There can come a time, at a certain point in our spiritual practice where internal clarity and attunement make it apparent that our bodies need a more refined diet. We feel physically the need for a more conscious approach to what we are ingesting, whether it is with food, drink, smoke or chemicals. For most Americans, one has to truly consider the benefits or deterrents of what the fare of the Standard American Diet offers as the emphasis is more on pleasure than on health. This approach caters to our senses with little emphasis or understanding of what foods contributes to the maintenance of healthy body chemistry. Most westerners are ignorant of the fact that the body is an amazing healing machine that only needs the right fuel to maintain the natural balance of acid to alkaline in our blood. This along with other supportive practices, like exercise and rest, keeps us healthy and at peace within. It helps to understand that the universe and our bodies are miraculous and built to last if we consciously cultivate and care for them. However, the western approach to the care of our bodies is more that of planned obsolescence. The food and beverage industries leave it to us to choose the right fuel amid a wide spectrum of choices. While it is for us to discern, it is challenging to not be misled amongst advertising and marketing practices that are most often deceptive. Tobacco, alcohol, coffee, sugar, drugs, chemicals, meat, cheese, dairy, corn, soy, wheat, flavor enhancers, preservatives, pesticides, along with stress, sedentary lifestyle, and shallow breathing, all work to create an overly acid-based environment in the body.
While this might be a subtle point, it becomes monumental when we understand that an acid-based or animal based diet described above, as opposed to an alkaline-based or plant-based diet, creates the breeding ground for many symptomatic illnesses we face on an ever-increasing basis in our world today. Look around you. Who isn’t complaining of some form of illness? This rich and satisfying way of eating unfortunately does nothing to help us find optimal health, well-being and peace. It instead keeps us driven by caffeine, sugar and alcohol to achieve, ‘fit in” and keep up with an ever-increasing demand of our energy. It also makes it hard to avoid the excesses that naturally come with sanctioned get-togethers at bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We eventually either come to self-care by disciplined spiritual practices which lead us to clarity and refinement of our physical vessel or by the insistence of our body in the form of illness asserting itself to get us to change our ways.

The Transduction Sequence describes the process by which consciousness undergoes several stages of Descension, passing through multiple layers of dimensionalization in order to manifest into a matter form. Consciousness uses a Blueprint, architecture to express itself in matter. A Core Manifestation Template is designed for consciousness to express itself into the biological form that is located within a specific dimension of time and space. As an example, the original angelic human 12 Strand DNA template is expressed through the holographic template of the 12 Tree Grid, or Kathara manifestation grid. Consciousness units arrange themselves into dimensional grids which form into layers of morphogenetic fields, containing specific instruction sets that build into energy spirals that make up the merkaba fields.
The Merkaba fields are what help to sustain the energy that builds the entire Lightbody construct, in which there are male-female sets of counter-rotating electromagnetic spirals of the consciousness energy. The male-female sets of consciousness energy spirals generate a DNA and RNA imprint. The DNA architecture is the masculine principle, while the RNA is the feminine principle. The DNA-RNA messaging circuitry must communicate together in balance. The DNA and RNA imprint project the entire lightbody hologram which organizes the light of the consciousness into a bio-energetic field, or auric field.
The auric field organizes into multiple layers of energy matrices that act as small computers, and these are the Chakras, the lower exist in the particle layers and the higher dimensional chakras exists in the anti-particle layers. The anti-particle chakras are Morphogenetic Chakras and they inform the instruction sets absorbed into the lower dimensional chakras, who can open the higher contents when they are able to hold the higher frequencies. Over time the chakras dissolve into each other when absorbing the higher dimensional frequencies.
The chakras send their processed energy as intelligent spirals into the nadial capsule which forms around the manifest biological form. The nadial capsule is comprised of the three-dimensional layers of the harmonic universe, in which the consciousness is stationed as an identity. The Nadial Capsule instructs how the consciousness must organize itself into the manifested DNA and RNA cellular biology. The DNA-RNA in matter sends its intelligent design to the Nadial Structure, which acts as the blueprint for energetic transmission and energetic receivers that form into the blueprint for the physical Brain and nervous system. The central nervous system transmits into the molecular structure and then into the nuclear core in the 1D Atomic Body, which informs the Dark Matter Template.
This nuclear core sends intelligent consciousness energy from all combined blueprint layers into the central nervous system, which sets the metabolic and biological base rhythms. These biological base rhythms are imprinted from the Soul and spiritual intelligence into the Blood, which form into the historical spiritual records. This blood record forms an imprint that is recorded in the brain to produce and distribute Hormones, and the natural chemical reactions that are recorded in each organ and gland, and into all cellular tissues.
When we understand the interaction of the consciousness imprints from our Soul and spiritual intelligence recorded into our Blood and biological form, then it becomes obvious that the human body is filled with the personalized spiritual records of that unique consciousness being.

We are having to intervene in the organic processes, which have run out of time for the human collective to reach the optimal levels of DNA activations required to safely integrate an acceleration of frequency. The Ascension process and the Signs and Symptoms associated with it are occurring on a Personal and Planetary level. Ascension involves the acceleration of vibrational energy and the expansion of awareness which creates a shift in consciousness. When a particular life system raises its vibrationary state from one energetic state of being/realm of existence, to another higher one, it is ascending. Put simply, it is like tuning into a particular radio station frequency–you can’t hear a particular radio station unless you’re tuned in to it’s particular frequency.

During the ascension process changes are occuring on all levels of your being. Ascension is a completely natural and universal evolutionary process. As one shifts in vibrational frequency, and as their awareness expands, symptoms are experienced on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Your system is rebooting, being ‘tuned up’ or upgraded. Old patterns begin to fall away as one starts to embody much more light and develops a more expanded awareness of who they are, and the collective reality that they are a part of.

As one moves through the Ascension process there may be periods where the energy and symptoms become much more intense for several days or weeks at a time; then suddenly these symptoms may abruptly cease altogether for awhile, or symptoms may suddenly change or shift in intensity or frequency. The ascension experience is different for everyone and symptoms can vary according to one’s individual degree of awareness, personal vibration, spiritual practice, individual lifestyle habits, and even the soul’s unique purpose on the planet during this time of great awakening.

Humanity is undergoing a consciousness shift which requires a re-education of values and a change of priority in lifestyle. The Law of One comprises the necessary principles of behavior, practices and belief systems that humanity is required to learn in order to achieve spiritual freedom and sovereignty, by committing to re-educate themselves to expand consciousness into higher frequency realities that allow them to progress into the future GSF Timelines, during the Ascension Cycle.
Navigating kundalini current surging throughout my body made functioning in life in the 3D reality extremely painful, isolating and difficult. At the time, there was not much information available about Ascension, awakening or how to manage kundalini. At that time in the earlier stages of awakening, there was not a spiritual teacher or mentor to explain what was happening to me. As a result, my ego-personality was terrified that I was losing my mind, along with losing my identity in the life that I had known up to that point. Who does one call upon during multidimensional awakening experiences or when feeling sick with the kundalini flu? Who on Earth do you talk to when you are introduced to other interdimensional beings of every shade of light, grey and darkness and then begin to perceive an organized spiritual hierarchy of otherworldly human and non-human entities? Why are some of these dark entities attacking people that are awakening? Why could I tell the difference between artificial intelligence and organic consciousness? These were some of the questions that I had to explore in personal awakening, which pushed me to isolate and deeply search for inner truth and higher understanding.
Further, during the early phases I experienced many unusual physical ailments. The pattern would show up during these times when the inner spiritual light force was greatly increasing, when light was being activated from within me to build my lightbody. In certain phases of spiritual development, I felt emotionally devastated and physically ill, not the sensations of bliss that others would speak of in the New Age. No one told me that spiritual awakening and rising kundalini forces can not only be devastating, but that there are many dark forces on the earth that will begin to target you for energetic harassment in order to stop spiritual progress. The sense of intimidation and bullying to incite fear would show up as dark entities, dark portals, and many levels of AI implants. During my awakening process, I did not find anyone in the public talking about dark attack and spiritual oppressions that are connected to the process of spiritual awakening.
Many years later, having this knowledge eradicates the fear of facing the unknown mysteries that are lying within us. Once we are spiritually initiated into these mysteries of self and our relationship with God, there is no turning back. Since the planet is accelerating so quickly into higher frequency patterns, many more people will experience spontaneous awakening and consciousness altering experiences, that may feel scary without proper context. Many awakening people will not be in spiritual or metaphysical settings when this consciousness shift occurs to them. This can be the sudden and spontaneous awakening of the office professional, the banker, the medical doctor, the average 3D person in the current mass consciousness.
Spiritual awakening is not a disease. Spiritual awakening should not become labeled as an unexplained pathology by the unequipped medical community in so that people are medicated for ascension symptoms. Ascension is a natural biological process for expanding human consciousness and it is inherently a function of human DNA. The ultimate liberation of the human Soul-Spirit comes through this blessing of spiritual awakening or spiritual initiation. Humans must embrace that the planet is shifting consciousness, and prepare themselves for the consciousness change that will forever alter the way that humanity perceives and interacts with the reality. This process is the divine destiny of all humankind and our beautiful planet, a planet that is the heart principle of this Universe. We are enduring an accelerated consciousness evolution timeline and it is time to prepare ourselves.
