choose to keep your consciousness high you can perceive flashes from the fourth and fifth dimensions. These fleeting perceptions of higher worlds assist you to realize that the frequency of realty that you choose to perceive is the reality that you live. Furthermore, the calm recognition of these observations directs your body to accept the frequency on a cellular and molecular level.
At the same time, allow your belief system to fully embrace the fact that you are resonating to a higher frequency so your perceptions will seek out higher frequencies of reality. For example, your vision will also look for the aura of each person, plant, and animal. Once you include the fourth/fifth dimensional aura in your mundane perceptions, you further activate your higher perceptions.
However, you will only be able to perceive the higher frequencies when your consciousness is calibrated to alpha waves and beyond. You are still wearing a physical Earth vessel and are engaged in all the challenges of a third dimensional world. Therefore, there may be many times when you are “just physical.”
When this drop in consciousness occurs, love and forgive yourself unconditionally. You are in the midst of a transmutation of all life, without a rulebook or a map. Therefore, be good to yourself and accept that there are times when you must still function as a third dimensional human. Enjoy these times, as you will miss them more than you think.
Activating Your Higher Perceptions
As you continue to activate your higher perceptions, your experience of “realty” will expand into the multidimensional fields of the fifth dimension. Many are still calibrated only to their third dimensional perceptions, so they will begin their evolution by perceiving more of the fourth dimensional world of auras.
On the other hand, you Lightworkers have stabilized that expanded perception and are moving on to conscious, daily perception of the fifth dimensional resonance that is now perceivable via your daily consciousness. We say “daily consciousness” as most of you have a daily consciousness that is largely in alpha waves.
With the increased inner awareness of alpha wave consciousness you will quickly identify when negativity enters your heart or mind. When your consciousness, and hence your perceptions return to the third/fourth dimensions, you will easily identify the feeling of density. Please remember that you are still wearing your Earth vessels, no matter how altered they are. Hence, you need to pay bills, drive in traffic, and clean your house or whatever task lowers your resonance.
Monitor Your State of Consciousness
It is vital that you recognize when your consciousness has dropped, as your perceptual field will soon follow, as will your reactions to life. When your consciousness rises again and you re-calibrate to your new expanding reality, your feelings of joy, Love and hope will return. Then, you can more easily attend to the flickers of fifth dimensional reality as they pierce the waning veil of third dimensional illusion.
When you experience the perceptions and feelings of your new reality you can consciously choose to use your higher perceptions to give you greater information about your physical and higher frequency surroundings. As long as you are wearing your Earth vessel, you will be able also to perceive your physical reality unless you are resonating to higher theta or delta wave consciousness.
Remember that your brain must be calibrated to your mind and your mind calibrated to your cosmic mind. Otherwise, you will be responding to the outdated 3D computer of your brain. Also, remember to connect your physical heart to your High Heart so that you can integrate your expanded perceptions with the wisdom, power and Love of your Three Fold Flame.
When you unite your physical form with the heart and mind of your Lightbody, you can easily choose to focus on Love and release all concepts, thoughts and feelings of a fearful nature. You are no longer limited to your physical Earth vessel, but the illusions of the physical world can make you forget to connect with your Multidimensional Self.
Reshaping Your Life
You begin to reshape your life by training yourself to consistently modulate your state of consciousness to alpha wave and beyond. As your higher states of consciousness become normal, your expanded perceptions become normal, your emotions of calm, loving acceptance become normal and your Multidimensional thinking becomes normal.
When Multidimensional thinking is normal, you will perceive a temporary slip in consciousness into 3D thinking as a short journey into the physical, from which you can easily return. You will remember that your physical body and physical realty is your connection to Gaia, your Earth Mother with whom you have promised to enter into the partnership of Ascension.
With a firm sense of partnership with Gaia, the third dimension will no longer be the lower frequency, which causes you problems, but the reality that you volunteered to enter. With the reminder that you chose your present incarnation you can choose to live in the higher frequencies of reality but “go to work” in the physical world to fulfill your birth contract.
With the knowing that you chose your reality, and wrote – and are currently writing – your own script there is no room for being a victim. Please remember that you chose your lessons in order to learn what is necessary to fulfill your Earthly mission Therefore, you may have to unconditionally forgive your Self for choosing some of your challenges.
With the full awareness of your Multidimensional nature, the higher frequencies of reality are always a choice. You make that choice by calibrating your consciousness to the frequency of reality that you wish to experience. In other words, you are no longer trying to ascend.
Your Power of Choice
You can choose to live in the knowing that you are ascended and your primary state of consciousness is no longer restricted to the physical plane. However, because you are new to this Self-image, you will likely have many temporary excursions into the challenges of third dimensional Earth. However, remember to instantly readjust your consciousness back to alpha wave and beyond.
Be patient with your Self.
Be loving and forgiving of your Self.
