Archangels and Devas Blog – Ascended Master’s Wisdom for Today – 7-18-19

In My experience of nearly two thousand years ago, during My ministry. upon Earth I had the daily and hourly God-assistance of that magnificent Faith in the goodness of My Heavenly Father. Of course, in My Ascended Master consciousness today, that Faith is tremendously expanded and all-powerfully active. This Faith in God’s power to act instantly and perfectly through Me enabled Me to bring about every miracle which I performed. Yet, I realized fully that I, Myself, had to set up in My Own consciousness the thoughts and feelings through which the Father could freely act. Many individuals who sought My aid were wise enough to ask: – – – – – – “Lord, help Thou my unbelief!” For this I was very grateful for it enabled Me to help them accept the assistance they required. Others refusing to accept the power of God acting through Me, could not receive the blessings for which I was then the channel. Therefore, blessed ones, in the secret prayers of your own heart, do not hesitate to ask Me to help your unbelief. I shall do so!

ECKHART TOLLE – 27 LIFE CHANGING LESSONS TO LEARN FROM – By Luminita – by Open Hearted Rebel – 10-28-17

Wes Annac:

I love Eckhart Tolle. I remember reading his book, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment in 2010 and from that moment on, whenever I feel that my mind is drifting, making too much noise and keeping me from being fully present and engaged in the NOW, I immediately go back to reading his book. I have learned so many wonderful lessons from reading his inspiring books, watching his lectures, and today I would like to share 27 of these life changing lessons with you.

Enjoy 🙂

1. The present moment is the most precious thing there is.

“People don’t realize that now is all there ever is; there is no past or future except as memory or anticipation in your mind.”

“…the past gives you an identity and the future holds the promise of salvation, of fulfillment in whatever form. Both are illusions.”

“Time isn’t precious at all, because it is an illusion. What you perceive as precious is not time but the one point that is out of time: the Now. That is precious indeed. The more you are focused on time—past and future—the more you miss the Now, the most precious thing there is.”

“Don’t let a mad world tell you that success is anything other than a successful present moment.”

“Most humans are never fully present in the now, because unconsciously they believe that the next moment must be more important than this one. But then you miss your whole life, which is never not now.”

“As soon as you honor the present moment, all unhappiness and struggle dissolve, and life begins to flow with joy and ease. When you act out the present-moment awareness, whatever you do becomes imbued with a sense of quality, care, and love – even the most simple action.”

2. Wherever you are, be there totally.

“Wherever you are, be there totally. If you find your here and now intolerable and it makes you unhappy, you have three options: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally. If you want to take responsibility for your life, you must choose one of those three options, and you must choose now. Then accept the consequences.”

3. Always say “yes” to the present moment.

“Acceptance looks like a passive state, but in reality it brings something entirely new into this world. That peace, a subtle energy vibration, is consciousness.”

“Accept – then act. Whatever the present moment contains, accept it as if you had chosen it. Always work with it, not against it.”

“Always say “yes” to the present moment. What could be more futile, more insane, than to create inner resistance to what already is? what could be more insane than to oppose life itself, which is now and always now? Surrender to what is. Say “yes” to life — and see how life suddenly starts working for you rather than against you.”

4. Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness.

“Life will give you whatever experience is most helpful for the evolution of your consciousness. How do you know this is the experience you need? Because this is the experience you are having at the moment.”

5. Don’t take life so seriously.

“Life isn’t as serious as the mind makes it out to be.”

6. Love is not to be found outside of you.

“Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you.”

7. The more you dwell on the negative, the more obsessed with negative things your mind becomes.

“People tend to dwell more on negative things than on good things. So the mind then becomes obsessed with negative things, with judgments, guilt and anxiety produced by thoughts about the future and so on.”

8. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim.

“To complain is always nonacceptance of what is. It invariably carries an unconscious negative charge. When you complain, you make yourself into a victim. When you speak out, you are in your power. So change the situation by taking action or by speaking out if necessary or possible; leave the situation or accept it. All else is madness.”

9. There is a fine balance between honoring the past and losing yourself in it.

“There is a fine balance between honoring the past and losing yourself in it. For example, you can acknowledge and learn from mistakes you made, and then move on and refocus on the now. It is called forgiving yourself.”

10. Letting go requires strength and a lot of courage.

“Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”

“Some changes look negative on the surface but you will soon realize that space is being created in your life for something new to emerge.” ~ Eckhart Tolle

11. You are a Human Being not a human doing.

“In today’s rush we all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget about the joy of just Being.”

12. Give up defining yourself and others.

“Defining yourself through thought is limiting yourself.”

“Give up defining yourself – to yourself or to others. You won’t die. You will come to life. And don’t be concerned with how others define you. When they define you, they are limiting themselves, so it’s their problem. Whenever you interact with people, don’t be there primarily as a function or a role, but as the field of conscious Presence. You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are.”

“Once you have identified with some form of negativity, you do not want to let it go, and on a deeply unconscious level, you do not want positive change. It would threaten your identity as a depressed, angry or hard-done by person. You will then ignore, deny or sabotage the positive in your life. This is a common phenomenon. It is also insane.”

13. You are more than your mind.

“On a deeper level you are already complete. When you realize that, there is a joyous energy behind what you do.”

“To be identified with your mind is to be trapped in time: the compulsion to live almost exclusively through memory and anticipation.”

“To know yourself as the Being underneath the thinker, the stillness underneath the mental noise, the love and joy underneath the pain, is freedom, salvation, enlightenment.”

“Boredom, anger, sadness, or fear are not ‘yours,’ not personal. They are conditions of the human mind. They come and go. Nothing that comes and goes is you.”

“The beginning of freedom is the realization that you are not “the thinker.” The moment you start watching the thinker, a higher level of consciousness becomes activated. You then begin to realize that there is a vast realm of intelligence beyond thought, that thought is only a tiny aspect of that intelligence. You also realize that all the things that truly matter – beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner peace – arise from beyond the mind. You begin to awaken.”

14. Where there is true love, there is no ego.

“A genuine relationship is one that is not dominated by the ego with its image-making and self-seeking. In a genuine relationship, there is an outward flow of open, alert attention toward the other person in which there is no wanting whatsoever.”

15. Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.

“To offer no resistance to life is to be in a state of grace, ease, and lightness. This state is then no longer dependent upon things being in a certain way, good or bad. It seems almost paradoxical, yet when your inner dependency on form is gone, the general conditions of your life, the outer forms, tend to improve greatly. Things, people, or conditions that you thought you needed for your happiness now come to you with no struggle or effort on your part, and you are free to enjoy and appreciate them – while they last. All those things, of course, will still pass away, cycles will come and go, but with dependency gone there is no fear of loss anymore. Life flows with ease.”

“What you react to in others, you strengthen in yourself.”

“Anything that you resent and strongly react to in another is also in you.”

“Whatever you fight, you strengthen, and what you resist, persists.”

16. Power over others is weakness disguised as strength.

“Power over others is weakness disguised as strength.True power if within, and it is available to you now.”

17. Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain.

“Every addiction arises from an unconscious refusal to face and move through your own pain. Every addiction starts with pain and ends with pain. Whatever the substance you are addicted to – alcohol, food, legal or illegal drugs, or a person – you are using something or somebody to cover up your pain.”

18. Exclusivity is not the love of God but the “love” of ego.

“Love is not selective, just as the light of the sun is not selective. It does not make one person special. It is not exclusive. Exclusivity is not the love of God but the “love” of ego. However, the intensity with which true love is felt can vary. There may be one person who reflects your love back to you more clearly and more intensely than others, and if that person feels the same toward you, it can be said that you are in a love relationship with him or her. The bond that connects you with that person is the same bond that connects you with the person sitting next to you on a bus, or with a bird, a tree, a flower. Only the degree of intensity with which it is felt differs.”

19. Seek to live authentically.

“Authentic human interactions become impossible when you lose yourself in a role.”

“Living up to an image that you have of yourself or that other people have of you is inauthentic living.”

20. We don’t “see” God as He is, we see God as we are.

“Man made God in his own image…”

21. Seeking is the antithesis of happiness.

“Don’t Seek Happiness. If you seek it, you won’t find it, because seeking is the antithesis of happiness.”

“Is there a difference between happiness and inner peace? Yes. Happiness depends on conditions being perceived as positive; inner peace does not.”

22. What you give is what you get.

“For what you do to others, you do to yourself.”

23. Any action is often better than no action.

“Any action is often better than no action, especially if you have been stuck in an unhappy situation for a long time. If it is a mistake, at least you learn something, in which case it’s no longer a mistake. If you remain stuck, you learn nothing.”

24. If you make the fountain pure, all will be pure.

“If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place. Primary reality is within; secondary reality without.”

25. The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you use your mind wrongly — you usually don’t use it at all. It uses you. This is the disease. You believe that you are your mind. This is the delusion. The instrument has taken you over.”

26. Worry is a waste of time.

“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose.”

27. If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world.

“Humanity is now faced with a stark choice: Evolve or die. … If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.”

Throughout the ages, there have been many who have had gotten a taste of incredibly mesmerizing higher states of consciousness. Rather than keep their experiential knowledge and wisdom about the higher and deeper elements of existence to themselves they spread the word to others, be it through spoken word, written works, or other methods.

Thanks to the sages, luminaries, spiritual teachers, thinkers, and every-day people who had an enlightening experience we can ignite the light of expanded awareness about the higher and deeper aspects of the human experience and of existence itself from such people.

When the future looks bleak and the motivation to excel and advance seems pointless we can look up to those who have lived and are still alive who possess that inner wisdom which they had realized through their own personal experiences of an enlightened state of awareness.

The transformational truths that such guiding lights to humanity express to us can raise our level of hope once more to the domain of energy that makes us more proactive. Reignited excitement and passion can drive us closer to the successes we imagined and dreamed would come true.

We are all capable of incredible feats. Ask yourself if your state of mind is stopping you from realizing that realized life success story that you undoubtedly had played within your head so many times before.

Don’t let it stay a dream, let it become a reality. Living in the 21st century of our archaic timeline we have the amazing opportunity to taste such consciousness-shifting words of wisdom and we will take a look at 20 such enlightening truths from sages throughout the ages. Allow for these timeless words nourish your mind, heart and soul.

Transformational Truth 1

A human being is a part of a whole, called by us a universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest … a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.

Albert Einstein

Transformational Truth 2

You should be an island to yourself, a refuge to yourself, not dependent on any other but taking refuge in the truth and none other than the truth. And how do you become an island and a refuge to yourself? In this way. You see and contemplate your body as composed of all the forces of the universe. Ardently and mindfully you steer your body-self by restraining your discontent with the world about you. In the same way, observe and contemplate your feelings and use that same ardent restraint and self-possession against enslavement by greed or desire. By seeing attachment to your body and feelings as blocking the truth, you dwell in self-possession and ardent liberation from those ties. This is how you live as an island to yourself and a refuge to yourself. Whoever dwells in this contemplation, islanded by the truth and taking refuge in the truth–that one will come out of the darkness and into the light.

The Digha Nikaya

Transformational Truth 3

“Life is what you make it,” this is very true.

Find beauty and magic in all things,

and the Love that sees you through.

When you look at the world where you live,

seek not your gain, but what you can give.

When a man is poor, and hungers, and thirsts,

serve not yourself til you serve this man first.

When a man is down and seeks shelter from cold, give him shelter.

You’ll receive blessings untold.

Live by the Golden Rule:

Do unto others as you’d have done unto you.

And always remember:

When you destroy, you destroy a part of you, too.

Life is what you make of it!

Transformational Truth 4

Loving this world, seeing the beauty in everything.

Appreciating every moment as a beautiful, wholly contained,

pearl of eternal nature, this is the world to me.

A never ending string of pearls…. every moment is in and of it’s self a life time,

and when we have affection and let ourselves experience life without expectation…

that is when the majesty of the world opens her petals to us…

And welcomes us home.

Carlos Castaneda

Transformational Truth 5

We may liken truth to a mountain, and the various interpretations of that truth to different paths leading up to the summit. Many people are traveling along all of these paths and every one, while he is at the bottom, thinks his path is the only one; he sees only a small part of the mountain, and may therefore be justified in crying to his brothers, “You are wrong! Come over to my path; this is the only one that leads to the top.” But as all these people progress upward, they will see that the paths converge at the top and that they are all one in the ultimate.

Max Heindel

Transformational Truth 6

Stop attributing names and shapes to the essentially nameless and formless, realize that every mode of perception is subjective, that what is seen or heard, touched or smelled, felt or thought, expected or imagined, is in the mind and not in reality, and you will experience peace and freedom from fear.

Nisargadatta Maharaj

Transformational Truth 7

Do not believe anything because it is said by an authority, or if it is said to come from angels, or from gods, or from an inspired source.

Believe it only if you have explored it in your own heart and mind and body and found it to be true.

Work out your own path, through diligence.

Gautama Buddha

Transformational Truth 8

Every man has his woman within him and every woman has her man within her. Only the meditator comes to know his whole being. Suddenly his inner woman and the inner man melt and merge into each other. That creates an orgasmic state in him. Now it is no more a momentary experience that comes and goes; it is something that continues, day in and day out, like the heart beating or breathing.

Transformational Truth 9

When you find the way

Others will find you

Passing by on the road

They will be drawn to your door

The way that cannot be heard

will be reflected in your voice

The way that cannot be seen

Will be reflected in your eyes

Lao Tzu

Transformational Truth 10

When we experience the pain of another person, we instinctively want to take away that pain. But by taking away the other person’s pain, we also take away his or her opportunity to grow. To be truly compassionate, we must be able to share another person’s suffering and pain — knowing there is nothing we can do to relieve it and that we are not responsible for it, and yet knowing and understanding what that pain feels like.

John Gray

Transformational Truth 11

How people see the world is often a reflection of how they see themselves. If they think that the world is just a cesspool of lies and deceit, then they themselves may be full of lies and deceit. Watch out for those people who are always telling you just how corrupt the rest of the world is. As the saying goes, “It takes one to know one.”

David J. Lieberman

Transformational Truth 12

Throw away holiness and wisdom, and people will be a hundred times happier.

Throw away morality and justice, and people will do the right thing.

Throw away industry and profit, and there won’t be any thieves.

If these three aren’t enough, just stay at the center of the circle and let all things take their course

Lao Tzu

Transformational Truth 13

Ego is a structure that is erected by a neurotic individual who is a member of a neurotic culture against the facts of the matter. And culture, which we put on like an overcoat, is the collectivized consensus about what sort of neurotic behaviors are acceptable.

Terence McKenna

Transformational Truth 14

Keep your thoughts positive, because your thoughts become your words.

Keep your words positive, because your words become your behaviors.

Keep your behaviors positive, because your behaviors become your habits.

Keep your habits positive, because your habits become your values.

Keep your values positive, because your values become your destiny.

Transformational Truth 15

All the forms of Life in the Universe may be looked upon as being manifestations of the One and Universal Principle of Life in various forms; the whole of the Cosmos, being a product of the Universal Mind, may be regarded as universal, absolute consciousness becoming relative in separate forms. The universal consciousness of the Universal Mind forms spiritual centres of consciousness in living beings, whereby each being may feel and know its surroundings; and as the kind of living beings expands, their consciousness and power of sensation and perception expand with it; for all their powers belong to the mind. and not to the body: the latter without the mind is merely a form without life.

Franz Hartmann

Transformational Truth 16

If we understood the power of our thoughts, we would guard them more closely. If we understood the awesome power of our words, we would prefer silence to almost anything negative. In our thoughts and words we create our own weaknesses and our own strengths.

Our limitations and joys begin in our hearts.

We can always replace negative with positive.Bettie Eadie

Transformational Truth 17

Since time without beginning, the nature of Awakened Mind and Emptiness has consisted of the same, absolute non-duality of no birth or death, no existence or non-existence, no purity or impurity, no movement or stillness, no young or old, no inside or outside, no shape and form, no sound and color. Neither striving nor searching, one should not use intellect to understand nor words to express Awakened Mind. One should not think that it is a place or things, name or form. One should not think that it is a place or things, name or form. Only then is it realized that all Buddhas, Bodhisattvas and sentient beings possess the same natural state of great Nirvana.

Huang Po

Transformational Truth 18

As human beings we all want to be happy and free from misery. We have learned that the key to happiness is inner peace. The greatest obstacles to inner peace are disturbing emotions such as anger and attachment, fear and suspicion, while love and compassion, a sense of universal responsibility are the sources of peace and happiness.

Dalai Lama

Transformational Truth 19

There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.

John Lennon

Transformational Truth 20

Greet everyone you meet with a warm smile, no matter how busy you are.

Don’t rush encounters with coworkers, family and friends.

Speak softly. Listen attentively.

Act as if every conversation you have is the most important thing on your mind today.

Look your children and your partner in the eyes when they talk to you.

Stroke the cat, caress the dog.

Lavish love on every living being you meet.

See how different you feel at the end of the day.

BUDDHA Amitabha Buddha, Nepal

Dear All

Shambhala is a sacred community, a sangha, a satsanga.

Satsanga means ‘sitting and listening in the Truth’ and Sangha means ‘community of Buddhas’.

Consider also the following. How would you communicate with your guru, enlightened teacher, soul guardian? With your God-Self? With criticism? Or with compassion and love? A deep devotion to wisdom, right? When we find fault with others we create obstacles for everyone around. For the one doing the criticism. For the one who is blamed. For those listening to the criticism.

Satsanga or Sangha is divine or spiritual community. What is said with compassion and love or devotion to wisdom to another is fruitful for everybody. Only when we are free of criticism and blame can we truly say we have entered satsanga. This is a hard practice requiring moment by moment awareness. We have to be alert and awake. Not reacting from old habit patterns. We are all at a crucial point where we can truly let go of the past and come to deep and loving communication with each other and our collective wisdom. It takes effort. Perseverance. And Love.