Many people have been suppressed and mind controlled to reject the spiritual-energetic reality of consciousness shifting and what that actually entails. The Controllers do not want Planetary Ascension information given freely, as well as sharing information about many other unapproved topics like disclosure. They believe they can control and herd people easier when they are scared and dumbed down. Thus, those awakening now are the forerunners and the mapmakers of the future planetary changes to help shift the timelines to higher reality outcomes that go beyond artificial intelligence technology used to control people on the earth. In order to be effective, we must gain self-mastery over our own mental and emotional states, as well as have proper evolutionary context, and an awareness of the hidden extraterrestrial agendas, and the human controllers that carry out their plans.
The Mechanics of the Shift
First, let us review the meaning of Ascension and why humans are experiencing physical, mental, and emotional symptoms, as well as a shift in consciousness.
Currently we are in a phase transition of consciousness expansion into the higher dimensional realms in which we may experience ourselves as multidimensional human beings co-existing with many other forces that are living in this planet. During the Ascension cycle, human beings will experience many varied physical symptoms, as we shift our cells into higher frequency patterns and embody more light.
Ascension is about bringing in more layers of light, the spiritual-energetic forces that exist within the levels of our spiritual bodies by descending these layers into matter. This means the embodiment of our higher spiritual identity into our physical body, our original single soul occupant, not imposters. Simultaneously, Ascension is a shift in energetic frequency patterns held in a dimensional space which, when absorbed and activated into the layers of the planetary and human bio-energetic field, activates its DNA template instruction set. This catalyzes a chain of events that creates a complete transformation and transmutation of various patterns and programs held in the energetic templates of the soul’s journey through time. When spiritually activated, these patterns begin to shift, re-emerge and clear from the layers of experiences coded into every cell and memory pattern held as an energetic vibration within the bodies.
The Ascension process is about moving the consciousness from one reality to another, along with an awareness of possible multiple realities existing simultaneously. Since a reality is a dimension, what we are undertaking is, in essence, a complete dimensional shift into another reality. A dimensional reality is held in place by a complex layer of coded energetic grids to create the illusion of time and space for the consciousness to perceive and to participate in its own experience within the broadband widths of that particular range of frequency. As the dimensional grids shift its frequency, and the magnetic attributes change, all things existing within that broadband will also shift and change. The natural laws governing that time and space as we know it, will also change. This means that the perception of our spatial awareness, our relationship to time and space will also change rather dramatically.
Thus, to go through this shift one must prepare and adjust one’s way of thinking and being to that which is in alignment with the soul’s great purpose and true divine essence. Learning how to surrender to the flow of present awareness and gain greater self-love and acceptance are the main characteristics we need to facilitate an easier time. In order to shift the old behaviors and thought patterns that are not serving the soul’s higher purpose, it requires that we become aware of these harmful beliefs, that we see the imposter influence and then take the appropriate steps to clear and heal them. The spiritual development process will surface our deepest fears, limited beliefs, and old pain patterns through events that trigger them into our current awareness. We must consciously acknowledge and see our fears, in order to resolve and heal them. Our fears and pain is what allows us to be controlled and manipulated by others, who seek to have power over us.
Some of these issues we will need to clear are ancestral and inherited from the family of origin. They may feel rather odd yet familiar, when they are brought into our awareness. We are not only clearing our own individual mental patterns, but also addressing the karmic mind implications that are recorded in the collective consciousness of the human race mind, the planetary mind.
We can reframe the circumstances in our mind into the point of view of the observer. Observing specific issues that have risen to the surface of conscious awareness in order to have the opportunity to witness them and then clear from within the lightbody. Appreciate and acknowledge your inner light for accepting the assignment to participate in this spiritual-emotional clearing, rather than claiming it as a part of the personal identity. By allowing ourselves to let go of the pain and fear, and doing this repeatedly, we clear our emotional and energy bodies of the long-held traumas. These fear-based beliefs have impeded our ability to experience our true inner light and authentic being, which brings more joyful purpose into our lives. Once the emotional body is resolved and cleared of an old pain or trauma, the physical body then is enabled to clear its equivalent of that energetic blockage.
All of this happens simultaneously within all of the layers of the bio-energetic field when each healing is being cleared. In effect, it is a full clearing and release of these painful events held as patterns in the body from the soul’s record and cellular memory. Also, as these painful patterns are removed from the soul record, the clearing recodes our DNA so our body can hold more inner light. Thus, sustaining our new frequency that helps to expand higher consciousness and multidimensional perception. As we hold greater light and a more advanced genetic package in our bio-energy field, it enables others to ascend, through the principle of resonance. Through higher resonance, those awakening start to vibrate at the increased frequency rate and activate inner potential and begin to claim the divine inheritance of Ascension.
Emotional clearing is the main process we will experience as we shift through the Ascension cycle. Since emotional pain and energetic imbalances are responsible for our states of dis-ease, many of us will experience physical releases clearing from our body. Some of this energy clearing is dropping density from the karmic, genetic or ancestral soul lineage. Some lightworkers have chosen to clear states of energetic imbalance for the collective or for a specific group. This will feel as movements of energy being transmuted or transited through us, as our spiritual-energetic being may act like a cosmic filtration system for the greater whole.
The goal of this information is to inform you of these dynamics that we are currently experiencing on the earth. As the energies accelerate, we need to be prepared by openly and clearly discussing the various possible physical symptoms from the position of having developed a neutral association and observing consciousness. To more easily navigate the pressure of internal and external changes, we must find what works for us personally by cultivating intuitive discernment, and opening our heart to compassion and empathy. Along with taking the time to educate ourselves to have an informed awareness and greater context for planetary awakening or Ascension.
The information shared below about physical symptoms is to not alarm you, but is intended to be used as a tool to keep you better informed. We will not be given anything we cannot handle, although we are required to develop our inner relationship to our spiritual guidance. Much pain can be avoided by becoming more self-aware and taking the time needed to heal through emotional clearing and listening to our body when it is requesting support and rest. Our spirit has given us many tools for our Ascension toolkit to support our consciousness evolution in the smoothest possible way. Transmutational Symptoms
During the Ascension process as we accrete frequency and light we may undergo a variety of ascension symptoms, at all levels of the physical, mental, emotional or spiritual-energetic layers.
These transmutational symptoms can be moderate to extreme. The 12D Shield is helpful to help harmonize the body through many ascension symptoms. Many of the ascension symptoms are vague to describe and inexpressible in linear thought and language. When people go to doctors, they are being told to take drugs or they are being instructed to seek professional psychological help. This site is not professing to be giving any medical advice. It may be beneficial for some of us to seek out medical or psychological treatment during our awakening process. We must follow our own inner guidance on how to proceed with what is occurring within our physical and energy body systems at this unprecedented time of acceleration.
Certain symptoms are now becoming more apparent and when we know this as a process and that many others are feeling the same things, a certain serenity can be brought into the mind. Many can rest in the knowledge that they are being transformed in ways that may feel extremely unusual and difficult on the physical body.

Also, our bodies often experience a rush of heat and energy bursts that are not comfortable. Our bodies are being shifted in thermodynamic ways and with so much light entering the fields of the body, some of the symptoms we experience are actually preventing our physical vehicles from bursting with the intensity of light. We may experience a triad sleep pattern (waking up every 3 hours) or interrupted sleep as we are being recalibrated and worked on energetically at night. This adds to our feeling restless and tired in the morning.
Remember to be gentle with your heart and only allow others within the boundaries of your personal inner sanctum that treat you with the same loving respect. This can be an extremely vulnerable time emotionally. We need to release many fears, such as fears asking for help and take time to invest in ourselves to feel more balanced and healthier. Massage, bodywork, more hydration, organic and clean foods, supplementation, energy healing, spiritual counseling may be helpful.
If I could impart the most important message from the Guardians, it is to emphasize how humans are so deeply loved and cared for by God’s Spirit, Krystal Star and Law of One Light Hierarchies, from all those who serve as One. The impact of our collective consciousness work during this evolutionary time cycle to shift future timelines, is generally beyond the comprehension of the lower human mind.
Starseeds and Indigos agreed to be the Light stewardship and Ascension Guides for the changing reality structure. Humans are expanding consciousness to become increasingly multidimensional, and finding our heart and true love with God is only one part of the human equation. Clearing ego and emotional wounds, learning to discern the difference between negative ego and the higher self intelligence, reclaiming spiritual light-bodies, and evicting Imposter Spirit parasites, is a part of having an accurate assessment of the requirements upon the shifting earth. The earth needs new ethical guidance and true enlightened humanitarian stewardship. The Galactic community, those in communication with enlightened intelligence fields and higher dimensions, are the first ascending waves to meet those challenges of building structures that support humanity evolving into multidimensional spiritual beings. Profound message from Lord Metatron about Ascension and Transmutation changes in the physical human body
“I Am Metatron. I have been asked to serve by dictating information that will assist you in moving through the transitions that are ahead for the planet and all life on the planet during the ascension.
This planet, and all species of life on the planet are in the process of ascension. Ascension means that all first and second dimensional lifeforms will “move up” to third dimensional lifeforms.
Humans, or third dimensional lifeforms, will graduate to either fourth dimensional worlds or fifth dimensional oneness depending on their level of evolution and their intent. The ascension is occurring now as a step by step progression, and will continue one way or another, for that is the will of all.
Normally, planets and the species of life incarnate on the planet are ascended via cataclysmic disasters that usher in a death-resurrection cycle.In this cycle, as was demonstrated by Christ, disasters create planetary death. Because this is the way ascension usually occurs, it is known and understood very well at the level of the Universal Mind.
That is why, since ancient times, there have been prophecies of terrible destruction to occur at end times.
