JELELLE AWEN – In These Moments Of Enlightening Mind, Awakening Soul, Enlovening Heart – 9-22-17

In these moments, your heart opens and whatever IS in that moment…it IS enough. MORE than enough. It is overwhelming actually, when its true essence is seen and felt by your heart.

The love ALREADY in your life through what your soul has so bravely chosen is overwhelming when let in more deeply. You could spend the rest of this life letting in more deeply what you already have and already ARE and still have MORE to let in.

https://soulfullheartblog.com/2017/09/22/in-these-moments-of-enlightening-mind-awakening-soul-and-enlovening-heart/

In these moments, the filter raises and the essence of everything arises and dissipates. It is no longer whatever ‘name’ and ‘label’ it has been given, yet, rather magic in the form of energy. Nothing is ordinary or flat or common. Nothing is solid and static. It is ALL alive, pulsating, and constantly shifting. It is not actually the fear energies to which it might temporarily cling, but always sourced in and returning to love.

In these moments, the identities lift and the names, occupations, stories dissolve too. You are free then to BE beyond the labels, judgements, and boxes of five sense reality filtering. You have shed the false skins of your 3D conditioning. In those moments, you are bare flesh experiencing bare reality.

These moments of enlightening mind, enlovening heart, and awakening soul are the WHY of your incarnation here during this era of great ascension. These moments are a motivation and reminder of why you go into your own shadows to reveal the gifts they hide; why you go through death and rebirth and letting go of what no longer serves your expression as love.

Your enlightening mind is expanding beyond all it has been taught, conditioned in, and learned. You are seeking out resources to continue the re-education, the remembering of soul kNOWledge that goes much beyond the logical and rational boxes you may have previously felt trapped in.

Your enlovening heart is opening beyond the barriers and protections that it has needed in order to be around other defended hearts. You are increasingly choosing intimacy….with yourself, with others in relationships that allow an open hearted love flow based on compassion, respect….bonding but not binding, freedom.

Your awakening soul is spreading its angelic wings, unfurling beyond the limits of 3D reality. You are remembering you have stardust in your DNA and angels as ancestors and aspects too. Your multidimensional soul can live in your highest timeline even as it is fully present to your now.

These moments provide the juice and motivation to keep going, keep awakening, keep opening, and keep feeling. As you align your life more and more to your Divine service of love purpose here, so you experience these moments more and more AS your life and yourself as the Infinite Love in human form that you ARE.

This writing was inspired by re-reading my book, Keep Waking Up! about awakening journeys I experienced (kundalini, non-dual, Archon/Matrix reality, star BEings, travels to Avalon and Golden Earth/New Earth/5D, etc.) during an intense phase in 2015 on a remote, off-grid ranch here in Mexico. I am reminded reading it how these experiences greatly inspired and are the basis for all of my current writings and teachings. Overactive Mind

by Gregg Prescott, M.S.  –  Editor, In5D.com

Have you ever laid in bed trying to sleep while a constant stream of thoughts flow through your mind?  Do you perpetually think about random thoughts throughout the day?

http://in5d.com/12-ways-to-calm-the-overactive-mind/

Law of Attraction

According to the Law of Attraction, you will receive whatever is predominantly on your mind.  If your mind is producing chaotic, non-random thoughts, then this is what you will attract in your life.

Even in the dream world, your predominate thoughts and worries will be reflected.

Hijacking the introverted mind

We have been indoctrinated into a society that places ego and materialism above everything else, so many people will end up thinking about these things and how they are being perceived by others.  Our self perception has been hijacked by the mainstream media, who portrays fictitious characters leading the make-How To Calm The Overactive Mind | In5D.combelieve lives which many people feel they should be living.

It is estimated that approximately 75% of the population are extroverts and virtually all television programming is geared to reinforce the “all-about-me” persona while deterring people to look within for answers, which is they key trait of an introvert.

Carl Jung defined extraversion as “an attitude type characterized by concentration of interest on the external object”, (the outside world). and introversion as an “attitude-type characterized by orientation in life through subjective psychic contents” (focus on one’s inner psychic activity).

Reinforced irrational thoughts

By allowing the mainstream media to influence our thoughts and perceptions, we are creating irrational thought processes based on completely fictitious ideas, premises and images.