Sometimes we have to let go and begin anew.

Archangel Michael – Integrated Knowledge Becomes Wisdom – February 2016 Message – via Ronna Herman

AA Michael 22

Thanks to:  The Golden Light Channel

Beloved masters,

at the present time you may wonder why we are not relaying much new information to you, but are more or less repeating wisdom teachings of the past.  We have told you—through the many messengers of Light who have devoted much of their time and energy to bringing forth the wisdom teachings for your Ascension in consciousness—we have now given you the major, important teachings for this particular round of the Ascension process. We are focusing on past teachings—refining and upgrading them—for a reason. Repetition is one of the best ways to help you integrate and retain the higher frequency teachings of the future.

We understand that it is exciting and tantalizing to constantly receive new, radical and sensational information; however, we ask you, “Have you integrated and perfected all the teachings that have been given? Have you accomplished all of the goals necessary to competently and easily access and live in a Fifth-Dimensional environment?”

A limited number of advanced Souls have achieved that goal; however, the majority of you are still in various stages of completing the final, critical Rites of Passage that are needed to achieve entry into the Fifth Kingdom of God-consciousness. Patience and a willingness to allow the process to unfold in its own time are what is needed during this critical stage of higher consciousness integration.  Whether you are in an intense period of testing or growth, or whether you are in a “null zone,” or a time of “sanctuary and contemplation,” it is vastly important that you allow your OverSoul/Higher Self to orchestrate the tempo and timing of the final stages of the process.

Initiation is a great experiment with energy through the use of Will. It is a gradual understanding of the Higher Path of consciousness and an integration of cosmic wisdom. You are composed of energy units of varied frequencies. It is vital that you strive to control your emotional nature, and become selective in the energy forces that you draw to you and integrate. The energy field in which you live and move creates your reality in the material world.

As you and the Earth return to balance in the still point of perfected harmony, polarity consciousness will no longer be able to dance and weave between the Light and the shadows. There will be no need for conflict, separation or anything which will hinder you in perfecting your mastership and creating that which will bring peace, prosperity and great joy for all. It is surely being brought into your awareness that the Light is becoming more predominant in certain people and areas, as the shadow / negativity is becoming more pronounced and chaotic in other areas. This is because a separation is taking place, both within each of you and all around you. You must choose which path you will follow: the upward spiraling path of en-Lighten-ment or the downward spiral of continued chaos and limitation. Our mission is to assist you in making the highest choices. Are you ready to manifest, and prepared to live in the magic and majesty of the Fifth Dimensional environment that is awaiting you?

My brave ones, it is truly a cosmic dance you are in the midst of, and what we are endeavoring to do is to help you find the harmonic cadence and beat which will allow you to waltz, glide and surf on the crests of the New Age waves of change, and to modify the troughs or lows in-between.  Have we not told you many times before, this great drama you are in the midst of is not about Light/dark, good/evil, negative/positive, right/wrong, for there are many shades, interpretations and levels of truth within each of these concepts?  What you are seeking is the middle path or balance, which means bringing all Facets of your Being into harmony, one with another: the physical body, emotional body, mental body and etheric body, so that they resonate compatibly, and they compliment and strengthen each other.

Many of you are experiencing the cutting edge of creative existence as you rapidly move through the remaining distortions of your old reality into a more clearly defined life and viewpoint.  However, your emotional and mental awareness are still at odds and battling with the dichotomy of old and new thought forms/beliefs that are swirling around you. Symbolically, in one hand you are holding your justly earned higher vibrational awareness and wisdom as you test and validate your newly expanded senses, and you experience the many small and large miraculous manifestations that are occurring in your everyday life.  Yet, in the other hand, you are still trying to juggle the swirling mass of distorted thought forms prevalent in what we will call the common consciousness of humanity, which is in the throes of the remaining vestiges of the old Third/Fourth-Dimensional reality perpetuating fear, lack, separation and the deep-seated need to control and dominate others.

First you accomplish this in what could be seen as a horizontal fashion, whereby you reintegrate all the energetic facets of yourself you have created within your force/auric field. You focus within on each chakra/mind center and, through your enlightened intent, you gradually reprogram each of these centers, thereby replacing old dis-empowering vibrations with new master Memory Cells of Creator-consciousness.  As you do so, the refined energy from each center radiates outward and re-defines/harmonizes the attributes and qualities that pertain to that particular energy center.

As we have taught before, as you bring these energy centers into harmony, one-by-one, you gradually activate/open the Seven Seals of Higher Consciousness, which ignites the pillar of Light in your spinal column, which enables you to gain access to the more rarified vertical levels of consciousness known as your OverSoul /Higher Self, and eventually, your Sacred Triad.

Your Higher Mental Self is the discerning higher intelligence which monitors and regulates the Light infusions, and the gifts of Spirit that are allotted to you according to your level of spiritual awareness and your present needs. Special dispensations are also monitored and dispensed by your Holy Mental Self (your Spiritual Triad of Divine Will/Love/Intelligence), which is the intermediary between you and your God Seed Atom (I AM Presence).

Meditation helps to discipline the lower mind and the ego so that you can attune consciously to the musings of your higher mind. It takes patience and discipline to stop the mind chatter that is the norm for those closed off from their higher consciousness.  We encourage you to practice active and passive meditation.

A decree or affirmation is a prayer with power. It should be a concise, positive affirmation expressed with confidence, and the assurance that it will be manifested in the proper form at the appropriate time. If the affirmation is sent forth with loving intent for the greatest good, you are aligning your will with that of your Higher Self, and Universal Law will assure that your cocreator thoughts and aspirations will be combined with those of like mind.  Thus, they will be increased in strength and power. Silent meditation is listening for an answer from your Higher Self, your guardian angel or your Sacred Triad.

Those of you who are deep in the midst of this transformational process at this time are experiencing many conflicting patterns of thought, but you are learning to be an observer of the process and view your everyday drama of life from the higher vantage point of a master. You are experiencing fewer and less dramatic lows, and as you process these imbalanced energies, you are moving back into your center of power much more quickly.  However, it is a critical time of testing your ability to claim what is to be your highest truth and to maintain your balance as the waves of change ebb and flow.

As you become accustomed to observing your world from a loftier viewpoint, you will be able to see the energetic probable future time lines, which those around you are creating with their positive/negative thought forms and actions. You will intuitively see what is ahead of them if they continue on their present course–possibly not the particular details–but the uplifting or stressful results of their actions. Just as we cannot interfere or resolve your problems for you, you will not be able to intercede for those around you. What you can do is not get caught up in their negative dramas, and you can serve best by being an unwavering example and staying firmly in the power of your heart center, each and every moment, no matter what occurs in the world around you.

You must learn to focus on your inner world or the Sanctuary of the Soul. The Soul, the physical vessel, and particularly the mind have their own rhythmic cycles and agendas. The Soul’s desire is focused on becoming en-Lighten-ed. The mind is focused on attaining and retaining information. The physical body is focused on experiencing via the senses.  Humanity is constantly experiencing cycles of growth, stagnation and decay, which makes way for a new cycle of growth and expansion.  The master turns inward and strives for an enhanced quality of life, while unawakened Souls seek outwardly for stimulus and gratification via pleasurable, physical sensation and material possessions. Love as an external focus, exterior to you, will always bring a sense of vulnerability, always needing constant validation by someone or something.  Love, as an internal focus projected outward, is a constant flow of self-assurance, of self-acceptance, always striving to incorporate and project more of this blissful feeling of unity and harmony with all Creation.

It is an exhilarating time to be in the physical vessel, and yet, your physical vessel is struggling to keep up with the ever-increasing frequencies that you have available and are integrating moment-by-moment, and day-by-day. Many of you who have not suffered colds, the flu or intestinal disturbances for many years are now experiencing these debilitating symptoms, and some of you ask, “What am I doing wrong?” You are not doing anything wrong, my brave friends—it is what you are doing right that is causing these uncomfortable bouts of bodily distress. This is a good example of old limiting thought forms: you see any of these symptoms or any illness as bad or unhealthy, and that you are being punished or did something wrong for this to happen to you.  Of course, we do not know this first-hand, but we do see and sense your distress, and we acknowledge the fact that these occurrences are not pleasant for the physical body.

We wish to give you another facet of truth to ponder on.  Again, many of you who are deeply submerged in the transformation/Ascension process are experiencing these uncomfortable symptoms as a way to quickly transmute the old negative energies within your physical vessel. You could call it a transmutation or baptism by fire, a burning/releasing of old frequency patterns to allow the higher, more refined crystalline cells of consciousness to infiltrate and take dominion within.  Not all viruses are bad, nor are all the uncomfortable symptoms you are experiencing.  See them as a means to an end and serving a higher purpose.

No one is immune to these deeply penetrating energy patterns.  No matter where a person stands on the ladder of Ascension, each and every one will experience the effects of the upward spiraling frequencies of Light. As you can see, many in the world have moved more deeply into separation and fear and are rigidly affirming that their way/truth is the only right/acceptable way. And, herein comes one of the greatest tests for you who claim harmony and a peaceful coexistence for ALL as your reality. These things, too, will pass, beloveds.

We ask you to nurture yourselves, to pay attention as never before to your physical vessels and the signals or messages your wise body Elemental projects to you.  How will you enjoy the beautiful world of love, joy and abundance you are creating if your precious physical vessel is not vibrant and healthy?

Once you attain the status of a Soul-infused Spiritual/human, your intellectual abilities, efficiency, and practicality will assist you to make astounding progress. You have the tools and inward talents to achieve anything you desire in this lifetime and beyond, beloveds.  Remember, when you have aligned with your current highest destiny for the greatest good of all, you will access and radiate out into the world the Creator Particles of Love/ Light /Life.  We are here to assist you in every way possible to attain spiritual illumination, and we radiate to you a beam of Eternal love.   I AM Archangel Michael.

Archangel Gabriel via Marlene Swetlishoff – The Quality of Wisdom – 10-23-15

Angel of Light - gabriel - marleneArchangel Gabriel  via  Marlene Swetlishoff   –   The Quality of Wisdom   –   10-23-15

Beloved Ones,

I want to have discourse on the quality of love known as wisdom.

In its essence, wisdom is the truth of the divine. It rises from within one’s inner guidance clearly, purely and simply as a knowing that something is absolutely true for them.

One’s inner guidance is always speaking to them and one exercises the quality of wisdom when they attune and listen to its quiet voice. In this way, they are guided to navigate the river of their live with divine intelligence.

Following one’s inner wisdom fills an individual with a sense of love for self and others. Wisdom is an undeniable knowing that a course of action is the wise choice to take and that one will be given all the guidance they need to do exactly the right thing.

When they trust their higher wisdom and inner guidance doing what feels good, they feel at peace within their heart knowing they are always led in the right direction. When they allow this inner wisdom to be heard, their life unfolds in mysterious and wonderful ways. It is a surrendering of personal wants and desires to the universal flow of life, the loving intelligence that is greater than anything one’s mind could conceive.

A mind that is united with inner wisdom becomes more proficient at fulfilling one’s deepest and most authentic desires. When one commits to discovering self with a sense of awe, curiosity and passion, they connect to a deep happiness that is unshakable by chaos, criticism, or current circumstance. Inner wisdom is the ability to access the language of the heart, the language of love and the language of feelings. It is a heartwarming sensory experience.

In order to hear one’s inner voice of higher wisdom, one needs to be mentally relaxed, physically and consciously aware and emotionally open to receive the guidance that comes forth. When one employs this inner wisdom to investigate their feelings, they become clear about what is currently happening in their life.

With this higher level of conscious awareness, they have the freedom to choose, knowing their feelings are providing important information about any given situation that is before them. When they allow their life to flow along with their inner wisdom, they feel happy in their heart. When they try to force things to go in a certain direction, it does not feel good to them, they lose their rhythm.

As they allow their life to unfold, each step they take gives them feedback with the answers that they need to set them back on track. They come to realize their body is their secret messenger that gives them clues which their inner wisdom is providing. It is important for each individual to become aware of how that occurs. They must be willing to act on it, to trust that it is taking them to the next step on their journey and is the right one for them.

As an individual is willing to meet everything that is arising in their experience by exploring it, their true direction in any given situation will become clear. Bringing compassion for self into this exploration is essential. As one surrenders to stepping into the unknown, they are allowing the flow of guidance of their higher wisdom. When they turn deep within and ask their inner guidance to help make the right choices, they are never led astray.

The more one listens, the easier it becomes to discern the correct answer when needed. One realizes that being an astute listener of their loving higher wisdom makes for a blessed life. When they follow their truth, they are allowing themselves to let their inner wisdom guide them rather than listening to their own personal desires. Their life is far more peaceful, centred, loving and gentle when they develop their inner listening skills. When they make a choice and do their best, every life situation offers the learning and growth that they need.

As each person aligns to and listens to their loving higher wisdom, their minds and hearts are filled with creative expression, new ideas and promptings that come from a place of fullness, a place of love and fulfillment. They know innately that they are aligned with a consciousness that speaks only truth and is characterized by feelings of trust and love, humbleness and gratitude, compassion and mercy, peace and harmony, and tolerance and forgiveness.

The more one identifies and aligns with their higher wisdom and consciousness, the greater their spiritual power becomes and things start to manifest in their lives through amazing synchronicities. The answers they receive make sense to them on more than one level because truth reveals itself on all levels. They come to realize that the power inside them is the same power that creates worlds and that part of their life purpose is to learn how to utilize this power to create the peaceful world they want. This has a wonderful positive effect on their life!

May your connection to your inner wisdom prompt you always to listen to your heart.  It is the creativeness of the universe speaking through you. It is a valuable guidance from deep within.

15 Wise Quotes from Osho – by Wrs Annac – 10-8-15

Osho. Credit:

By Wes Annac, Culture of Awareness

Osho is one of many revolutionary spiritual figures who encourages people to free themselves from the prison they’ve created in their minds, which is easier to escape than they think.

He’s reminded people that the greatest fulfillment comes with the joy of simply being, and instead of constantly falling prey to the mind, we should stop, become still and silent, and observe it. We’ll grow closer with true peace if we do this often, and meditation could eventually become a huge part of our life. We might wonder how we lived without it, and we’ll never know what the present moment has for us if we don’t slow down and explore it.

Our existence is enough, and we don’t have to prove our worthiness to the world with big, impressive achievements. We need only to relax into the silence and stillness of the inner self to understand our true worth, and then, we can use that understanding to get the most out of life and help others awaken to the presence of their higher consciousness.

I’d recommend checking out more from Osho if you like the quotes listed here. While the greatest teacher lives within, it helps to receive guidance from other wise sources so we can relax into the personal changes that align us with a more present and enlightened state of being.

15 wise quotes from Osho:

1. “Be — don’t try to become”

2. “If you love a flower, don’t pick it up. Because if you pick it up it dies and it ceases to be what you love. So if you love a flower, let it be. Love is not about possession. Love is about appreciation.”

3. “Experience life in all possible ways — good-bad, bitter-sweet, dark-light, summer-winter. Experience all the dualities. Don’t be afraid of experience, because the more experience you have, the more mature you become.”

4. “Sadness gives depth. Happiness gives height. Sadness gives roots. Happiness gives branches. Happiness is like a tree going into the sky, and sadness is like the roots going down into the womb of the earth. Both are needed, and the higher a tree goes, the deeper it goes, simultaneously. The bigger the tree, the bigger will be its roots. In fact, it is always in proportion. That’s its balance.”

5. “To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to it.”

6. “Listen to your being. It is continuously giving you hints; it is a still, small voice. It does not shout at you, that is true. And if you are a little silent you will start feeling your way. Be the person you are. Never try to be another, and you will become mature. Maturity is accepting the responsibility of being oneself, whatsoever the cost. Risking all to be oneself, that’s what maturity is all about.”

7. “Be realistic: Plan for a miracle”

8. “Life begins where fear ends.”

9. “Drop the idea of becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You cannot be improved. You have only to come to it, to know it, to realize it.”

10. “One thing: you have to walk, and create the way by your walking; you will not find a ready-made path. It is not so cheap, to reach to the ultimate realization of truth. You will have to create the path by walking yourself; the path is not ready-made, lying there and waiting for you. It is just like the sky: the birds fly, but they don’t leave any footprints. You cannot follow them; there are no footprints left behind.”

11. “I’m simply saying that there is a way to be sane. I’m saying that you can get rid of all this insanity created by the past in you. Just by being a simple witness of your thought processes. It is simply sitting silently, witnessing the thoughts, passing before you. Just witnessing, not interfering not even judging, because the moment you judge you have lost the pure witness.

“The moment you say ‘this is good, this is bad,’ you have already jumped onto the thought process. It takes a little time to create a gap between the witness and the mind. Once the gap is there, you are in for a great surprise, that you are not the mind, that you are the witness, a watcher. And this process of watching is the very alchemy of real religion. Because as you become more and more deeply rooted in witnessing, thoughts start disappearing.

“You are, but the mind is utterly empty. That’s the moment of enlightenment. That is the moment that you become for the first time an unconditioned, sane, really free human being.”

12. “Each person comes into this world with a specific destiny–he has something to fulfill, some message has to be delivered, some work has to be completed. You are not here accidentally–you are here meaningfully. There is a purpose behind you. The whole intends to do something through you.”

13. “You feel good, you feel bad, and these feelings are bubbling from your own unconsciousness, from your own past. Nobody is responsible except you. Nobody can make you angry, and nobody can make you happy.”

14. “Intelligence is dangerous. Intelligence means you will start thinking on your own; you will start looking around on your own. You will not believe in the scriptures; you will believe only in your own experience.”