The Resurrection Cycle ( Resurrection Dispensation ) Now is the Ascension, where all life begins anew, at a new level of consciousness in a Higher Dimensional World. This does not mean reincarnation, for that carries the concept of Karma with it, and before ascension can become a probability, all Karma must be cleared.
must does not mean existence only as a spirit in celestial worlds, ascension is also physical. As a process, it changes the physical body while merging the body and the spirit into one being. This being is a perfected being of light, in a physical body of light.
This ascension progression actually began thousands of years ago, with the Exodus of the Israelites from Egypt.
The story of Moses leading his people out of bondage is a metaphor for the ascension progression. The incarnation of Jesus was a major turning point for the process because as an Avatar, Jesus was capable of taking on the “sins” or Karma of all humans and transmuting that energy to light.
Because of his redemption, a gentle ascension became possible. This ascension, evolves through a series of steps, until a state as a light being becomes possible. The redemption of Christ was the beginning step of the Light Body progression.
This first step took nearly two thousand years to complete.
Light Body was introduced as an experiment in 1988, only seven months after Harmonic Convergence.
It is an experiment because an ascension has never been attempted this way. This method, both a graduated increase of light within the physical bodies of all lifeforms and the planet and an increase in the vibratory level, has never been attempted before in ANY ascending universe.
There are theories within the Universal Mind about how that process will work out, but at times the results have differed from the anticipated.
In these cases revisions are made. As a foundation for the information I will give later, I must explain the Light Body progression to you.
You must understand this process first at a personal level. This personal level is how Light Body will affect you physically, emotionally and mentally. Then I will give information on how Light Body will affect the planet and how it will affect the structures of your society.
I consider the most important and exciting aspect of Light Body to be that this experiment transforms your physical shell into an appropriate vehicle to merge completely with your higher self, and happens concurrently with the physical process.
This merging is created by a series of descensions of spirit, which are timed by the amount of light you are holding within your cells.
The amount of light held by the physical cells is keyed to the level of Light Body, and the higher the level, the less dense the body.
The more light you hold in your physical body, the greater the level of spirit you can contain within the body. Toward the end of the Light Body process, just proceeding the shift into ascension, you will merge completely with your Higher Self. The descensions of spirit are the mechanisms used to bring in, or turn on, the spiritual gifts of the ascended masters.
Light Body has twelve levels or steps, and as each step is completed the changes that have occurred physically must be integrated in all areas of the life and the spirit.
Light Body is designed to bring up all your human issues as you progress, and each higher level brings up a deeper layer to the issues than the layer before it.
This is to assist you in becoming clear mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. As the issues emerge, you may allow Christ’s redemption to transmute it for you.
There is a void space at the end of each Light Body level that we call ego death, and it may manifest as depression or a sense of nothingness.
This void is to be used as a rest stop before you continue your journey. This void is an energetic place where nothing exists, and you are able to build a new picture of yourself and your life before you move to the next step.
The void is an integration chamber, or perhaps I could describe it as a cocoon, where you can rest and form the beautiful butterfly you are to become in your next step.
The first six steps of Light Body were structured for gradual change at all levels with regular spiritual awakenings interspersed with the physical, mental and emotional changes.
From seventh level through tenth level Light Body the progress changes and is focused on one area of your experience at a time.
For example, in seventh level most of you experienced your first descension of spirit, and a noticeable spiritual awakening with it.
You may have manifested clairvoyance, clairaudience, or a kinesthetic awareness of energy with the awakening. I am discussing this level in the past tense, because currently the planet is shifting into the beginning of ninth level. It is a very painful experience to be at a lower vibratory rate than the planet you exist on, which is the case for those who are below eighth level.
Because you are reading this article, I am certain you would be somewhere between the void of late eighth level, to eleventh level in the Light Body progression.
You would not have an interest in spiritually oriented literature if you were in the lower levels.
Eighth level Light Body creates body changes in some extreme ways.
Physical symptoms similar to viral syndromes are very common. During this level, you may have noticed that you caught a cold once a month.
Other symptoms are headaches (behind the eyes) as the optic nerve pathways for light are turned on and the pineal gland becomes activated.
You may have earaches, air pressure changes, itching inside the ears, as your hearing structures are rewired to decode light transmissions, and excessive perspiration or diarrhea as you drop density from the cells of your body.
One perspective on these changes is that you are adding a third physical strand to your D.N.A. For some, the body may resist the density drop because of the descensions of spirit. A symptom of that resistance is weight gain.
Human bodies have a tendency to try to cope with descensions by becoming bigger to contain the spiritual mass coming into it.The only effective way to stop the weight gain once it has started, is physical exercise. I mean very hard exercise such as weight lifting, bicycling, running, or swimming. The exercise must be sufficient to begin building muscle mass.
Creating muscle mass will protect your nervous system, for the energies coming in with each descension is much stronger than your nervous system is accustomed to. Adipose tissue cannot protect the nervous system as muscle does by accepting the overflow from the nervous system. Adipose tissue will “fry” as these energies overflow, and the result is damage to the insulin receptors within the cells.
This throws the metabolism out of balance, and the result is weight gain. The muscle mass created by exercise will take the overload from the nervous system, and will convince the body consciousness that it is “big enough” to hold the spirit. You may begin to notice flashing colors on your inner screen, geometric equations moving through your mind, or hear a hum. This is the beginning of the translation facility, and will allow you to turn light code into cognitive understanding and comprehension.
The grids around the planet constantly transmit messages to the life forms incarnate on the planet. These messages come through in a form called light packets, and are coded. I call it “light code”.
This information must be “decoded” or converted to conscious thought, so you can understand it and use it in your life. These messages are designed to give instruction, and to explain what is occurring energetically at the higher dimensional frequencies.
If you are a sensitive who can hear the hum, a sharp tone, buzzing, please acknowledge this to your guides. They are trying to assist you to get the light code transmissions, but they cannot verify that you hear it unless you respond.
Your guides will try to assist you by turning up the volume and frequency of the audible light code until they see a response from you. The light code as a hum, can become very annoying and even physically uncomfortable. If you are experiencing this symptom, “ask” your guides to turn down the volume and calibrate the frequency so it will not be irritating or debilitating for you.
These eighth level changes can take up to two years for a human. It has taken three years for the planet.
Ninth level is about integrating the spiritual changes from seventh level and the physical changes of eighth into your physical life. In ninth level, relationships are your focus, for it is through relationships that you test yourself and the changes that have been wrought within you.
You may find that any relationship based on control or manipulation becomes intolerable, and many relationships end during this phase. You may also find that your work in the world changes as you integrate your new identity. The void of ninth level Light Body can be very painful, for after so much focus on relationships, this void requires you to ultimately be alone with yourself.
After all, the relationship you have with yourself is the most important relationship you have, is it not? Ninth level ends (and sometimes begins) with fairly massive descensions, giving you yet another relationship to integrate as a part of your process.
At the beginning of tenth level, life feels new, and you may feel newly born and very tender. Tenth level is the beginning of the spiritual awakening that will lead to your mastery of the abilities that mark the spiritual masters and adepts.
These abilities, or gifts of the spirit, will become stronger as you become energetically clearer. In tenth level the focus will be on manifesting these spiritual gifts, and then integrating the gifts fully so they are usable in your physical, everyday life. Your greatest natural spiritual gift will be the first to manifest in tenth level, and your other gifts of the spirit will open later in a gradual way.
You will be required to live by your spiritual gifts. If you are clairvoyant, for example, you must make decisions by what you perceive clairvoyantly – not by what you perceive physically. Your clairvoyance will literally overtake your physical sight during tenth level. You may notice one day that you are very clearly seeing three curbs and sidewalks.
Deciding where to place your foot may be very confusing. You will be seeing the physical curb and sidewalk, the etheric curb and sidewalk, and the fourth dimensional curb and sidewalk. If you rely completely on your clairvoyance, not the physical sense of sight, you will know where to step. If you use the physical sense of sight you may trip a few times in a public place.
Eventually you will learn how to process this type of vision. The process of becoming clear is one of releasing stored energy from the emotional body and the mental body, and relocating that energy to the spiritual body where it becomes usable, through which miracles are created.
The only difference between an Avatar and an ordinary man is the location of the energy held within the energy bodies. An ordinary man has all his energy “locked-up” in stored emotions and memories in the emotional body, and beliefs, dogmas and thoughts in the mental body.
The ordinary man has a flat spiritual body, for there is no energy to spare from the demands of the emotions and thoughts. An avatar has clear emotional and mental bodies. All the energy held within an Avatar’s subtle bodies, is stored in the Spiritual Body.
For a Master, the energy associated with emotion flows into the emotional body from the spiritual body IN THE MOMENT, and is released to the spiritual body once the emotional stimulus has ended.
The energy associated with a thought flows from the spiritual body to the mental body, and then is released to the spiritual body as the thought is completed.
This leaves an Avatar’s energy free, to use according to his will. The spiritual energy is available to an avatar because it is not consumed by thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and memories. This is the energetic structure each of you must create in your energy bodies, during tenth and eleventh level Light Body. This will allow each of you to perform miracles such as manifesting thought into physical reality.
Eleventh level of Light Body is a natural progression from tenth, and many times the transition is so easy, the shift isn’t noticed. The spiritual abilities continue to grow, and the physical body begins to change in appearance. Your physical body becomes luminous, glowing, and appears very beautiful.
