May was an interestingly intense month with lots of clearing, releasing, planning and preparation. June started with a Full Moon on the 2nd which brought in some pretty unpredictable energy. Full Moon’s always amplify energies, both positive and negative and its this energy that is supporting us in a powerful way throughout the month.

We are being energetically and physically realigned with the Earth’s shifting consciousness, which is deepening our connection to both our hearts and our souls. As the energies move to uncover and unearth all that needs to be rebalanced and realigned, we can expect to be faced with challenges and situations that require a different approach and a different perspective.

The energy of June will bring to the fore some aspects of your life and relationships that are keys to your forward progress. During this month gifts of truth and wisdom will be uncovered as imbalances are highlighted. For some the insights are opportunities to review, revise and refocus on what is most important. For others it is an opportunity to clear the debris of past emotional pain and really connect with the heart.

When you connect with the energy of your heart and work with its power, old emotional trauma and pain can come up to be healed and released. This revisiting of old pain and trauma can cause you to shut down the heart in fear of being overwhelmed by emotion. But in these times of heart centred energy, you are being supported and guided through the pain. By moving into it and allowing it to flow you are able to release it quickly. Once released you are able to enter into a scared space of healing filled with Divine bliss, peace and love.

June is a powerful time when the energies of the summer / winter solstice gather. The solstice marks another high point in our energetic cycles. As the seasons change so too does our inner landscape. Use this time to become reacquainted with the power of your inner resources. This will enable you to rebalance your inner and outer realities and refocus your energy. Take some time to be alone and to nurture your heart and soul. Create your own sanctuary where the chaos of the external world cannot intrude. In this space allow yourself to discover the new vibration awakening within, a new vibration that is summoning you forward on your journey.

Your life is a journey along a winding road that stretches before you. The road isn’t always easy and require strength and stamina to travel. Yet it does offer you many beautiful views and rewards along the way. This journey is one of discovery, a discovery of who you are and why you exist. This is the power of your path. It is a unique journey where you are shown the power of your physical and spiritual choices. Each moment, each step gives you the opportunity to review, revise and recreate yourself and to choose a new direction.

The energy of this month will lend you the courage and stamina your require to realign your energies and focus with your heart and thus your destiny. You are here to awaken the truth of who you are through the power of your heart and soul. As you walk your path you experience many valuable lessons. Your ability to perceive the lesson lies at the heart of each experience. Its important with each experience to acknowledge the lesson and to move on. This month pause and allow yourself to reflect on your journey and the many lessons you have learnt thus far. Take stock of where you have been, where your choices have taken you and where you want to go. What are you creating right now? Are you moving in a direction you want to go? Are you travelling a path of heart consciousness?

It is, as always, important to focus your awareness and attention in the present moment, to remain centred within the core of your being so that you may fully experience what is occurring now. Reviewing your past and your journey thus far is not about reliving the experience, but rather a process of understanding how you have gotten to this point and what choices and decisions you need to make to move forward in balance. Powerful and unexpected situations and experiences are emerging and you are being called to look carefully and deeply into the purpose of your journey. Progress will occur as you free yourself to follow the path of your heart. Allow the Divine to be your guide and you will find a new song of joy in your heart, and a gratitude for the many wonders of your life.

For years science has recognized that we have two active physical strands of DNA. We also have a further ten energetic DNA strands which have been dormant within the Human Being for many centuries. These dormant strands of DNA have been discovered by scientists, who not knowing the function of these strands, have identified them as ‘junk’ DNA.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains all the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living things. The main role of DNA is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells. The DNA segments that carry genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes or are involved in regulating the use of genetic information.

Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint and as such contains all our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information.

The original Human Being had 12 Strands of DNA actively working and maintaining the full function of the Human as a Spiritual Being. With our over preoccupation with left brained thinking and the closing down of our heart centers, these ‘extra’ DNA strands have been lost. The consequences of this loss are that we live in a spiritually deficient society and our intuitive and healing abilities have been hugely reduced. It has also resulted in us only accessing and using a very small part of our brains.

The human body is the most valuable thing we will ever own. It stores and holds a wealth of information, wisdom and knowledge on every aspect of ourselves, our world and all of life. Combinations of intelligence are stored within the Human and a great amount of data is stored inside the body. Inside our bodies are the formulas required to replicate other forms of intelligence throughout the Universe.

At conception, we receive, from our two different bloodlines (our parents) certain matched and paired recessive genes. These genes hold light codes that give us the highest opportunity for accessing and developing our Spiritual abilities and for healing the damaged and wounded aspects of our Soul.

At the same time these genes hold memories which have created blocks to our path to oneness and initiated our deep-rooted feelings of separation, separation from our true essence and our Creator. This memory of separation has forced us to created experiences and situations where we are given the opportunity to heal ourselves, our world and our separations.