15. “I love this world because it is imperfect. It is imperfect, and that’s why it is growing; if it was perfect it would have been dead. Growth is possible only if there is imperfection. I would like you to remember again and again, I am imperfect, the whole universe is imperfect, and to love this imperfection, to rejoice in this imperfection is my whole message.”

Higher Perspective – 30 Incredible Pieces Of Wisdom From Nikola Tesla – 9-22-15

From Higher Perspective, September 18, 2015

Found at:

Nikola Tesla is often called the man who invented the 20th century, and there are lots of good reasons for that. And yet he’s still not nearly as famous as some of his contemporaries, like Marie Curie and Albert Einstein.

Nikola Tesla was a Serbian American inventor, engineer, physicist, and futurist who is most well known for his design of the modern alternating current electric supply system.

He emigrated to the United States in 1884 to work with Thomas Edison in New York City, but with financial backers, he was able to set out on his own.

In the end, he dies alone in room 3327 of the New Yorker Hotel. He died of a coronary thrombosis and his work covered up for decades. Recently, there has been an awakening in interest in his life. These are some of his quotes that we think will help challenge your ideas about science and the world at large.

1. Let the future tell the truth, and evaluate each one according to his work and accomplishments. The present is theirs; the future, for which I have really worked, is mine. – A Visit to Nikola Tesla, by Dragislav L. Petkoviæ in Politika (April 1927)

2. The last 29 days of the month are the toughest! – My Inventions, in Electrical Experimenter magazine (1919)

3. Fights between individuals, as well as governments and nations, invariably result from misunderstandings in the broadest interpretation of this term. Misunderstandings are always caused by the inability of appreciating one another’s point of view. – The Transmission of Electrical Energy Without Wires as a Means for Furthering Peace, in Electrical World and Engineer (January 7, 1905)

4. Peace can only come as a natural consequence of universal enlightenment. – My Inventions, in Electrical Experimenter magazine (1919)

5. The scientific man does not aim at an immediate result. He does not expect that his advanced ideas will be readily taken up. His work is like that of the planter — for the future. His duty is to lay the foundation for those who are to come, and point the way. He lives and labors and hopes. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy (The Century Magazine, June, 1900)

6. Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic! If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic — and this we know it is, for certain — then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature. – Experiments With Alternate Currents Of High Potential And High Frequency (February 1892)

7. Every living being is an engine geared to the wheelwork of the universe. Though seemingly affected only by its immediate surrounding, the sphere of external influence extends to infinite distance. – (Did the War Cause the Italian Earthquake) New York American, February 7, 1915

8. This planet, with all its appalling immensity, is to electric currents virtually no more than a small metal ball.  The Transmission of Electrical Energy Without Wires (Electrical World & Engineer, March 5, 1904)

9. Though free to think and act, we are held together, like the stars in the firmament, with ties inseparable. These ties cannot be seen, but we can feel them. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy in Century Illustrated Magazine (June 1900)

10. In the twenty-first century, the robot will take the place which slave labor occupied in ancient civilization. – A Machine to End War, Liberty, February, 1937

11. The spread of civilization may be likened to a fire; first, a feeble spark, next a flickering flame, then a mighty blaze, ever increasing in speed and power. – What Science May Achieve This Year, Denver Rocky Mountain News, January 16th, 1910

12. Our senses enable us to perceive only a minute portion of the outside world. – The Transmission of Electrical Energy Without Wires as a Means for Furthering Peace in Electrical World and Engineer (January 7, 1905)

13. Our virtues and our failings are inseparable, like force and matter. When they separate, man is no more. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy, in Century Illustrated Magazine (June 1900)

14. I don’t care that they stole my idea… I care that they don’t have any of their own.

15. Money does not represent such a value as men have placed upon it. All my money has been invested into experiments with which I have made new discoveries enabling mankind to have a little easier life.  A Visit to Nikola Tesla, by Dragislav L. Petkoviæ in Politika (April 1927)

16. Of all the frictional resistances, the one that most retards human movement is ignorance, what Buddha called ‘the greatest evil in the world’. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy, in Century Illustrated Magazine (June 1900)

17. Instinct is something which transcends knowledge. We have, undoubtedly, certain finer fibers that enable us to perceive truths when logical deduction, or any other willful effort of the brain, is futile. – My Inventions, in Electrical Experimenter magazine (1919)

18. It is paradoxical, yet true, to say, that the more we know, the more ignorant we become in the absolute sense, for it is only through enlightenment that we become conscious of our limitations. Precisely one of the most gratifying results of intellectual evolution is the continuous opening up of new and greater prospects. – The Wonder World To Be Created By Electricity, Manufacturer’s Record, September 9, 1915

19. The individual is ephemeral, races and nations come and pass away, but man remains. Therein lies the profound difference between the individual and the whole. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy, in Century Illustrated Magazine (June 1900)

20. Invention is the most important product of man’s creative brain. The ultimate purpose is the complete mastery of mind over the material world, the harnessing of human nature to human needs. – My Inventions, in Electrical Experimenter magazine (1919)

21. The progressive development of man is vitally dependent on invention. – My Inventions, in Electrical Experimenter magazine (1919)

22. Be alone, that is the secret of invention; be alone, that is when ideas are born. – American Genesis: A Century of Invention and Technological Enthusiasm, 1870-1970 by Thomas P. Hughes (2004)

23. Life is and will ever remain an equation incapable of solution, but it contains certain known factors. – A Machine to End War, Liberty, February, 1937

24. The desire that guides me in all I do is the desire to harness the forces of nature to the service of mankind. – Radio Power Will Revolutionize the World (Modern Mechanix & Inventions, July, 1934)

26. The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.

27. I do not think there is any thrill that can go through the human heart like that felt by the inventor as he sees some creation of the brain unfolding to success… such emotions make a man forget food, sleep, friends, love, everything. – In Cleveland Moffitt, “A Talk With Tesla”, Atlanta Constitution (7 Jun 1896)

28. Today’s scientists have substituted mathematics for experiments, and they wander off through equation after equation, and eventually build a structure which has no relation to reality. – Radio Power Will Revolutionize the World in Modern Mechanics and Inventions (July 1934)

29. Three possible solutions of the great problem of increasing human energy are answered by the three words: food, peace, work. – The Problem of Increasing Human Energy, in Century Illustrated Magazine (June 1900)

30. If you only knew the magnificence of the 3, 6 and 9, then you would have the key to the universe.Unknown

REPOST – Matt Valentine – 12 Pieces Of Buddhist Wisdom That Will Transform Your Life – 3-6-15 Matt Valentine, Thanks to The Mind Unleashed.

1. Live with compassion

Compassion is one of the most revered qualities in Buddhism and great compassion is a sign of a highly realized human being.

Compassion doesn’t just help the world at large, and it isn’t just about the fact that it’s the right thing to do. Compassion, and seeking to understand those around you, can transform your life for a number of reasons.

First, self-compassion is altogether critical towards finding peace within yourself. By learning to forgive yourself and accepting that you’re human you can heal deep wounds bring yourself back from difficult challenges.

Next, we can often be tortured because of the fact that we don’t completely understand why people do certain things.

Compassion is understanding the basic goodness in all people and then seeking to discover that basic goodness in specific people. Because of this, it helps you from going through the often mental torture we experience because we don’t understand the actions of others.

But even more than that, expressing compassion is the very act of connecting wholeheartedly with others, and simply connecting in this way can be a great source of joy for us.

The reasons for practicing compassion are numerous and powerful. Seek to live in a way that you treat everyone you meet as you would yourself. Once you begin trying to do this, it will seem altogether impossible. But keep at it, and you’ll realize the full power of living with compassion.

2. Connect with others and nurture those connections

In Buddhism, a community of practitioners is called a “sangha”. A sangha is a community of monks, nuns, laymen, and laywomen who practice together in peace towards the united “goal” of realizing greater awakening, not only for themselves but for all beings.

The sangha is a principle which much of the world can greatly benefit from. People come together in groups all the time, but it’s usually for the purpose of creating monetary riches or obtaining substantial power and rarely towards the united goal o1f attaining peace, happiness, and realizing greater wisdom.

The principle of the sangha can be expressed in your own life in many ways. The sangha is ultimately just one way of looking at life, through the lens of the individual “expressions” of the totality.

By living in a way that you’re fully aware of the power of connecting with others, whether it’s one person or a group of 100, and seeking to nurture those relationships in the appropriate way, you can transform your life in ways that will pay dividends for years to come.

3. Wake up

One of the most powerful points on this list, the power of simply living in a way that you’re fully awake to every moment of your life pretty much couldn’t be exaggerated even if I tried.

Mindfulness, greater awareness, paying attention, whatever you want to call it- it changes every facet of your life and in every way. It’s as simple as that.

Strive to live fully awake to each moment of your daily life and overcome your greatest personal struggles, find a great sense of peace and joy, and realize the greatest lessons life can teach you as a result of living fully awake to the present moment.1

4. Live deeply

To live deeply, in a way that you become keenly aware of the precious nature of life, is to begin down the path of true peace and happiness.

Why? Because to live in this way is to gradually become aware of the true nature of the world. This will happen essentially in “sections” of the whole, such as realizing your interconnectedness (you begin to see how everything is connected to everything else) and impermanence (you begin to see how everything is ever-changing, constantly dying only to be reborn in another form).

These realizations are the bread and butter of Buddhism and all spiritual practice. These “sections of the whole” are fragments of the ultimate realization, ways for us to understand that which can’t be fully understood in the traditional sense.

By living in a way that you seek to realize these various “qualities of the ultimate” you find greater and greater peace in realizing the natural way of things. This cultivates in us the ability to savor every moment of life, to find peace in even the most mundane activities, as well as the ability to transform your typically “negative” experiences into something altogether nourishing and healing.

5. Change yourself, change the world

Buddhists understand that you can hardly help another before you help yourself. But this isn’t referring to you gaining power or riches before you can help others, or living in a way that you ignore others.

This is mostly referring to the fact that because we’re all interconnected, by you helping yourself you create an exponentially positive effect on the rest of the world.

If you want to make an impact on the world, don’t falsely convince yourself that it’s “you or them”. You don’t need to drag yourself through the mud to help those around you. If you do this, you’ll greatly hamper your ability to create a positive impact.

At the deepest level of understanding, by making it about you you’re also making it about them because you know there’s no separating “you” and “them”.

Take care of yourself and seek to be more than just a help, but an example of how to live for others to follow and you’llcreate waves of exponential possibility that inspires others to do the same.

6. Embrace death

Death is an often taboo topic in Western society. We do everything we can to not only avoid the subject, but pretend that it doesn’t even exist.

The reality is, this is really unfortunate and in no way helps us lead better lives. Becoming keenly aware of your ownimpermanence and deeply understanding the nature of death with regards to our interconnectedness are both things which can help us find great peace.

In Buddhism, students in many sects at one point or another “meditate on the corpse” as it were (a practice which is said to have originated at least as far back as the Buddha’s lifetime).

This is literally what it sounds like. They meditate on the image of a corpse slowing decomposing and imagine that process through to its end, eventually resulting in a deep and profound realization on the true nature of death.

That might sound a little intense to you, but the truth is, if you live you’re entire life acting as if you’re never going to die or ignoring your own impermanence then you won’t ever be able to find true peace within yourself.

You don’t necessarily have to meditate on the image of a corpse, but simply opening up to yourself about death so that you’re no longer shielding it from your mind (which you’re likely doing unconsciously, as that’s how most of us were brought up in the West) can begin to be a great source of peace and help you appreciate the many joys in your everyday life.

A true appreciation for life can never be fully realized until you come face-to-face with your own impermanence. But once you do this, the world opens up in a new and profound way.

7. Your food is (very) special

Buddhist meditative practice, particularly mindfulness and contemplation, helps you realize the precious nature of the food in front of you. Indeed, with how integral a part food plays in our lives, to transform our relationship with food is to transform a key aspect of our entire lives, both now and in the future.

By contemplating on the food in front of us, for example, we can come to realize the vast system of interconnectedness that is our life, and how our food coming to be on our dinner plate as it is depended on numerous elements coming to be.

This helps us to deepen our relationship with food, cultivate a deep sense of gratitude before each meal, and learn to respect the delicate but ever-pressing balance that is life.

8. Understand the nature of giving

Giving is more than the act of giving Christmas and Birthday gifts, it’s also about those gifts which we give each and every day which we don’t typically see as gifts at all.

Buddhists hold a very deep understanding of the nature of giving, particularly in that life is a constant play between the act of giving and receiving. This doesn’t just help us find peace in understanding the way of the world around us, but helps us realize the amazing gifts we all have within us that we can give others in every moment, such as our love, compassion, and presence.

9. Work to disarm the ego

The easiest way to sum up all “spiritual” practice is this: spirituality is the act of coming in touch with the ultimate reality or the ground of being, and as a result spiritual practice is the act of overcoming those obstacles which keep us from realizing that.

The primary obstacle in our way? The ego.

To put it short and sweet, the reason the ego is the major obstacle in spiritual practice, or simply the practice of finding true peace and happiness (whatever you choose to call it, it’s all the same), is because it’s very function is to pull you away from the ground of your being by convincing you that you’re this separate self.

The process of unraveling the ego can take time, as it’s something which has been with us, intertwined with us, for years. But it’s infinitely rewarding and altogether necessary if we want to realize our best life.

10. Remove the 3 poisons

Life is filled with vices, things which attempt to bind us to unwholesome ways of living and therefore do the very opposite of cultivate peace, joy, and greater realization in our lives. Among these, the 3 poisons are some of the most powerful. The 3 poisons are:

  1. Greed
  2. Hatred
  3. Delusion

Together, these 3 poisons are responsible for the majority of the pain and suffering we experience as a collective species. It’s perfectly normal to be affected by each of these poisons throughout your life, so don’t knock yourself for falling for them.

Instead, simply accept that they’re something you’re experiencing and begin working to remove them from your life. This can take time, but it’s a key aspect on the path towards realizing true peace and happiness.

11. Right livelihood

We should all strive to work and make our living in a way that’s more “conscious” or aware. This generally means not selling harmful items such as guns, drugs, and services that harm other people, but it goes deeper than that.

There’s ultimately two aspects to this: making a living by doing something which doesn’t inhibit your own ability to realize peace and making a living doing something which doesn’t inhibit others ability to realize peace.

Facing this can lead to some interesting situations for some people, and as Thich Nhat Hanh has mentioned this is a collective effort as opposed to a solely personal one (the butcher isn’t a butcher only because he decided to be, but because there is a demand from people for meat to be neatly packaged and made available for them to be purchased from supermarkets), but you should strive to do your best.

Following the teaching on right livelihood can help you realize the harmful effect that your own work is having on you and therefore coming up with a solution can result in a largely positive shift in your life as a whole. Only you can decide if a change needs to happen though.

Whatever the case, seek to make a living doing something that promotes the peace and happiness of yourself and those around you as much as possible.

12. Realize non-attachment

This is a difficult point to put into so few words, but a profound one I felt would be greatly beneficial to mention nonetheless.

To realize non-attachment in a Buddhist sense doesn’t mean to abandon your friends and family and live alone for the rest of your life, never truly living again just so that you don’t become attached to these desires.

Non-attachment refers to living in a way that you exist in the natural flow of life and generally living a typical modern life, building a family, working, etc., while simultaneously not being attached to any of these things. It simply means to live in a way that you’ve become aware of and accepted the impermanence of all things in this life and live in a way that you’re ever-aware of this fact.

It’s perfectly normal for a Zen student in Japan, once having completed his training, to actually de-robe and go “back into the world” so to speak. This is because, once they’ve reached this level of realization, they see the beauty in all things and are compelled to live fully absorbed in all the beauty and wonders of this life. From this point on, they can truly “live life to the fullest”, while not clinging to any of these things.

Keep in mind, this doesn’t mean that you stop feeling emotions. On the contrary, these emotions are welcomed and expected, and fully experienced with mindfulness in the moment of their impact. But this is simply the natural course of things.

Once these emotions subside though, and when we have no mental formations or obstructions to block our path, a natural healing process takes place that heals the wound and allows us to continue on living in peace and joy instead of dragging us down into darkness.

Bernhard Guenther – Intuition and the Wisdom of the Body – 6-25-15

Bernhard-Guenther-300x300Bernhard Guenther

How do we learn to trust ourselves? How do we learn to connect with our intuition and inner knowing? How do we separate projections or wishful thinking from genuine intuition and inner knowing? How do we connect to our own unique purpose?

The key lies in reconnecting to the energetic and cellular matrices of the body. We are already disconnected from nature and Her cycles, and have been for thousands of years.

In this day and age, technology and computerization have disconnected us even more from our own bodies as well. Many people are now merely “walking brains”. They’re successful in matrix terms, but – having lost body sensitivity, inner guidance and connection to “spirit” – they’ve become mere cogs in a giant machine, without even realizing it.

Observe our current collective living conditions: most of us live in crowded cities, bombarded with EMF pollution and affected by the vibration/frequencies which others emit in close proximity to us (in far more ways and patterns than we could ever imagine).

For empaths and very sensitive people, these environments can be extremely overwhelming, as such individuals feel what others feel – especially subtle levels of pain and suffering which non-empaths are not even aware of, due to such emotions being hidden behind a social buffer, built up over years of armoring tactics; because being sensitive and vulnerable is seen as “weak” within our society, driven as it is by a cultural addiction to material success and governed by a ‘dog-eat-dog’ attitude.

Spending Time in Nature

Under such circumstances, it can become confusing to identify what it is that we are truly feeling at any given time – is this reaction coming from me or the other person? That’s been my struggle for nearly my entire life. It was not until I moved into nature, surrounded by trees and wildlife – a place where I don’t even have cell phone reception – that I was able to become (literally and energetically) more grounded.