You might have friends and acquaintances suddenly remarking that you look younger, or that you have changed in some way that is indefinable. Eleventh level brings deeper levels of processing on your emotional issues. At this level you must deal with all your beliefs and thought forms around death and loss.
You might create disillusionment, or even find you are creating your deepest fears within your physical life so you can clear them completely by experiencing them. Any stored energy held in the emotional or mental body after tenth level is completed must be released to the spiritual body in eleventh level.
If you do not deal with those issues while you are in tenth level, you will manifest them in your lives within the eleventh. But, you truly have nothing to fear but fear itself when you are at eleventh level Light Body.
Twelfth level Light Body is the Ascension. It is marked by the movement of the Merkabah into the heart center of your body. The Merkabah can most easily be described as a golden ball of light. It is the Vehicle of your Ascension, and a major initiation for you when it happens.
That event is the beginning of your personal Ascension into a Fifth Dimensional world of Oneness. The Ascension can occur at an individual level, it can occur within a group, or it will occur as a part of the collective experience. You will Ascend when you are Ready, whether you do it alone, as a part of a group, or as a part of the ‘Planetary Shift’ yet to come.
There is not a period for the ascension in any way. At an individual level there are ascensions occurring daily.
Since Harmonic Convergence the energy has been available for the shift into a Fifth Dimensional Consciousness while in a physical body.
There are many beings, who are incarnate because they have volunteered to serve by testing the Light Body experiment. They are the first ones to move into Ascension. For the rest of you, the Light Body program will continue until you are ready, and then you will shift. Ascension is a very simple thing. It is a change that occurs in an instant, but you are still here.
The Sun will still shine and the Stars will still twinkle. The difference is Joy, your ability to live Joy and to feel Joy. The easiest way to verify that Ascension has happened is to note the quality of joy in a person’s life.
The beginning of the Ascension is when a person begins living life by creating their fantasies as their reality. I, Metatron can define JOY as Nirvana, Ecstasy, or Rapture.
It is that state of ‘Oneness with God.’ It can also be defined as your center or being on your center. That clear space you can achieve in meditation where energy is flowing and you feel that absolute Cosmic Oneness with all. Whatever brings you pleasure or feelings of lightness, and whatever you would define as joy, is a pathway to that state.
If you are working as a part of a spiritual group, you will experience a series of faster shifts in your processing. When one member of your group notices the embodiment of the Merkabah, you all will have received it, and will soon become aware of it also. The individual members may not have noticed this occurring at first, but at least one member of the group was ready for it, and as a result the entire group will get the benefit.
A group working on Ascension has a tremendous advantage because Fifth Dimensional Consciousness is a consciousness of “Oneness” or in other words, the group is One. Working with a group creates enormous synergistic energy, where each of you is far more powerful than you would be if you were alone.
It also gives each member a chance to learn to relate both as individuals, and from oneness within the group. This is an essential fifth dimensional consciousness shift that everyone must make. As individuals and groups focus on Ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy.
As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become Joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency.
The Mass Ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this Multi-dimensional Universe, free agency is Divine Law.
As individuals and groups focus on ascension, they should focus on beginning to recreate their lives as absolute masterpieces of joy. As they do so, they will begin to live from joy, and later, they will become joy. As each of you does this, you will begin to shift everyone you come into contact with in your daily life, broadcasting the energy of joy to them and waking them up to that frequency.
The mass ascension will occur when the majority of ascending humans on the planet are existing in this state of joy, and not until. The reason for this fact, is that this planetary experience is one of free agency. In this dimensional universe, free agency is divine law.
When the majority of you are living from joy, the planetary experience will have moved into a world of love and oneness. When the majority of you have given up the game of polarity because you have learned all you could, and have by your own choices moved into joy and oneness, the mass ascension will occur.
Until that time comes, and it will, the Light Body progression will continue. The ascension will take as long as it takes, and humanity as a collective group, in the end, decides the timing of the great event. Free agency cannot be tampered with, not even for the highest of purposes, not even to create the ascension.
The point I wish to make with this information is that the greatest way each of you can serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet, and to serve yourselves is to create your lives as masterpieces of joy. Be ruthless in evaluating your lives, and clear everything that does not bring you joy. Let go of old emotions and old issues, for they are consuming the energy you could be feeling joy with.
If you focus on this as the entire process, and focus on learning to live from joy as your path of initiation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be. You will assist everyone you meet, by your very presence, and you will be anchoring the energies of joy for the planet as well, to assist her in birthing a new level of manifestation for all.
This ecstatic state of union with God is a part of the potential that is open for all. This path of joy makes the ascension so very simple, for all that is required is for each individual to begin focusing on, and taking full responsibility for his life. Live life as a masterpiece of JOY.
The planetary changes that have been prophesied for these times you are living in are frightening for many. Since you have nothing to fear but fear, I will bring forth information about how the Light Body process has changed the probable future for the planet. I have described the process for you as it affects your physical self and your personal life. I will now explain how Light Body impacts the planet, for the planet is physical, and the entire basis for sustenance of your physical life.
As you become a being of light the planet also changes. The planet is becoming a sphere of crystal and light. When the Light Body experiment began in 1988, the planet was shifted into third level Light Body. The planet shifted into a higher level each year after; fourth level in 1989, fifth level in 1990, and sixth level in 1991.
The planet entered seventh level on Jan. 11, 1992 with the 11:11 gateway, and remained there until the next gateway opening which was 5/5/92. This gateway initiated the beginning of eighth level Light Body for the planetary process, and with that level of Light Body, earth changes were most probable. Planetary shifts have always been ushered in by a series of technologies I call gateways.
Gateways are energetic conduits opened from a higher dimensional universe to this one. These conduits bring through the energies necessary to pattern mass consciousness, change planetary vibrations, and to change dimensional frequencies.
A gateway requires the assistance of the space brothers and many beings on higher dimensional frequencies to create it and to refine the energies for the specified purpose. The purpose of a gateway, and its timing is the domain of the Light Councils, or Karmic Board, and the Ascended Masters of The Great White Brotherhood.
These councils oversee the progress, and assist when needed. The 5/5/92 gateway purposes were to forestall probabilities around cataclysmic disasters, which were most likely as the planet began losing density. The greatest probable disaster is a pole shift. The 5/5/92 gateway began the shift between the in-breath of God and the out-breath of God.
The shift between an expanding Universe and a contracting Universe. This gateway, 5/5/92, signaled the still time between the two directions. This still time continues until 2012 when the in-breath of Lord Brahma begins. This physical Universe has been expanding, fragmenting out into individuation. When the contraction begins (in-breath of Lord Brahma) it is the merging of the fragments into Oneness.
This Grid shift from Eastern Hemisphere to the West (Mount Shasta) was engineered to aid those who are known as lightworkers at this time of change, for the Grid shift allowed the planetary frequencies to shift upward into what is known as the lower fourth dimensional frequencies.
This brought the planetary vibration into what is known as the astral worlds. These worlds are still worlds of polarity and illusion, but they are far less physical. It makes it possible for each of you to begin opening potentials of joy for yourselves, and as you do, the disasters become less probable.
Those who are aware and those who are learning to use spiritual power to create in the physical can use the energies from the new grid alignment to create their personal version of “Heaven on Earth”.
There were many of you requesting this assistance, for many lightworkers wanted to be able to precipitate thought into matter.
The greatest way to release enemy patterning is to move yourself into a space where you believe there are no enemies. Move yourself into a space where there is no question about the need to protect your rights.
Move yourself into the attitude that, yes, you have the absolute right to possess and bear arms, but where would the necessity to use those weapons ever come from? This is a world at peace! This is one of the things that will be shifting drastically as a result of the Silent Revolution.
With the Shifting in Energy the illusion of having enemies will become less and less real, until it no longer exists. Become clear within each of yourselves about how you interpret these violent events, and what they are mirroring for you. Become clear within yourself about how you perceive the need to have arms, and what your values are.
Work through these issues on your own level, in your own life, until you can create a perception of an absolutely safe, stable world. For other people in your life, who have concerns and fears about these political issues, assist them by your ability to bring through energy.
Facilitate their efforts to process their beliefs, until they can arrive at a place where they are secure and without fear, and have the attitudes that this is the time of Peace, let us welcome it. If you can do these things it will be of great service to the light, your assistance in shifting the Mass Consciousness on these issues.
It is of interest that on the macro, people are willing to do away with nuclear arms. Destroy them, dismantle them, make their use illegal. But on a personal level, they will cling so tightly to their own firearms. Divine law is – as the inner, so the outer. It must happen at the personal level first, then it will manifest internationally. If you truly want to outlaw nuclear arms, begin within your own lives.
Normally, before the energy realigns itself in a balanced way, the pendulum will swing very far from side to side. The hope is that this issue is just a pendulum swing before the attitudes balance themselves. Other movements you are seeing politically are to create reforms in the Welfare system.
These shifts are the result of the gateway that opened on 6.6.94. That gateway was one of self-empowerment. But along with self-empowerment comes the requirement of self-reliance. This gateway brought through a new model for a Self Empowered – Female.
The archetype of the Goddess Athena is something each lady carries within her consciousness. An activated model of this archetype of an Empowered Female was beamed through the gateway from the ship Athena. This opened up a remedy for many social ills in the Western World, for how can you have an Ascending Planet or Species, if over one half of the population is in a “less than” position?
Many women are treated as less than, earning less than, less opportunity, less education, relegated to welfare, relegated to poor circumstances and unequal opportunities. To change that, women must also step into their power. The energy to support the feminine is available, and has been since the reawakening of the forces of nature at the 12.21.91 gateway.
