There are many people upon the planet at this time that have been and will continue to, look deeply within themselves so that they may face every hidden aspect of their beings; to squarely and truthfully, without denial, accept and love all aspects of themselves. It is their willingness to confront that which has abided within them in order to balance, harmonize and come to resolution which now assists each person to become whole and this will facilitate a deep feeling of peace and contentment in all that they do and will bring joy and happiness in their outer lives. The adage ‘as above, so below’ will begin to be understood within their hearts, for the outer world always reflects that which lives within.

Many souls have been undergoing rigorous attempts to balance the mental and emotional aspects of their selves, knowing that there is no fullness of entry into a higher dimension until they are clear and clean of the lower dimensional thought patterns and beliefs. This has been challenging, to say the least, for many of you. I bring good news to those of you who have been experiencing this dilemma. As the planet is purging and cleansing ages old density, and earth and weather changes take place, it is becoming much easier to maintain equilibrium and so the energies are now helping each of you to release and let go of the stubborn old thought patterns and old emotional patterns that have been holding you hostage for a long length of time. Each person will welcome this assistance and will find it much easier to stay balanced within and without.

It is important to continue to practice grounding your energetic roots into the crystalline diamond core of the Earth each day, for this is necessary so that you can be fully incarnate here on Earth with all the higher aspects of your multidimensional Being. Set the intention to align with your Higher Self and Divine Monad each morning and practice giving love to self for several moments with affirmations such as “I AM now merged into the highest octave of my Self that is possible at this moment” and “I AM a pure vessel of the Divine Spirit”. Remind yourselves often that you are a being of Light and of Love who chose to come to this planet during these times to help anchor the cosmic Light into the crystalline core of the Earth. This is immensely important to Mother Earth for it helps balance her energies and helps to expand the Light within her.

By doing this work each day, you are helping the Earth to birth into the shining Star that is her destiny and assisting the whole of humanity to be raised to a higher frequency. This is not to say that chaos and disorder will immediately cease to exist but by doing this work and maintaining your higher vision for the Earth and all of her inhabitants, you are the calm in the storm as it rages in the world around you. Your peacefulness will have its effect in the world surrounding you. Through these preceding years you have all been doing work upon yourselves and now you are beginning to realize that by doing so, you have been placing yourselves into positions of leadership as an adept who can wield energy in powerful and mighty ways.

This of course, brings with it, mighty responsibility and we are confident and you should be too, that you have passed through this initiation with flying colors. If you are reading this message, you are one who is proven worthy and capable of taking on greater responsibility. Now it becomes easier to stay in clarity of the higher purpose for your presence here on Earth. We, your brothers, sisters and colleagues, walk with you as you take up the reins of your new identity. Well done, Beloved Ones. Be in peace.

Beloved Ones, These are difficult times, as you continue to let go of all that you once held dear. Many of your expectations of what your lives should have been are now scattered to the winds of change. Everywhere you gaze, there is a choice to be made – love or fear. Choosing love opens your heart to the pain of letting go of your dearest and deepest dreams and expanding into the unknown. This is a new frontier of consciousness and you are the carriers of the new dream. Yet you hold on to those whom you love and cannot allow dissolution of the bonds that have held you. And this is as it was meant to be, for what is love without commitment, without loyalty, honesty and honour. Your strong integrity cannot allow you to leave these ones behind and you make repeated efforts to awaken them. This you do from the higher dimensions where the higher consciousness of all prevails. We say to you, follow your heart always and temper it with the inner wisdom of the sage within you.The bonds of love do not need to be broken in order that you fulfill your mission, for it is the bonds of love that make everything you have endured worthwhile. Let your hearts be filled with the healing power of this mighty force, do not fear to love. See the beauty within every person who is within the sphere of your influence and send them your blessings and benediction. Let the power of love shape your new identity as you walk lightly but mightily upon your world. Fill the space you occupy with more of your true divine essence and let it become a healing balm to those who need it. You may meet their resistance and their challenges with peace, acceptance and calm, fluidly adapting to the needs of the hour. Do not take anything personally and try to see the higher perspective. Everyone is struggling with something during these times and they must find the strength and the clarity within them in order to move forward on their path. Hold the space of the highest outcome and the highest good for all.

Every thought, word and deed that you make from this point forward creates a new reality and so it behooves each individual to purge the last dregs of old baggage from the past and to replace it with hope, faith and trust in the highest outcome for everyone. For ones such as you know that each person has to make happiness happen, for it is an individual state of being, of mind and is equally available to all. It all depends upon the thoughts you keep and this is the power that you wield during these times. Discipline of mind is of utmost importance, for mind is the builder, mind is the creator of a new way of expression upon your planet. Align with your higher mental body at the start of each new day by stating the intention to do so and be steadfast in your resolve. Let your love for each other prevail and quickly dismiss any thoughts that come to the surface that are less than love.By following the middle way you are arriving at your destination and it is one that includes diversity and respect for everyone. Perfection is not expected nor demanded, only that each individual tries to the best of their ability to transcend their previous limitations in order to open themselves to their limitless potential. There is not just one path to Creator, there is an infinite potential of them and each one is right for the one who is on it. Holding to your feelings and convictions of this will help create the reality which sustains and maintains this approach and paves the way for those who follow.

Be impeccable in all things and in all situations, do not give away your personal power in order that others feel powerful instead. It is oftentimes not an easy task to stay true to yourselves but ultimately it is the right and good thing to do. Blaze the trail before you with your shining light and goodness and let your choice be for love.

Beloved Ones,

You have all received a great influx of energy in the past week and this is now beginning to assimilate within your human operating systems. This higher energy creates a greater cleansing and purging to occur, bringing up memories and triggers from the past that set you into reaction rather than thoughtful response. When this happens, realize that it is part of the process of integration and assimilation by your body system and forgive yourselves the irritability and lack of patience in your interactions with others. You are doing fine, so do not berate yourselves too much for not having enough patience to recognize old patterns of behavior before you respond to others who have triggered the old and well worn patterns. You know there is another and better way to view and respond to the situation but it comes up anyway in the same old pattern. This requires from you an observation of yourself during those moments so you can set the intent to respond in a different way next time.

As each DNA strand is activated, it brings up all the accumulated ‘stuff’ brought into this lifetime from previous lifetimes and also from your ancestral lineage. Each person you are interacting with has come into your life in order that you assist each other to heal all that needs to be acknowledged and balanced. This is what is occurring within your daily lives right now. Tomorrow is another day and a new and fresh start. It will go better than it did today. Each of you is on a pioneering path upon which not many others have gone before and the process of resurrection while in the physical body has not been attempted before. Take each day as it comes with whatever it brings you and try to regain your equilibrium as quickly as you can. That is what the path of mastery is all about, gaining mastery over self and detaching from the human personality perspective and seeing and acting from the higher perspective.

Daily record all the wonderful breakthroughs that have occurred within your mind, your feelings and within your physical vehicle. There are many and if you record these and acknowledge the changes, it will help to keep you on track with your highest intent and vision. By calling on your guides and angels when in the midst of this process each day, you will be assisted in whatever way is necessary. When in the throes of these changes and transformations, asking for upliftment into a lighter and more positive and empowering energy can be most helpful. The angelic guides that surround you do not judge any of your fiery outbursts when they happen, they only surround you with their love and healing energies. Remember to send your love and compassion to the one who triggered the old reaction and stay in empowerment within your inner space.

Move forward when you are able and renew your intentions to be the beacon of light, love and healing to others and begin on your path again. One step at a time is the way to move through this journey into the higher dimensions. Your mind is the builder so do your best to infuse thoughts that focus on that which you desire to create and experience in your lives. It is perplexing to your family members to be witness to your fiery moments and so they try to avoid using the triggers that set you off. Your nervous system is bearing a great load of energy and doing whatever can help you relax during this process will help. Receiving these energies into your system is like having a higher voltage turned on and until your physical body has integrated and assimilated these, being as kind as possible to yourselves is advisable. Those around you who don’t understand now will do so in the future.

Spend time each day in quiet contemplation, silence and meditation. It helps to align you with your higher aspects and your higher vision of the life that you want for yourselves and all those you love, and indeed, for all upon the planet. Even ten minutes a day to align with intent can make a big difference. Talk to us, your guides, and give us an update on what you are going through and ask for assistance. We are with you always and desire to be of ever greater assistance. The times you are now experiencing and on into the future are setting the template for all others who follow so we are eager to support you in anyway we can.

Beloved Ones,

We call upon all lightworkers in the world to hold the vision high of the new Earth made manifest. We ask that you discipline yourselves to not be distracted or sidetracked from your purpose by the created illusions that beset the world during these times. You all have ability to discern what is real and true and to create what you desire to experience and this is where your attention should be focused. Peace is a reality if you can bring this into your own experience. From this, it flows outward into the world around you and has an exponential effect on everyone and everything. The new epoch is being created by your adherence to the highest ideals that you can envision and hold as your focus. The key here is to identify with your divine origins on a daily basis and act as the daughter/son of the Divine.