I now see more and more people drawn to living in nature/more natural areas. That’s an instinctual reaction for people who are sensitive to the energetic cosmic changes taking place in the here and now. However, not everyone is in a position to just move back to nature, especially in cases of family and job situations. But it is still possible to spend more time in nature: going on hikes, camping, canoe trips, or merely getting away from the overwhelming city frequencies for an afternoon.

However, most importantly, it is about getting into our bodies, and by that I don’t just mean exercising (i.e., going to the gym, lifting weights, running, cycling, or going to a yoga class to get a tight butt).

It’s all well and good to stay “fit”; however, in order to access the body’s wisdom; to plug into our intuition/inner knowing; and to become more sensitive to nature’s signs and messages (which are always trying to speak to us), it requires a commitment to engage in more conscious movement exercises, where the focus is “inside”.

Such activities allow us to become deeply aware of the more subtle bodily sensations we possess, and to re-establish a connection with the energy body which lies beyond our physical body.

Qi Gong, yoga, bodywork and dance are great practices to get into the body in a more conscious way. Having practiced yoga for 17 years and Qi Gong for 10 years, I can hardly put into words how effective these disciplines are – the key is to do them on a consistent basis.

It is, of course, important to learn the basics from a teacher and go to classes; however, at some point (as you learn more about your own unique body-mind make-up and listen to the clues your body is giving you) you can step into your own space and create your own practice at home.

“There is a wisdom in the body, a wisdom in feeling, that when accessed and allowed to operate in conjunction with our cognitive capacities, leads to a deeper, wiser, more integrated life. So we need to get back to the body, which involves much more than just dropping it off at yoga classes or fitness facilities or medical offices. We can get our body more flexible, more fit, and more powerful, and we can load it up with the finest supplements and organic fare, and still be out of touch with it.

“Getting back to the body means doing whatever is needed to cut through our disembodied experience, which in part means a journey into and through the very pain that first drove us to dissociate from our body. In permitting a fuller, saner embodiment of our essential nature, we make possible a deeper life for ourselves, a life in which we cannot help but breathe integrity into our stride, and develop a deep intimacy with all that we are.” – Robert Augustus Masters

Yoga and Qi Gong

There are many different forms of yoga and Qi Gong, and as a result it can be easy to get lost in the traditions and dogma of these practices. There is no need to mystify them, nor do I even see these practices as “spiritual”. After all these years, I still don’t know the Sanskrit names of most yoga poses, or the traditional names for the many Qi Gong sequences.

At this point in my journey, I let my body be the guide and just feel my way into it. I also feel it’s not necessary to do a 90 minute class all of the time. Even doing 20 minutes every day is more effective than going to a class once or twice a week. But it takes practice, commitment and patience.

Once you are more connected to your body, you will know what kinds of practices, poses or movements are best for you. Usually, they are the ones you resist doing the most. It’s also not about being flexible, nor does being flexible mean that you are a great yogi. If that were the case, any Cirque Du Soleil acrobat would be an “enlightened” being. Rather, it’s about finding your own edge and limitations, and working with these challenges without judgment or comparing yourself to others.

It’s also not necessary to perform (or know) hundreds of different poses/movements. As Bruce Lee said, in reference to the martial arts: “I’m not afraid of the one who knows 1,000 different moves, but of the one who has practiced one move a thousand times”. My Qi Gong practice has remained the same (more or less) for the past 10 years.

The more I repeat it, the deeper I’m able to go into meditative states – to the point where I sense my energy body more keenly than my physical body. It has become so integrated into my life that I don’t even have to discipline myself to do it every morning. It has become a part of my life, like eating breakfast. It sustains me, and I feel it is needed for my well-being – it’s as simple as that.

Massage and Bodywork

Bodywork (modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Esalen Massage, Rolfing, Thai Yoga, Sensory Repatterning, Polarity Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, etc.) is another very effective way to access the wisdom of our bodies. It is not just luxurious pampering, but a healing art that serves as preventive medicine. It has deep healing effects, helping us to get in communion with our bodies through the mirror of another’s educated touch.

We all need nurturing support from time to time, and there are occasions where a qualified bodyworker can help us in more ways than we can help ourselves – not only in relation to physical muscle tension, but also with regards to releasing stuck emotional blockages – including traumas most of us are not even aware of, because we have embedded them deep into our physical vessels via muscle armoring and tension patterning.

Looking at the entirety of existence, everything is made manifest through the ‘latticework’ of universal energy. Our muscles, tissue, organs and bones are carriers of energy and memory, all of which are interrelated and connected to one another. The body is a holistic organism, where nothing is isolated – everything affects us, both physically and energetically, on some level.

Any experience we have ever had – even things that happened to us in the past but were forgotten about or we weren’t even aware of – is still held in the body, be it grief, a broken relationship, emotional pain, everyday stress, childhood wounds, injuries and accidents, trauma, etc.. The body stores the experience and does not “forget” about it until the pattern is released through holistic treatment.

Stress, the most common symptom of modern life, affects the body tremendously, resulting in muscle cramping, bad posture and build up of tension “armor-ing”. Chronic tight muscles are a sign that they are constantly contracting – in other words, they are always working and never relaxed and at ease.

This state of hyper-activity alone constantly drains energy from the life force (sometimes referred to as “Qi” or “Chi”) to “keep one going”. It’s like driving a car with the hand brake on; energy can’t freely-flow, and the various areas of the body (muscles, organs, tissue, bones) aren’t getting enough “chi” or “prana” (life-force) to repair and regenerate themselves, resulting in entropy (breakdown/aging).

This can lead to negative emotions, tiredness, depression, mental sluggishness, irritation, illness, injuries and overall dis-ease. If the body keeps the stress inside itself instead of releasing it whilst simultaneously getting overloaded with more toxins (unhelpful life habits, poor diet, lack of exercise), the life force is simply not sufficient to keep the body in a healthy condition. The immune system then weakens, which can lead to sickness, injury, chronic pain or even seriously-life-threatening conditions like cancer.

Integrative bodywork heals from a holistic vantage point, and has the potential to be a transformative tool for anyone; it positively harmonizes the body, mind and spirit so as to help with the release of stagnant energy whilst revitalizing an individual’s whole being. Good bodywork practice is both preventive medicine and highly therapeutic, as it has the potential to go to “the root” and heal from a full-spectrum perspective, addressing the cause and not just the symptom. It’s about caring for your body and health, so that disease, injury or illness can’t manifest themselves in your ‘temple’.

In these times of global and cosmic change, healing ourselves is especially essential. Integrative bodywork helps to heal both the body/mind separation and the wounds we have accumulated over years (and lifetimes). Besides these deeper effects, receiving regular bodywork helps to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit ‘framework’, which will manifest in one’s life in positive ways on a daily basis. Individual sovereignty and global emancipation require a planetary population of healthy human beings.

Music and Dance

Another great way to get into your body, release stuck emotions, and get a good workout at the same time is expressive dance. Not necessarily any form of traditional dance or structured style, but simply free form – just letting your body move to the music and rhythm, and letting go of expectations. There is no wrong or right way to dance – there is only your unique expression.

Rhythm and music has deeper effects on our physiology than we could possibly comprehend (drumming is a great scientifically-proven healing practice as well). It can speak directly to our inner child, and address deeper emotions held in the body that are occasionally being triggered, depending on the style of music, frequencies and rhythm.

Personally, dancing helps me to purge deep-rooted anger and frustration (as well as melancholy and sadness) but it can also allow me to just express joy like a child or get in touch with my sensuality, and release emotions I could not possibly express through words.

5 Rhythms dance practice, founded by Gabrielle Roth, is an amazing free form dance healing art, exploring five basic rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. It draws from indigenous and world traditions using tenets of shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy. It also draws from Gestalt therapy, and transpersonal psychology.

Fundamental to the practice is the idea that everything is energy, and moves in waves, patterns and rhythms. Roth describes the practice as a soul journey, and says that by moving the body, releasing the heart, and freeing the mind, one can connect to the essence of the soul, the source of inspiration in which an individual has unlimited possibility and potential.

We can also just dance at home alone, putting on our favorite music (or any style that reflects how we feel – any energy we want to express or release) and literally move through our process. I like to dance when taking breaks from reading/writing as well; it’s healthy to get off the chair and re-inhabit the body.

Sometimes, after having done Qi Gong and meditation, I just put on some music and start to dance, getting even more deeply into what came up for me in the other practices; in the grip of sonic patterns, I fully embrace the sensations, and commit to how I feel… whatever else comes up, I let it all out, expressing it through my body (and sometimes voice) as I move to the sound and rhythm. I literally sweat it all out, and feel amazing afterwards – calm and grounded.

Yoga, Qi Gong, meditating/hiking in nature, bodywork, and dance have helped me over the years to get in touch with my body, emotions and essentially my intuition and inner knowing – the “treasures” of our physical vessel-that-we-are. There have been many times where I’ve received deeper insights and revelations during these practices, helping me to clear out the “interior junk” and thus to connect to my higher self, anchoring a more expanded frequency of love and compassion for myself and others.

We can also employ our head (via the vehicle of meditation) to reconnect to the “second brain” of our belly, the feminine seat of our conscious awareness, located in our pelvic floor; the place through which we embody and ‘absorb’ the sensory treasures of the world around us – Philip Shepherd describes a very basic (but highly effective) bridging practice in this interview:

These are simple ways and tools that can help us to access our intuition, get out of our heads and into our bodies, and open pathways for higher frequencies to anchor within our holographic mainframes, while at the same time initiate healing on a deeper, embodied level. There are many other movement therapies and practices which enable people to access the body-mind “bridge”. Choose what works and resonates with you on a personal level – what I share here is simply what works for me.

The more we develop body sensitivity (and listen to the clues our body is constantly giving us), the greater the degree to which we can also process negative emotions in a more efficient manner whilst simultaneously anchoring a higher frequency/vibration.

Most people have a hard time with working through crisis because they have built up a deep-seated emotional armor, and have become desensitized, disassociated or unconsciously repressed (with regards to what needs to be released). Modern life and technology – with people glued to their smart phones and computers – keeps them disconnected from their bodies, their intuition and their inner guidance system. So we need to make conscious efforts to disconnect from the outside world at times, and go inside to re-establish the connection with stillness.

WISDOM from SEMJASE, Plejaran – Billy Meier’s Mentor – 11-1-11
Description of Semjase:Semjase is 344 years old, 1.7 meters (5.5′) tall, and is a slender, young pretty woman with fair skin, sparkling blue eyes, and light blond hair. Her very long and somewhat forward-placed ear lobes form a special distinguishing feature. This is the only anatomical difference compared to our women on Terra (Earth). Due to her exceptional knowledge, which far exceeds the average of her home population, she has assumed the rank of Jschjsch, which means a half-queen of wisdom or half-goddess as they were called earlier on Earth (which you can read about, for example, in Greek legends). Having occupied herself with various matters on our planet before taking up contact with Billy Meier on January 28, 1975, she is by far the best oriented extraterrestrial concerning our situation on Earth. During the period from February 1965 until June of 1973, she stayed in the DAL universe with Asket’s people. After her return from the DAL universe to ERRA (Plejaren home planet) she came to Earth June 1973 and continued to carry out the task she has performed here earlier in a hidden station. The first contact with Billy occurred on January 28, 1975. In November of 1984 Semjase finally had to leave Earth for health reasons. Her field of work was exclusively restricted to the European area. She had no authorization whatsoever to bd in any matters of or establish any contact with any Plejaren work groups outside of Europe (neither in America or Asia), except on an occasional internet dialogues … You would be truly surprised as to how many people from other star systems live and work among you, and even more are on the internet lately … Here to help other star systems live and work among you, and even more are on the internet lately … Here to help you to grow your consciousness.

Wisdom from Semjase:

1. The human bears a spirit that does not die nor sleep during the deepest sleep; it records all thoughts and motions; it informs the human whether his thoughts are correct or false-if he has learned to pay attention.

2. Truth never changes.

3. All ascended masters were sent to Earth by us …

4. The spirit within the human is the bearer of the creative realm, and every human has his own (spirit).

5. It is incomprehensible that the human speaks of a heaven and of a kingdom of heaven within himself, rather than to merely say: Creation, truth, knowledge, wisdom, spirit, consciousness and existence.

6. A humans yearning lies in the joy that remains, for the imperishable life, the permanent peace, the spiritual and consciousness-related wealth that never fades and lasts forever.

7. Heaven and Earth will perish, but truth, knowledge, wisdom and spirit will never be changing [change?] or perish.

8. The spirit and the consciousness are on the look-out for what is perfect, for harmony, for peace, cognition and realization, for knowledge, wisdom, truth and beauty, for love and for the true BEING, all of which are of absolute duration.

9. All of these lead to what forms the spiritual kingdom of wisdom; all are existing within what is creative.

10. All of these are here in existence, as a genius of all ingenuity, as a melody of all melodies, as ability of all abilities, as the highest creative principle, as wonder of all wonders.

11. The human may create wondrous worlds in a dream, just as Creation consciously creates the worlds.

12. To the human, this capability arises from his consciousness, which is obtainable in existence within himself, in the same way that all wonders are available within himself.

13. He himself is the realm of heaven, the realm of what is creative.

14. Thats why the terrestrial philosophers of old spoke about the human as a microcosm within a macrocosm because everything that is included within the universe is included within the human.

15. The inner dimensions of the human are endless.

16. The image of Creation, the spirit within him–the existence that is without dimension–it bears all dimensions within itself and, at the same time, transcends all dimensions.

17. The spirit is the wonder of all wonders, and all power emerges from it.

18. A wonder means using the spirit force in perfection.

19. The human, however, places a wonder into something for which he lacks all possibilities of a logical explanation.

20. If a human is happy, his happiness comes from within, because happiness is a self-created state; never is happiness a location.

21. Joy comes forth from the humans inner part, created by spiritual poise.

22. Therefore, everything comes from within.

23. The things that, or humans who, seemingly form the cause of happiness, are only the external occasion to bring the happiness within the human expressing itself, if he has spiritually worked towards this.

24. But happiness is something that belongs to the inner being, and it is an unseparable characteristic of the spirits existence.

25. Endless happiness and endless power are included in this existence.

26. Outwardly, the human may be old, but this is only a passing matter.

27. Fifty years ago he wasnt, and in fifty years–when his body is dead–he will not be, because only the body may become old and infirm.

28. The spirit, however, remains forever young and suffers no symptoms of old age.

29. The old age, and also youth and infancy, and also sorrows, grief or problems, is something that passes, like it is the case with all external conditions and experiences of the world.

30. What is lasting is the existence of the spirit, truth, knowledge, wisdom, reality.

31. What matters is to recognize and build them, because they only make the human free.

32. If the human recognizes the existence of his spirit, the old age is not harmful to him any longer.

33. No sorrows, no suffering, no problem, no changes and no ups and downs of life and of the surroundings, of the environment and the world may still throw him into grief.

34. Wisdom is an elemental, tremendous power.

35. Wisdom is light.

36. And wherever a light shines, darkness and ignorance vanish.

37. But ignorance is the actual darkness, and it is overcome by the light of wisdom.

38. Wisdom is a characteristic of the existence of the spirit and the consciousness, and it bears within itself the qualities of happiness, truth, knowledge, balance, beauty, harmony and peace. 39. Wisdom is light.

40. However, wisdom is the characteristic of a human who has recognized the existence of his spirit and cooperates along with the spiritual laws.

41. Wisdom is using the spirit force.

42. Wisdom and spirit are two things that amount to one, in the same way as sunlight and the sun are two things.

43. The sunlight results from the heat of the sun, which she herself first has to generate through her processes.

44. Thus, there is also an all-creating existence in the universe that, on the strength of its force, creates forces that constantly and imperturbably follow and enliven the endless eons–as truth, knowledge and wisdom, (and) according to a given uniform guideline–along certain Creative laws.

45. This forceful existence, however, is Creation.

46. And therefore, there is only one existence that rules throughout the universe–only one Creation, only one truth, one knowledge and one wisdom–and that is synchronous and unchanging for all times.

47. The eternal truth is not subject to any variations and changes, and its laws must never be revised and adjusted to new times.

48. The spirit force is vital and dynamic, namely in such an amount as it embodies the wisdom within itself.

49. It is a sign of human weakness when religions and their false teachings are presented as instruments of what is creative, and when wisdom becomes unreal through this.

50. The human searches elsewhere for strength, freedom, joy and light, but not where they really may be found.

51. Wisdom is a distinguishing feature of Creation that, as a fragment, inhabits the human as spirit.

52. Therefore, the human shall increase his knowledgeable wisdom, and he will recognize Creation.

53. He shall increase his search for truth, and he shall know about the power of wisdom.

54. Cognition of the truth brings liberation from all restrictions. 55. It brings boundless knowledge and wisdom.

56. Wisdom is a powerful means to recognize the laws of Creation.

57. A human who is filled with love is also rich in wisdom, and a human who is rich in wisdom is also full of love.

58. However, the human cheats himself because he does not know love.

59. He interprets grasping feelings and sentiments as love, while, to him, real love remains strange and not understood.

60. A human is a human only if he has recognized truth, knowledge and wisdom, even if he never used the word Creation, because wisdom is also love in its best form.

61. Thus, the human always finds that enlightenment and recognition are knowledge and also wisdom and love, and where love rules, there rules wisdom, too.

62. Love and wisdom belong together, because Creation and Its laws are love and wisdom at the same time.

63. Where there is wisdom and knowledge, there is love and cognition, and where there is cognition and love, there is Creation.