Each of you who are aware and empowered must focus on filling the void with joy, and shifting the forms of your lives quickly and easily. As you do this, the transitions from the old forms to the new will be traversed quickly and easily by the majority as well. For those of you who are working actively on your own ascension, you are carrying a great burden.
That burden is in living impeccably. You cannot create something on the level of the macro (collective) without first bringing it into the micro (personal). As above, so below – that is divine law. You must first create within your own life what you desire in your society, social structure, and country. There are many of you incarnate, with the Divine Mission to realign the law to more closely resemble Divine Law.
You are here to shift the entire collective around the issues of politics, economics, government, and law. You must use and live by the principles of Divine Law in your own lives first, before you can bring them through at the mass consciousness level. Create a life without a need for defense or violence, without a need for political polarity, without the need for welfare programs, and without the need for treatment of disease.
Create your lives as a world of peace, joy, security, and equality. The outer world will follow your lead. This world you are living in is now a fourth dimensional world – an astral world. It is still a world of polarity, but there is a difference. That polarity is just an illusion!
There are stories from every path of initiation about “The Guardian of the Threshold,” and most often the Guardian is a terrible monster. When an initiate is developed enough to travel to the astral worlds, the first thing the initiate will encounter is the Guardian. The initiate must defeat the Guardian to make further progress on their Spiritual Path.
This is considered a Test, and the Test must be passed, or the instruction of the Master stops. Every Esoteric tradition has it’s method of how to deal with the Guardian, and overcome it. The one universal truth about this test, is that the Guardian is you. That terrible demon is an astral apparition of your worst fears.
A monster yes, but it is nothing more than an illusion. In every tradition the solution is for the initiate to release their fears and personal demons and then they will overcome the Guardian. It will just disappear.
That is why each spiritual tradition, or path of initiation, has always had a focus on developing clarity, and personal qualities such as humility, forgiveness, and love. These qualities are the only way you can pierce the illusions of the astral worlds. As in the traditions of old, and in the Ascension Progression today, the Upper Dimensional Frequencies are not opened to the initiate until this Test has been passed.
In an initiation, there is no failure. If the test is not passed, the lesson is merely repeated until the initiate gets it. This is the best metaphor I can give you to describe the experiences you are having in this dimensional frequency. Remember, the Guardian is just an illusion, and polarity is just an illusion. If you release those illusions and beliefs, release those fears, the Guardian disappears!
The world you experience will recreate itself around your new reality perceptions. The assistance of all the hosts of heaven is available to each of you, but you must ask. We cannot violate your free agency, even to assist you.
All the assistance you need to walk through these changes peacefully and joyfully is available to each of you. This information is given to you to assure you that all is well. My role is to shift your fears, to assure you of divine love, and to awaken you to potentials you may have to assist the collective. Each of you has only one responsibility in this lifetime, and that responsibility is for YOUR OWN LIFE.
Divine law is As Above – So Below; As the Inner – So the Outer. When you perceive difficulties, enemies, or bogey men, in the outside world around you, look to your inner life for they will exist there as well. If you clear these perceptions from your inner life you will find that magically, your outer life, your experience, and perceptions shift, this is divine law.
You can bring about the elimination of polarity very simply – by working on your own life, and that is all each of you are required to do. Go forward and create of your life an absolute masterpiece of joy. The tools are given to you, the power is given to you, and all the assistance and guidance that you could possibly need is available.
Each of you must actually DO IT, and as you do it you will transform your world and the larger world as well. You have nothing left to fear but fear itself – for fear is the last great evil that remains in the world.
Work on your fear, and eliminate it from your mental body and emotional body, and as you do so you will eliminate it from your life. Fear is the only enemy left, and that enemy is only located within each of you.
Truly, the great ones are those who are incarnate at this time of change. Your initiation is nearly complete. All that remains is for each of you to pass the tests of Joy.

We are aware that while the planet is under going a shift to a higher frequency that, because she is a living moving energy system, all who reside within her energy fields will also experience this realignment.
Consequently I would like to cover in this article two issues.
Firstly what many are experiencing naturally as the planet undergoes her transformation which is what is termed the ‘Creation of the Lightbody‘.
So the next few pages will outline the different stages we may experience as this occurs and how it is manifesting in our own energy fields e.g. bouts of flu, headaches etc.
Secondly as many are enthusiastic and joyous at these changes, I would like to cover practical things that we can consciously do to build and increase the Light quotient in our own bodies.
Tuning ourselves to the higher octaves of Light and changing our vibrational frequency has been explored extensively in previous chapters which I will briefly summarize and then add a few additional techniques to accelerate this process.
The process of transition into Light is a gradual one. We are not matter one day and pure Light the next. Our energy fields are infused with and realigned to Light gradually or else we would experience electrical ‘burn out’.
In the text “Revelations from an Archangel – Ascension to the 12th Dimension” – Archangel Ariel states that the entire crystalline structure of matter was activated to 3rd level Lightbody, for all planetary inhabitants, in April 1989.
Creation of the Lightbody is due to the planets current transition process and is not an optional experience or process.
Being’s not wishing to be part of this process at this time will choose death by accident, natural disaster or decay and disease.
As mentioned previously, it is foretold that they will continue their cycle of evolution on another planet of frequency comparable to their own – there is no judgment – it is just the changing nature of energy.
According to Ariel, the Lightbody is gradually created through the transmutation of our current physical body as it mutates and absorbs more Light.
Again this is interconnected with the realignment of our energy fields to higher frequencies and higher octaves of Light and the following information describes the actual physical process and common symptoms as this change occurs.
We are all evolving and absorbing Light at our own pace. Some are consciously working with these changes and so their transmutation is quicker, some are unaware and are absorbing this Light and change in direct relation to planetary change. However, one can classify this creation into levels:-
1. First level – when the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhea, rashes, muscle and joint aches.
Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size.
The DNA structure and chemical components begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into useable Light encodements for the DNA.
2. Second level – the etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of ’bouts of flu’. Many begin to question “why am I here”.
Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Change is rapid and many feel tired.
3. Third level – physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer – decoder of higher light energies to the planet as a whole.
The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its natural state.
4. Fourth level – major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains.
Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready.
Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels.
Vision and hearing are being realigned to function differently. The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow spirit without hesitation.
Individuals may get lashes of telepathy, clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. This is a time of feeling, of honoring and accepting and validating the emotional body and learning to control it.
5. Fifth level – the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of deja vu. Thought processes become non linear. Being’s oscillate between knowing and doubt.
We realize the habitual nature of thinking and behavior and look at de-programming and re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not the “I” we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc.
Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditioned responses’.
6. Sixth level – we draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth. We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselves changes rapidly.
Re-evaluation may be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at our relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of letting go, of moving on.
We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. By this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.
7. Seventh level – the heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’ with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns – it is a time of great emotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage.
We feel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life. Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and honor their feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others.
Chest pains (angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy fields.
(Doing the Unified chakra meditation will assist in the heart opening).
Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away.
Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level, aging and death cease.
When the pineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we leave it behind.
Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues.
Many wish to ‘ascend‘ and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our deepening connection with spirit.
As we learn to follow our joy, we may then want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.
ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception. Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food – many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they ‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of the body.
8. Eighth level – we see the Master in all and purely wish to be of service – we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind in favor of the desire to serve Divine Will.
The pineal and pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s who are working with you to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel pain, or ask them to release endorphin’s – the brains natural opiate.
The brain is being activated – particularly the cerebrum, the ‘sleeping giant’. Cranial expansion is common; triangular ‘seed crystals‘ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras.
We begin to be hooked into the languages of Light.
The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to create the ‘Arc of the Covenant‘, a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensional language.
You may find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones.
If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded and translated.
Again you become much more aware of the vastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships become transpersonal. You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’ into you to link with.
You operate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.
9. Ninth level – decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody.
Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. You feel interconnected to all Being’s everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others.
You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the ‘game of separation and limitation’ and feel truly free.
The 9th level sees a mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form.
As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument.
Here Spirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives, everything. This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be most painful. Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved through eons of time to reach this point.
We may go back and forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go – there is no turning back and all must be released.
9th level is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realize that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit.
Survival fears leave – focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and are easily put aside.
We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected, centered, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve.
For awhile you may slip between the 8th & 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ‘ a limited human being’ again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level.
You then continually feel connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that.
The 9th is where we begin to hook up to our I AM.
The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and you become totally connected to your I AM.
10. Tenth level – you are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. DNA is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous.
The Merkabah (another name for our Light body) has been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions complete in your totality.
It has its own consciousness to be directed by you.
11. Eleventh level – all levels of the lightbody have been constructed and activated and are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’.
These light matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries – a new 5th dimensional circulatory system of Light.
Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past, present and future co-exist – all exist in parallels.
There is no separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy of Spirit.
In this ‘frame’ of conscious awareness many now access and create new types of Light based technologies, new community living, new systems of government and equitable food and resource distribution systems.
All have received specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New World – the ‘Golden Age‘.
12. Twelfth level –the continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World systems – hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, new financial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so that all may exist in joy, equality and harmony.
By this time the planet and her inhabitants will have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds.
The planet goes to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is a lightbody and follows Spirit in total Mastery.
Remember that this change that you see all around you, is merely a physical mirror for an inside alteration. Within and beyond are merely perspectives. We place them both in perfect balance so that our life is realized and remembered full. Remembered by us. The ones doing the placing and the living.