This is why you will NEVER feel good after watching the nightly news, which is mainly fear-based How To Calm The Overactive Mind | In5D.compropaganda designed to keep you living in lower vibrational thought patterns.

Even if you don’t watch the news but still watch your favorite TV programs, the television commercials are equally as bad by showing you groups of extroverts leading the fictitious life the mainstream media is trying to sell you.  Of course, these actors are mostly above average looking which is telling you on a subconscious level, “If I buy this product, then I am beautiful and will have a large group of beautiful friends.”

What these commercials are telling you is that you are not good enough the way you are while reinforcing the overactive mind to understand the differences that never truly existed.

Time is money, money is time

We have all heard the expression, “Time is money.” This is why every word needs to be precisely written and every second is accountable in any given television program.  On a subconscious level, we accept this premise as reality, creating additional cognitive dissonance.  We end up feeling as if every second needs to be accountable and we make up excuses for not finding the “time” to connect with nature or to meditate.

The precept of time is equally as fictitious as the bullshit they’re selling on TV, yet we all buy into “time” and “money”.  What is not being portrayed by the mainstream media are the mundane moments that we all experience.

Also see: How To Deprogram Yourself

Much of what the overactive mind is doing is filtering the rational and irrational thoughts, which creates cognitive dissonance.  In other words, you may be subconsciously persuaded to believe in these fictitious How To Calm The Overactive Mind | In5D.comstereotypes portrayed on TV, newspapers, magazines, etc…  while another part of your subconscious mind is telling you the exact opposite.  Your active mind plays out all of these scenarios and your thought processes dictate the internal chaos that will continue to be reinforced as thoughts create reality through the Law of Attraction.

The mainstream media also refuses to show the importance of connecting to nature.  while you will see various nature-related programs, the connection to body, mind, spirit and soul through nature is rarely, if ever, emphasized.

Social anxiety disorders

Sometimes, a social anxiety disorder is the cause of an overactive mind. In this scenario, a person may feel as if he or she is constantly being judged by others.  If you are one of these people, then be assured that when someone judges someone else, they are generally insecure about that of which they are judging you.  In other words, they are detracting attention away from themselves and are projecting it upon you.  This is THEIR issue, not yours!  The best way to handle this is to envision yourself as a mirror that deflects all negative thought patterns from other people and reflects it right back at them. By doing this, you are no longer absorbing the insecurities that they are projecting.

12 Ways To Calm The Overactive Mind

1. Eliminate the clutter

The easiest way is to eliminate the clutter.  What are the themes to your overactive thoughts?  Many of these thoughts are related to money issues and our economic subservience to the system of control. Perhaps it’s time for a change in jobs or to find a job that you truly love to do?  The easiest way to determine this is to ask yourself, “If there was no such thing as money, then what would I be doing with my life?”  After having fun or traveling, you would eventually do something you love to do.  At this point, try to find ways of doing this, even if it means working a job that you hate while doing this new activity on the side. The worst case scenario is that you spent time doing something you love to do and helped to eliminate the clutter from the overactive mind.  The best case scenario is that you will find ways to make an income from it and will be able to quit your present job.

2. Stop watching TV

The television is the biggest form of mind control and plays a large part on what we think and how we perceive life.  In the United States, the entire mainstream media (TV, radio, newspapers, magazines, text books, etc…) is owned by 6 corporations, all of which have Zionist connections.  Is it remotely possible that there is an agenda behind their “programming”? Ask yourself this:  During World War II, Precott Bush was arrested for funding both sides of the war, yet we never learned this in school.  Why?  Do you think his son, George H.W. or grandson, George W. would have been elected president if we were taught this in school?

Your entire thought process of who you are, what you should wear, what you listen to, what you eat or drink, etc… is being manipulated through the mainstream media.  Your overactive mind will continue to process, judge, compare and contrast that which you are being sold as “reality” to what is actually real.  If you continue to watch TV, then you will continue to buy into a false sense of reality which, in turn, will reinforce your current thought processes and inability to fall asleep peaceably at night.  Even when you fall asleep, your dreams will be affected by that of which predominates your thought patterns.  Once you learn how to declutter your mind, you will find that your dreams are no longer fear based and at times, will be prophetic.

3. Meditate

One of the biggest excuses that people will give as to why they do not meditate is they don’t have the time.