One does not have to be a magician, one has only to believe in their own goodness and integrity and uphold it. Leave others to choose their own way. It is by personal example that the wayshowers inspire and uplift their brethren. It becomes necessary to uphold the higher virtues and qualities of conduct now. Others around you will see, sense or feel these emanate from within you, they then have the human templates and examples of the divine human that they can become inspired by and emulate in their own lives. It is time to let your light shine, to let your goodness and purity of heart shine, to let your deep love of the Creator shine. Decree daily the light that you are and do not falter in this practice. It is necessary to add this field of protection around you as a shield or sphere of light.

Spend as much time as you can on activities of light in the form of mantras, prayers, invocations and decrees in order to constantly increase and maintain your higher vibration. Spend time in nature to connect and ground yourselves into the Earth and let the cosmic energy flow through you in balance and harmony. Keep the activities of your life as simple and uncomplicated as possible for this helps you to remember your reason for being here on Earth during these times. Daily communion with the Divine is essential. By this we mean that time spent in solitude and silence is very important to help with the integration of the higher energies and downloads that are now occurring. Do everything that you know that helps keep you in equilibrium and stability, so that you do not lose your way.

Focus on creating the feeling and state of joy, for this state is a higher vibration that one can easily create by focused intention. There are many experiences that each of you had in the past that can be tapped into in order to bring this state to you in your moment of now. Make a list each morning of all that you are grateful for and again before your bedtime. Do this daily, as this practice brings more than you can conceive to you. If you are experiencing challenges and difficulties, you must train yourselves to retain these practices of giving gratitude until they become second nature to you. As energy alchemists, you turn all that comes into your experience into a higher and lighter energy. You already do this each day and it only needs your conscious awareness of it in order to give it more power.

Again we remind you of the need for adequate hydration by drinking at least 8 glasses of water daily. The increased energy downloads may make you feel tired and depressed. You can assist your endocrine system with supplements such as the herb Maca, which is a natural way to regulate and support endocrine health, for it regulates metabolism, energy levels, and helps the glands to produce the vital hormones that create a sense of health and well-being. Eliminating processed foods and replacing with raw and unprocessed foods as much as possible can help, as well as learning relaxation and deep breathing techniques. Exercise for at least half an hour each day, even if you must break that time up into 10 minutes, three times per day. Moving your body parts are essential to keep the energy downloads moving through you. One hour of sleep before midnight is equal to two hours of sleep after midnight and your adrenal glands are rejuvenated by this practice. These are some of the ways to give practical assistance to your physical body during these times.

At this time , the Planet Earth is becoming less solid.

Can you feel this?

You may notice it as an action or a light upon your crown chakra.

There is a particular ray or light that is acting upon the earh at this time, from ‘space’.

The Earth is actually moving through this light.

This so to say , friction, between the earth and the newer energies it is moving through in space,

is in part a stimulator of the intensified effects and action on the screen of the physical

in many places and ways on earth.

Also, the experience of the passing of time may be experienced

as an increase in the speed of the feeling of time.

That is related to your consciousness in that.

Maybe you’ll be able to think better.

Not all of these energies are coming in to the earth,

It is more like the energy is washing over the outside of the atmosphere.

So what you might try doing now or after, is transfer or extend your awareness,

your consciousness, your intent, and or your feeling..

to that place around the moving Earth……..

or better still, to the edge of the Earth’s atmosphere.

Actually, many of you may be feeling sick or sickish now…

that is the friction….

so be happy that is all the energies have come in to the

planet’s atmosphere at this time, or it would be worse.

So maybe now more awareness or feeling inside

the edge of the Earth’s atmosphere, but all inside…bit easier.

Pull back a bit more…. getting quieter… back more toward normal…

But understand that the new normal is not the same as yesterday’s normal.

But no, it will not be comfortable…

it is different, it is an adjustment.

We want you to feel these changes, so you can get use to having yourself change, take advantage of these changes as well.

It is a new world, or is becoming so…

and the trick is to learn to be able to experience the

New Earth in you.. each day,,,,as you take each step…

as you feel more and more awake….as you feel…more…and more…

and it is a different feeling, and will keep getting , following that pattern or trend.

So you could say that you are becoming the et that you love,

or would like to love :).It’s all good…

but i, we..are sure that with a drop of thought you can figure this one out.

Do you understand the opportunity that lies with you now, and lies before you?

you should be able to bring yourself…

and these words are not accurate, as they come from the technology and consciousness of your current world-

yours because you are sharing in the experience…

let go of your contracts.

reconsider everything.

Follow what we said, and you will be safe…

And we have all hope for you….

Rise to the amount of intensity of awakening and

learning that you truly might intend…and then go for it.

Love abounds and permeates everything. Tune into this warm and gentle but powerful energy and drink your fill each day. Experiment with different tools and techniques that will help you to do this. An easy way for most people to do this is to imagine a time or situation in the past where you experienced this feeling that brought a smile, joy and warmth to your heart and then try to bring that feeling into your heart in the present moment. By this practice you are drawing down the love of the Infinite and bringing it into your own auric field. It is important to keep bringing in these higher energies on a daily basis in order to bring in the new human template and anchor it firmly on Earth within your own bodies which then expands your own light which in turn expands the light of those around you. As the living conduits for the cosmic energies, you perform an invaluable service for the highest good for all when you do this.As Ambassadors of the Divine, it is incumbent upon each of you to walk your talk, to BE that which you proclaim and intend in every thought, word and deed, to serve as living examples of the divine human here on Earth right here and right now. Perfection immediately is not an expectation, rather, the sincere intent and desire to be that which you in truth ARE, a radiant and powerful being of Light and a mighty force for good. You are each much too hard on yourselves in your expectations of achieving perfection or your perception of that which is perfection. We say that each of you must take time out to just BE and to enjoy the many precious moments of exquisite beauty and wonder that surround you within the elemental kingdom, the nature kingdom and the animal kingdom. These are the jewels that create an extraordinary life experience. It is the little things in life and your notice and observation of these that can help you to expand your own sense of self and the part that you play in the greater picture.

As each of you rides the waves of love that are currently inundating the planet, you help to magnify and expand this by first experiencing it within yourselves. In order to know your own divinity, you must have direct experience of it through the natural mirrors you have been provided and the world around you is filled and overflowing with the magnificence and divinity of all life which has been showing you your own magnificence. All that you have experienced in your life to this point has been enrichment and empowerment to give you the experiences that your soul needed, to enable you to open yourselves up to greater mastery in many different facets of your lives. You might say that each of you have become ‘well rounded souls’, able to understand others with love, empathy and compassion in a way that gives what is needed without depleting your own energies. As you tune into these current waves, you will find yourselves surpassing the former perceptions of limitations and life will be experienced in a more joyful and harmonious way.Humanity in vast numbers is now awakening. The hearts of all people throughout the world are opening in a great desire to live in a world that is safe, where souls can experience the wonders around them in peace, harmony and prosperity. Humanity as a whole is so very tired of the old paradigm of fear, war and strife and they want to move forward. This heartfelt desire within each person is creating a vibration of Oneness with all living things upon your planet. This is becoming more and more evident if you but look and observe. The animal and bird kingdom has been emulating this new way of being for quite some time. The ‘law of the jungle’ has changed to the law of love and Oneness.Each of you are deserving of all the good in the world. Open yourselves to receive from the universe that which you have sent out in this and other lifetimes. It is time to become filled with this love and this light that now permeates the atmosphere. Become like a sponge, soaking up the goodness. Shine, shine your goodness! It is now safe for you to do so. As the world shifts to a higher dimension, it is for the most part not recognized by the world at large – only by those who are attuned to the energy influxes.

It is the lighted ones such as you who hold and anchor the light on Earth. Many of you do not recognize the important roles that you play in the unfolding events, and we want you to know that everyone of you is needed at this time.

It is important to hold your light and stay in a space of peace and calm, joy and happiness. By doing this you counteract the attempts to keep the populace living in fear and worry; and that balancing effect is needed now.

Many of you are gearing up as your creativity flows through you, and you are inspired with many wonderful ideas and creative projects. Some of you feel overwhelmed with the abundance of ideas that are coming into your consciousness and feel that you do not know which one to pursue.

Know that if you record the information that comes to you, you will be able to know instinctively which is ready to manifest and which can be looked at later.

Many times, the downloads of information coming into the Earth’s atmosphere are received by many different individuals, and so there will be themes that emerges that are shared with many others. Each individual is unique, and so what comes through each one will never be quite the same.

It is also a time to go within in deep contemplation, to listen to the guidance of your heart and to decide upon the things that must go in your life, which you are truly grateful for, and which nourish and sustain you.

Let go of all that no longer has meaning for you so that you simplify your daily life and make room for the new energy to come flowing in. Challenge yourself to live with less, and give away what you no longer use to someone else who might need it.

There is a beautiful world of freedom and fresh breath that exists once this is accomplished. You’ll reap the rewards of pleasing living areas, reduced stress, and a more organized and productive existence.

Take a look at each area of your life and write down all of your commitments. Then look at each one and decide whether it really brings you joy and value, and if it is worth the amount of time that you invest in it.

Learn how to say no and decline offers. If you eliminate the things that don’t bring you joy or value, you’ll have more time for the things that you love.

Identify what is most important in your life, and what’s most important for you to focus on right now. Explore different areas of your life that you don’t think about much. This exploration might allow you to find some things on your mind that you didn’t realize were there.