These, all of them, are the things that surround and encase us. They appear overwhelming only when they bombard us; this is what is happening today. It’s been a gradual build up until now. This moment cannot be seen behind rose colored glasses. It’s emblazoned across our screens and lit. There is no hiding or pretending. No more.
We will not move forward until we see it all. This is about authenticity.
We are One. The ages, races, colors, generations, income levels and intelligence scores are not, in truth, dividers. It’s been a set up. On purpose. To separate us.
In truth, we ALL are necessary, we ALL contribute, we ALL are vital. There is not a single right answer or party or demographic or religion that holds the solution. This solution requires collaboration.
We’ve divided ourselves completely so that we can one day come back together. It will happen when there is no other thing to do; when there are no other choices to choose. When the only thing we can see, that holds us together, is our humanity. When we are together huddled at the bottom of this mess, needing each other to climb up and out, with and on and around. It’ll be the same answer for all of us then. Nothing to argue about. “Take my hand. Let’s do this.”
You don’t have to like everyone. You don’t have to agree with everyone. You don’t have to be nice to everyone. Yet, and here is where we must finally agree. You have to be kind. Not weak. Just kind. Not wishy-washy. Just kind. There is only one life that matters and it is the one you are living right now.
You see, it’s all true. You are multi-dimensional AND all of your actions touch every other you that exists. Science hurries and scurries to “prove” what many of us have always known. It is this:
Our heart is our most powerful organ. Kindness or violence shown to someone else, is felt in our own bodies. Happiness and laughter heal us. Belief and conviction work miracles. Our thoughts & feelings become the stuff of our lives. Every. Single. Day.
If there is only one reason to support and promote and tweet and text and post and Instagram and telegram and email and tic toc and you tube and bit chute and snail mail and say only positive or creative or productive or inspiring or peaceful ideas and photos, it is this one; You are creators – what you create, you become. Every single time.
You are exquisite. A being of unimaginable brilliance residing in skin and bones, with bruises and beatings and heartaches and headaches and unimaginable pain.
You’ve been lied to and there is a reason that you are still standing. It is because you knew that when the world was collapsing, you’d be needed. It was then that you’d get the message. You’d realize that finally, your time had arrived.
Your message has just shown up.
The world appears ready for you now. Do not wait. You are needed.

Whether you know it or not, you exist within something akin to a super advanced virtual reality. One where your every thought, belief and emotion is selecting what appears on the screen you call your reality. Understanding how your personal reality, and the collective reality you are part of, is generated has profound implications. And one of the most important of these is the complete liberation from your fears.
Before diving into how your reality is generated, and its three layers, let’s do a quick review of the true nature of yourself and your reality — what you are and what you are a part of.
The Ultimate Nature of Existence
The ultimate nature of existence is that there is a singular consciousness which presides over a singular, yet multidimensional, field of energy that it can mold into any patterns it wishes by the exercise of its thoughts, intentions and desires. And these patterns are everything seen and unseen. This consciousness has been referred to as universal consciousness, or cosmic consciousness, or Source consciousness. And Source consciousness not only creates patterns of energy but it can also perceive and experience them.
Another way to think about these energy patterns is as information. Source consciousness can create, manipulate, navigate and perceive information in the field. This allows it to create information that represents complete experiential environments or “reality constructs” and then dive in and experience them. There is only consciousness, information, and the perception of information, and this allows for the creation and experience of “realities”.
The world that you think exists outside of you is essentially an illusion — it is a purely perceptual experience of consciousness. The experiences are REAL, but the props are IMAGINARY. All the information that represents your reality was imagined into existence and is essentially just imagery that your consciousness is perceiving — very much like a virtual reality. There isn’t anything out there; it’s just an incredibly convincing perceptual illusion. “Your reality is an illusion of consciousness — the experiences are REAL, but the props are IMAGINARY.” The way Source consciousness experiences a reality construct is by creating a sub-thread of its consciousness, which has its own focal point of awareness and perception, and puts that focal point within one of these “reality constructs” and experiences it. Source consciousness is multi-threaded, and you are one of those threads — pure consciousness, non-physical and formless. And you have put your focal point of awareness and perception into this space-time reality to have this experience.
How Your Personal and Collective Reality is Generated
The way information is presented to your thread of consciousness is much like how a film projector displays the frames of a film strip. Every billionth of a second or so, a frame of information representing your reality is presented to and perceived by your consciousness (more about this in The Illusion of Time and Space). Unlike a film strip which has frames with content that was determined when the movie was produced, the movie that you call your reality contains some information that is pre-created and some that is created on the fly and then dynamically composed into final frames on the fly.
Conceptually, frames of reality are generated as three layers of information; foundation, background and foreground, and these then get combined into one cohesive picture. The information in each of these layers is produced in different ways, and understanding how this works has great relevance to understanding and mastering the creation of your personal reality. Using the metaphor of a stage play, these three layers might be considered; the stage, the setting and the story. And make no mistake, your reality is your story, and you are the lead character as well as the director.
Surprisingly, even though it appears that you are a part of a singular collective reality with many players or actors, something a bit different from what you might have imagined is going on behind the scenes.
What’s really going on is that each thread of consciousness (e.g; soul) is experiencing its own separate reality in which they are both the lead actor and director of their own stories. All the other actors in your story are just other souls playing stand-in roles in support of your story. You have agreements with many other souls to play parts in your reality — but it’s your story, and they are all walk-in cameo appearances.
Those souls playing roles in your story may or may not be engaged in their own version of the earthly reality. And you may or may not be reciprocating and playing roles in their realities. But there are tons of souls playing parts in each other’s realities. Each soul is having its own independent experience in its own separate version of reality. How the reality of a soul, who might be playing a part in your reality, plays out will likely be different than your own.
The way a collective reality experience is generated is that the beings that share roles across the various individual realities agree to share information that represents some elements of the reality — specifically, information representing the foundation/stage layer and the background/collective layer.
The process which generates each successive reality frame perceived by your thread of consciousness seamlessly combines this shared information with the information from the foreground layer (information created, selected and produced by you) into a seamless whole. The details of how this works are not entirely certain, but this is how it works in general. “Your reality is programmable, and you are the programmer.” Let’s explore how the information that represents each of the three layers of your reality construct is produced and what degree of creative control you have over each.
The Foundation Layer – The Stage
The first layer of information that is included in the frames of reality that your consciousness is perceiving and experiencing might be appropriately called the foundation layer. This is the layer of information that represents the planet, the elementals it’s composed of, and the biosphere. It includes everything that supports human life and the human experience. This layer acts as the stage on which the human drama is played out — both collectively and personally.
All the information (e.g; energy patterns) that make up everything in this layer were created and are maintained by the intentions, thoughts and imagination of non-physical beings (e.g; consciousnesses). These beings have dedicated themselves to creating and maintaining the major elements that make up our reality, and multitudes of other realities — a role often referred to as “construct holders”. All the information that represents the foundation layer of our reality construct was imagined into existence by these beings!
The most important implication of this is that our threads of consciousness are not creating this information and so we cannot ourselves change the nature of the stage through our own conscious thoughts and intentions. You are not directly creating the stage environment, our world, with your thoughts. You don’t have any direct power to alter the information that represents it; you can only choose to explore and experience different parts of it by your choices and intent. This layer is part of the information that we all agreed we’d share across all of our individual realities to create the experience of a collective reality.
The Background Layer – Collective Reality
The second layer of information that is included in the frames of reality that your consciousness is perceiving and experiencing I call the “background” layer. This layer is the collective story/drama that’s playing out on the foundation layer (the stage). These are the global and collective events and circumstances. It’s all the stuff that you hear about happening in the world but that doesn’t necessarily directly touch you. It’s the state of the world, the state of human society; it’s what you see recorded in the history books, and discussed in newspapers and magazines. It’s everything that’s supposedly happening in the world, and everything that supposedly has happened in the world — most of which you never directly experienced — it appears to have happened to someone somewhere, but it didn’t happen to you.
This layer of your reality construct is co-created by all the threads of consciousness (e.g; souls) participating in the collective reality construct. And we all agreed that it would be shared across all of our individual reality constructs — it is the backdrop to your personal reality — this is how collective reality experiences are constructed. The information in this layer is co-created by the collective — it is the average of all the thoughts, intentions, emotions, choices, actions, etc of all the souls involved in the collective reality construct. If we assumed that every soul’s level or frequency of consciousness was the same, then each player in the collective reality construct would be equally contributing to the co-creation of the information in this layer.
Your power to shape the collective reality, to steer the course of collective events with your own thoughts and intentions is limited. For example, if there were five billion people on the planet then your influence would be 1/five-billionth. But of course, not everyone is at the same level or frequency of consciousness. And at each higher level of consciousness, you have an exponentially higher degree of influence in the creation of the collective reality — the higher your state of consciousness, then the greater proportion your thoughts and intentions influence the creation of the collective reality.
And here’s the great thing; even though you can’t change the collective reality, you do control which parts of the collective reality touch you — the parts that you directly experience are completely up to you! Using the stage play metaphor, the collective reality is the backdrop to your personal story/drama. Which parts of this backdrop directly touch you depends on your thoughts, beliefs, intentions, desires, choices and more. Nothing from the collective reality can touch you unless you invite them into your direct experience with your thoughts! More on this very important point in a bit.