64. Growth within love and wisdom teach the human to recognize Creation.

65. First, however, the human learns the truth, and thereby he will gain freedom and peace, a peace which is imperishable, a power without an end.

66. Wisdom and love both are two stimulating wings of the creative essence and character.

67. With wisdom and love, the human is master over all creation.

68. Wisdom and love increase his dedication for the fulfillment of the given creative-natural laws, because spirit and Creation are one.

69. The earth human speaks of love that he does not know.

70. He believes to know that his sentiments are love and, through this, he deceives himself.

71. Love cannot be clothed in words, because it is, just as luck, a state and not a place.

72. Love is imperishable, and nothing is able to change it into something else.

73. The path of the spirit force leads over cognition of truth, knowledge, wisdom and love.

74. The sense and function of the spiritual teachings are to spread truth, knowledge, wisdom and love.

75. If this fails it is not a help anymore but an evil cult which, through false teachings, enslaves the spirit and produces ignorance, as it is the case with the religions’ false teachings.

76. If it pursues the function of expanding the spiritual knowledge, then it is a powerful instrument of the creative order.

77. The spiritual teachings deal with the spreading of cognition, truth, knowledge, wisdom and love, with what is eternal, immortal, (and) imperishable, what overcomes death and spreads light, what embodies within itself the balance of wisdom and love, and they deal with the peace that surpasses all understanding.

78. Each human believes to know what is meant by peace, in the manner that he knows it according to human experience.

79. But to understand the wise peace of the endless existence, the spirit, the immortal Creation, surpasses his human understanding.

80. The reason for this is that he is a prisoner of religious false teachings and human-material things that withhold from him an understanding for inner experience.

81. The experience that forms the true key for true cognition and wisdom.

82. The kingdom of the spirit holds wonders over wonders.

83. The visible universe with which the human deals, is but a tiny spot within this wonderful, endless, spiritual intelligence of Creation.

84. Countless billion universes like this are held within the endless spiritual intelligence of Creation.

85. What is visible to the human’s physical eyes is but a tiny iota within endlessness.

86. What he cannot see with his eyes is immeasurable, inconceivable and unthinkable; it is confusing and unimaginable for his unspiritual human intelligence and (mental) capacity.

87. The entire universe which he sees is but one of many rooms and must be counted as myriads, because there are universes within universes, universes beyond universes, universes under universes, universes above universes and universes out of the universes within this ur-mighty, colossal and all-creative spiritual intelligence of the Creation’s existence.

88. And the human is connected with this mighty spirit, with these elemental powers of existence, Creation, spiritual intelligence, because a fragment of this spirit-intelligence Creation dwells within, and enlivens, the human as spirit.

89. Its (the spirit’s) power, its joy, its peace, its freedom, its wisdom, its knowledge and its ability are unimaginable for people that are spiritually ignorant, illogical; for critics and know-it-alls; for those dependent to religions; for degenerated ones and other persons that have been led astray.

90. And only a human who knows this truth and produces knowledge and wisdom and love from it, is a blessed human.

91. He knows the answer to the last questions of science, of philosophy, and also of the wondering human.

92. But in order to become such a blessed human it is required to search for and find the truth, to gain knowledge, wisdom and love from it, for the human is only able to spiritually grow in truth, knowledge, wisdom and love, whereby he will be freed from all human frailties.

93. The human is enlightened and fully freed only if he–in his thoughts–incessantly and constantly dwells in the endless creative-spiritual reality.

94. The spiritual intelligence is enlightened by lawful spiritual principles, and directed towards the creative being, the perfection and the power of what is creative itself.

95. This in contrast to the human intelligence, because the human consciousness generally only deals with single things of the material world.

96. As a consequence, the human is restricted and handicapped in every direction; he even gets captured, suppressed, plagued and tortured by all possible forms of misfortune, frailties and enslavement.

97. Therefore, a human’s individual self-analysis is one of the essential methods to find the truth and to walk on the path of spiritual evolution.

98. Therefore, it is necessary that the human constantly examines his thoughts and may see, of what kind they are.

99. He has to pay attention (to the fact) that, ultimately, he is always led, directed and determined by creative-philosophical principles and realities, by creative-natural laws.

100. Within the human, there should reign a continually conscious feeling of belonging to what is creative, with his essential spiritual breath, his essential spiritual BEING.

101. It shall be spiritually clear to him that his essential spiritual BEING is inseparably one with what is Creative, in order that he may–in this awareness–overcome the material outer world.

102. This creative-philosophical truth and cognition should always and first of all rule a human’s thinking, feeling and acting.

103. For only he who is one with the spirit can recognize and do good in the long run, because he has the possibilities of Creation within himself.

104. Nothing negative within the endless universe may touch and enslave him anymore.

105. In addition to this creative-philosophical consciousness comes the practical, dynamic, creative, i.e. the mystical consciousness that consists of the perception of the one reality in all things.

106. Therefore the human has to be a practical philosopher and mystic, and perceive the reality in its changeable, passing forms.

107. For what is a human?

108. He is only a figure and a name.

109. If one takes away a humans name and figure, what will remain?

110. What remains is the fundamental essence, the existence–the spirit.

111. The human who fails to see this will be driven around and away by the slightest breath of air, without hope for rescue; (he will) always (be) striving to find a firm hold somewhere that, however, will never be offered unless he searches for, and finds, the fundamental truth.

112. Billions of humans look up to the stars in the sky, however without any results or realizations.

113. Astronomers, however, while looking up to the sky, discover new worlds and write books about it.

114. But what they see and recognize, other people cannot see or recognize, even if they can look up.

115. Despite their seeing eyes they are blind.

116. In a similiar way this is the case with the normal and the spiritual human:

117. The human, who truly lives according to Creation’s laws, sees everywhere and recognizes what is creative, in every life form, in every thing, in every thought and act in every human, in all of nature’s work and also in all conceivable circumstances.

118. But the normal, unspiritual human, who is harmed by religions or other unreal teachings, may not see or hear, or recognize even one iota of truth.

119. His life is unspiritual, all the more pressed into human-material ways.

120. Thereby he is blind, deaf and ignorant.

121. The human who adheres to Creation’s laws is the most blessed and most fearless being.

122. His will is insurmountable, his dedication immeasurable and endless, and his wisdom and love are constant and perfect, not capricious and full of doubts, like it is the case with those who are dependent from religions or generally those who are led astray in some way.

123. His mind resembles the wide, endless sea and does not let itself come out of its rest.

124. He does not tremble with fear.

125. Therefore, the human may unfold his spiritual mind that is not anymore reached by any degenerated negative force;

126. The mind which gives no shelter to negatively degenerated thoughts and supersedes all positively degenerated thoughts and actions.

127. Only a balanced mind that is rooted in what is creative–in creative service, in creative wisdom, its knowledge, its love and joy that are more real than all material walls around (and more real than) the human environment–is valuable and serving the spirit’s development.

128. Therefore the human being shall be spiritually great and constructive at all times.

129. The spirit, the source of all endless, creative development, is itself the human’s innermost being.

130. The human outer being is full of limitations, because it is not itself, but only its wrap, its material body, a limitation, a misleading matter, the source of toil and pain, (and it is) limited regarding cognition and will, willingness to make sacrifices, freedom, love and luck.

131. If the human looks at his fellowman in an external, material way only, he sees nothing other than just exactly the form and figure, the material of this special person.

132. If he looks at him with the spiritual eyes of cognition and knows that this (universally) all-testifying consciousness in himself is also in all the other ones, albeit unknown to them, then the manner of how he sees his fellowmen changes completely.

133. He then does not simply see a man anymore, a woman, a girl or a child, but he sees the fellowman as a bearer of a creative spirit that knows about itself, about its existence, and wants to reveal itself through anybody if there would only be offered an opportunity.

134. He who knows the truth sees his fellowman from this knowledge and recognition, because he sees in him what is creative.

135. At least he now knows more than he knew before he recognized the truth.

136. This is the proof then that ignorance is nothing that cannot be changed for all times.

137. If the human is willing to accept the truth he can free himself from all ignorance.

138. The human can free himself from everything, and everything can be taken from him, except the creative consciousness, the spirit, the existence within his interior, this purely spiritual realm within him.

139. He may be robbed from all of his possessions and may be driven away from his home, but nobody may drive him away from his spiritual realm within his interior.

140. Thus, the human should be constantly aware of what is creative, without which he would not be able to draw a single breath, could grasp no thought, could not realize, see, hear or experience.

141. Therefore, the great sages of all times say: “The creative spirit is nearer to the human than his own breath.”

142. The human may not escape from this highest consciousness, for sooner or later, he surrenders to this creative reality, because it is the life of his life, the spirit of his spirit, the consciousness of his consciousness, the light of his light, the central thought force of all life, the existence that projects all human thinking by far, against which all power of the human-material-intellectual thinking sinks into absolute insignificance.

143. The spirit itself is able to live without the light of the physical eyes, in the same way that it may live without hearing, arms, legs or even without the exterior consciousness’ exterior understanding.

144. However, there is always something present that enables him to keep on living, namely his own creative force.

145. This awareness of oneself, this all-observing and all-registering spiritual consciousness within the human, that looks at his thoughts and motions and that stands behind all of his thinking, that tells him whether he is knowing or ignorant, this is what is called creative, the spiritual consciousness.

146. To always think again and again about the fact that the spirit is omnipotent–always present, all-knowing and, beyond this, endless luck, endless beauty, endless value, actually the value of all things–lets the word Creation become absolutely important for the human and brings forth evolution-related changes within him.

147. As often as the words spirit and Creation are impressed upon him, there occur within him psychological changes of the greatest importance.

148. His feelings and all of his senses change.

149. The more clear his spiritual intelligence becomes through it, the more his personality gains power, and the more blessed will be his life.

150. A wise one full of spirit consciousness sees what will happen in the most distant future, perhaps even billions of years later, and he has the life forms’ and humankind’s entire past before his eyes.

151. Thus, the greatest knowledge is given unto him.

152. Yet, how is this possible?

153. Such a human has the necessary requirements within his interior, in the spirit.

154. As the light may be perceived through the closed eye-lids, as lies within every human creative presence, the entire spiritual realm; however, it is visible only to those who are actually able to look inward through their inner eye.

155. It can only be useful to those who offer all requirements.

156. Every human bears within him the entire kingdom of spirit, but it is covered and beaten with ignorance, errors, imperfection, evil, mistakes and restrictions of all sorts, which have to be changed into their opposites through the recognition and acceptance of truth.

157. The human must resolve and open all evils by developing abilities that are opposed to everything that is degenerated and which lead to a neutral balance.

158. The way of experiencing the spirit will be accelerated through the unfolding of conscious searching and the gathering of true knowledge, and this unfolding leads to the true and all-encompassing, cosmic wisdom and love, based on the cognition that Creation is present within everything.

159. The human is one with everything within Creation, in truth, wisdom and love, in the kingdom of the spirit;

160. The truth and wisdom, that the human is separated through space and time and the body from each other; this, however, may be overcome through the internal experience.

161. Wisdom and love combined, knowledge and truth combined, the spirit’s wisdom and love lead–through experience–to unity and Creation itself, to universal joy, power and perfection.

162. Since the human does not know what is of Creation, and is led astray, namely by spirit-enslaving religions, he makes a great many mistakes, searches for the true treasures in the wrong places and, thereby, violates all nature-related and creative order and all rules of laws.

163. As precisely as he will observe the human laws of the human society, he still will constantly offend against all laws and rules and order of what is creative in the universe, and will let himself be captured in human-material troubles, sorrows and problems, in fright, false teachings, deceptions and failings, in misfortune, spiritual ignorance and spiritual enslavement and restrictions.

164. Exactly what is of greatest value will be made unobtainable by unreal religions and human ignorance.

165. To the human, this ignorance and the misleading religions disguise that which is the source of all valuable things, the life of his life and the light of all intelligence–the spirit and the Creation.

166. The human shall accept the entire realm of his daily life and his experiences as creative.

167. He shall see himself everywhere in space, in the times and in all things.

168. He himself shall be everything and shall evoke all that is creative in everything, and, in this way, shall bring it to recognition and experience.

169. For, in everything is the Creation, and everything is enlivened through its spirit, through which everything is one in everything.

170. However the question remains how the human may identify himself with everything when he does not know the spirit’s path.

171. Generally, he identifies himself with his body.

172. But what will happen when he tries to enter into the truth and aligns himself in his interior with the creative BEING and the spiritual reality?

173. Involuntarily the entire world dissolves in this real reality, the “spiritual truth”.

174. The one and only principle of what is creative-spiritual. rules everywhere.

175. But how shall the human identify himself with everything?

176. The human shall see himself for just what he really is.

177. Generally he identifies himself with his body.

178. He cares for it like it were a gem, he nurtures it and takes trouble for it until self-sacrifice.

179. He surrounds it with pride, junk and a stupid delusion, while he lets his spirit become stunted.

180. However, a little bit of pain makes him angry, sullen and uncomfortable against other ones, or he even starts complaining and crying, has self-pity and robs himself of his life.

181. He surrounds his body with some nondescript halo and with vanity, fear, sorrow, pride and problems.

182. More and more often, everything revolves around his body only.

183. Often he extends his body identity towards his material possessions, or he gets upset if some fellowman involuntarily touches it.

184. Yet, what will a human do about it when he has recognized the spiritual truth?

185. He will identify himself with all things and all the world’s life forms and the universes.

186. A human full of creative-spiritual wisdom, full of knowledge, truth, love and cognition, knows that from the truth everything originated, originates and will originate for all eternity.

187. Therefore, he identifies himself with each and everything.

188. In his spiritual consciousness, he will always be–in his innermost part–one with each and everything.

189. In his interior, in his spiritual consciousness, he will identify himself with everything in the universe, in the same manner that the other one, who thinks materialistically, identifies himself with his body, with his money, his possessions, his confused speaking and teaching, and with the sound of his voice.

190. But when the human identifies himself with everything in the universe, no hate and no greed may dwell within him anymore, because he makes no more selfish differences. 191. He has just become one with the essence in everything.

192. Other people may claim something as their exclusive property, but he who thinks spiritually identifies it with the truth within and, therefore, owns everything internally.

193. All fright has left him, while he identifies himself with the truth. 194. This truth of Creation and of the spirit, with which he is one, even directs his enemy’s hand that will rise against him, in such a way that it falls back to (the enemy) himself.

195. The spiritual one is protected and sheltered, and the whole nature is well-disposed toward him, and yes, even his enemies have to serve him in the end. 196. With their attacks, they cause the spiritual within him to unfold to even greater strength and power and to overcome all that is evil, vile and degenerated.

197. Ultimately, the enemies only contribute to the recognition of the truth and growth of those who think spiritually.

198. They wish evil, troubles and bad things to those who think spiritually; they are of the opinion that they could destroy them through critique, know-it-all manner, lies and defamation, through complaints and false teachings, through condemning and making a fool of him; however, they only cause damage to themselves, because their acting gives testimony of intellectual foolishness and ignorance, from which he who thinks spiritually learns even more and becomes even greater and more powerful in his spirit and consciousness.

199. Are such truths perhaps suggestions?

200. To claim this would be a delusion, because it is false.

201. It deals here with absolute truths.

202. Generally, the lives of those who are thinking falsely, who are led astray and are depending upon religions, are full of evil suggestions, full of imaginary concepts, false teachings and delusional assumptions.

203. The only possibility and the only means to overcome those damages is to fundamentally recognize the truths which abolish the human figments, to adhere to them and to let rule the highest creative-spiritual forces.

204. All unreal suggestions and human imaginations will be corrected by stating: “I, the human, am a part of Creation that, as a fragment, as spirit, enlivens me.”

205. Yet the knowledge that everything is imaginations and illusions, except the creative-spiritual force, truth and reality, (this knowledge) doesn’t diminish the eagerness that the human unfolds in his life at all, but it will drive him up into unimagined heights.

206. Only that which is true and which remains truth can be valid as truth; something on which one can depend on through eternity, and that never and under no circumstances ever needs revision.

207. Truth must never be adjusted to some other or new time, because it is constant for all times.

208. It is eternally constant and always sounds alike, even if it is spoken with other words.

209. It is the rock upon which one can build in eternal times and in all spaces.

210. The truth has been before life, and the truth is afterwards also.

211. What is only of a short duration is danger, a grave deception, a false teaching.

212. Creation and truth are always the same, today just as tomorrow; they are always unchanging and of eternal, constant value.

213. They do not change, neither name nor form, because Creation and truth are without names and forms.

214. Therefore, the human shall cling to what is creative, because alone what is creative is the truth.

215. It is that which is imperishable, like Creation itself; it is that which is eternal and perfect, that is worth all of human’s efforts of will, because near it the human does not fall prey to deception.

216. Therefore, he shall cling to the truth and become imperturbable in always constant calmness, joy, knowledge, love, strength and wisdom in all things.

217. That which is creative alone is endless wisdom and truth, with which there is not one iota of error.

218. Therefore, the human shall get strength from the creative wisdom, and he shall search for his light in his own spirit.

219. The spiritual human knows well that he may not move his hand in a room without touching myriad of what is creative, because it is always present in all times and spaces.

220. The spiritual human is full of joy when he knows about the truth that the creative–which is eternally and indescribably powerful–surrounds him wherever he walks. 221. What is creative is full of endless peace, full of endless cognition and the most perfect perfection.

222. It is the source of all wonders of the highest spiritual consciousness that is present everywhere, within and external.

223. His joy is as endless as the spiritual life itself.

224. In order to achieve fast spiritual progress, the spiritual human looks upon each and everything as creative.

225. As soon as he sees something, he sees what is creative.

226. Behind everything and in its manifestations, there always stands before him what is creative.

227. Therefore, the spiritual human does not walk this way and that way in order to attain the highest spiritual experience; instead he always finds the best place to gather recognition and experience wherever he stays.