Just focus on one task at a time. Clear away everything else until you’re done with that task, and then focus on the next task. Take life and its demands at your own pace. If you do less, you’ll have less on your mind. Writing down your tasks and ideas keeps your head from being filled with everything you need to do and remember.

You are in control of your circumstances. You are in control of you. Learn what things are in and out of your control. If something is out of your control, accept this fact so you can focus on the things you can control – the things that you can change.

No two things can occupy the same space in your mind at the same time. Decide consciously and with intention. What will you choose to take, and what will you choose to leave behind?

You can have one thought at any given moment, but not two or ten. Every day you will get closer to the freedom and peace that only an uncluttered mind can give you. Make room only for positivity, for joy, for serenity, for optimism and for happiness.

It is a process, it is an adjustment, it takes time but it works. The reward is a quiet peaceful mind and a happier, more serene existence filled with positive thoughts and a heart that is filled with peace, joy and love.

Beloved Ones,

Those who are able to move beyond the current distractions come together in focus for a world of peace. This energy is being magnified and multiplied by the higher dimensions, for as given before, wherever two or more are gathered there also is the Christ consciousness. The forces of light and love take great delight in joining with the individuals who take part in a worldwide focus to bring in the highest outcome for the Earth and all of humanity. By the efforts of these combined forces of light, many positive and benevolent changes take place in the world. It is a sacred and holy work that is performed with love and reverence by those who heed the call. Lighted souls the world over turn within to offer their deepest and most heartfelt desires to the Creator of All That Is in faith and trust and a deeper understanding that they are each a divine spark of the divine manifesting upon the Earth.

They turn then to contemplate the beauty of the world around them and celebrate the wonders of nature, the incredible sunrise and sunset, the myriads of tiny creatures that surround them, each unique and incredible in their exquisite detail. They drink in the colors of the flowers and notice how each petal seems to radiate light from within. They connect to the trees and listen to their timeless messages of fellowship, nurturance and support. They begin to realize that life thrives on their planet and it is all connected to All That Is and that they also are a innate part of it. They sense that each moment they spend contemplating and admiring the wonders of the world they live on is an endorsement and an acknowledgment of gratitude for the abundance that was created for their enjoyment. It is in this way, they realize, that the universe responds by bringing them more of that which fills their hearts with joy.

Peace in the world is created one consciousness at a time and when this consciousness within each person understands that by giving homage to all that is good in their lives, even if that does not seem much to other eyes, it keeps the flow of grace, benevolence and positive energy as a constant underlying force at work in their lives. The door to higher consciousness, to ascension, lies in the constant and continual feelings of sublime states of joy, bliss and gratitude. Practicing and feeling these states connects people to the higher realms of perception and once these higher realms are realized within, going back to the old ways cannot even be contemplated.

The task then is to strive to achieve these states of being and feeling. To learn to recognize old thoughts that rise up seemingly out of nowhere, to observe oneself having these thoughts rise up, and to see that it is old energy no longer of use in one’s life and to just let it go without engaging that old energy by attaching it to something current in one’s life. To quickly replace that old thought with an empowering new one. As this is practiced, it becomes easier and easier to stay in the sublime states of joy and bliss which automatically generates feelings of gratitude. The more people that begin to embody these states of being, the more the world and the people around them respond to them with corresponding benevolent energy. When each person begins to honor their sister and their brother as they honor themselves, peace is a natural and graceful outcome.

It is those whose hearts are peaceful in the face of the greatest challenges who create a better world for themselves and for others. It is those who understand that by letting go of resentment, anger and the need for revenge are those who uphold and uplift everyone and everything within their entire sphere of influence. You have but to look at history on your world to recognize those brilliant shining lights, those people who stood in their light, in their continued faith and belief in upholding the divine concepts of peace, forgiveness and unity with the utmost courage and persistence in the face of danger and to understand that you too, can be one of them. Stand strong and firm in the oneness of the divine and all will be well.

This is, indeed, big news and important for you to take note of as you go about your daily activities and duties upon the planet. There is much that is now available to be discerned and re-discovered. As the Earth moves more into a spherical time belt, it brings into focus many ancient remembrances and knowledge. These are ready to be re-introduced into the evolving civilization that you are a part of. Get centered within and see if you are ready to bring them forth. The atmosphere of Earth has been seeded with new knowledge that is just waiting to be brought into focus by ones such as you, pulling knowledge from the past that only needs to be updated to be of great use in this time of now.

The world is ready to embrace more knowledge and new methods that are aligned with and in harmony with Source in a way that leaves no footprints upon your planet and harms no one and no thing upon it. It IS a potential that is now ready to be manifested into your new reality. We are calling forth those ones who volunteered to bring these forward in order to assist during these times. Deep within you, you have this knowing and this call from the higher dimensions will activate that knowing. We anticipate that many will answer this call and will put the betterment of their planet and its kingdoms as their main priority, instead of involving themselves in the endless quest for personal gain and power, for this former concept is now becoming a pile of ashes. You come from places in the universe where the highest and greatest good of all is foremost in the collective and cooperative consciousness and where all have everything they need as and when they need it. You carry the templates of these within yourselves and are now ready to anchor them into your current reality.

Some of you may be surprised by the knowledge that surges through you, for it will be in an area that was not looked at before with any great seriousness but if you examine your past, you will see that the potential was there, simmering in the background of your lives. Let it flow through you and trust the process, in whatever it comes through. Realize that each of you is here at this time to add your unique and valuable gifts to your emerging new society, in whatever form they take. It just requires your belief and confidence in yourselves. The abundance of the universe is flowing into each life and many doors are opening that hitherto were closed to them. In order to receive this abundance, you must open yourselves to receive it and this is done through daily stillness and inner silence. This abundance we speak of comes on wings of love in the form of creative ideas that must be acted upon, for action is necessary in order for the manifestation of any idea to come into fruition.

With this said, it is incumbent upon each of you to seriously keep a daily journal of all the ideas and thoughts that come to you during each day. Keeping careful track of the times and dates is important also which could be helpful to you at a later time. Your god sanctioned guides are working with you now to awaken those aspects of your authentic being by impressing words, thoughts and images into your mind. These are intended to help you and to give clues and hints to guide you on your path. Some of the promptings you receive may seem impossible to implement in your current situation but if you record these carefully in your daily journal, you will have a record that will remind you later when the time for these to manifest is upon you.

We, your guides, strive to work with you to further your spiritual progress and also are able help in whatever situations you are currently trying to cope with by helping you to see alternate solutions or by planting new ideas and perspectives into your consciousness so that you are enabled to make your life work. We cannot do your spiritual, mental, emotional or physical work for you, for that is solely your responsibility and is the domain of your own soul guidance, but we can and do very often, uplift and inspire and empower you to see your way through the challenges that befall you by being incarnate upon this planet. You are now playing the waiting game, only you cannot discern the purpose of your waiting. It is time to step up to the next level of your journey. The thing you are waiting for is your own remembrance of the magnificence you are. This remembrance is coded within you and it is connected to an event in your life that will or has already taken place. How you will know that yours has been activated is by the feeling you experience that there is nothing of the old world that holds any interest for you any longer. You are more than ready to leave behind all the old programs and beliefs that were not really yours to begin with. This readiness can sometimes be experienced as depression, lethargy and apathy, the feeling that nothing will ever get better in your day to day life and that there is only chaos and dissolution that surrounds you. Know that when you are experiencing this, you will soon be moving into a higher octave and frequency.

What is called for now is to foster the feeling of gratitude and praise for every moment of your daily life. For every negating thought you have, find 10 things in your life to be grateful for and praise yourself for each one. Every time a self defeating thought surfaces from deep within, take the time to make a list of ten things that are good and are working in your life, even if it seems mundane to your perceptions. The point is to train your mind to think only empowering and nurturing thoughts so that you draw to yourself all that you desire to experience in your daily life. The work that must be done now is to love and nurture your self. Each of you is very good, even excellent, in giving to others what they need but it is now the time to daily do good to yourselves. This might seem like a chore at first and you will likely feel it is a silly waste of time but I assure you, Dear Ones, that it is crucial that you continue.

In order to live a magical life, you must BE the magic and you cannot BE the magic if you do not love and honor yourself first. A healthy love of self is required to create the life of your dreams. You must know and feel that you deserve the best life yet. You must also start on that path and get out of waiting mode, for it is yourselves that you have been waiting for, the divine within you is experiencing life as YOU! You have all the resources you need within you and this need to be tapped into. This will require daily periods of quiet stillness so that you can connect to your core essence. Even five minutes spent in stillness and meditation will reap many benefits for you and this practice will also raise your frequency level which needs to be maintained and sustained so that you can move to an even higher level.

There is always reward from the universe for sustained focus and commitment on a daily basis. As you flourish in every facet of your life, the gap between cause and effect diminishes and the flow of joyous events in your life become manifest through the magic that you embody. As you let your former limitations drop away you release yet another area that allows greater life force to fill you, nourish you and sustain you. In this ongoing releasing and cleansing process, you allow your Higher Self, your Soul, to become a more powerful influence within you and your daily life begins to radiate your true brilliance in all aspects of it. This turn of events brings more gratitude and praise, more heartfelt enthusiasm and passion to well up within you and soon you will find yourselves in a state of continual joy and bliss.