According the the Bureau of Labor Statistics, “Watching TV was the leisure activity that occupied the most time (2.8 hours per day), accounting for about half of leisure time, on average, for those age 15 and over. Socializing, such as visiting  with friends or attending or hosting social events, was the next most common leisure activity, accounting for nearly three-quarters of an hour per day.”

What this statistic is saying is that people would much rather be programmed by TV than to visit friends and neighbors.  It also says that they would much rather be, literally, programmed than to use that time constructively, meditating.

Another excuse of why people don’t meditate is that they have an overactive mind and have difficulty clearing their predominant thoughts.

There are many different styles of meditation, so one should experiment with as many as possible and either find a method that is conducive to eliminating the clutter or to create one where they are able to find that “inner peace”.

The meditation that I recommend to those with an overactive mind is called an “Open Eye Meditation” where you place two objects approximately 6 feet away from you and each other.  While trying to focus on these objects, your mind will not be able to process any other thoughts.  I also suggest to try this technique for more than 5 minutes, as many people will easily give up too quickly.

4. Remove the ego

Many people will live their entire lives never knowing who they truly are while pretending to be what society expects them to be.  Once again, these irrational thoughts are reinforced by the mainstream media.  Ultimately, we are spiritual beings having a human experience and our bodies are just shells for our souls.  Once you begin to accept this concept, you will then begin to realize how we are all connected.

A good way to learn how to remove the ego is to practice empathy by envisioning how other people may feel.

Through empathy, you will see how our egos help to keep us separated as individuals instead of a collective consciousness.  For example, many people are too detached from worldwide atrocities, such as famine and starvation in third world countries.  They may think to themselves, “If it doesn’t affect me, then it doesn’t exist.”  What if it was YOU who was starving?  Would you want others to know or care or would you prefer to have people say to themselves, “If it doesn’t affect me, then it doesn’t exist.”  The truth is that we are all in this together and if one person is suffering, then we all suffer.

5. Your body is your temple

Diets that are high in sugar and caffeine content may affect your thought processes.  Fluoridated water has been proven to calcify the pineal gland (your 3rd eye).  GMO’s have been proven to cause tumors in laboratory testing of rats. Too much alcohol will generally magnify any issues you are thinking about, so try to avoid excessive alcohol consumption if you have an overactive mind. Avoid stimulants.

Be conscious about what you are eating and drinking because these all play into your vibratory level and will in turn, affect how you think or what you’re thinking about.

Most importantly, listen to your body.  If you are experiencing heartburn, then eat more high alkaline foods instead of taking an antacid.  On your day off, if you are tired, take a nap no matter what time of the day it is.  Your body will always tell you when it is out of synch, so listen to it!

6. Exercise

They say a healthy body is a healthy mind, so if you are physically able to, then find ways to integrate exercise into your daily routine.

7. Escape time

On your day(s) off, learn how to escape time.  In this article, I’ll show you 9 ways on how to do this! Time keeps us locked into the constructs of the “work week” so on your day off, don’t look at your cell phone, don’t watch TV (TV is all scheduled on “time”) and just “wing it” in regard to any activities for that day.  Try  not to place any time constraints on this particular day’s activities.

By escaping time, you are also getting away from the matrix that keeps us all entrapped as economic slaves to the system, so this will help to eliminate the overactive mind’s thought process by giving it one less thing to think about.

The next time you have a week vacation, try listening to your body as to when to go to sleep for the entire week.  If you feel like taking a nap at 3PM, do it!  Stay up as late as you want and go to bed when your body tells you that it is time to sleep.  You’ll find that you will be able to fall asleep easier and much faster when you listen to your body.

8. Have fun!

Start doing things that you truly enjoy to do.  Let your mind focus on fun instead of trivial items that are out of your ability to control.  You’ll find that your thought patterns will change drastically when you are doing things you enjoy.

9. Release the need to control everything

Many people with overactive minds have the need to remain in control of most everything in their lives.  it is very difficult for a controlling person to relinquish control because they might feel that if they do not have control over their circumstances, then they have no control over themselves, which is not true.  Events will come and go whether you control them or not.  All you need to be is responsible for your own actions.  When you begin to start controlling other people, you are creating more things to be concerned about which in turn will feed the overactive mind.

10. Start a journal and/or dream diary

One way to release the constant flow of thoughts is to start a journal or dream diary.  By simply putting it in writing, you can provide yourself with a simple outlet to help eliminate the clutter in your mind.