228. His spirit that is to be developed is within him and not at some other location.

229. He must develop it through his own thinking and acting.
230. Through this cognition, his attitude becomes a sanctuary, and all things along with him become holy–even the earth under his feet.

Wes Annac – The Silent, Peaceful Sage – 4-28-15

By Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

I define a “sage” as someone who uses their awareness, which they find in stillness and contemplation, to subtly and quietly create positive change. The sage embodies material transcendence and expresses him or herself through love and peace, and everything flows to this quiet, still embodiment of divine perfection.

The sage who’s successfully opened their mind and allowed their heart-centered wisdom to pour through gains a greater understanding of the nature of reality, and in my opinion, we don’t have to accomplish anything to become a sage.

All we have to do is sit in silence and recognize our simplistic divinity, and we don’t have to be loved by the masses to change the world. All we have to do is transform our consciousness, and everything else will flow from the heart space, allowing us to help the world wake up.

Our creativity will flow when we open the mind and allow our innate higher consciousness to express itself through the heart, and the peace and stillness that are required will reintroduce us to humility and simplicity – qualities the rest of the world seems to lack.

All it takes to be a sage is the recognition that we’re already perfect the way we are, because we contain a divine spark within.

This spark can be used for creativity, meditation, or anything else that lights our inner fire, and as we open up and connect with our higher consciousness, we find all of the creative and spiritual inspiration we’ll ever need.

Most people fail to understand that we don’t need to prove ourselves – we need to discover ourselves.

This is one of the most difficult truths to come to terms with on the spiritual path. While some of us might want to prove ourselves on the world stage, the best way to transform ourselves and our world is to find our sacred center and allow the transformative, paradigm shattering energy to flow from there.

Lao-Tzu. Credit:

Lao-Tzu poses some essential questions for those who like to consider themselves sages.

“Can you govern your animal soul, hold to the One and never depart from it?

“Can you throttle your breath, down to the softness of breath in a child?

“Can you purify your mystic vision and wash it until it is spotless?

“Can you love all your people, rule over the land without being known?

“Can you be like a female, and passively open and shut heaven’s gates?

“Can you keep clear in your mind the four quarters of earth and not interfere?” (1)

The “wise man” keeps his peace no matter what, he tells us.

“The Wise Man, though he travel all day,

“Will not be separated from his goods.

“So even if the scene is glorious to view,

“He keeps his place, at peace, above all.” (2)

He also introduces a concept that’s crucial to the enlightenment path, which he calls “accomplishment apart from work”.

“In all the world but few can know

“Accomplishment apart from work,

“Instruction when no words are used.” (3)

For the most part, the world is too busy rushing around every day to find inner peace, bliss or contentment, but the conscious sage sees the rat race for what it is: a continuous, frantic attempt to stay disconnected from our essence.

The problem with accessing this greater awareness is that, again, it requires a great deal of peace, silence and stillness, which most people are too distant from to understand or embody.

The silence and stillness connect us with the Self, but to access them, we have to be willing to lay down our constant goals and ambitions so we can clear the way for this connection to be established.

Most people don’t know they possess an infinite wellspring of spirituality and creativity within, and we’re all familiar with the stereotypical artist who’s always frustrated because his or her creativity doesn’t seem to flow.

If only they could quiet their minds and allow their higher consciousness to through, which not only requires peace, silence and stillness, but love, they’d never go without their creative flow again.

As we’re learning, open-minded love is the driving force behind flowing creativity, and even if the mind’s open and we’re peaceful within, our flow will still be blocked if we haven’t entered the heart space.

Adyashanti has told us that “if emptiness cannot dance, it is not true emptiness”, and I think this means that an open mind is incomplete if we don’t open it to the heart. Without love, we don’t have much of anything to inspire us or help us feel passionate, so beyond staying open and empty, we have to remember to stay rooted in love.

In my experience, one of the best ways to keep our inner love intact is to consistently express it through our creative work. Writing is a great way for me to express how I feel along this journey, and there are plenty of other passions we can pursue.

Anyone will tell you that the spiritual path requires commitment, but a lot of spiritual seekers don’t realize exactly what they’ve committed to. They’ve committed to inner peace, joy, bliss and stillness, and beyond our work, these are the most important components of the enlightenment journey that require commitment.

We’ll have other commitments if we fashion our daily work around our awareness, and it’s essential to remember to take time to explore our consciousness throughout the day.

Otherwise, we’ll feel depleted of the very awareness we’re here to raise, and along with working hard and routinely accessing our inner silence and stillness, we’re meant to have fun with this crazy journey we call life.

With this in mind, let’s step outside of our mind-driven confines and gain new rich and fulfilling experiences, but let’s also remember to explore ourselves every day. It’s important for our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual sustainment, and the rest of the world will benefit when we can remain in this wholly connected space.

One Who Serves and Ashira – Ignorance Is No Longer Bliss – 2-24-15

One Who Serves channeled by James McConnell and Ashira channeled by Dr. Susan Sammarco

(Note: these messages were given during our weekly Prepare For Change group in Glendale, AZ on February 22, 2015)

One Who Serves:

Greetings.  Good to be here with you again in this way and we so enjoy when you play our song (referring to group “Ohm”. For as you probably are aware, we do this quite often, this “Ohm-ing” sound and many other things that we do that you are not quite ready for in this particular incarnation that you are in. But you all here in this group have all done this before in many aspects. You have found yourselves in monasteries and in caves and all of these things previously and found yourselves doing these practices. And they are somewhat foreign to you in this particular lifetime, not all of you but some of you here, have a difficult time with, say meditation and to quiet the mind. The mind is so chattering all the time, is it not? It is difficult to quiet it down and even to get to that point – we know there is one who has spoken here about the sleep issue and it is difficult to find the movement into the restfulness of the sleep because the mind is always working unless you quiet it down.  And it is important to do that so we would suggest to one who has difficulty with this, you may have already done this, but attempt to meditate during that time and we can assure you that as you are meditating it will assist you in the quieting of the mind and you will find yourself drifting off. And there will be times when you will be not quite sure if you have actually fallen asleep or not but you will feel more rested if you would do this.

Now for a message here to those rest of you here and those who would be reading and resonating to these words, it is always important that it is those who resonate to these words because this is not for everyone. These messages are not for everyone at this point because there are so many still that are slumbering along and have, in many respects, seemingly no cares in the world. But those of you that are in the awakening process, you know that as you become more and more aware of all of the things that are happening in the world it is difficult, in some respects, to find the blissfulness state. But there is a saying, you used to have a saying, that ignorance is bliss; but we will tell you now that “ignorance no longer bliss”.  Because if you are asleep and continue in that sleeping state then many things would be happening around you that you would not like the end result.

So it is important for more and more and more to awaken to who they are and what they are here for and the real reason for all of this. And those of you who are who are in this awakening process, it is up to you to do all you can as well. Whenever you get the opportunity don’t jump in, don’t go knocking on doors or this type of thing. But wherever there is the opportunity allow for the process to develop, if a question is asked then answer it in the respect that it is asked and not more. Do not give too much because they would not necessarily be ready for it. But when they are ready they will ask more questions and more, and continue to go in that process. And you will find that more and more and more will awaken across the entire planet as this is being done, as the Light is being spread in this respect. And also in the respect of mass meditations and this type of thing is very important.  And it is, from our point of view, from our vantage point and from those who are above us in terms of in the ships and these things they are seeing the Light spreading rapidly.

Now we know that it is perhaps not quite as rapid as you would like it to be, but it is what it is and it is important to know that you are having an effect. Each of you here in this room, and those again who are reading these words, are having an effect on the masses so that the truth is coming out more and more and being revealed more and more. And the more the truth is being revealed the more will awaken from their slumber. And the more that awaken from their slumber, they will awaken others and on and on and on. And this is how the Light continues to spread and the Love is shared. That would be our message. Would there be any questions for One Who Serves and Ashira who is also standing by here we believe?

Question: Yes I want to ask you, Ashira, some information about what kind of being are we trying to bring and what type of prep work do we need to do to get ready?

(Ashira): And you are talking about the one, the child that is coming to you? (Yes). This is an agreement that is made prior to your lives even, so there is no more preparation to “attract” the correct soul other than being open to know that this is indeed the time for you to call that soul forth. And for the two of you to move into the opportunity for the soul to make its way through you and with you for the new dispensation, let us say. The two of you have set up and established a practice of business and spiritual types of agreements with this soul and so, with this birth, you will be able to experience all those things that you have established prior to the arrival of the soul upon the earth.

And you have been brought together yourselves, have you not, with the intention whether or not it was constant at the time, at the top of your mind, with the intention of bringing forth this little one. And you can be proud for the future for this one will be teaching others at a very young age and will also be greeted by others so you may think you only have one chance at this, you will have many more chances to share your love and your philosophy and your Light with these little ones does that help? (Yes). Bless you.

(One Who Serves): Would there be other questions here?

Question: I have a question I’ve heard that there are many corrections being made on Earth that need to be made and that some of that will be negative in terms of what’s happening here on Earth. And then we’ve also heard your message of joy and jubilation and having our awakening and our eyes open. So can you elaborate on this a little bit in terms of going to happen in the next year or so?

(One Who Serves ) We can assist in this in some ways yes. Understand that as the times continue on here, as you are moving in the direction of your ascension process, there is a letting go process that occurs within this. And this is causing some consternation in many aspects in many different ways physiologically, mentally, emotionally. And people are having these expressions of the change that is going on within their bodies, within their emotional bodies and within their etheric and astral as well. And these things will continue on as this process continues to move ahead. But understand that as these things are happening, there are also changes that are going on within the Earth herself and within the aspects of the frequencies that are also moving in a higher direction here, in terms of higher vibration. So there will be those, as you become more and more aware of what is happening then the truth is coming out more and more, and more is being revealed.

And as it is being revealed to you, you are aghast, you might say, at some of the horrors and things that before were covered up and you did not know of these things – they had not been revealed. So as more and more is revealed, you become more and more aware of “other than Love and Light” and all of this. And so it is difficult in this aspect. Now the earlier ideas and concerns of the catastrophes and calamities and all of this is not the case anymore. It will not happen except to those that are expecting that to happen and, in many respects, wish it to happen. Be careful of what you wish for, you see? They will have that aspect as they are asking for it, it will come to them. So know though that as you yourselves, those of the Light, are moving in that direction and into higher vibrations, there cannot be those types of catastrophes so nothing to worry about. Because it is all about moving into these higher frequencies where there is no worry, where there is no fear, where there is no concerns of lack and limitation. Where there is only Love and Light and togetherness and oneness and compassion and all of this, you see? Does this answer your question? (Yes, thank you).

(One Who Serves): Any other questions here?

Question: So does it help if we send love and light to some of these darker organizations like the Roman Catholic Church or I know we did for Montauk. Is it really good for us to get together and meditate and bring light to these places that maybe the changes won’t be as severe here on Earth?

(One Who Serves ) Yes but also understand we have been working with you to do these things. We do not want you to become, what is your saying, “bogged down” by this so that you are focusing only on attacking the negative and the dark forces and this type of thing. It is important to do that at certain points as we have been expressing with you but it is also more important to continue to spread the Light and the Love wherever you can and do it in this way, you see? (Yes) And not directly attacking those organizations. (Thank you). Would there be further questions here?

Not this time, okay, then we are going to close down our part of this and we are going to say that you have been told what is coming the next week. The following week after that, we are preparing another guest speaker, you might say, and the James even does not know who that will be yet at this point. But this is coming there are certain things that are going to be developing that will call for this one to speak to you.

Shanti. Peace be with you. Be the One.

And I have something to share with you at the end for the group here. A few weeks ago I shared about physical discomforts and physical activities that might be going on with those in this group and those who read these words and listen. And yes they hit you full flow, haven’t they? (Yes, yes) And that was the reason for the pre-education, let us say, of that. And there is more of this to go on that will continue to take place in your physical bodies for they are changing at those higher levels. Your emotional bodies, your spiritual bodies, all of these are being affected as you come online to these additional chakras, as well as for the refinement of your bodies to be able to fill more and more with those fifth dimensional energies and frequencies.

And yes, this one too has had her share of rebalancing and healing and energy shifts. And all of you are on that leading edge that you discussed earlier. On one hand, it is good for you who are able to share with others and share what’s happening and understand it more deeply. And while it feels like what you call sickness it is indeed not but glorious transformations from who you were, to who you are, and who you are becoming. And while this is frustrating because no one in this room, or those who read these words, have any interest at all in prolonging this misery physically, however, this is part of the path. It is part of the path and part of the reason that those of you in this room, and those of you who are ahead of others in this experience, that you are experiencing these opportunities at this time. And we strive to stay positive about this because the information can be interpreted to some as horrible, something painful.

And yet you look around the room here and you see the sunshine on your faces and you listen to one another as you share. Be diligent, be vigilant. Let only those things that enter your mind continue to support you as you move forward on your path. And yes, there are some in this room that can manage to read the situations and go forward, without having it take them or hold them. Others of you are not capable of doing that and so the best choices that you can make for yourselves is to allow only what you can change moment to moment every day. And this is a time of awakening, a time to close one door and opened this other one more fully. And while the educational process seems to be transformational it can also seem confusing and frustrating. We acknowledge that with you. And this is the reason that we have all been called together today to, again, have conversations about these physical, mental, emotional activities actions upon your body – and spiritual ones.

As you have called forth and calmed down the changes and welcomed them from all aspects of who you are individually, you will indeed find that they manifest in your life a little differently for each one of you. For each one of you has different gifts, each one of you has different understandings. And so it is only readily, perfectly yours to experience it at this time. And while you may, at days and times, feel that this is an overload on your system, calm back, settle back, move back into a place that you are comfortable. Pull in, knowing that the next energy round will take you again to that newest place. And you will stay there until it is time for you to be relaxed and to be able to manifest and exist in that new higher dimension. This is a wondrous time for changes in love.

It is a wondrous time to leave through, and leave behind, those concepts of disease, concepts of anger, concepts of anything that takes you away from that who you truly are, Which is a wondrous Divine Being expecting and accepting that which you are experiencing right now in right here. Remember to call yourself into the present moment. Remember to leave behind those symptoms or symptomology that you experienced, even the day before. Remember that these are wondrous times and the more quickly that you allow yourself to fully step into those shoes of the new “are” that you are. That’s a lot of “ares” I know, expecting to move into that newness of who you truly are, you will see all of these symptoms fade away and you will be able to accept the newness of your new body, your new aura, your new energy fields, your newness in all ways and that means turning away from those things which pull you back; and turning towards those things that pull you forward.

And we know that we talk so often of “be in the now” and holding the present moment, but even that is too, too little for this time. That which is yours is that promise of the future that now you have one foot into solidly and you are stepping fully and completely in over the next matter of a couple of weeks to month. It’s all part of the process, it’s all part of who you are and what you’re experiencing and it is part of the wonderful magic that is present on this Earth now. Stay focused my friends. Stay focused on the good. Stay focused on the possibilities. Stay focused on that whom you are at this moment in time, in this room and this place, one filled with Love, expectation, opportunity and even more than anything else, magick. I’m going to let you go this week our love and our blessings.  Namaste.

Wes Annac – The Voice Within – You’ll Learn the Truth – 1-16-15

4e877-there_is_a_lightStay active, stay receptive, and know that as you at least try to do your best with your time on earth, you’re making a bigger internal and external change than you realize.

The motivation many of you are feeling to examine your habits and tendencies and ask yourselves if they serve or hurt your spiritual growth are leading you to make potent inner changes, and these changes will allow you to contribute to your conscious revolution with more enthusiasm than you have so far.

For this reason and plenty of others, you’ll always be encouraged to continue learning, growing and developing. The best thing that can be encouraged at this point is to keep your mind and heart open and refuse to let the usual distractions keep you from doing what you’ve come to earth to do.

Don’t let the distractions and pitfalls of life on earth keep you from raising your vibration and the vibration of the rest of the world with the various creative and spiritual practices you’ve come to resonate with, and know that as you stay dedicated and refuse to wane, you make it easier for others to discover their spirituality and eventually traverse the path of enlightenment.

Getting others to traverse the path you’ve chosen isn’t necessarily your reason for being on earth – uplifting yourselves and everyone around you who’s been lost in the darkness of the lower vibrations is.

As you continue to motivate yourselves to wholeheartedly contribute to your conscious revolution, you widen the ascension portal and help others find a higher perception that’s free of the painful yet ultimately illusory shackles that have bound you to your physical reality.

As long as you stay attuned to your intuition and stay confident in yourselves and what you’re doing, the amount of people you’ll awaken and uplift will surprise you.

You just have to be willing to keep your spiritual and intuitive connections strong with constant practice, and you’re encouraged to practice every day if you want to hone your spiritually rooted talents.

You can take your evolution (and the creativity that comes with it) at whatever pace you want, but the more consistently you practice, the easier it’ll be to use your talents to awaken others who are just starting to free themselves from the self-imposed illusion you call consensus reality.

Stay strong and willing to contribute in the face of all adversity, and know that you can always call on your inner voice for support, guidance and assistance with any difficult aspects of the spiritual path.

You intuition is more helpful than you realize, and when you can let go of the ego’s overbearing influence, you’ll open up to the pure, unfiltered guidance of the soul self; the higher self; whatever you want to call the aspect of your consciousness that’s rooted in the higher realms and seeks to assist you along your growth back into these realms.

The intuition, along with the soul self it connects you to, are realer than you can imagine, and the same can be said for what you’ve called your ‘spiritual guides’. Your guides are as real as each of you, and yet, they’d seem like pure fantasy if most people on your planet were introduced to the idea of their existence.