The high spirits you experience will encourage you to stay on this path and the thought of going back to lower density will be totally repugnant to you. It will also allow a powerful and joyful creative energy to fill you and work through you. The gifts you have carried within your DNA are activated and turned on and you begin to share your gifts with others around you. You gain a clarity of mind that is attuned to the promptings within your heart and you know always the right thing for you to do. These are some of the initial openings that are now occurring and they will lead to even greater abilities as they are processed. Expect the highest outcome in all that you do and most important of all, BELIEVE in yourselves.

This sphere is much larger than you can imagine, Dear Ones, and gives upliftment to those within it. Continue to be the blessing of the divine in human form, for this is your purpose and your destiny. Release all doubts that may impinge upon your human consciousness telling you otherwise. Believe in yourselves, that you are bearers of light and of love, that you bring healing to those around you, that you awaken those in your vicinity by your very presence, and that this takes place automatically as you move about your day.

As conduits for the cosmic energies, you serve a divine purpose as you daily labour within your personal placement upon this planet. This task is to be done with peace in your hearts, knowing that through you, the light of a new age dawns. You are important in the grand scheme of the higher workings of the divine plan and without you there would be a void for the area in which you reside. Continue to be open to allow all the good of the universe to flow in you and through you. Live each day in joy and gratitude for all the abundance which surrounds you. You are the matrix breakers and this is how it is being accomplished. It does not happen through force or violent revolution, it happens from within you and through you by your willingness to let the divine do its work. You are creating a new template for the human experience and as more of you do this by aligning to this concept, the energy grows exponentially until it becomes the reality of human experience for all.

As the new human template bearers, you cannot help but shine your light and it is discerned by those who observe you wherever you may walk. It is a subtle energy that others notice without really knowing what it is. Be not concerned with its workings and outer expressions, for it is important to stay humble in this service to humanity and not be taken into human ego expression. This service is much more important than your Earthly personality can conceive, this service is a loving agreement that you made before you incarnated upon this planet. Each of you is a living expression of the loving Creator who works through you and this is how the Creator expands the consciousness of all living expressions of itself. This energy is now circulating throughout the planet and ignites within more human hearts.

We ask that you ponder these words and take them deep within your core essence and align to your soul presence. Make this a daily habit and as you each release more of the old world influence and expressions from each cell of your physical, mental and emotional bodies, you enable your light body to become stronger in its radius. All of this must be done and aligned with your heart, for it is now the time to align mind and heart to work together as one. The heart/mind is the key to further expansion of consciousness and expression upon the planet. Remember that you are each much more than your human expression has allowed you to remember as you straddled the old and the new in your divine service during these times. You have held this space for your sisters and brothers and you shall now begin to see the fruits of your labour. Their hearts begin to ignite with light!

The way before you is beckoning and the state of joy is the new way of human expression. Maintain this focus and do not lose faith in yourselves or the good that is being accomplished. YOU are the wonder and the magic of the new world that is dawning upon the horizon – YOU are the creators and the designers of the new Earth reality. Within each of YOU and the Awakening Ones lies the hope and the beauty of the new world. Stay true, stay focused, REMEMBER, and hold this vision.

Time as you know it is in a state of flux. Many times each of you feel that time itself has stood still, which then quickly changes to the acceleration of it.

You are arriving at a place where your body processes are being more intensely recalibrated so that your physical bodies can more comfortably transmute, renew and regenerate in alignment with higher-dimensional energies, in order to further your ascension process.

This will help you to absorb more light into your etheric energy field; and ultimately this will affect every cell to regenerate your entire human operating system.

It is helpful to feel and state your intention at the start of each day to attune yourself to the essence of wholeness and youthful perfection while feeling and surrounding yourself with the violet flame. Spend as much time as you are able visualizing and surrounding your entire auric field with the violet flame.

When you can see this in your mind’s eye, hold this focus for as long as you are able. This will help tremendously with the clearing process if you practice daily. Take a moment to also visualize the Earth surrounded by the beautiful violet ray before completing this exercise.

In all things, speak your truth. The time is now past for shrinking your light in order to please others. Yes, speaking your truth may offend some who are used to [you] pleasing others in order to meet with their approval; but it is important now to maintain your own integrity by being totally honest within yourself.

When you are totally honest within yourself, there is no room for confusion or illusion, and you avoid the pitfalls of being sidetracked from your path of service to the light. To thy own self be true!

One does not have to be rude in this discipline – your words can be spoken with love and compassion for the other. Sometimes, the truth will come out with an angry burst of energy. It is important to realize that the one speaking is under the influence of the transforming energy of kundalini rising from their root chakra, and this energy is very powerful indeed.

This is why we advise that each of you ground yourselves into the Earth each day, as it will help to keep you balanced and in equilibrium. If there is excess energy that makes you feel tense and irritable, being out of doors and enjoying nature while walking or hiking will help to calm and balance the auric field.

Attuning to the Earth beneath your feet will bring stability in all areas of your life. When the energy levels within you are very high, expressing your creative side by taking action can help keep you attuned to the energies of peace and harmony.

Open yourself up to writing, poetry, painting, channeling, creating music, singing and even humming. Allow your channels of creative energy, in whatever forms they take, to be expressed and you will soon find yourselves in a much happier and more joyful space.

When you are in a joyful space, the creative ideas flow into your awareness in an explosion of inspiration, expansion and delightful synchronicities. Follow your inner guidance and promptings and make your life a wonderful adventure of discovery. The world is your oyster – find the precious pearl!

Those who have been on the spiritual path for a long time will begin to feel a sense of renewal, peace, harmony and joy. If you can keep your energy field from taking on the energies of others, this state of being can be maintained no matter what is happening around you.

Keep an open heart and mind, and stay focused on that which you wish to create and achieve. Have patience and faith that you are connected to the highest vibration that is safely possible for you during these times, keep a loving attitude and enjoy the journey, for the universe will help you to manifest your dreams.

Instead of relying on what others say, follow your own intuition and gut feelings, as this is the guidance coming through to you from your own soul. Whatever obstacle or challenge is in front of you, know that it will work out well for you. Begin to accept all of who you are, as you are, and you will see your life transformed in perfect and divine order.

Avoid getting caught in outside appearances and distractions of life. Find the true substance, the true essence of what you desire, and accept that everything is in a state of divine order.

Be clear about your own boundaries and where you end and another begins. Own your emotions and let others own theirs, for it is important to have a healthy sense of self-esteem. Be proud of all of your accomplishments and celebrate each small victory.

Make conscious choices that create and maintain balance in your life and which also creates conditions and possibilities that lead to the fulfillment of your best life yet.

It is a glorious time for planet Earth as she goes through the next phase of her cosmic ascension and this will be felt by all of humanity in the coming days. It is an energy that will be stepped down in intensity so that all of her inhabitants can absorb the more refined energies. It is helpful to go within often and be open to receive the incoming energies with the intent of utilizing them to their fullest capacity and also by intending to align consciously several times each day with the highest aspects of your I AM Presence. Begin each day with a conscious alignment to your I AM and feel reverence, gratitude and joy within your heart for the privilege and the honor to be a part of the events that are unfolding. There is nothing to fear – just allow joy and the feeling of celebration to move through you. Love in all its facets is coming home to planet Earth and this will begin to be evident in all that takes place both on the world scene and within each human heart.

Become more conscious of old mental programs that may still be running in your mind and change the programs to ones that empower and support you. The old ways are quickly becoming history as the new energetic downloads occur. Each day, walk your path as a kind, loving and compassionate ambassador as the Divine Plan unfolds. Many are soon to awaken and will be seeking answers to clear the cobwebs from their minds. You have already passed this way before and patience is needed as you strive to remember how difficult it was. The awakening ones will not have such a hard time of it as you, the faithful ones did, for their awakening is in the flow of cosmic events and the energies that are prevailing are in support of this occurrence. Be aware that there might be kundalini energies rising within the awakening ones and send your love and balancing intentions to them.

We are now moving into an accelerated time for all of humanity as their hearts begin to let down the barriers and shields which have been present within their human templates. This will open their awareness to new ways of interacting with each other and they will see solutions to long standing problems in many different perspectives. It will feel like a breath of fresh air and the sense of renewal in all that takes place as these understandings occur. The new energy templates do not support the old paradigm systems any longer and humanity as a whole will feel more liberated and empowered in a way that no longer confines and imprisons them in duality and polarity consciousness. The prevailing energies are aligning to the oneness of all and unity consciousness is the new paradigm the Earth and all upon her will now experience. As the old continues to crumble into dust, the new arises in a vast array of potentials and possibilities.

You who anchor the Light upon and within the planet are the hope and the mainstay of the new Earth reality. We say to you, dream your dreams and expand your visions into new and uncharted territory. Once again, you are all reminded that the very atmosphere around you is filled with new information, new ideas, new inventions, new technology and new solutions to move you all confidently forward on your individual and collective destinies. Open yourselves up to receive the knowledge and the gifts that come to you upon the winds of change. All you have to do is state your intention each day to be open to all that is new and all that is ready to come into manifestation within you and you will find that it is so as you use your divine gift of free will in benevolent and harmonious ways.