11. Live in the “now”

The overactive mind is constantly thinking about the past or future.  By living in the now you will be able to release that of which you cannot control.  This doesn’t mean that you instantly become unaware of what has happened or what is about to happen. It is more of a realization that the past cannot change and the future hasn’t occurred, so why waste time thinking about either?

12. Connect with nature

Find the time to connect with nature, whether it’s taking a long walk in the woods or at the beach or where ever brings you inner peace while being immersed in nature.  While in nature, try not to think about “every day life” and simply appreciate what nature provides.  Try listening to the cadence of the wind or from a babbling brook.  What animal or bird sounds do you hear?

The Elephant and the Fly

A disciple and his teacher were walking through the forest. The disciple was disturbed by the fact that his mind was in constant unrest.

He asked his teacher: “Why most people’s minds are restless, and only a few possess a calm mind? What can one do to still the mind?”

The teacher looked at the disciple, smiled and said:

“I will tell you a story. An elephant was standing and picking leaves from a tree. A small fly came, flying and buzzing near his ear. The elephant waved it away with his long ears. Then the fly came again, and the elephant waved it away once more.”

This was repeated several times. Then the elephant asked the fly:

“Why are you so restless and noisy? Why can’t you stay for a while in one place?”

The fly answered: “I am attracted to whatever I see, hear or smell. My five senses, and everything that happens around me, pull me constantly in all directions, and I cannot resist them. What is your secret? How can you stay so calm and still?”

The elephant stopped eating and said:

“My five senses do not rule my attention. I am in control of my attention, and I can direct it wherever I want. This helps me to get immersed in whatever I do, and therefore, keep my mind focused and calm. Now that I am eating, I am completely immersed in eating. In this way, I can enjoy my food and chew it better. I control my attention, and not the other way around, and this helps me stay peaceful.”

Upon hearing these words, the disciple’s eyes opened wide, and a smile appeared on his face. He looked at his teacher and said:

“I understand! My mind will be in constant unrest, if my five senses, and whatever is happening in the world around me are in control of it. On the other hand, if I am in command of my five senses, able to disregard sense impressions, my mind would become calm, and I will be able to disregard its restlessness.”

“Yes, that’s right,” answered the teacher,” The mind is restless and goes wherever the attention is. Control your attention, and you control your mind.”

Remez Sasson

Balance

An overactive mind is a sign of imbalance and can be corrected but one must want to see the change within themselves in order for this to occur.  There is a saying, “As within, so without”.  If your body needs rest, then so does your mind.  If your mind is constantly processing activities, events and possible scenarios, it will resist sleep by continuing this process, despite your body telling you that you are tired. This is why it is so important to listen to your body.

By eliminating the clutter, you will find that in the worst case scenario, you will continue using your overactive mind in a positive way without fear or the need to control others.  You will also have an increased sense of intuition, an easier time falling asleep and your dreams will become more prophetic.

INTERVIEW: David Wilcock, David Wolfe, Nick Good – 7-17-17

Victoria Cochrane’s Channellings from the Masters – The Universal Mind – 7-13-17

‘Be the change you want to see in the world’ is a well-known saying and could not be a more poignant one for these times on Earth. No-one can take full responsibility for the events in the world yet every individual must hold themselves to account. How can this be when it sounds so contradictory?

The separate lives you lead are an illusion, dear ones. You are all strangers outside of your family and friends yet you are all united in the energy of oneness through God, the Creator. In the Universe there is no separation; everything and everyone is one and connected, therefore, every human on Earth is connected through thought and mind. Every thought is connected through the global collective consciousness and the vibration of this consciousness fluctuates between being extremely positive to violently negative. The global consciousness is connected to the universal collective consciousness which contains thoughts and knowledge from other worlds. Overarching all consciousness is the Universal Mind.

https://victoriacochrane44.com/2017/07/13/victoria-cochranes-channellings-from-the-masters-the-universal-mind/

The Universal Mind is not a well-known concept yet it is what connects every being alive, on every planet, through their conscious mind. It is not, however, a consciousness rather a memory-bank of knowledge contained through human (and other form’s) interactions and experience. It includes the wealth of knowledge that the Masters of Light have attained through their many carnations on Earth and beyond and of their mastery and encapsulates the knowledge of the ancient beings who came to Earth from the stars and held the mysteries of the Universe at their fingertips. In short, the Universal Mind is the bank of wisdom that can, and should, be accessed by those seeking enlightenment rather than the Universal Collective Consciousness which is unstable and unreliable.