As a Soul we carefully picked and chose our parents and their bloodlines in order to facilitate experiences and situations that will enable us to heal ourselves. We have therefore handpicked our own DNA structures and the possible opportunities to activate and awaken further strands of DNA.

The energy of our Earth is moving through major vibrational shifts and into higher levels of consciousness. As the Earth raises Her vibration, we as Human Beings are being given many opportunities to raise our vibration. This shift is being referred to as the Ascension and there are many people around the world who are experiencing confusion and chaos in their worlds. Yet in this seeming chaos and confusion lie great opportunities for us to grow, expand and evolve.

One of the most exciting aspects of our evolutionary process is the retooling of our DNA. Cosmic light encoded rays from our Creator have been coming into our Earth stimulating change and reordering our Human bodies. As the light encoded filaments are absorbed into our being our scattered DNA is being activated and reformed into new helixes or strands of DNA and being reordered into bundles.

As this rebundling and reordering progresses we create a more evolved nervous system that facilitates new information and data to move into our consciousness. Many of our dormant brain cells are being awoken and we are being able to access our full body potential. As our bodies fill with more light so our memories are opened and we evolve as our DNA evolves into conscious Multidimensional Beings.

Our 12 strands of DNA activate and connect to our 12 Chakra points, energy doorways through which we access our Spiritual heritage. The 12 strands of DNA serve as links through the 12 chakras to the energy web outside of our bodies. The 12 chakras act as energetic doorways into our body connecting us to the vital forces of existence. It is through opening and activating these portals of energy that we can begin to truly know ourselves.

As all 12 strands of DNA are now forming, whatever issues we have not dealt with and peacefully cleared in our personal history, will create chaos. Feelings and memories are emerging offering us an opportunity to experience the fabric of our being and revealing who we are through the events and beliefs that are intricately woven into us.

Our task is to awaken, activate and unite all 12 creating the spinning of the 12. This spinning of the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakra points will draw to us energies that will intermingle and move throughout our beings activating and awakening the many different aspects of ourselves. This will trigger new versions, understandings and meanings to all the events in our lives and our world.

Our 12 chakras are collections of energy where events can emerge. They hold memory and identity and each corresponds to a strand of DNA. These 12 energy centers must be accessed from within where we can feel the data corresponding with and translating our experiences within the context of our minds.

By opening our hearts and minds all the answers to the great mysteries will be found within. We are required to step out of our current belief systems and to create new belief systems as the mind is structured to evolve and form our experiences based on what we command. Our mind is not our master; we are the masters of our own minds. The mind is but a tool to be used to create reality and nothing more.

By consciously working with the waves of energy and light moving into our Earth, we are able to realize and understand that the transformation of this planet is based upon the healing and power of our minds.

Activating the full 12 DNA strands will create a connection between our human genetic coding and give us access to all knowledge and wisdom. This is the awareness and understanding of who we truly are.

In activating all 12 strands of DNA we create an alignment within ourselves allowing us to gently shift into much higher vibrational levels and frequency of light, helping our ascension process by further awakening our human consciousness.

Reach the end of 2013 I breathed a huge sigh of relief as we entered this New Year in the light of a New Moon. What a great way to start a new year and rather apt at this juncture as New Moons always indicate new beginnings. In the last few years we have gone through some incredible changes and transformations, with many difficult and challenging experiences, especially for those who are particularly sensitive. We have faced, processed, released and realigned our entire being, which has prepared us Spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically for the times we are entering now. We have two New Moons this month, which sets the tone for a month of anchoring intentions and setting heart centred goals. All the clearing, cleansing transformation and change has prepared us for a new paradigm, a new paradise and a new heart centered perception of reality. We may not yet know how this will manifest in the coming months but what we can be sure of is a whole new way of life.

This year change and transformation will continue, which is an inevitable process in these times of powerful personal and collective transformation. The energies in January, however, are paving the way for a rebirth and a new beginning in all areas of our lives. We are laying out a new garden with fresh fertile soil in which the seeds of love are to be planted. There is no need to rush this process and with two New Moons we are certainly being given ample opportunity to take time to review, reexamine and reinforce our intentions before forging ahead. This month marks a time of clearing away the debris of the old to make way for the new, which is very ready and waiting to come in. All that you have accomplished in the past year has honed your intuition, realigned your heart with the Divine and now it is time to live and be your greatest, fullest, most creative and loving self.