All that you seek is within you, and it behooves each of you to spend more time in meditation and quiet contemplation. In this solitude come the answers to your questions and life in general will become more peaceful and filled with graceful synchronicities which move you through the changes into your highest and best life yet. As you surrender to the highest aspects of yourselves, life will explode with amazing and wondrous miracles which will unfold and take root in your personal and collective lives. As you walk the Earth as the master of your thoughts, words, actions and intentions, your own potential will unfold and blossom into new and amazing realities. This will not happen as the planet Earth is now moving into the next phase of ascension into the light realms and your light is much needed to help create new vitality, peace and graceful changes within all of humanity in synchronization with the Earth’s movement.

The world you live on is in a stage of resurrection and all of her kingdoms and inhabitants need to align with this occurrence. It is the human kingdom that needs to step up in frequency and focus and remember their magnificence. Those who are aware and awake are called upon to listen to their heart in the coming weeks and follow the guidance they receive with courage and strength.

As this cosmic event takes place the hearts of humanity will open wider and a greater sense of oneness and unity will come into effect. This truth will encourage everyone to work together in harmony and peace. As each person follows the dictates of their soul by following the guidance from within their heart, they will know what they need to do if it is needed.

Staying connected with nature is most important and standing barefoot on the ground several times a day is helpful to keep one grounded and balanced. As given before, immersing oneself in water each day is very beneficial during these times. Focusing on the joy that the exquisite detail in nature provides for heart openings is the key. Joy is a state of being that uplifts, inspires and transcends the happenings of the past.

Each of you is a universe unto yourselves and so each of you can create the reality that you most desire. Rather than focusing on all that is wrong in the world according to the news media, focus on what you want to experience and see in your world.

You are each powerful creators and staying in touch with your heart promptings is a focus that each of you must hold. Do not listen to those who react with intensity to the happenings that are occurring and understand that they are not yet connected within their hearts, for the heart is the compass during these changing times. Continue to bless everyone consciously from your heart space when they come into your sphere of influence. Together, as a force of light and love, you are creating a new way of being and doing.

You are entering a new era and this is a most exciting time for all. It is a time to celebrate each other’s accomplishments and to cheer on your sisters and brothers as they step out of their former limitations into the grander picture that unfolds.

Remember that love is the greatest force in the universe and that the universe desires to support each and everyone upon the planet. It is important for each of you to maintain your centeredness and calmness each day. The energies as they move in waves upon the planet bring changes in every facet of human life. As the increased light flows outward, it ignites awakening in many other souls and as you know, awakening is quite often a painful process that requires the assimilation of many truths that were not recognized or even thought of before. You have already experienced this process and can relate to the profound effects that these revelations create within the newly awakened ones and their desire to facilitate powerful changes in their world. They are eager to make a difference and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. This is why your stabilizing energies are so needed during these times. Send light to those areas of the world which are experiencing upheaval and destabilization. Do this whenever you hear of it, just taking a moment to send light gives assistance in more ways than you know. All you need is intention and during this process, ask the Angels of light to go to these places and heal the area, the land, the animals, the elemental beings, and send light to assist all the people who live there.

You are the ones who are aware and must exercise your power by calling on the Angels for assistance and directing them to the areas where they are needed. Begin to observe the information communicated through the news media in a different way, not as passive observers but as enlightened beings who can take note of where the light is needed and direct it there immediately. Your input on a daily basis as you assign the Angels and helpers to chaotic areas of the world helps to stabilize those areas. It only requires that you focus and call upon the forces of light to direct them to those areas. Understand that each of you has an army of light at your command and you can make a difference by sending these forces into volatile areas of the world when they are needed. Your intention to affect the highest outcomes wherever your focus is directed will bring harmony and your attention to this focus with dedication each day will create the lasting peace you so desire to experience on your world. Send light to the natural kingdoms as they are an integral part of life upon this planet. Send light to everything upon your planet and do not forget to surround your loved ones, family members and pets with white light each and every day, surround your home, properties, vehicles, places of occupation, bank accounts and daily activities with the white light of protection each and every day.

You are the awakened ones and you are responsible for the area in your sphere on influence which can be many miles in diameter. Intend that this sphere of influence grows in radius each and every day so that a greater area is covered by your efforts. Intention is everything and you can do this! Be an open door for God’s light to be manifest in and through you. Maintain a vision of something better always, such as one great planet under God. Throughout this year stay in your spiritual consciousness and know that your spirituality is what defines you. Do a weekly review to make improvements in your life so that your spiritual growth continues. Have you balanced all your karma, have you fulfilled all your soul contracts? Did you pass all your tests and initiations? Are your initiations completed? This lifetime is your last lifetime upon Earth because this opportunity to experience life in a physical body on a planet of duality will not happen again and it is incumbent upon YOU to ensure that you complete everything your soul plan intended to complete. In any sticky situation or issue that comes up, ask yourself, “What am I teaching myself here?” “What is the highest outcome that can manifest here in this situation and what can I do to make it happen?”

Go beyond your human ego promptings and look at your life from the higher perspective. Do you want to create divisions in relationships that could be healed by overlooking the perceived transgressions of others? Will you let ego pride take control and create separations? Know that love is the answer in every situation and use this power in every facet of your existence and relationships with others. The bottom line is how much do you love? Learn to love with the love of God who loves us all unconditionally with no judgement. Become the enlightened being that can rise above any situation and see a more loving perspective. Surrender and release all that no longer serves the path that you have chosen to walk. Resistance to the enlightened being that you really are is futile. Look for the good in all things. Fill your heart with the flame of love and let that flame grow and expand out into the world around you. BE the change!

The game has changed, Dear Ones. No longer can you sit on the fence reluctant to make a clear choice. The time is NOW to move into the light of higher consciousness with constancy in your heart. It must be done in every cell of your being. You are worthy of great things, know that every thing will work out and things will get better. You are blessed in more ways than you can imagine. The Universe supports you, all of life supports you and this is becoming more evident with each passing hour. You are a child of the Divine and your magnificent future awaits your attention and your intention. BE HERE NOW!

The pressure within increases as the energy intensifies from the cosmos. The activity of purification is intensifying in all quarters of life. There is no escape for anyone or anything upon the earth plane. All are as one in the eye of the cosmic storm that is passing through. The energy sensitive among you will find yourselves moving into the next step of your journey in wonderful and unexpected ways. With a suddenness that is startling, you will find yourselves in a blessed space as you find the longed for peace within. As this alignment and recalibration takes place yet again, you enter a new phase of healing within your human operating system. The healing will become noticeable in your daily life as you go about your duties. There will be more energy flowing through you and you will have the energy to create all that you desire in your lives. Your ability to remain focused upon your goals will see a marked improvement.

There will continue to be a choosing of the crossroads for each and every soul upon the planet and it can be difficult for many as the rifts within families and friendships continues to occur. Many times, these rifts are temporary as those who are confused about what is occurring or totally unaware of it move away in rejection of the awakened ones. Hold your ground and remain centered in your own truth. Each person on Earth is responsible for their own choices and decisions at all times and must accept the consequences that come about as a result. Those who hurt or harm others will find that energy coming back to them in numerous ways that will keep them having to look within themselves in a clear and honest manner until they understand that the energy they give out into the universe comes back to them in equal measure, no matter if it is positive or negative.

In times past this energy took some time, sometimes years, to manifest within a person’s life but what will now start to occur with more rapidity is the manifestation of focused thought so it is wise to become disciplined in your thought processes so that only good will come to you. When you notice recurring thoughts that make you feel unhappy and sad, let them fall away and immediately replace them with empowering thoughts or ideas. As you practice this regularly, life will take on an added lustre as you begin to see life through the lens of joy, beauty and contentment. People everywhere will start to do things for others just for the pleasure of bringing joy to others. There will be spontaneous and random acts of kindness that will blossom all over the planet. The spirit, energy and force of love will uplift the hearts and minds of many people as they feel into these waves of love coming into the atmosphere, into and from the very Earth itself.

The now floundering and chaotic shadow energy will become balanced both within each person and within the outer world in daily life. Each person will see in their mind’s eye, the outcomes of each energy input they choose to make and will be able to instantly correct any action, thought or behaviour that could bring them an unhappy experience. As this continues, the mastery of self on all levels of being takes place and opens the way for the further downloading of one’s higher essence into the physical human operating system. More enlightened beings walking upon the planet bring a more enlightened society and civilization. This is already taking place and will only grow stronger as each person brings in their higher essence, the higher aspects of their soul.

Love is the greatest force in the universe and this force will have its effect within and upon the planet. The unseen will become visible and will open up a new vista of experience and sensory delight to all who have attained this level of frequency. The people of the world are uniting in greater and greater numbers to stand in the streets to let the leaders of the world know that they are no longer willing to be silent witnesses as they watch senseless destruction of the world’s people and their homelands be destroyed. As the powers that be lash out to create fear in the people in order to keep them under control, awakened humanity across the planet are rising up in swelling numbers to create change across the planet. The mainstream news continues to suppress the reporting of the momentous movement of people’s protests in major cities of the world and this has become glaringly clear to the majority of the world’s population. The lies, deceptions and cover ups from those in power are becoming more obvious in every moment.