Many people are plugged in energetically to the collective consciousness without realising it and are often left wondering why they feel so miserable when their life is, overall, not so bad. The energy radiated out by the collective consciousness fluctuates, ebbs and flows and, when there is an extreme wave of negativity, the effect on some people’s moods and minds is significant. It is important dear ones, particularly if you are becoming more attuned to the energies of ascension and awakening, that you remain vigilant in your cleansing and protection rituals. Do not allow your vibration to be lowered by the drama of 3D energy which is circulated largely by the media and then left to hover like a dark, gloomy cloud in the collective consciousness. ‘Opt out’ of the stream of propaganda, lies and deceit that deludes so many and opt in to the wisdom of the Universal Mind which can be accessed through your higher self in unison with your sacred heart. To do this, dear ones, meditation is in order!

When connecting to your Higher Self, which is situated directly above your head and is anywhere from white to golden in colour, imagine it coming through your crown down into your heart space. Connect to it by either sitting inside it energetically or by holding its light in your mind’s eye. Become aware of a shift in energy around you as you become connected to this infinite source of wisdom and knowledge. Ask your question and allow the knowledge to become apparent to you without thinking about it: just feel and know the answer. This wisdom, sourced from your higher self is also from the data bank of the Universal Mind.

The Universal Mind is not God’s mind but a static ‘library’ that collects wisdom that grows in volume but does not change otherwise. God, or Creator’s mind, however, is a living energy of creation that uses the wisdom of the Universal Mind to create the reality of the user. The vibration and energy of the creation depends on the faith, trust and belief of the creator; the more positive and trusting the user of the wisdom and knowledge is the more beneficial to the person and the greater good the reality will be.

So, how positive or negative is your reality at the present time? What thoughts, attitudes and beliefs do you need to change to become in Divine flow and in alignment with the Universal Mind which is ready to deliver you abundance and prosperity in exchange for your higher vibrations and positive frequencies. As you make changes to your perspective on what life is delivering and start to see that your vibrations attract those of the same frequency, your world and the attitudes of those around you will begin to change as well. Change your thoughts, change your reality….

It is a simple notion that takes little effort, yet the impact on your life and on the world cannot be measured, dear ones.

I Am yours in service and unconditional love,

Jeshua ben Joseph (Jesus).

Meditation for Beginners   –   20 Practical Tips for Understanding the Mind   –   LEO BABAUTA @ Zen Habits.net   –   6-2-17

https://zenhabits.net/meditation-guide/

BY LEO BABAUTA

The most important habit I’ve formed in the last 10 years of forming habits is meditation. Hands down, bar none.

Meditation has helped me to form all my other habits, it’s helped me to become more peaceful, more focused, less worried about discomfort, more appreciative and attentive to everything in my life. I’m far from perfect, but it has helped me come a long way.

Probably most importantly, it has helped me understand my own mind. Before I started meditating, I never thought about what was going on inside my head — it would just happen, and I would follow its commands like an automaton. These days, all of that still happens, but more and more, I am aware of what’s going on. I can make a choice about whether to follow the commands. I understand myself better (not completely, but better), and that has given me increased flexibility and freedom.

So … I highly recommend this habit. And while I’m not saying it’s easy, you can start small and get better and better as you practice. Don’t expect to be good at first — that’s why it’s called “practice”!

These tips aren’t aimed at helping you to become an expert … they should help you get started and keep going. You don’t have to implement them all at once — try a few, come back to this article, try one or two more.