You are a great Multidimensional Being who has volunteered to venture into the depths of illusion in order to assist all the beings on planet Earth. What you are doing is unique to your Universe, as you are ascending a planet and its inhabitants into the fifth dimension without physical destruction. Remember to be loving toward those who choose not to participate in the Ascension process.
They have taken this incarnation to learn about Ascension, but they desire further incarnations in the physical plane. Ascension is a choice and not all of Gaia’s humans will make that choice. However, they have grown immensely by taking an incarnation during Gaia’s time of transmutation. Therefore, release all judgment about what others should do.
Focus on your own choice and on the others who have chosen a similar experience. Furthermore, release the concept of time. Time is an illusion of the third/fourth dimension. If you focus on “when it will happen,” you lower your consciousness into the realms of time.
Live in the NOW
Live every moment in the NOW. If you don’t know how to do that, look to your pets, the plants, the sky, the earth, a pool of water. The fifth dimension and beyond is free of time. Hence, all experience occurs within the NOW of the ONE. We know that this concept cannot be understood by 3D thinking. Therefore, take a long walk in nature with no watch, ride your bike, do yoga, paint a picture, play a song, go to a concert etc. etc.
When you engage in creativity your sense of time becomes distorted and you move into the NOW. When you live in the NOW you resonate to the higher frequencies of reality. Fortunately, your creativity will greatly expand as you continue your journey back to your Self. In fact, you will be consciously creating your life with your every thought and emotion.
Therefore, remember to be the master of your thoughts and emotions. Your thoughts and emotions create and stem from your state of consciousness. It is one thing to perceive the fifth dimension and even to visit it. It is another thing to release ALL habits of third dimensional thoughts and emotions so that you can remain in that resonance.
When you were a baby and learned to walk, you did not become angry with yourself for falling down. You simply stood up and tried again. Eventually, your crawling was replaced with walking and even running. Go into your Divine Child to regain that patience with yourself and the childhood wonder of exploring an expanded version of reality.

Is this not what we have been trying to discover all along, that the purest principal of character is expressed in a clear thought of kindness? Hello my friend there, yes I am! Thank you for having me again
Andy:
Thank you for being here, I know you are busy with a lot of things and it is always an honor to speak with you and it is always an honor to have you with us. As you know we have some questions of viewers who have asked us that we would like to forward to you and see what your responses are. Anyway with that said I guess my first question would be: Last time that we talked you have mentioned that we would be ascending with our physical body and our carbon bodies being moved up to crystalline and that there would be no physical death as we know it as we move up through the Ascension. What happens to the people that are currently dying every day in this Now? Are they ascending when they have their physical death or do they reincarnate in another 3D life to continue on with whatever learning they maybe need to do before they can ascend? What can you tell us with respect to us moving forward in our physical body versus so many people in this Now that are passing on and dying in a physical death in this reality? Can you maybe talk a little bit about that?
Saint Germain:
Yes my friend, I would love to. Now there are various reasons why people choose to leave the body through that process or to ascend through that process. This is all depending on the soul contracts, whether which choices that they made. One of the reasons can be to reincarnate again and to start over on a whole new level. Another reason can be that they choose to ascend through the death process because it is more easier than going through a transformation process with the body, which is the toughest one.
A lot of people at this time choose to ascend with body, yes, because this is an exceptional experience and everyone likes to feel and to be this experience, and to see how far they can go through this ascension process with a physical vessel. A carbon based type of body transforming into a crystalline body of Light. As you see now, many people are ascending at this time with their bodies. It takes time as you know, it takes steps. The physical body needs to adapt to the Light quotient, it needs to be reactivated, it needs to absorb a lot of energies and light energies, light codes. It needs to set everything into Light, it needs to transform into energy and Light, it needs to be more Love and become the Love that you are from essence. And this is a very tricky and hard process to go through, so it takes time.
But let me tell you that you are all doing wonderfully, more than you know because this has never been done before! This is a first timer! Not even in the times of Atlantis and Lemuria have you reached that state that you are in now to be able and transform your carbon based bodies into a crystalline one. So this is what you are all doing now and along the way you can lose a lot of friends and families and it can give you some grief and hurt and anger. I hear questions everyday: Why? Why must this person go? Why, it is a Light worker and he is doing so much. Why is it his time to go?
Well there are many reasons for that, one of that is the heart choice. I see many Light workers achieving a state of consciousness that is very much evolved and still at one point they chose to end the contract and to go through the death process. This can be for several reasons as well. It can be because you want to experience it this way, or it can be because the physical transformation is getting too hard on the physical body, so you chose to go through the death process and to leave it behind and just ascend straight away to the new light and world that you are.
Or it can simply be that they just change course in their lives, and chose to do something else than originally has been chosen before incarnation. Know that all the soul contracts that you have made before incarnating on Earth, can be changed immediately during your lifetime, all depending on your evolution, the state of consciousness and the heart choices that you make and feel at this time.