As the loving energies of the divine feminine flowing onto the planet deepens in intensity, that which is not in alignment with love will stand out in glaring contrast. There really is no place to hide shadow activity any longer. When each person’s heart is filled with love, they have the ability to sense and feel deception in another. This is what is occurring now throughout the planet. People are seeing behind the masks into the real motivations of their leaders and what is really happening, and they are demanding the truth. Great subterfuge is afoot in these ones on an unimaginable scale. These activities demand the awakening ones to stand in and speak their truth, for they know at a very deep level that the time of choice to remain asleep is over.

The sun’s rays are now stronger than before and it behooves each individual to protect their body by limiting exposure during the intense times of the day and to wear protective sun glasses at all times when outdoors in the daytime. It is better to go out in the early morning to acclimate one’s body to the changing weather patterns. The earth’s magnetic field is more depleted and it requires the human body to take in greater amounts of air in order to fuel their energy levels. Deep breathing exercise each day is very helpful during these times as it is the magnetic field that radiates energy to all parts of the body through the nerves and nerve relay centers and their branches. It is important to increase the strength of one’s magnetic field to bring one’s body and mind to the highest level of health and vitality.

We ask the awakened ones to continue to stay calm and hold the light during these turbulent times. Your light is much needed now. Look for and recognize the positive traits in others around you and empower these individuals in any way you are guided. Give support to those who risk their well being by speaking their truth and standing in their light. Spread the message of the new earth reality to all who are ready to receive. It is in these times as you stand in the eye of the storm that you can direct uplifting, loving and compassionate energy and thoughts to your brothers and sisters as they come to terms with the revelations of the awakening process.

For each soul who is experiencing physical expression, it is the action of struggle and effort which reveals to each their own unique gifts and qualities of spirit. The way forward is to go within as much as possible during the next few weeks. There is a lot of activity taking place on the energetic levels on both the surface of the Earth, within the Earth and on the higher etheric levels. It is a time of great changes and this is becoming more evident with each passing day. Staying centered and aligned to your higher truth will help you move through this period with greater ease and grace. It is also very helpful to connect with the natural world around you by spending more time outdoors as this helps to keep you grounded and connected with the Earth energies. Immersing yourselves in water frequently can be very soothing, cleansing and healing to your well being. By keeping your exposure to the daily news at a minimum, you will fare well. There is much that is being kept hidden during these times but that cannot last for too much longer.

Those who have held power behind the scenes in every country of the world will not be able to keep their secret activities from being exposed to the world at large. The new energy influxes demand transparency in all interactions between all parties on the global scene and also amongst all people in general. The time for secrets is over. Every cell in every inhabitant upon the Earth is being transmuted, purified and transformed. There is soon to come a time when any darkness or shadow will be clearly seen within each person’s auric field and this revelation will assist everyone to walk in their light and live in truth and integrity. The veils between the worlds are fast dissolving and those at the forefront who have blazed a trail through contact with the higher dimensions will now find it much easier to bring through greater knowledge and wisdom to be shared with all who are searching for answers.

Forgive yourselves, Dear Ones, for being human, for you are creating a new and magnificent form that will far exceed previous ones on many levels. It is your very humanness that is most appreciated by the legions of higher dimensional beings who observe the growth and expansion taking place within you. Each of you is viewed as a true and courageous pioneer on a new and wondrous frontier as you learn to use your abilities and align these to the greater good of all, even though you must go through the same experiences as the rest of humanity. It has not been an easy path for any of you in this lifetime but keep in mind that this is THE lifetime where you emerge victorious in the light of your true magnificence!

It is the soul qualities that you express and that you earn through the school of life on a physical planet that makes you such a powerful and unique being throughout the cosmos. These experiences are what are taken into the higher dimensions of life in the universe. The things of the lower dimensions must be transmuted into a higher light in order to stay with you. This is why there has been so much that needed to be released and let go. This process is still in effect and will continue to be in operation until every vestige of lower vibrational imprint is purified within every person’s body and energy field. The more of humanity who can bring in their full light body presence, the quicker the acceleration into ascension can take place.

These times call for transmutation through the use of the violet fire decree and this powerful spiritual tool is available to all. Daily use is very helpful, not only for personal use but also for transmuting the energies that surround the Earth at this time. As the completion of many issues comes to a close in your personal lives, know that there is a turning point approaching that will see you finally free of the heavier densities that you have been grappling with.

This was because many of you have chosen to take on and experience these lower vibrations as a way to facilitate a speedier cleansing of the collective field of humanity which surrounds the Earth.

The field has been cleansed for the most part, and this now makes it easier for awakening souls to deal with their personal issues, which are beginning to surface as the energies increase and intensify. That which you have completed is now being experienced by the general populace, but without the accumulated density from generations past to encumber them.

It is important for each of you to maintain your high connection with your higher self and your spiritual guidance at all times, and to avoid being drawn in to the personal and collective dramas that are occurring.

Your task is to remain centered upon creating and holding the vision of a new reality of a better life for all. Know that this can be a tricky process as those you love and care about will be going through their own growth process of awakening awareness, and this can affect your own equilibrium and balance in your desire to help them. Empower them as best you can while knowing that only they can go through whatever it is they are going through. No one else can walk their chosen path for them.

You it is, who are the light of the world during these times, so it is important that you continue to nurture and care for yourselves. Become the observer of all that comes into your own field of possibilities so that you can maneuver your way into the unknown. Know thyself, for this is the key to everything. You and you alone, hold the key to the kingdom within you.

Although most of you have done the work of spiritually aligning yourselves to the higher dimensional perspective, there is still much that is coming up from your cellular memories to be acknowledged and released. It is a matter of understanding what is occurring as that helps to more quickly allow all that surfaces to be released without becoming engaged yet again in the emotional and mental turbulence. It is like wringing out a sponge that still has a bit of moisture left in it so that it needs a few final squeezes. By now you all have an arsenal of tools and techniques that you have accumulated to help you move through with relative grace and ease. You have what it takes to get through this. If you feel you need further help, then it is necessary to find a practitioner who can give you the assistance you require. There are many people well qualified to help you through this. Ask your spiritual guides to lead you to the ones who are right for your particular circumstance.

The outer world you live on is changing rapidly although your news media would have you believe otherwise. The power struggles between leaders in many countries of the world is a sign that the system and structures that have been in place for a very long time are now in need of radical change. Many foresee that it requires a new way of looking at things and new ways of accomplishing what needs to be changed but there are still those who stubbornly hold on to the power structures that have been established. The people of the world are no longer in ignorance of the widespread misuse of power in those who lead them and have begun to put their leaders under a microscope. The writing is on the wall for these ones, adapt and change what does not work or step aside. The rumblings are becoming louder in their spheres of influence.

As with all change, it comes about through friction and resistance. What humanity needs to realize is that they must work together to address the many challenges the world they live on is presenting. It requires the input of all good and sincere people. There are those who work with the grids of the Earth, there are those who have ability to bring healing and stability to various areas of the planet, there are those in the scientific community who are working on solutions to the many challenges that are required to be met. There are those in the economic sector who are endeavouring to create a more equitable economic system for all. There are those in the medical professions who need to truly meet the needs of their people instead of feeding the structures of the pharmaceutical companies. They need to allow their people to choose alternate and more natural options for their health issues. In every sector of society, there is a need to let go of self interest and start working for the highest good of all.

As these structures are realigned to a higher principle and concept of working for the highest good of all upon the planet, the beneficial outcomes for all citizens of the world will create a more stable and peaceful environment. When the basic needs of all of Earth’s citizens are met and the way forward is established through transparent communication and sincere and honest cooperation between all peoples and structures of the world, then life as they have known it will truly change for the better. The element of fear and suspicion in all human hearts will be eradicated and a more joyous and harmonious interaction between all peoples of the world will bring about tremendous and positive transformations.

It behooves ones such as the lightworkers and others of good heart and intent who are not familiar with this term of reference, to continue to visualize, intend and give strength and power to that which you earnestly want and desire to see manifest upon your planet. This is the focus that is asked of those who are aware and awake to the incredible opportunity that is before all of humanity in this moment of now. As the people of the world let go of all self centered desires from within themselves and see the entirety of the world at large as part of themselves, it allows the higher aspects of their divinity to come shining through. When humanity feels the call to be of greater service to each other, this will open up a grander experience of universal proportions.

The impetus of this activity will now filter down to effect changes within the hearts of those who have long controlled the world’s systems in a self-serving way. When many are gathered together with focused intent for the highest good of all, there is nothing that can long delay the desired outcome.

They understand that appearances as they play out are not what really is, and they maintain their higher vision. The qualities of faith, hope and determination can move mountains, and this will become more noticeable as the events envisioned come into manifestation in the every day life of humanity. Beloved Ones,

Many downloads of energy and recalibrations are occurring within you during these times. This can create discomfort within your physical bodies in many ways such as soreness and stiffness of the joints, ringing in the ears, pain and tenderness in various points of the spine, feelings of irritability, fleeting moments of dizziness, strong energy flows through the bottoms of the feet, and the list goes on, depending upon each person and the stage of expansion they are currently experiencing. The transformation of your physical, mental and emotional bodies continues in an accelerated manner. Those who are at the forefront of these changes are more sensitive to their effects upon the human operating system and they sometimes feel that there will never be an end to the feelings of stress, tension, anxiety, nervousness and discomfort in their solar plexus area. These are symptoms of your psychic senses opening more fully and being turned on.