  1. Sit for just two minutes. This will seem ridiculously easy, to just meditate for two minutes. That’s perfect. Start with just two minutes a day for a week. If that goes well, increase by another two minutes and do that for a week. If all goes well, by increasing just a little at a time, you’ll be meditating for 10 minutes a day in the 2nd month, which is amazing! But start small first.
  2. Do it first thing each morning. It’s easy to say, “I’ll meditate every day,” but then forget to do it. Instead, set a reminder for every morning when you get up, and put a note that says “meditate” somewhere where you’ll see it.
  3. Don’t get caught up in the how — just do. Most people worry about where to sit, how to sit, what cushion to use … this is all nice, but it’s not that important to get started. Start just by sitting on a chair, or on your couch. Or on your bed. If you’re comfortable on the ground, sit cross-legged. It’s just for two minutes at first anyway, so just sit. Later you can worry about optimizing it so you’ll be comfortable for longer, but in the beginning it doesn’t matter much, just sit somewhere quiet and comfortable.
  4. Check in with how you’re feeling. As you first settle into your meditation session, simply check to see how you’re feeling. How does your body feel? What is the quality of your mind? Busy? Tired? Anxious? See whatever you’re bringing to this meditation session as completely OK.
  5. Count your breaths. Now that you’re settled in, turn your attention to your breath. Just place the attention on your breath as it comes in, and follow it through your nose all the way down to your lungs. Try counting “one” as you take in the first breath, then “two” as you breathe out. Repeat this to the count of 10, then start again at one.
  6. Come back when you wander. Your mind will wander. This is an almost absolute certainty. There’s no problem with that. When you notice your mind wandering, smile, and simply gently return to your breath. Count “one” again, and start over. You might feel a little frustration, but it’s perfectly OK to not stay focused, we all do it. This is the practice, and you won’t be good at it for a little while.
  7. Develop a loving attitude. When you notice thoughts and feelings arising during meditation, as they will, look at them with a friendly attitude. See them as friends, not intruders or enemies. They are a part of you, though not all of you. Be friendly and not harsh.
  8. Don’t worry too much that you’re doing it wrong. You will worry you’re doing it wrong. That’s OK, we all do. You’re not doing it wrong. There’s no perfect way to do it, just be happy you’re doing it.
  9. Don’t worry about clearing the mind. Lots of people think meditation is about clearing your mind, or stopping all thoughts. It’s not. This can sometimes happen, but it’s not the “goal” of meditation. If you have thoughts, that’s normal. We all do. Our brains are thought factories, and we can’t just shut them down. Instead, just try to practice focusing your attention, and practice some more when your mind wanders.
  10. Stay with whatever arises. When thoughts or feelings arise, and they will, you might try staying with them awhile. Yes, I know I said to return to the breath, but after you practice that for a week, you might also try staying with a thought or feeling that arises. We tend to want to avoid feelings like frustration, anger, anxiety … but an amazingly useful meditation practice is to stay with the feeling for awhile. Just stay, and be curious.
  11. Get to know yourself. This practice isn’t just about focusing your attention, it’s about learning how your mind works. What’s going on inside there? It’s murky, but by watching your mind wander, get frustrated, avoid difficult feelings … you can start to understand yourself.
  12. Become friends with yourself. As you get to know yourself, do it with a friendly attitude instead of one of criticism. You’re getting to know a friend. Smile and give yourself love.
  13. Do a body scan. Another thing you can do, once you become a little better at following your breath, is focus your attention on one body part at a time. Start at the soles of your feet — how do those feel? Slowly move to your toes, the tops of your feet, your ankles, all the way to the top of your head.
  14. Notice the light, sounds, energy. Another place to put your attention, again, after you’ve practice with your breath for at least a week, is the light all around you. Just keep your eyes on one spot, and notice the light in the room you’re in. Another day, just focus on noticing sounds. Another day, try to notice the energy in the room all around you (including light and sounds).
  15. Really commit yourself. Don’t just say, “Sure, I’ll try this for a couple days.” Really commit yourself to this. In your mind, be locked in, for at least a month.
  16. You can do it anywhere. If you’re traveling or something comes up in the morning, you can do meditation in your office. In the park. During your commute. As you walk somewhere. Sitting meditation is the best place to start, but in truth, you’re practicing for this kind of mindfulness in your entire life.
  17. Follow guided meditation. If it helps, you can try following guided meditations to start with. My wife is using Tara Brach’s guided meditations, and she finds them very helpful.
  18. Check in with friends. While I like meditating alone, you can do it with your spouse or child or a friend. Or just make a commitment with a friend to check in every morning after meditation. It might help you stick with it for longer.
  19. Find a community. Even better, find a community of people who are meditating and join them. This might be a Zen or Tibetan community near you (for example), where you go and meditate with them. Or find an online group and check in with them and ask questions, get support, encourage others. My Sea Change Program has a community like that.
  20. Smile when you’re done. When you’re finished with your two minutes, smile. Be grateful that you had this time to yourself, that you stuck with your commitment, that you showed yourself that you’re trustworthy, where you took the time to get to know yourself and make friends with yourself. That’s an amazing two minutes of your life.