You’ll learn the truth in due time, but for now, continue to be as strong and active as you can and know that you’re making a difference, even if it isn’t readily apparent.

10 Pieces Of Wisdom, Quotes – Native American Elders – HigherPerspective – 1-8-15

Prior to the arrival of Europeans in America, there were estimated to be 1.2 to 12 million Native Americans living in the Americas. That population was quickly dwindled to 250,000 via disease, suicide, genocide, slavery, and mass murder. This was an incredibly great tragedy and may be on of the most terrible things to ever happen to any group of people in the history of our planet. However, almost 0 attention is given to this tragedy. One has to ask, why?

In this tragedy, not only lives were lost, but almost all Native American traditions, spirituality, and customs were killed along with the people. Could this have been a reason for the genocide? They were in tune with Mother Nature and are often called the Keepers of the Earth. They wanted to “walk lightly upon the Earth and live in balance and harmony.” Perhaps if more Native Americans were alive today, our planet wouldn’t be facing so much turmoil. Everyone can benefit from adopting so of the ancient spiritual teachings of the Native American elders.

“And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.” ~Abraham Lincoln

Nothing can ever really prepare you for a cancer diagnosis, but it can quickly turn your life into an unplanned story.

Diagnosed at the age of twenty-eight with ocular melanoma, I was treated with surgery and proton beam therapy, and gratefully continued on with my life (though certainly a changed person).

But every year I went for a MRI of my liver/abdomen because if ocular melanoma spreads, it most likely goes to the liver. And every year when I got a clean bill of health, I felt grateful.

I didn’t live my life waiting for the other shoe to drop, though there had been other challenges along the way—being hit by a car and having shoulder surgery, struggling with infertility for years, and finally becoming pregnant only to have a miscarriage.

For each of these challenging situations, I would cry and experience the heartbreak, but then ultimately dust myself off and get back into being an active participant in my own life.

On August 27th 2013, I was diagnosed with Stage IV liver melanoma. After a misdiagnosis at one hospital I had switched care, and essentially spent almost two months in limbo about the state of my health.

Now, being treated at one of the best facilities in the world and going through two rounds of treatment in the past year for an incurable cancer, I have quickly learned a thing or two about life, and how I want to live it.

My hope is that by sharing how I approach a life-changing situation, it may empower you to think about your own health and happiness.

Follow your heart and your gut.

When you face a cancer diagnosis—or any life-altering crisis—it can seem like your internal GPS is off-kilter, or sometimes even broken altogether.

What I’ve learned is to throw that map out the window: forget about where you think you’re “supposed” to go and listen to your heart (and your gut).

You have the answers inside of yourself; you just need to find a quiet place where you can sit with your thoughts and breathe, gently blocking out the commotion of the outside world.

Meditation can greatly help with this. All the direction that you really need is already within you, it’s just a matter of tuning into it and really paying attention. When you listen to your heart, you can never really be lost.

Advocate for yourself.

Listening to your gut comes especially in handy when dealing with a medical diagnosis or some other kind of life quandary. It’s important to gather all of the information, bring somebody with you, and get second and even third opinions.

The first hospital that found lesions on my liver through a MRI dragged out the process of having it biopsied, telling me along the way that if it came back as cancer it would be Stage IV and “very hard to treat.” I was given few treatment options and even less information, which all led to a very scary few weeks.

When the biopsy results finally came back, they were negative, but my gut was telling me that it would be still be smart to find out what these lesions could be. So, despite the fact that both my oncologist and my primary care doctor at the time said that I didn’t need to see a liver specialist, I decided to see one anyway.

It’s because I advocated for myself and listened to my internal GPS that I was able to put together an amazing team and start treatment at a different hospital. My gut told me this was the place to be, and I’m glad that I listened.

It is more than okay to want to be happy and healthy; it is your birthright. Gratitude swells for my doctors, who are amazing, and we need these medical professionals greatly to heal. However, it is still so incredibly important to get multiple opinions, ask questions, and speak up if something doesn’t feel right.

Your health is in your hands, and nobody else’s. You’re not being difficult, you’re being smart.

Make friends with your inner ally.

I’ve also learned to listen to my gut much more when it comes to what is best for me. In the past I felt sucked in by what I thought I “should” be doing. A people-pleaser by nature, it was often very difficult for me to say “no” to things that I didn’t really want to be doing (and truth be told, it still can be).

It took a cancer diagnosis for me to admit that what my life coach calls my “inner ally” had been right all along: it is more than okay to often times say “no,” create boundaries, and take better care of myself by reducing as much stress in my life as possible.

Though there are still plenty of times when I have to do things that I don’t want to do, just like everybody, or I give of myself because I want to (and because there are so many in my life who deserve that), being “selfish” sometimes just feels like putting my health as a priority, and my gut (and heart) is a lot happier for it.

I’ve also learned that, most of the time, people get over your “no” a lot faster than you would suspect, and you wind up feeling grateful that, instead of doing something that you didn’t really want to be doing, you took that time and devoted it to yourself.

Tapping into your “inner ally” can be a powerful way to figure out what will truly make you happy and healthy.

Pay attention to the dark days.

There will be some, especially if you are being told that you’re facing a challenge like cancer.

There are some days when I feel so angry and resentful of those around me who don’t have to worry about the things that those with cancer do: dying at a young age, leaving a spouse, and perhaps never being able to have children.

These are real fears for me, and if I ignored them, I wouldn’t be giving myself permission to grieve for the life that I had before I was diagnosed.

I try to allow myself to cry or feel angry when I need to, which then enables me to be able to move forward with my life with more authenticity.

My positive outlook on life and on the situation is because I listen to what that inner voice is telling me, which is not to ignore the pain. It’s through the processing of this anguish that I can then recharge my batteries and gather the strength to do what needs to be done: continue on with my KBCP (Kick-Butt Cancer Plan).

Tap into whatever is going on for you, and while it can be scary, you may actually feel lighter afterward.

Journal, meditate, cry, get in touch with that anger in a way that feels like afterward, you can then release it and move forward. But don’t go it alone; see a therapist or lean on anybody in your life who you feel truly understands you, and will listen.

Believe in yourself.

When I was about sixteen years old I was diagnosed with a learning disability.

I was attending a private school, and my parents were told by my math teacher at the time that I would never be able to pass her class, and therefore would never graduate from high school. So did I want to try and re-take the class with a different teacher, or did I want to transfer to the public high school and take an easier math class?

I couldn’t stand the thought of somebody telling me that I couldn’t do something. So, when doctors insinuate that people with melanoma may not live past a certain age, I take it with a grain of salt and listen to my own inner strength, which tells me that they don’t really know what I’m capable of.

And that math class? I re-took it, got a B, and not only graduated from high school, but from college and graduate school as well.

Finding quiet times to tap into what direction my gut is guiding me toward has served me well, and what I love the most about my internal GPS is that it’s mine. Wherever I go, whatever happens, nobody can take that away from me.

It is because of these life experiences that I now know that deep down inside of myself I have the strength and the wisdom to thrive. And you do too.

Saint Germain – The Easiest Way to Overcome Disturbance is to Turn Away from a Thing—and Forget it

saint germain - in suit

Saint Germain

Volume 3 – Discourse #22

  1. Thou Infinite, All-Loving Presence!

  2. We feel Thy Peace, Thy Love and Thy Wisdom pervading all—everywhere.

  3. Knowing there is but the One Mighty Presence of which we are a part, we know Thou art omnipresent, pouring Thyself forth, filling every need on demand, lifting the consciousness of mankind unto Thee, and holding it anchored there until the “Light of Eternal Life” fills all Beings with Its Radiance, carrying them forward with that Inner Impulse to eternal, permanent recognition of the “Great I AM.”

  4. I bring you Greetings from the Great Ascended Host and especially from Nada, Cha Ara, Chan, and Diana, Goddess of Fire.

  5. As the consciousness of the students is raised into the activity of the higher, or Fire Element, everything in their Beings begins to act with an intensity that many times they do not understand; and as they begin to work more from the Fire Element standpoint, the more necessary it is to keep up the guard.

  6. The training which We are endeavoring to give forth to bless, protect and enlighten the students is to train one’s self to be on guard at all times; and while all should understand and with every effort use the “I AM Presence” to maintain Self-control, yet if something happens unexpectedly, to stand serene in spite of it.

  7. Use the Statement frequently: “‘I AM the Presence’ on guard.”

  8. If something unexpected happens, just say: “We will dismiss this,” and go on in that joyous happiness.

  9. Try not to have any feeling, but to know: “‘I AM the Mighty Presence’ governing everyone’s activity.”

  10. Whenever there is a Center of Light of the Intensity of this focus, there is always the disturbing element that would seek to enter through someone.

  11. If you are working about the house, keep using: “‘I AM’ proof against any sudden disturbance.”

  12. This sets up a certain armor that will keep the atmosphere harmonized.

  13. Use often: “‘I AM the Presence’ which nothing can disturb.”

  14. Always hold yourselves in a joyous, calm attitude, regardless of anything that takes place.

  15. For one you wish to help, say: “Here, pal, through the ‘I AM Presence,’ we give you the strength to control that.”

  16. The very marvelous manner and radiation of your two classes this week was the most remarkable thing I have ever seen in classes of students.

  17. The great Love and Harmony within the hearts of these students, maintained a sufficient length of time, makes almost anything possible.

  18. It is a rare thing.

  19. Here are three classes in which the same Love and Harmony is maintained.

  20. Do you feel the Great Wave of Peace and Joy that came like a breath of a spring morning?

  21. I will explain, so you may see how far-reaching is that wonderful, Loving Care.

  22. The Great Master whom Jesus contacted and who enabled Him to gain the Victory is the same One who was My Teacher, and It was His Radiation which came just now.

  23. He wishes Me to tell you that:

  24. “As you pass along the Pathway of Light, you will find the easiest way to overcome disturbance is to turn away from a thing—and forget it.”

  25. You may have this Master’s Name later.

  26. To wrong activities say: “That is not correct,” and then quickly pass it off.

  27. This avoids a disturbance which builds.

  28. As we reach into the Light, we are one Great Family.

  29. Knowing that there is but the “One Great I AM Presence” everywhere, you, being the individualization of That, there can only be the one Great Family, Children of the One God.

  30. In the very first place, let this be understood: if a worthy individual is critical, say with very definite certainty: “There is no one who wishes to intrude this upon your free will. We do not mind sincere questioning, but we do not tolerate criticism nor argument.”

  31. The Messenger must refuse acceptance to the discordant things by pouring out the Love Element, so the discord may be consumed.

  32. The Messenger must be fortified or else the work is left half undone.

  33. No class or work of the Messenger can be sustained if the Messenger allows argument or discordant feeling to generate.

  34. It is very difficult for the average individual to understand that the quickest way to stop any kind of disturbance is to stop discussing it.

  35. The thing in your own aura is the only thing that needs attention.

  36. The thing recorded in your atmosphere can only come through your feeling.

  37. The spoken word, unless there is a sense of condemnation or anger back of it, will not record inharmony on your Inner atmosphere.

  38. Of the two undesirable conditions, it is far better that one explode and get a thing off his mind than to hold the feeling within of resentment, or of being hurt, for that is what registers on your Inner Atmosphere.

  39. From My standpoint, I see what is registering in your feelings, and therefore on the Inner Atmosphere.

  40. You know how a carbuncle forms. Well!

  41. Let me tell you that in your mental world exactly the same thing takes place as the physical carbuncle expresses on the physical body.

  42. It is most important to do something to keep yourselves from harboring a feeling against persons, places, things or conditions, for these build and record on the Inner Atmosphere.

  43. If the desire comes: “I wish so and so would do this or that,” check it immediately and say: “There is only God in Action there.”

  44. When a feeling is registered in your atmosphere, it is anchored there until you dissolve or consume it.

  45. It is always the feeling that makes the Inner record.

  46. There is no use consuming a thing if you do not break the habit of generating the cause.

  47. One can easily conquer this by saying: “‘I AM’ in command here.”

  48. Do not let your feelings run rampant.

  49. Many times individuals are brought together for the sole purpose of compelling them to correct these subtle activities which most people pay no attention to whatsoever.

  50. This is a matter of stilling the outer in order that the Truth may be received.

  51. This is so vital in the individual’s Self-correction.

  52. As you rise in consciousness, the energy is waiting like an avalanche for expression; and if the energy is not controlled, it will rush in and cause you to do things that you would not have done for the world. Whatever energy is given into your use is to be sent out harmoniously.

  53. That is the Natural Law of your Being.

  54. If one does not understand that he is to govern the energy flowing through him and he contacts a discordant element, the energy flowing through becomes qualified by that discord, and he should immediately either check it or requalify it with Love.

  55. In my experience, if I met a discordant element, I simply said: “Here! I shut my door—you stay out.”

  56. The Universal energy flowing through you is naturally harmonious.

  57. Shut your door and then figure out who’s the matter.

  58. People resist persons, places, conditions and things because they have not mastered themselves.

  59. The students must maintain this Self-governed harmony within themselves long enough to let the momentum be created—which becomes the permanent guard.

  60. If one will maintain harmony within himself, I tell you, he will draw all good things unto him.

  61. The unfailing prompter is that the moment one expresses some kind of discord, he is to realize that he is the one to blame.

  62. There needs to be no written thing to warn anyone.

  63. The moment there is something discordant, it is the prompter warning you to get busy on yourself.

  64. Each individual is his own guard and prompter at all times.

  65. There is only One Power in the world that can correct anything, and that is the “I AM Presence” in each one.

  66. If you refuse to recognize that you are the creators of your own disturbance, how can you ever correct it or be free from it?

  67. There is no person, place, condition or thing that warrants your ever being disturbed, with the everpresent “I AM Presence” beating your hearts each moment and Who is ever All-powerful.

  68. If one will correct himself on these discordant feelings, he will let the “Great I AM Presence” flood his world with all Perfection.

  69. If the individual will not correct himself, how can he ever gain the Eternal Victory?

  70. The “I AM Presence” is the All-power of the Universe to make this correction.

  71. Let the “I AM Presence” flow until It washes everything clean.

  72. When your attention is fixed firmly upon the “I AM Presence,” which you are, it is as though your body were a fine sponge through which this Pure Energy is pouring, cleansing it of all imperfection.

  73. If you will stop the discord, the “Stream of the ‘I AM Presence’ ” automatically cleanses away all impurities.

  74. You thus have an Unlimited Power in your hands to intensify your right commands.

  75. Even from the scientific standpoint, knowing that the cells of the body are renewed in less than a year, if the discord could be shut off for one year, the mind and form would express Eternal Youth and Perfection.

  76. Either from a sense of false pride or something, humanity will not face the Truth that the cause is within themselves.

  77. The habit of always blaming the other fellow for what has happened to you is the thing that blinds you to the Truth and prevents Self-correction.

  78. A wonderful illustration of this is in the beautiful child-form.

  79. Until the child is old enough to begin to register the discord about it, its body is beautiful and expresses Perfection.

  80. This Perfection of form would always be maintained if there did not enter into the consciousness of the child the discord of the outer world.

  81. There are those who would say to me, “What about the child that is born sickly and disturbed?”

  82. In most cases, that is a condition brought over from the preceding embodiment, or in rare cases, where there is intense discord between the parents, this may be intense enough to register upon the child; but if you will notice in cases of that kind, as the child begins to grow and develop, it will show less and less of that disturbance.

  83. That is absolute proof the discord was not of its own creation, but was imposed upon it by the parents, because the soul was strong enough to rise out of it.

  84. In this particular point, one should understand the amazing conditions of suggestion by which individuals are constantly surrounded.

  85. For instance, let us take the environment and association of individuals who have been in the habit of going together.

  86. In that friendly association, each one is susceptible to the suggestion from the other.

  87. If it be discordant, then that association will be broken up sooner or later by one grand row.

  88. However, seventy-five per cent of the individuals moving about in the outer world are not aware that they are taking on suggestion—either from association, environment, or conditions out-pictured before them.

  89. The correct attitude of the student who becomes aware of his “I AM Presence” is immediately to take the firm stand that: “‘I AM’ invincibly protected against any imperfect suggestion.”

  90. Thus one can build about himself an atmosphere which will immediately repel all suggestions that seek to intrude wherein there is a destructive element.

  91. I think it necessary to call your attention to your old copy books which said: “If at first you don’t succeed, try, try again.”

  92. There is no way to gain Victory and Dominion over limitation except to keep at it until you accomplish it.

  93. If you question your accomplishment, you are postponing your Victory that much longer.

  94. Those students who really begin to understand that in the recognition and use of their “I AM Presence” they have the Universal Power at their command, then they know it is impossible to fail in their application, because the more they use It, the more of Its sustaining Power they have.

  95. Every time you feel a Christ Manifestation, say: “I praise Thee and accept the Light of Thy Presence, the ‘Full I AM Activity.’”

  96. Take this attitude always, and then you shut the door to any undesirable creation from those who have passed on.

  97. Always remember that you are the Master of what shall come into your thought world, and unless you realize that you are the Master, you are susceptible to all kinds of thoughts and feelings.

  98. For others, know: “‘I AM’ the Presence taking……. into ……. accomplishment.”

  99. If you give attention to a condition of disturbance, you are giving power to something else but your “I AM Presence.”

  100. Thou Mighty, Infinite “I AM Presence”!

  101. We rejoice in Thy Ceaseless Outpouring, Thy Enfolding Presence, protecting and governing the Life of these beloved students.

  102. Help them to enter into the Fullness of Thy Presence with no uncertainty, that they may bless mankind wherever they may be or go.