Become more observant in your everyday life and look for subtle clues which herald the opening of your expanded senses and perceptions. Each of you has a different way of using your expanded perceptions and abilities and finding out what particular gifts are the strongest and the most natural way for you is most important. As the greater energies continue to permeate your atmosphere, the abilities within each person upon the planet will continue to unfold in wonderful and magical ways. There will be the interim discomforts that must be patiently endured during this process and there is no way around them except to go through them. There are so many of you who have the ability to match the frequencies as they come into the atmosphere and this is a great help to you, as you are able to more easily integrate and assimilate these energies and to also act as conduits for these energies to flow into the crystalline diamond core of the Earth.

As you do this, you are anchoring Heaven on Earth and holding this thought will help you to persist in your efforts. It is important to spend at least twenty minutes each day in your individual spiritual practices in whatever way works best for you so that you can align yourself with your divine essence and make a strong connection. For those who have come to the Earth to ascend while embodying their physical vehicles, the goal is to fully integrate with your divine self. This of course, means that you must be ready and willing to release and let go of ALL that does not serve this higher purpose. All mental and emotional patterns that hold your consciousness in the lower vibrations must be purged and cleansed in the sacred fires of purification. Daily use and assimilation of the Violet Flame is imperative for this process. Cleansing your chakras daily is also a must and this takes only a few moments of your time and intention. This spiritual hygiene is needed in order to come into mastery of your lower human tendencies so that you can manifest as the expanded version of yourselves as the divine human with expanded multi-dimensional capabilities.

There will be moments where your frustrations and tensions will be expressed in expletives that are not of the highest vibration and when this happens it is important to understand that it is the extreme effects of the energies that your physical body has to contend with as the kundalini energies rise within you. It is important that you take the time to recalibrate when you experience these outbursts and be kind to yourselves. Rest, rebalance and relax, drink plenty of water, and spend time outdoors in nature absorbing at least 20 minutes of direct sunlight. Call upon your family of light and ask for guidance and assistance when needed. We are here beside you and you never walk alone.

They are eager to make a difference and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. This is why your stabilizing energies are so needed during these times.

Send light to those areas of the world which are experiencing upheaval and destabilization. Do this whenever you hear of it, just taking a moment to send light gives assistance in more ways than you know. All you need is intention and during this process, ask the Angels of light to go to these places and heal the area, the land, the animals, the elemental beings, and send light to assist all the people who live there.

It only requires that you focus and call upon the forces of light to direct them to those areas. Understand that each of you has an army of light at your command and you can make a difference by sending these forces into volatile areas of the world when they are needed. Your intention to affect the highest outcomes wherever your focus is directed will bring harmony and your attention to this focus with dedication each day will create the lasting peace you so desire to experience on your world.

Send light to the natural kingdoms as they are an integral part of life upon this planet. Send light to everything upon your planet and do not forget to surround your loved ones, family members and pets with white light each and every day, surround your home, properties, vehicles, places of occupation, bank accounts and daily activities with the white light of protection each and every day.

Throughout this year stay in your spiritual consciousness and know that your spirituality is what defines you. Do a weekly review to make improvements in your life so that your spiritual growth continues. Have you balanced all your karma, have you fulfilled all your soul contracts? Did you pass all your tests and initiations? Are your initiations completed?

This lifetime is your last lifetime upon Earth because this opportunity to experience life in a physical body on a planet of duality will not happen again and it is incumbent upon YOU to ensure that you complete everything your soul plan intended to complete. In any sticky situation or issue that comes up, ask yourself, “What am I teaching myself here?” “What is the highest outcome that can manifest here in this situation and what can I do to make it happen?”

Learn to love with the love of God who loves us all unconditionally with no judgement. Become the enlightened being that can rise above any situation and see a more loving perspective. Surrender and release all that no longer serves the path that you have chosen to walk. Resistance to the enlightened being that you really are is futile. Look for the good in all things. Fill your heart with the flame of love and let that flame grow and expand out into the world around you. BE the change!

Beloved Ones,

More and more people on Earth are awakening to discover that the world is in a state of rapid metamorphosis. They look around and see their neighbors embracing concepts that they were not open to before. Everywhere, this awakening energy is clearing ages old cobwebs from the consciousness of humanity and it is not an easy process. It is very uncomfortable to watch the events taking place in the world and within one’s own personal world, and each individual is struggling at this time to establish and maintain inner equilibrium. This creates a feeling of stress and tension in the collective consciousness energy field which affects the individuals who are sensitive to the energy flows around them. This tension and anxiety is felt in the solar plexus/stomach area of the human body and is a sign that it is time to get out in nature and stand or sit near a member of the tree family and ask that these tense and anxious feelings be lovingly transmuted and dissolved from within you. The tree family is extremely adept at providing this service to all of humanity and it allows them to be in divine service and to work upon their own evolutionary path.

It is very helpful to pay attention to all of the life forms that coexist around you, and all of the elements. During these unstable energetic shifts, it is best to make one’s life as simple and uncomplicated as possible. By training your mind to go into a quiet state without getting involved in complex and abstract thought patterns that are constantly being stimulated by the communications one receives each day, and doing simple chores around one’s home or yard, one can avoid the feeling of overwhelm which tends to drain a person of their life force and higher energies. Taking time out to relax often is also most important and just laying down and putting your feet up for a half hour can replenish your vitality. Seek out beauty in all its wondrous forms and do so with passion in your heart. Watch the sun rise and set, the cloud formations, the stars in the night sky, the birds and insects, the flora and fauna. Life thrives and pulses around you but you must become the observer of this and gain the sublime gifts that it brings you.

You must take times of stillness to realign with your higher self and your inner guidance. Practice deep breathing each day to fill you to the root chakra, holding the breath for a moment and then expel the breath knowing that all stale energy is being released. Moving your body many times a day in stretching activities or walking also helps to move the energies through your meridians without becoming stagnant and creating blockages. Clean out your closets, your cupboards, your garage and other areas of your home and remove all that you no longer use and you will find that by doing so, it creates a greater feeling of well being within you and this will help keep your energies flowing in a positive and constructive manner. Making room for the new, physically, energetically and symbolically, fills one’s soul with spiritual renewal and rebirth.

Until the Earth’s core is activated and sustained by the great light from the cosmos on a stronger level, you as divine energy conduits must continue to anchor and ground your light into the Earth on a daily basis. This activity done several times a day by each of you helps more than you can know to keep the Earth’s energies in greater stability. In effect, you are giving the Earth the boost of spiritual energy that she most needs. Your love sustains this magnificent being as she transitions from lower density into the higher, more rarefied levels of light and consciousness. In turn, you are finding that your every need is provided for, as and when you need it and as this becomes more noticeable, you will be filled with the knowing that you are loved beyond measure.

How quickly the world will move into the new paradigm when the energy of divine love intensifies in its frequency level. When each person is in a state of joy and bliss, it will be very difficult to convince them of the old stories that have been told throughout the ages. When each member within the human family feels good within themselves, then this will be reflected back to them and great strides will be taken as the Earth moves into the new dawn of the golden age, where there are no limits to the positive possibilities and potentials that can unfold.

The times you are living in now contains all the elements that could possibly be found in a world of duality. For those of you who have been focused on rising above the fray and fall out of the dying paradigm, it may seem that the world has gone mad and only chaos rules the day. Please keep in mind that these are the end times spoken of before and that those who have been wielding power over the masses are desperately trying to continue to instill fear within the hearts of humanity so that they can be controlled. The good news is that the majority of the world’s people are not buying into those old programs of belief. They are simply going on with their lives and working toward their own goals and not giving any credence to the happenings that are seemingly about to overwhelm the world. They are seeing that it is only the world as seen through the lens of the entertainment news industry.

The people themselves are hungry for change and wish to thrive in their experience of incarnation in a human body. They want to reconnect to the natural elements in the foods they eat, the environment they live in and the other inhabitants who share this world with them. Because of the easy access to the technology and information that is readily available, each person can simply go online and do searches to discover the information that helps them move forward in their understanding of a given subject. It takes but a few moments to see that what is being touted on the entertainment news channels is nothing new or different. It is simply another version of the formula of create a problem, create the reaction and then provide the solution that they wanted to implement in the first place. When people understand what is at play, they simply move on and do not give their energy and attention to it and this is what is happening now.

The majority of the people in the world are peaceful and simply want to live a peaceful life. In many parts of the world, people are standing together to make their statements to those who are supposed to be serving them and it is in these situations that the powers that be bring in their own elements to make it seem that the protesters are out of control and must be subjugated in order for order to be restored. This scenario plays out in most public gatherings of people throughout the planet who are peacefully standing for change and it is part of the repertoire of those who are in power. It requires a dedication from those who stand for change, to desire to stand in peace while making a statement and it has become important for these people to not be in reaction to those elements who try to make the whole gathering look violent. It requires awareness and discernment on the part of the peaceful protesters. It requires huge self control of every member of the peaceful gathering.