Meditation isn’t always easy or even peaceful. But it has truly amazing benefits, and you can start today, and continue for the rest of your life.

DRINKING HABITS

The quantity of water that you drink will also be extremely important to you during transformation. The water we drink allows the electrum to flow through your body, which is light lowered to a density as it enters the body mass. The more water you drink, the easier it is for the light energy (prana) to enter your body and to move through the physical body, rejuvenating the organs of the body. It would be wise during cellular transformation to drink plenty of water (at least a gallon a day). The additional water allows the light to move through the body faster. Light is an electrical force in our density and the additional water assists the movement of the light. From your perspective, you cleanse your body with additional fluids. The additional water permits the light (prana) to move through your body as the prana brings new life into and through the body. In order for the mutation process to be as comfortable as possible, you will need to keep your intake of water up. If you do not, your body will attempt to retain fluid in order to ensure that the element flow within your system is maintained. Why is this important? It is because, during the mutation process, you are constantly sloughing off whole string or sequences of proteins. Full systems are being discarded and rebuilt with differently structured compounds which you are receiving through water, air and foods that are also undergoing electromagnetic reformatting. In other words, you would find fairly high levels of excreted proteins in such Ascension Symptoms: Mind and Body | in5d.combody fluids as urine. You are literally washing away your old body formatting and rebuilding it as you live and breathe and move within.

It is quite helpful for people to go into a diet that contains more water, not only water in its pure form, but through the fruits and vegetables as well. This creates a greater lightness in the body and helps the body to reorganize its electrical structure. It is really quite simple, if you think of it, it is more of a movement away from the density and complexities of what you have termed your modern world and moving into a greater state of purity through which you may receive the grace of this transformation.

ENERGY FLOW in the BODY

During cellular transformation in your body, there will be increased energy flow felt mainly in the parasympathetic system of the body (i.e. lower limbs, legs, junctions along the spinal column, and especially the ganglia where the lower lumbar are positioned) and in the shoulders. Electrical sensations will move up and down the limbs of the body. Some people will also experience sweats and migraine headaches. You will notice increased energies when manifesting a thought. It is good to be cautious with these energies and your thoughts because they will become magnified during the time of transition during cellular transformation.

EXERCISE HABITS

We have mentioned the importance of drinking lots of water during cellular transformation. It is also important to do more physical exercises (i.e. walking, jogging, running, hiking, swimming) which will be extremely supportive during the changes. The exercise from dancing also is particularly powerful because many energetic pathways can be cut short and integrated throughout the body with the movement involved in dancing.

Ascension Symptoms: Mind and Body | in5d.comEYES

The white portion of the eyes may gradually change color, may become bloodshot and may become slightly darker. In some cases, this may create a slight tinge of rosiness in the eyes or a slight tinge of brown or green, but in most cases the color will be rosiness. This change relates to the increased velocity of blood near the surface of the eyes that can be viewed. The visual field of the eyes will alter and you will begin to view dimensions differently as your physical sight is adjusted as it interacts with the opening of the third inner eye, between your present outer eye positions.

FINGERNAILS

More ridges may appear in the fingernails at the smooth light half– moon line at the base of the fingernail. This part of the fingernail may begin to vary and may become rippled.

*

HAIR

A change in the hair may occur where the hair is on the body and in the thickness of the hair which will gradually become thicker over several years. This change will be sufficient so that it will be measurable.

HEAD

As you begin to reformat, things have broken loose, pieces coming out of the tissues in your bodies. In your heads, in your skulls, those who are mutating and even those who are considering preparing Ascension Symptoms: Mind and Body | in5d.comfor this, there are many mineral structures that are being sloughed off into the cerebrospinal fluid. This material moves into the spinal column, through the nerves and out into the tissue, so that if you recycle this discarded material, you will become very uncomfortable. There may be disturbance sensations within the head, eyes, spine and nerves (i.e. dizziness, headaches, pressures in the head (usually from back to front and may also be from side to side).