  103. Intensify Thy wondrous Light within the outer activity, that each one may become a great channel to heal, to bless, to prosper, and to enlighten.

Barbara Marciniak – Sun Wisdom from the Pleiadians – 4-27-10

The star that is your sun is the governor of your solar system and is the seat of intelligence that rules this particular locale you occupy. Intelligence designs itself as light. It is the intelligence of your sun that holds your solar system in its energetic field. The sun reaches into your domain and reads the vibrations as it touches your skin. It is intimately connected with every aspect of your life as you know it. It is a force of intelligence that fuels your very existence and creates the environment in which you can evolve. The sun is very interested in your evolution, for as you evolve, you feed everything that you do back to the sun as it touches you.

In many cultures, the sun is revered as the intelligent force that governs this world, like a god. You would be amazed as who and what dwells in the sun. The sun is an illusion. Highly advanced worlds disguise themselves as suns to protect themselves from invasion and penetration through the force of light. It is not, as your scientists say, simply burning forms of gas.

Science, to a large degree, has ruined your interpretations of life. It has taken all of the fun, vitality, excitement, and mystery out of life. Life has been made mundane and boring, as if it is meaningless. Can you imagine the sun being meaningless? Contemplate this for a moment. Yet today there is a campaign of fear and negativity against the sun. People no longer feel connected to nature because science has said that nature is not safe. The suspicion of the sun, nature, and Earth has contributed to your current crisis: your lack of respect in honoring and cherishing your home.

The sun reads its creations and in turn feeds the creations what they need. When the intensity on your planet speeds up and broadcasts itself as misuse of energy, the sun reads this. The sun is the feeling heart center. It permits and activates life, because it touches and reads all things. It touches all points with varying cycles of light, checking to see what is happening in every nook and cranny. It feels and brings the energy back to itself, and then makes decisions about its own expression. It learns how to correct imbalances within its own creations.

The sun is changing. The sun and its many forces are brewing phenomenal shifts and sending them to every aspect of your being. There will be a tremendous increase in solar flares. The solar energy is creating a new vibration with which disturbing and disruptive energies will not be able to fit. In order to qualify and join the club, energies will have to lay claim to a certain vibration of love. The sun is saying, “Enough. We are going to put you back into alignment. See what you can do this time around”.

The human body is affected by the radiated light. The radiation of this light alters the human body on subatomic levels. Only those with uncluttered consciousness will be able to house this energy. Those with negative thoughts feel it as direct poison; their thoughts will return and potentially cause havoc in their bodies. The solution is to have clear thoughts and uncluttered bodies that are able to take the sun’s energy in completely without fear. Each time you expose yourself to these fantastic doses of energy, you increase your intuition, your psychic potential, and your ability to decode the DNA. All these abilities are magnified thousands of times.

This is the whole means of control in your world: there exists a select group of people who are not aligned with the upliftment of humanity. Some of them understand that there is a mutation going on in humanity at this time, and that the sun is responsible for much of it. In order to counteract this mutation within the human race, they create an image by which you become afraid of the sun. Masses of people are obediently following the suggestions of authority. There has been a conspiracy against the sun, as if the designers of your world were flawed and made a mistake when they put the sun in your solar system. If the plants are smart enough to work with the sun and provide the canopy of energy, prana, and oxygen that keeps you in existence, don’t you think the sun is also good for humans? Do you think the sun is only good for plants, and that it hurts humans?

We say the sun is grand. There are many, many benefits that can come from the sun. It contains the ultimate in shamanic knowledge. Trust that no one made a mistake when they put the sun in your sky.

Wisdom With Wes – Importance of Unity, Respect – 11-7-14

Snapshot_20140731_2To go along with the article “Spiritual Condemnation and the ‘New Age Maze’” I posted today, I’ll say that loving and respecting each other’s beliefs is one of the best things we can do if we want to create a new paradigm of unity and widespread spiritual understanding.

As easy as it is to fight over our differences in belief, it’s far more worth our time to come together with those who might not think or believe the same things we do but still have a lot to offer humanity. No matter what idea or belief we empower, we’ve all come here to offer something unique to this planet’s evolution and we can’t offer it if we’re discouraged by others.

Everyone’s beliefs are helpful insomuch as they assist them in finding a higher state of consciousness, and even if we don’t think the same things as others, we can still come together with them as we respect every belief system that helps its proponents re-find the higher realms.

Unity is essential, and we’ll have to be the ones to bring it about by respecting our unique interpretations of spirit.

Do you choose to love and respect others today?

Andrew Martin – 4 Things The Great Masters All Aimed To Teach Us – wisdom pills

great master

“The wise have mastered body, word and mind. They are the true masters.” ~ Buddha

By Andrew Martin

When we look for those who have inspired and influenced people over the millennia, we keep returning to the great leaders who have provided clarity and wisdom on what it means to be human. These great teachers, prophets and sages, have never set out to be religious or spiritual symbols. Many of these masters simply wanted to share with others the revelations they had in an attempt to educate and awaken people.

When we analyze the teachings of these masters we find common dialogues, ideologies and philosophies on life and living. While the messages are communicated differently the underlying principles are similar. Are these masters one, simply showing themselves in different times, places, societies and forms? Have they come to help awaken and revitalize humanity to its true nature?

From Jesus who taught about righteousness, giving unconditionally; to Buddha who taught about suffering and set out a recipe for living a good life; to Mohammed who taught us to serve others, the importance of compassion, justice and equity; to Lao Tzu who understood nature and the beauty of its simplicity yet complexity; to Gandhi who inspired truth, solidarity and nonviolence; to the Dalai Lama who practices tolerance, love and happiness. There is one underlying theme these great masters espouse, that is of love and compassion for fellow beings. What defines a master? Let’s explore in more detail some of the teachings that the masters have relayed to us.

1. Living In The NOW, Being Present…

From a Zen parable. A man traveling across a field encounters a tiger. The man flees, the tiger chases after him. Coming to a precipice he grasps hold of the root of a wild vine and swings himself down over the edge. The tiger sniffs at him from above. Trembling, the man looks down to where, far below, another tiger is waiting to eat him. Only the vine sustains him. Two mice, one white and one black, little by little start to gnaw away at the vine. The man sees a luscious strawberry near him. Grasping the vine with one hand, he plucks the strawberry with the other, then falls to his death. How sweet it tasted on the way down! This is truly non-attachment and living in the moment.

Wisdom knows that there is nothing else except the moment, nothing else matters, that is all we have. Wisdom is in knowing there is no point being attached to anything. How often do we live for some other experience, time or moment that is not actually this moment? This is what all the great masters have taught; live in the present, live with compassion equity and gratitude. We can only experience the reality of mastery in the realm of the present, for it does not exist in the past. We can only experience love, compassion, the environment and the universe at this very moment. All else is an illusion. As the Buddha communicated, “Do not dwell in the past; do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment.”

2. Simplicity & Non-Attachment Another Key To Mastery

“Life is really simple, but we insist on making it complicated.” – Confucius

Simplicity is the key to mastery. Living simply is not ‘being simple’ as we know it. Simplicity is a state of being. It is a way of thinking, a way of looking at things, a way of expressing things, the way of doing things. All masters know that contentment and happiness comes through simplicity and non-materialism. The prophet Mohammed expressed that affluence leads to hedonism and hedonism leads to a life of constant craving and wanting. Buddha renounced materialism and likened people who chase after fame, wealth or other ego driven desires “like a child who licks honey from a blade of a knife. While tasting the sweetness of the honey the child risks hurting his or her tongue.”

Throughout time we have had many great teachers communicate to us the importance of living simple, non-material lives, so why do we disregard such advice? Do we know better than these great masters? Have we found the secret elixir of life in our consumerism? The great masters are telling us that we are living an illusion if we think we can live a life based around external gratification. We must look deeply and get in touch with our inner reality. We must reassess our priorities and purpose of life if our species is to survive.

Brandon West – Diligent Practice – The Path to Knowledge – 6-22-14

Lao Tsu

Written by Brandon West

Throughout our lives if we take the time to master each new idea that comes powerfully in our lives, each new habit or way of thinking or art or endeavor that we are inspired towards, then with diligent practice, we will grow magnificently. All that is required is a new perspective of life, and of learning.

Lao Tzu elucidated this concept clearly in the 41st Verse of the Tao Te Ching:

When the best seeker hears of the Tao he strives with great effort to know it.
When an average seeker hears of the Tao
he thinks of it now and again.
When the poorest seeker hears of the Tao
he laughs out loud.
(Jonathan Star translation)

A great scholar hears of the Tao and begins diligent practice. A middling scholar hears of the Tao and retains some and loses some. An inferior scholar hears of the Tao and roars with ridicule.

(Change Your Thoughts – Change Your Life)

I believe that each one of us have the potential to be in alignment with the best seekers, and with the greatest scholars, and according to Lao Tzu, the major difference is diligent practice.

Diligent Practice

How often do we unwittingly roar with ridicule and balk, if only in our thoughts, at some new concept or idea for no reason other than because it is different from what we currently know and understand? Moreover, how often do we hear information or ideas that we resonate with, but which slip from our minds mere moments later only to appear on occasion in flashes of insight which lead to nothing?

If we want to truly experience the universe (Tao) as Lao Tzu is suggesting, or experience the benefits of any practice or new idea directly, then we must begin diligent practice. This is the only way.

If you hear of the benefits of meditation for example, the only way to experience them is through diligent practice because practice alone will change you dramatically and help you to directly experience your chosen art and the new aspects and potential within you which studying an art will invariably release. And it is impossible to comprehend how you will change beforehand.

This is true with every single pursuit.

Each and every one of us are completely unique. Our lives are different, we have different goals and aspirations, and we have different passions and mediums of self-expression. Yet this concept of diligent practice applies directly to each and every one of us. For in no person would diligent practice be detrimental, and it is the only path to mastery which is a universal desire, whether it is acknowledged or not.

Diligent practice means simply to apply ourselves wholeheartedly to whatever we are learning, and to hone our talent, understanding, or skill down to a point through sheer repetition and practice until it is subconscious; until it becomes a part of who we are.

With diligent practice of our art or of a skill over time, the beauty is that we become what we are practicing. Therefore all internal boundaries begin to fall away one by one so that we can achieve a state of fluidity where our self-expression is unhindered and where we express the absolute truth of who we are and what is inside of us.

Only through diligent practice can we achieve this beautifully open state because the aspect of ourselves which we overcome through the self-discipline, commitment, and sheer effort of diligent practice is all of the internal obstacles between us and our creative source.

By overcoming the internal obstacles to achieve fluid self-expression in one art, we overcome our limitations of self-expression in general and thus can apply that knowledge and experience to any art and any endeavor. We can go from learning an instrument, to dancing the tango, but the principles of learning and mastery are the same in both instances of which diligent practice is an essential component.

This is the new perspective of life and of mastery that I am talking about. It truly isn’t new, but for some of us, especially for today’s youth (and at 22 years old myself I feel I have particular insight into the state of youth today) it is a new way to look at our lives, a new attitude, way of being, and a way to live in more depth.

From my own personal experience and from observation I feel that true diligent practice in general is an attitude that is missing from the world today, and it very well could be the reason why our society is so superficial in (the mainstream expression of) our art and in our materialism, and why we are under the spell of instant gratification.

For through diligent practice we truly master ourselves because we develop the ability to focus and maintain attention on whatever we are learning, and whatever we desire, thus we develop the ability to become skillful at anything and to truly become anything. But the real benefit is self-knowledge.

When we diligently practice something, we go beneath the surface of what we are practicing and of ourselves. We find things within that we did not know where there, from talent, to creativity, to knowledge pure and true. And in our art we discover fundamental principles which are inherent within everything in nature.

We are all extensions of source, therefore everything, every art and every being, must be a path back to source and must also be governed by the same fundamental principles. These fundamental principles is precisely what Lao Tzu meant by the word Tao which literally translates to ‘path’ or ‘way’, but which implies the way of the universe, nature, and the divine. And by travelling that path we cultivate knowledge directly from the universe which is universal wisdom, which is something we need more of and are definitely seeing more of in the world, particularly in the last 100 years or so.

Every time we notice something about ourselves or in our lives that we desire to change, or to learn, or to experience, instead of just thinking about it, we should all follow Lao Tzu’s advice and “begin diligent practice”.

Begin diligent practice and become who you desire to be, and do what you desire to do. And by living in this way you will transform by degrees and your life will become the greatest source of knowledge through direct experience you could ever imagine. As new ideas and endeavors come into your life give yourself fully to the diligent practice and application of them and you will grow in exactly the way you need to in order to become the best version of yourself. It is all divinely orchestrated.

Diligent practice is the path to knowledge.

Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.

Peggy Black – Wisdom and Guidelines for Multidimensional Humans – 7=22=14

A Message From The “We Are Here” Team

We are here. It is our desire to share these messages and offer an invitation for humans to establish a strong link and awareness connected to the many aspects of their own multidimensional reality. Each and every individual who awakens to the knowing that they are multidimensional starhumans contributes to the whole.

It is important for humans to realize that they travel from one dimension to another many times a day. Remember you only see what you believe. Reality will match your beliefs. The dimensions are a matter of frequency and vibration. This truth is becoming known to many on your planet.

It is the awareness and the welcoming that allow for the merging and the exchange between our frequency and vibration and your frequency and vibration. Our invitation to you and to all other multidimensional starhumans is to allow the softening and the merging of the dimensions. Let there be a flow, gently and smoothly.

It is a matter of shifting frequency and vibration. The most powerful tool in this hologame on earth, the golden key so to speak, is the conscious practice and skill at holding a pure frequency of joy, gratitude and appreciation no matter what is happening, continuing to return to the alchemical chalice of the heart and radiate these vibrations into your daily life, moment to moment to moment.

These are incredible times upon your planet. There is a shift in the matrix that is taking place. Humanity is experiencing considerable shifts in perceived reality. You have always been straddling multi-realties; the shift that is happening now is that you are awakening and becoming conscious that you are doing it. You are aware of your physical surroundings, those frozen in your perception, and you are also aware of the information we are offering—that with very little effort you can travel to any location in the galaxy.

Your human body is always operating in multi-realities. Every cell is aware of the noise within the body and outside the body and is making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is reading the position of the sun, moon, and stars and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body is monitoring all input from all dimensions and making the necessary adjustments. Every cell of the body operates at a multidimensional level and knowing.

Humans are evolving and becoming conscious that they are affecting the reality that they step into, and they are affecting the movement of energy on the planet. As they stand fully engaged and mindful of the total connection…the total matrix of divine unfolding…the total oneness and total weaving with the All That Is, they are starhumans.

This evolution is occurring within the atoms of each human being on earth at this time.

There is and has been a vanguard of multidimensional starhumans who have been carrying this banner of enlightenment for lifetimes. There is an awakening to the knowledge, that each human is multidimensional. Now is the time to recognize and merge with the consciousness of others who are also cognizant of their multidimensional beingness.

As more humans begin to expand into their multidimensional aspects, they will become pioneers in this field of aligning, balancing and untangling the energy weavings. There is a restoring and mending of the grid of this planet. This work has been taking place for hundreds of years in the subtle realms. It is now taking place in the active physical realms. This restoring, this mending of the grid, is held in the galactic realms. This is the time. This is the coming together. This is the shift activating your very purpose to serve.

There are considerable numbers of others like you who recognize and realize their purpose in this evolution of consciousness that is taking place. They have reached out and requested assistance and support on this stage of physical reality. Their conscious request has been heard, and much is being offered from the convergence of the highest vibrations in the universe.

We invite you and other awakened starhumans to hold the anchor and focus, for these energetic gifts that are being showered upon you. With every breath you take, realize that you are Light, you are needed, and it is time for you to be fully awake. Your every vibration ….your every thought is projected into the matrix of the energy field of planet earth. Continue to ask yourself, “Does this word, thought, action, feeling add to the light of the world, or does it add to the dysfunction of the world?”

Remember you are an important part of this unfolding. Each starhuman carries a code that is needed by many to trigger their own realization. Each encounter holds the auspicious moment in which codes and activation take place between both beings. When you and others are vibrating at your highest and most inspirited frequency, this is when the opening is available to lift any lower vibrations within another human.

Every time a multidimensional starhuman makes a conscious choice to experience an uplifted thought, a high frequency vibration of joy, gratitude or appreciation, there is a shift in the entire matrix of humanity. Every time.

Every time that a multidimensional starhuman stretches to be more compassionate, more understanding, more authentic there is a shift in the entire matrix of humanity. Every time.

One by one humans are taking their mastery; their authority and stepping into their personal sovereignty. We are celebrating with you in this incredible shift that is taking place. We invite you to stay the course, walk the path, and share who you are with others from this high expanded multidimensional starhuman place.

When you and others anchor this frequency, this truth, this knowing, when you vibrate the high resonance of joy, gratitude, appreciation, you welcome and allow others to connect with their own awareness of their multidimensional magnificence. Every time.

Know that it is your birthright to awaken. With a gentle heart love yourself free of all imagined limitations.

You are a vibrational being, practice raising your vibrations with each breathe all the time.

You are here to transmute and transform energy through the alchemical chalice of your heart.

Practice simple dedicated actions infused with your joy, gratitude, appreciation and compassion.

Always ask yourself is this word, action or emotion being offered life-diminishing or life-enhancing.

When you place your awareness in your heart you will naturally dwell in the synchronicities of now.

Remember the important key is in the asking and the willingness. State your intentions and surrender.

Each time you shift and emotional response from anger or judgment to love, joy or gratitude
you are doing global service work on a personal level.

Your sacred heart space is the gateway to all awareness, well-being and the oneness with all.
It is your link to the cosmic grid and your way home.

Honor your total magnificent multidimensional Self.