As the energies from the cosmos continue to flood the planet, humanity as a whole is being awakened into remembrance of their right to live their lives in peace and sovereignty. By integrating the greater light in the higher frequencies that surrounds them, they are opened to new perspectives that were not seen nor recognized before. The Light is the revolutionary catalyst that is bringing the changes that all have desired to see in their world. It is not easy for humanity when the changes within them first begin to take place and this is now happening with regular occurrence. The Light brings an ending to the comfortable illusions that were woven into everyday living here on this planet. The Light requires a readjustment in one’s perceptions. The Light begins to open up avenues of conduct that brings greater light to all.

This is the task before humanity now. To awaken and realize that they, individually and collectively, carry more power than they realized they held within them and then to begin to make conscious choices to move into a more refined way of living that honors all inhabitants on this world as the sovereign beings that they truly are. To honor the light that is an inherent spark within that is their connection with the Divine. To create a world where there is true equality for all its inhabitants and where their home planet is recognized as a conscious sentient Divine being who is part of a greater network of worlds beyond and to work diligently to restore Her to her former glory in every thought, word and action so that their world can rejoin the rest of the universe as an honored member of a vast system of worlds who work together in peace and harmony.

Upon the face of the planet, many changes are taking place. The weather patterns are creating anomalies in areas that have usually relied on stable weather conditions. The world’s water sources are being cleansed and renewed through the efforts of many people throughout the planet who work together to add energy to the water and give assistance to the water elementals. Many areas are experiencing drought and this is a worry for those who live in these places. Other areas of the world are being inundated with excessive rain which creates flood conditions. The world’s wildlife is experiencing times of confusion and disorientation and many species are finding new areas of the world in which to live as they instinctively feel the energetic waves pulsing throughout the lands.

The world’s people are receiving downloads of energy and light that enter their individual fields and initiate changes to their human operating systems. Humankind’s consciousness is undergoing an upgrade as new information is released into the atmosphere on a daily basis. Each day brings new revelations that confound and astound the world’s population. As the people struggle to absorb the constant barrage of information that is being revealed, their energetic fields go through periods of overwhelm and the need for rest and relaxation becomes imperative. The need to simplify the daily routine in order to adjust to the frequency upgrades is being felt by many individuals and bouts of drowsiness throughout the day are being experienced.

There are many personal challenges that are being experienced by the world’s people and their faith in humankind and in their own abilities is being tested to the limit. These are the awakening energies that bring a greater realization that something more is required of them than blind faith that those they have relied upon to oversee the operation of the world’s systems are fulfilling their expectations. The people of the world are taking responsibility for the happenings in their own corner of the world and demanding changes in the areas that are needed and insisting on accountability in their chosen representatives. Those who have abused their power are being ousted from their positions and many systems of governance are being upgraded to a more equitable deliverance of fairness and justice for all.

Each person is called upon to conduct themselves in alignment with their highest integrity in doing that which is right and for the highest good of all. Of remembering the inner goodness that lives within their heart and trusting in this despite outside influences that try to impinge upon their consciousness in various ways. Ultimately each action, choice and decision is made between each person and the Creator with the best of intention. Doing what feels right keeps one connected to one’s spiritual sense of direction and alignment with the Divine plan regardless of the outcome experienced. Doing what a person feels is right is all that can be asked of anyone.

Remaining strong in your own truth and integrity and sending love and forgiveness to others without attempting to fix or change them creates a pathway to reconciliation and forward movement for all. It is important to remember the love, for it is the bottom line in all situations that test one’s spirit, sense of fairness, justice and resolve. Have faith that your connection with the higher aspects of your being will prevail through good times and challenging ones.

The winds of change are upon you. While life goes on as before, the changes that occur within you are vast. These changes are taking place within each soul who lives upon the planet. Each soul has agreed to experience these changes. The first noticeable change will be a greater ability to feel emotion and express it. Most people on the planet have suppressed their emotions in order to harden their hearts so that they could function in the ever increasing density and these filters are now falling away because there is much greater light than ever before. As each person is enabled to truly feel and speak from their hearts, all that needs to be expressed will begin to come forth from within their being. At some point in this process, the feelings expressed will be the feelings of love, followed by the feelings of joy and other positive emotions which will move people in directions hitherto unknown on your world.

The people of the Earth are gathering together in greater numbers than before so that they can give voice to those areas in their respective worlds that can be improved upon. Individuals are willing to sacrifice their lives for the changes they are demanding. It is a tumultuous time in the affairs of all old paradigm systems which no longer serve the needs of the people. As people continue to awaken, the illusions are dispelled and those who have kept the populace under subjugation are being revealed. There is no place for these ones to hide as the revelations of their backroom agendas comes to light, for each must now come face to face with their own choices and deeds, and make peace with their soul. While this will produce some chaos, ultimately it is for the highest good of all.

Upon the planet there are many who are ready to step up and begin to implement sweeping changes in all facets of governance and all its many diverse functions. That which was implemented to harvest the energy of the people in a dishonest manner will be replaced with a system that is more equitable for all upon the Earth. The monetary system will eventually cease to exist in its present form. There is greater sovereignty ahead for each person and each one will realize their inherent responsibility to contribute their input in a worthy and honorable way so that their contributions are in alignment with the greatest good of all upon the planet and not just for a select and nebulous few. The harvesting of humanity in a secret manner will cease forever and humanity as a whole will take up the torch of alignment in greater extent to the Creator of all so that they will be in harmony with the universal laws of conduct.

Some very surprising changes begin to come to light. These changes create a chain reaction effect into all areas of the world and will facilitate the beginnings of a better way of living for all humanity. Those at the forefront of this movement will be in position to accomplish great good. The people begin to experience greater prosperity and abundance in their everyday lives and this will have a far reaching impact upon how humanity can live in peace, harmony and prosperity. When every member of the human family has all that is needed for their well being, safety and protection, they can move forward into areas that were not available to them before, the areas of the spirit and the exploration of their own soul, their gifts, skills and talents that lie like hidden gems within them. These will come forth to bless those around them in a loving way.

We stress the importance of remaining centered and aligned with one’s higher aspects. The desire to become unified with their divine essence burns brightly within those who have been making the effort to align with the light of the Creator within them. These ones will become successful in their intentions to manifest their Holy Christ Self in and through them. These ones are the vanguard of the new human race, fully realized divine humans, working with unity consciousness. Within all upon the planet, the second coming of the Christ consciousness is dawning.

As the lunar energies bring in added clarity and the greater ability to give love and be love in all its many wondrous facets, remember that you are the ones who have ability to receive and transmit the light that falls down upon the Earth. Even in the midst of challenges, you can transmute the situation by using the energy and vibration of love, for love is the greatest and most powerful force in existence. Each time that you do this, another avenue for the light is established on the Earth. Kindness given in any instance is always met with an equivalent benevolent response. To those who are attuned to the higher frequencies, this immutable law of love is easily identified, observable and in constant operation.

It is becoming easier to continue the process of refinement within one’s own character. As each person looks within themselves to those areas that need transmutation in the way they are expressed and recognizes the patterns that now need to be changed in order for their higher aspects to be more fully integrated and aligns themselves to this purpose, the way forward opens and greater revelations of their blind spots are revealed. This helps in the process of elimination of all that has hindered one’s progress to become a fully realized divine human walking here on Earth. All ways of being that have been assimilated throughout one’s lifetime and held in the subconscious mind can now be exposed to the light of truth, recognized as an area that needs change and consciously make the adjustments necessary.

As each person takes full responsibility for their lives as they have been lived here on Earth and recognizes their inherent power to change what is no longer working for them, life becomes more simplified. A person knows themselves more fully and honors those unique qualities, their own likes and dislikes rather than those whom society has instilled within them and they can move unfettered into being who they really are as soul. They can honor their own truths and live according to their own precepts and this liberates each one to express those higher qualities that have always been a part of them without being held back because they fear someone in their acquaintance may not approve. Life then is lived in greater ease and grace and the element of joy and harmony within manifests with more frequency.

Being true to one’s self opens the doorway to greater and greater possibilities that may have lain hidden before. Each person has a treasure box that lies within them waiting for these moments to be discovered and brought out into conscious awareness, acknowledgment and expansion. Each day becomes an adventure as the hidden and wonderful aspects of one’s being come to the surface to be fully looked at and assimilated. As each person honors these aspects of their own being, they become free to express these qualities in all their interactions with others and this in turn has a liberating effect upon those around them. By observation those around them give themselves permission to be all that they can be and start implementing their own choices and changes so that they too, can be true to themselves.

As each person loves themselves more fully and with daily consciousness, gives themselves what they truly need, a greater degree of harmony and happiness, ease and grace flows through them into all areas of their lives. Life becomes more joyous in all of its aspects and each person blossoms into the greater possibilities of themselves. As the wounds from the past are healed and each person has regained wholeness within, the Earth is also liberated to move further into her own wholeness. When the human collective expresses love in action on a daily basis, there is no limit to the heights of achievement that can take place within society’s structures.