The Foreground Layer – Personal Reality
The third and final layer of information that is included in the frames of reality that your consciousness is perceiving and experiencing I call the “foreground” layer. The foreground is everything that you directly experience. This is your personal reality, and you are 100% responsible for creating it. Everything you directly experience is either newly created by you or invited into your reality from the collective reality by your thoughts, beliefs, desires, etc! So even though you can’t single-handedly change the collective reality (because it is co-created collectively), it doesn’t really matter because you control which parts of it you draw into your personal reality and directly experience.
You are essentially immune to any danger or peril, or whatever is out there in the collective reality, if you don’t buy into that it can affect you. And of course the fastest way to draw stuff from the collective reality into your personal reality is to fear and worry about how the state of the world might affect you! Because as a creator, what you focus on you attract, especially when it’s combined with a strong emotion like fear. And don’t kid yourself, if you are worrying about stuff, that’s fear. “The world’s natural calamities and disasters — its tornados and hurricanes, volcanoes, floods, etc are not created by us specifically. What is created by us is the degree to which these events touch our life.” — Neale Donald Walsch, Conversations with God, Book 1 So no matter what is happening in the collective reality, none of it can touch you unless you invite it. As an example, let’s say that some calamity occurs in the collective reality that affects your home town. With the right “attitude” the Universe might arrange for you to be out of town when the calamity occurs. Or if you are home, you will miraculously remain unscathed or spared from the worst of it.
The right attitude to avoid directly experiencing events in the collective reality is to absolutely believe that you are creating your reality and to absolutely believe you are always safe — that nothing can harm you! If you fall into fear, worry or doubt, all bets are off!
Summing It All Up
You are creating your reality with your thoughts, beliefs, desires, and more. The backdrop to your story, the collective reality and the stage that it plays out on, are just there to create a context within which to play out your story and create your personal reality. You can create whatever you like in your life, and it is not limited to what’s out there in the collective reality, but it does provide a grab bag of options to select into your life. But they are all truly optional — they can’t become a part of your direct experience unless you invite them in with your thoughts. The collective reality is a distraction that lures you into focusing on what is and what was, instead of what can be.
Knowing this enables you to stop worrying about what you can’t change and start focusing on what you can — namely where you put your focus and attention, what beliefs you hold, what thoughts you entertain, and what you imagine and create for yourself.
By deeply understanding how your reality construct is generated and that you are the one who controls the process you can experience a profound liberation from fear. And once you transcend your fears, especially if you master the other skills of deliberate creation, you will find that your life experience will begin to improve dramatically.
There can come a time, at a certain point in our spiritual practice where internal clarity and attunement make it apparent that our bodies need a more refined diet. We feel physically the need for a more conscious approach to what we are ingesting, whether it is with food, drink, smoke or chemicals. For most Americans, one has to truly consider the benefits or deterrents of what the fare of the Standard American Diet offers as the emphasis is more on pleasure than on health. This approach caters to our senses with little emphasis or understanding of what foods contributes to the maintenance of healthy body chemistry. Most westerners are ignorant of the fact that the body is an amazing healing machine that only needs the right fuel to maintain the natural balance of acid to alkaline in our blood. This along with other supportive practices, like exercise and rest, keeps us healthy and at peace within. It helps to understand that the universe and our bodies are miraculous and built to last if we consciously cultivate and care for them. However, the western approach to the care of our bodies is more that of planned obsolescence. The food and beverage industries leave it to us to choose the right fuel amid a wide spectrum of choices. While it is for us to discern, it is challenging to not be misled amongst advertising and marketing practices that are most often deceptive. Tobacco, alcohol, coffee, sugar, drugs, chemicals, meat, cheese, dairy, corn, soy, wheat, flavor enhancers, preservatives, pesticides, along with stress, sedentary lifestyle, and shallow breathing, all work to create an overly acid-based environment in the body.
While this might be a subtle point, it becomes monumental when we understand that an acid-based or animal based diet described above, as opposed to an alkaline-based or plant-based diet, creates the breeding ground for many symptomatic illnesses we face on an ever-increasing basis in our world today. Look around you. Who isn’t complaining of some form of illness? This rich and satisfying way of eating unfortunately does nothing to help us find optimal health, well-being and peace. It instead keeps us driven by caffeine, sugar and alcohol to achieve, ‘fit in” and keep up with an ever-increasing demand of our energy. It also makes it hard to avoid the excesses that naturally come with sanctioned get-togethers at bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We eventually either come to self-care by disciplined spiritual practices which lead us to clarity and refinement of our physical vessel or by the insistence of our body in the form of illness asserting itself to get us to change our ways.

At the time of the Planetary Dimensional Shift, It will be harmless for those that have lifted their frequency beyond the old vibratory rates, because they will be anchored to the planet while it shifts from 3rd dimension to the 5th dimension.
The way it works is, imagine a figure eight shaped hourglass. 3Dis located on one side and 5D is located in the other side of the hourglass.
In the middle of the hourglass, this narrow gap represents the gateway or the 4D Portal for the planetary shift that occurs when two dimensional planes eclipse each other.
It is a highly charged membrane of photons, which acts as the wavelength bridge to connect one side of the dimensional frequency band with the next highest band.
All living things on the planet have two parallel bodies. The biological body is carbon/matter and interfaces with the ethereal body. The ethereal body exists as plasma/anti-matter.
To consciously experience the dimensional shift, the ethereal body needs to be at the same wavelength as the ethereal frequency of the planet.
For those of us who are compatible with the higher dimensional frequencies during the shift transition, we will feel like we exist but do not exist.
Our consciousness is energy and will be traveling as energy and we will actually flow as light energy through the dimensional gateway, but we might not really feel it because it will take about a second to travel through the dimensional gateway and we will be rematerialized on the other side in 5D.
The calamities we have been experiencing on the planet with the destructive actions such as war, pollution, nuclear waste has a direct impact on the planet’s life force, because any negative energy stored within our ethereal bodies filters directly into the planets ethereal body.
And this is how the controllers are trying to stop the planet from shifting into the next dimension.
When we undergo this frequency jump, our ethereal body, which contains the blueprint of our physical body will automatically rematerialized our body.
Our body will have the same physical appearance as it does right now, except our new body will be Crystal/Silica because the higher frequencies from the solar flares have altered the atomic structure of our body.
Only anti-matter will ascend and pass through the dimensional gateway.

A salt and pepper shaker … both ingredients in the same jar. The dampness has been absorbed and therefore, the granules have become stuck … set in their ways. A mixture of both … almost melted on to one another.
Then someone (Each one of you) comes along and decides something needs to be done about this. You pick it up and begin to shake it. Not a lot happens … too stuck in its ways. One gives it a little tap on the edge of the counter … gentle yet, meaningful … another shake … a little breaks loose. This continues, and as one does so, they FEEL their way through. They are testing the waters and KNOW how hard the next tap can be and how rigorous the shaking can become.
This continues on until … one has the hang of it. One can now shake so hard with such conviction from within that eventually … the lid blows off and the contents are set free. Scattering the salt and the pepper everywhere. Out in the open.
The lid has not blown off … and there is certainly a lot more shaking to be done.
This Energy is heating me up to the point of human combustion right now!!

The importance of this entire period is a huge Quantum Jump for Collective HUmaNITY, our planet, all inhabitants…. one that we’ve been leading up to all along…
Often, until we “arrive” at a certain point, we are often unable to “see”/know what’s coming next. This occurs all along the way, as a “completion cycle” must occur for the “next phase” to become visible…. as all is vibrational, energetic, Quantum and completely non-linear in every way. While we can see some linearity, it’s not like before. It’s a vibrational framework and reference points, rather than a limit or fixed thing like before…. It’s energetic and based upon different equational parameters than linear realities were. It’s based on density/linearity, light codes and Consciousness and all things Quantum….
When I awoke on November 1st, the first thing I observed was an Energy Report (that I never wrote/put out) titled “Embrace Your Inner-Power as Love”. It was short and sweet, so I’ll share it here and then move onto the next thing that then became visible/available, which turned into a massive 3-month overview, which is what I am also writing/sharing here as well.

THE NEXT 3 LINEAR MONTHS: MASSIVE TEMPLATE CLEARING/RE-WRITES/PREPARATION PROCESSES….
November began a template clearing process that will go on all month (longer actually, as we never stop clearing, it’s just done very differently than when we carried immense density within our own physical body forms/DNA). As we near the 11:11 Gateway, this will increase….
In October, we “accomplished” many things and brought through/opened up so much more too. I’ve not shared on any of that. It’s just too much information, yet I will include a couple of things here and see about writing up a few others in separate posts/articles …..
The last few months, increasingly, the amount of Plasma Energies are astounding (in the most awesome ways). This shall continue, so acclimation is definitely key. October brought through an even more substantial increase in Photonics/Plasma Frequencies for all. ♥
Mid-October: Days of “new” Ultra-Violet frequencies bombarding our systems from inside of our cells. Immense Cosmic RAYdiation with massive atomic re-writes… beyond immense integration processes to complete. I’ll share more as we continue, as these work with “glowing in the dark” (metaphorically and otherwise), bio-Luminescence, new Neon colors/arrays coming forth, the colors of Auroras visible/changing with Geo-magnetic upgrades and so very much more! ☼
3rd Week of October: All new Quantum Dynamics/Mechanics and Algorithms became available for all upon the completion of immense integration processes. Also “New Roles” for Gatekeepers/Gridkeepers/Emissaries/Frequency Holders/Star BEings (whatever “descriptive words” you utilize for the many things you do/are/fulfill here too)…
Last week of October: Every day in October was “building” up to a completion cycle, which was accomplished organically with the integration of each new code. There was one morning I awoke to the observation and awareness of an entirely new ATOMIC SPIN RATE having been completed/accomplished as a new “Zero Point” range now anchored fully in, after each day in October (since the 10•10 Divine Alignment Code Release) had been completing acceleration cycles and continual re-gridding processes/re-writes for this to occur.