The primary place where mutation occurs is in the DNA of the brain. What this means is that certain brain functions are going to be a bit difficult. Your vision will be affected; you’re most certainly going to be affected in terms of headaches; to some extent your hearing will be altered; and, most of all, your ability to feel that you have a sharp focus all time will be affected. Your heads are literally beginning to contain material that is capable of electrically short-circuiting. If you have a sense that you are losing your mental clarity, that certain things are happening in your head, including headaches, that make you feel that you have short circuits within your brain, that is due to the sloughing off of this material.

Mood swings are also symptomatic of the body’s attempts to integrate more Light. There may be moments when you feel wonderful and have a great deal of energy, followed by a sudden crash and depression as you experience the pull of the old world.

HEARING

The auditory range of the ears will expand so that you will be able to hear the presently inaudible sounds of Source’s creation within you and which surrounds you. This change will enable you to have faith in Creator from hearing the sounds in your ears. Ringing or tones in the ears can also be transmissions from spiritual entities from other dimensions. Information from these sources makes itself known to you at the appropriate time in your particular spiritual walk.

HEART

Heart palpitations may be felt at times as your heart becomes in synronization with the rhythm of the Earth’s heartbeat. Changes may also be experienced in the heart muscle tissue and striations in the Ascension Symptoms: Mind and Body | in5d.comheart muscle tissue will begin to show more variations. The tissue will seem to be spreading out as the heart muscle becomes denser. This change will allow the heart to last longer and to create a normal life span of 150 years for an individual. The normal pulse rate will increase about three to four beats over the next ten to twelve years.

You may see a greater constriction around the heart as many people react to the energy of love and light that is coming in greater magnification. More heart attacks or various illnesses will occur where there is restrictive flow of energy around the heart center. This can be avoided with a greater awareness of that energy and a greater openness to the emotions, letting go, not having so much of the emotions held into the body but finding ways for the emotions to be harmonically experienced. The emotions are to be felt, not denied and the emotions can then create more of a flow and less of a closing of the life force.

HOT AND COLD FLASHES

These will be felt more by many people as cellular transformation occurs in the body. It is like your engines are being rebuilt and the temperature gauge is being replaced. It is similar to an engine in a car and this temperature gauge, as it is in an engine, is outdated. So in a way, you are finding that as you are building new information into the body, into the cells, you are redesigning the different aspects of the physical body through this transformation. So as this is happening, there is a greater gap in what is being experienced, a greater experience up and down, a greater experience of upheaval. Much is being tossed around, much that is no longer working and that is outdated. It is being tossed out as new data and new equipment is being gradually introduced and built into the body.

This is happening for all beings, whether they are conscious or not. That those who are choosing not to stay on the planet, although they may not be conscious of their choice at all, have decided not to undergo this level of acceleration and change in the body. Those who are choosing to be here at this time during this rapid acceleration and shifting of the physical body, of the physical mind and of the emotional system, are going to make those choices either consciously for many and unconsciously for many. But all will definitely be affected by the energies. All will experience, on some level, a shifting in the body as the body moves naturally to a higher level of receptivity and alignment with its source.

MEMORY CHANGES

More people are now able to tune their consciousness to receive unseen forces or wavelengths from the universe and to use this new consciousness to transform themselves into a new way of being. Ascension Symptoms: Mind and Body | in5d.comThis new incoming impulses of energy is affecting the cells that compose the mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. People are manifesting, on every level, this incoming light with your whole being. There will be times when you will be inspired with flashing memories, recall of past situations and lives and other realizations. Insights that are eternal and cosmic are beginning to infiltrate your body and to illuminate the human mind in a way that inner body cells will activate. The mental capacity of people will increase considerably during cellular transformation.

You may find yourself in the middle of a sentence when suddenly you completely forget what you were going to say next. You may be thinking about something that happened when you have difficulty accessing the memory of the event. As you move into a state of grace during cellular transformation, the harder it will be to reference your past through your memory system. All useless data is being taken from your memory files. In mastering limitation, past referencing of data was useful because of your acceptance as reality based on your beliefs and prior experiences. Referencing of data from the past is falling away and people will not have to keep the memory alive.

MENSTRUAL CRAMPS

Women may notice a lightening of blood flow during menstruation with less flow and less cramping. Some pregnant women will have easier and shorter childbirth with less pain and labor.