There are plenty of souls at this time who wish to evolve without body but as well as with body, and the ones who have chosen to be here and ascend in those ways where they just leave the body and the body is decomposed, are many.. and they just simply choose that in order to go straight through the ascension gate to the Light and be there and to reincarnate whenever they want or to just stay in the new world and evolve further in the Light that they are. You will all see the again very soon because you will meet again at the place where you have reached the same level of consciousness than the ones who have chosen to go through the Ascension gate portal without the physical body.
There are always reunions awaiting you, so there is no loss at all. It’s a gift, it’s a blessing for them who chose to go earlier and it’s their way of ascending and it is their heart choice, so we need to respect this. There is no death, there never has been death. So people who ascend by leaving the body behind can, yes, be reincarnated if they choose so and if they do they will come back on an Earthly reality where they can again move along and evolve along with others to ascend, and ascend and ascend continuously. Or they can choose to reincarnate on another planet where they have plenty of time to cope with the duality and learn from it.
Now this may not be Earth, there are billions and trillions of planets that you are not aware of and that are experiencing duality just as you are. But most of those planets are not as far evolved as you are now. Earth is one of the hardest experiences ever that you could embody and experience. Earth is now one of the most evolved planets of duality and is on the threshold of ascending, flipping to the Light, turning to the Light and being the Light that she is and that you all are. And so many souls are choosing to reincarnate on other planets because they need more lessons and they feel they have more need for experience.
Or they can chose to reincarnate on Gaia, but that means they will be new born children; crystalline children, platinum children with so many gifts and they will be more evolved and more awakened than when they were when they left. This is also a choice that they made. So you see there are various choices and possibilities hat can be made. But know that every time a soul chooses to go and to leave the Earthly plane, it has always a reason and it is always a choice that has been made, even though you are not aware of it or you are.. it’s always a heartfelt choice that is made by the soul and the higher Self. And so this way, everyone is choosing what they can cope with the best and what is the most comfortable for you at this time.
The ones who are choosing to ascend with the body, are the strongest souls on Earth because the ascension and the transformation of a physical vessel into a crystalline one is the toughest one ever. And since you are all able to cope with this and doing this all at this time, many beings have already ascended into a crystalline Light body as I have told you all last time. It is just the time of adapting and perceiving this with the brain you are still connected with in a physical vessel. So now the choice is all up to you, all is respected and all of you are loved immensely by all of us.
Ascension is now going on a very rapid pace, many of you have passed the threshold already and are starting a new way of being and living; a fifth dimensional way of being and living. These are the ones who are the way showers, who do the most of the work and you make it all easy and more easier for all the others who are following you. The more the road is cleared, the more souls will attempt to ascend with body and the more you can cope with the intense energies that are pouring in, like the lions gate and the Merkabah allignments, the equinoxes and the Solstices. All of them are very powerful alignments and activations of portals that are bringing each and everyone of you to a higher state of consciousness. And the more this happens, the more you need to cope with it.
The more you are absorbing all of these energies, the more you clear the road to a full Ascension with the global world that you are in at this time. The more you have cleared the road, the more souls will be able to continue their roads towards awakening and ascension because as you all, the Lightworkers, remove the blocks, you all are taking on the hardest blocks, energies, experiences and challenges. When they are cleared all the rest can move on with you and float very easily through this road of ascension. So please hold on and keep on doing what you are doing because really, it is wonderful what you are all doing now and are achieving, and I could not be more grateful for that. According to Wilcock, these benign UFOs are working in opposition against a group he called “the cabal” which consists of the power brokers behind the New World Order agenda. The leaders of the cabal, Wilcock said, are “openly and routinely interacting with a variety of extraterrestrial species,” possess knowledge that humans are actually ET hybrids, and maintain stargates that allow them to leave the Earth at will. He contended that one of the key goals of the cabal, which has been planned for 300 years, is a “mass uncloaking of their true identity and their philosophy.” This philosophy, he said, is rooted in Luciferianism, but has been corrupted over time to espouse ideals like “the manipulation and control of people for the betterment of self” and using occult rituals for personal gain.
Eventually, he said, this conflict between the benevolent ETs and the cabal will reach a crescendo as the planet shifts into a “golden age” as prophesied by religions and myths around the world. However, he claimed that the prophesies were “cleverly worded” by the ETs to trick the sinister “powers that be” into believing that mass disasters will befall the planet during this transition, thus distracting them and keeping them fearful. Based on his research, Wilcock explained that the shift into a “golden age” is not simply an overnight change for the human race but one that “requires a spiritual evolution to occur.” This evolution, he said, will give the human race a greater understanding of its role in the universe as a whole. Wilcock expressed great optimism that the metamorphosis of the human race, coupled with the intervention of the ETs, will ultimately lead to the crumbling of the nefarious Luciferian cabal.