NOVEMBER/DECEMBER/JANUARY…
I’ll mention here that these processes are only separated out by density (not weight/density, which is very different than weight). Each dimension is determined by many things: Density, frequency bandwidths, oscillatory spin rates, and Quantum/Linearity (and more). The less density, the “faster” these processes occur with ease. Density equates to “how long”, the challenges or how strong/rough/intense all is…. The less physical density (on a molecular level), the “faster” and “easier” all occurs, because of how Consciousness works from within each’s physical body form…
November’s focus is on “emptying out” and template clearing/re-writing, which will continue into December to prepare all’s physical body/form/sacred vessel for integration of all new codes for template building processes that need to occur. Detachment/feeling detached (no feeling at all) is normal when this is occurring. It can take a few minutes/hours/all day or week or month (on/off/longer) to complete various template re-configuration processes… so be very patient, kind and respectful to yourself as your physical body/field/reality undergo immense processes that are beyond important for all. Because there’s not just one code or one template, yet a gazillion of these, then many processes can be occurring all simultaneously/at once… so it’s beyond important to honor the way you feel and are guided/see to “do” as is highest aligned for YOU!
The 11:11 Gateway, 12:12 Gateway, 1:1 Gateway and 1:11 Gateway are progressional “code delivery” gateways where so very much opens up for all. Time/space to process, clear, integrate, harmonize, synchronize and complete “new coordinates” linking up naturally and organically within your own physical body’s StarGate Systems will allow you to jump/travel and shift with much greater ease than ever before.
Take care not to get hung up on linear dates, linear things…. as these are human reference points used to get each’s energy dedicated/focused/tuned into the importance of each major Activation Point, yet these are occurring 24/7 also, so it’s beyond important for each/you to honor/listen/observe/respect how you FEEL and what your highest vibrational aligned access shows you is appropriate for you. Portals, gateways, passageways are not bound by linear dates or months or even years…. they are all vibrational and energetic and activate on a DNA/Code level when it’s vibrationally time for this to occur…. These continually increasing and accelerating Cosmic Rays/Frequencies/Codes are doing this 24/7 for all of us to awaken to all new realities/understandings/capabilities … in every nano-second here. If you are wide open and ready, the moment any Heart-Cellular StarGate Opens and new codes become available in your own body-field, they will activate and you’ll be able to honor whatever process is relative/important at any given SPACE in “time” in order to “do” the phase/process as is highest aligned for you. (Nature, play, rest, alone time, celebrating or doing your own sacred ceremony…. what matters is you are able to honor/listen/be/do however you need, without distortions and interference….).
Quantum is INSTANT… so if you want a “linear reference” then nano-second is the best I can do. Realities shift a bazillion at a time in every nano-second. Presence and deep inner connection opens up access for each’s awareness of this.

NEW Codes (Star Codes, Light Codes, Cosmic Rays/Codes) are streaming, pouring, flooding through constantly and in every nano-second/particle/wave…..
As each’s template clears old, new is re-coding everything…. so maintain presence and connection to observe how this works/feels for you. Some can clear/recode and integrate constantly, while doing many things, while other times we have to let everything go in order to honor/accomplish this…
Template clearing: Clears old emotions, beliefs, corrupted codes, separation programming deeply anchored before can be released when Gaia’s grids start releasing … which is occurring multiple times a day every day now…..
Crystalline Grids charging with Photonic Light: Shaking and Quantum Jumping occurs. A synchronization process is constant with these…..
Loading of “new programs and codes”: As soon as the gridding system is clear, this makes way for “new” to come through and take it’s place.
New foundations, new structures, new systems, new infrastructures and networking/communication systems… are all a part of this process. This occurs within Gaia and emanates out through the grids of the planet and atmospherically as well. The advanced living geometrics and lattices are continually coming online ….
All of this occurs in each’s physical body as their Light/Soul-Star Body activates and integrates on a cellular/atomic/molecular level to re-code each’s entire physical body gridding/template system… constantly with “all new”….. returning all to a 12D Atomic LightBody/144 Avatar Template/Source Codes vibrationally and harmonically synchronized with 12D Cosmic Gaia inner-linked with ALL as ONE.
11•11 Ushers in codes upon codes upon codes that continue to increase with/through the 12•12•12 (2+0+1+9=12) Gateway opening, increasing the influx of codes to be integrated… which is why the template clearing process is so important for these new ultra-high-frequencies/codes to be able to be integrated with greater ease.
DECEMBER: Code integration, a “final” template clearing of all that’s “gotta go” prior to entering the 1•1 (2020) Gateway, where a barrage of all new template codes become available for all. Leading up to/through the Solstice is an additional massive passageway as well.
Rather than looking at each month, look at the whole “frame of reference” for all of this to be an important Gateway Experience…. I separated them by month, as that’s how I saw the progression on a collective level, yet each individual is in a completely different vibrational place/space and experiences relative to their own current multi-dimensional experience, and these can be vastly different, depending on where each functions from and the DNA Consciousness Evolution processes each is experiencing. ♥
NEW EARTH REALITIES/UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS/PURITY CONSCIOUSNESS/ALL NEW
Clearing “memory databanks” and “storage”, as well as birthing/creating all new from within, releasing all identities to everything and shifting focus/what we all feed/invest our energy/all into is a huge part of this process…. as well as an entire “re-valuing” of everything, that occurs on a cellular level as each EMBODIES fully the fullness of all selves/aspects as ONE.
The importance of your DNA…. this is everything. This is your GOLD. This is how we return to BEing Pure Source Consciousness, by evolving ourselves fully through repairing and honoring our DNA evolution by integrating the immensity of all of these Photonic/Crystalline/Plasma LIGHT CODES fully and holding all within our form, which is a massive feat and undertaking within itself….
DNA DNA DNA…. There is nothing more important than this. Our LightBodies restore all, repair all, regenerate all and return all to FULL CONSCIOUSNESS…. so take great care in honoring your physical bodies, as they are your Sacred Containers/Vessels/Light Ships that allow you to return fully…………. and live your most magical, magnificent and Pure Love Consciousness REALities here. To say that your LightBody DNA is the most important thing… is an understatement… yet each will have to arrive/come to this realization through their own Divine Connection from within.
UNITY CONSCIOUSNESS is a natural way as we live from ONENESS within. No longer separating off is a part of this process as each achieves keeping their heart open fully so that their body can re-code, re-structure and re-align vibrationally through the Cosmic harmonics and symphonic audible and visible from inside as each’s Crystalline and Plasma LightBody comes online. Pineal Gland abilities work cohesively with each’s electromagnetic field, generated from inside, on a cellular/atomic level and holding the UNIFIED FIELD in place through presence…
It’s not complicated, it just means choosing completely different and “new” ways of BEing/Living/DOing… over the old linear/fixed ways and honoring what your Physical Soul/LightBody/Field shows you it needs/requires to accomplish the immense re-coding, re-writing, re-calibration processes that increase constantly as we go. Your entire life will become Quantum, as will your body and reality…. where all functions in Divine Alignment, Divine Flow and Divine Unison…. it’s beyond beautiful and must be experienced fully in order to understand….
Multi-Dimesionality does not conform to anything of before and there’s an immense physical body process that occurs to accomplish the continual DNA Evolutionary Processes that are always accelerating on a Quantum Level.
JANUARY 1 – 11: Everything leading up to this “Zero Point” is preparation for ALL NEW HUMANITY Template Codes to come through for integration/embodiment by each.
From now through then, there may be “ground breaking”, “earth shattering”, complete reality shifting realizations occurring constantly to shift each out of the old everything with as much strength, power and speed is necessary to “expedite” this massive Collective and Individual Shift in Consciousness with Gaia… and to CREATE A NEW RESTORE/SET POINT for our planet and it’s inhabitants (us) to have as a new “starting point” for a UNIFIED HUMANITY to exist. Softness is the way of the Unified Heart… with strength utilized to “break through” that which holds resistance still……….
All of the old systems, constructs and realities built/existing on unconscious programming/3D levels of consciousness HAVE TO COLLAPSE/DISSOLVE/BE RESOLVED (Merged) for a new Convergence Point to exist……
CONCLUDING THE 7-YEAR 2012 TIMELINE CYCLE Paramount, pivotal, game-changer… HUGE … these words don’t even get close…
Transiting from October to November, the words were “Path Changing, Life Changing, Course Changing” Codes… (now)…
The October Atomic Code completion directly correlates to how LIFE CYCLES are experienced. On one level, all has sped up, yet from zero point, all has slowed down, as “how” time correlates to Atomic Spin Rates are opposites all within the same Energetic/Quantum Space. This set the stage for us to enter this 11•11 Gateway that opened with the 10/31 transit into 11/1 occurring now…
As we conclude this (another) “life cycle” and an entire Ascension Cycle too, we as an entire collective move into all a-new. How each experiences will be relative to how connected each is from deep inside, as an external focus yields a different return than an inner-focused/aligned one does….
OUR PLANETARY SHIFT IN CONSCIOUSNESS enters a whole new life-cycle and phase. Each’s roles here will continually expand and change…..