2014 will see you fully in your power, living life your way and doing that which your heart dictates. You can be guaranteed of a year filled with many new adventures as you birth a new paradigm for life. You are living in a changing world, which at this time is about to enter into a whole new energetic structure. You’ve reached a bend in the road, with the past disappearing behind you and finally releasing its grip on your life. The new energetic structure will take you in an entirely new and unexpectedly positive direction. Using your heart as your compass will guarantee the most fulfilling, rewarding and abundantly blissful experiences. There will be many new opportunities and expanded levels of support, which will encourage you to take the necessary action required to manifest a heart-centered life. The guiding love and light of the Divine Creator will lead you towards your highest destiny, gifting you with the courage you require to birth the dreams of your heart into this new reality.

There is an immense power of love and hope available now, which will guide you in expanding and developing the connections between your physical and Spiritual aspects. From this emerges a deeper realization of your own unique destiny and the role you play in the future evolution of humanity. With this comes a profound understanding of the flawlessness and the beauty of perfection in all of Creation. Any remaining darkened spaces within are then bathed in a powerful healing light, which draws forth the power of your heart allowing love to become your essential truth. Thus your special gifts, unique purpose and destiny unfold and the energy of your heart is used to fuel everything thought, action and deed. Keeping your focus on your heart enables you to then remain balanced, motivated and focused on your Divine path.

The energy shifts and fluctuations throughout the coming months contain a lighter energy, which will lift you from the roller coast ride of the past. (Of course if you continue to cling to the old struggle, confusion and difficulty will remain). You are being guided through the veil of shadows, along the paths of your inner world, to embrace life in all its dimensions, to embrace your pain and suffering, all of which has strengthened your Spirit and awakened your heart. You are moving beyond old confused emotions and distorted perceptions of reality, to be placed in sync with the rhythms of the Universe. Be patient; see time as your ally. Be flexible and open to the new gifts and new purpose you are birthing. Continue to let the wisdom of your heart guide you onward and into a new life of enchantment and grace.

As move through this month there is a genuine sense of anticipation and excitement, but also feelings of uncertainty and doubt at what is ahead. New feelings of optimism are connecting you with new inspiration, new faith and a greater trust in life. Patience is required this month as it seems you are ready and raring to go but there is a feeling of delay and suspension. This gives you an opportunity to view exactly where you are, where you have come from and where you are going. Once the proverbial doors open and the energy is released you need to be prepared for a rapid and swift forward movement.

In January use the energy to surrender inwardly into the areas in your life that are in need of adjustment, healing and compassion. Travel into the depths of your heart and unlock the wisdom and guidance you need for the path ahead. Move into the intuitive core of your being and allow yourself to re-imagine and create life anew. If you are inwardly receptive at this time you will receive subtle insights and the wisdom necessary to unlock the Divine forces of all Creation within you. Thus awakening the pure potential you hold as an incarnation of Divinity. As the doors to Creation open your hearts deepest hopes and desires will arise, empowering you to create a life based on your hearts expression. Holding love as your focus rebuild, renew and allow your life to unfold beyond your wildest imaginings.

If you’re still struggling through the challenges of 2013 trust that these will slowly dissipate. Keep your focus positive and heart centered and trust that this too shall pass…and much faster than you expect. This is a time of serious upgrade and improvement in your life and all that you have endured has prepared you for this time. Don’t allow your mind to sabotage any stage of this process. Maintain your flexibility on all levels. The timing is perfect for rethinking all that you previously thought impossible. The energies will move to stir old dreams, ambitions and desires you previously thought as unattainable, giving them an opportunity to awaken and develop.

Towards the end of the month and the second New Moon on the 30th the energy will begin to accelerate. This New Moon also welcomes in the Chinese New Year, which is the year of the Wooden Horse. The Wooden Horse marks a year of action, of unexpected adventure and high energy. Events will move quickly and it’s a year to take risks, to see the world and to blaze a new way. For some these new intense energies will come as a wonderful relief but may be a little uncomfortable for others with the usual symptoms of joint pain, exhaustion, digestive issues and low energy. Take it slow and steady and use the energies of this New Moon on the 30th to reboot and revisit the intentions and goals you set at the beginning of the month. It’s an opportunity to determine the path you are taking and how you intend to walk/run this new path.

January is filled with a time of regeneration with lots of new energy to prepare you for the coming months. It may feel a little like a stop start process, which can cause impatience, frustration and irritation. You may doubt and question what you are doing, where you are going and what you intend to do. Be patient and use this time to prepare and reorganize your life. Connect with the wisdom and guidance of your heart and focus on what you are using to build you new foundation and structure. Remind yourself that you can take it slow, direct your prayers with gratitude and remember that all things occur in Divine right order. Reawaken the joy of creation. Remind yourself of the joy that comes when you release energy while manifesting new experiences. You’ve found many hidden treasures buried in the darkness of your pain and suffering and your long awaited transformation is now freeing you from the confines of the past and signalling a significant rebirth. Rise up and receive the many blessing of this new life. Awaken the ever-flowing magic and creativity that resides within you and allow your being to produce the beautiful colours of your potential.
