Just because you are a certain age doesn’t mean you are higher than others in spiritual growth. The two are unrelated. In your human brain you equate aging with increased wisdom. In most cases this is true, however; wisdom & spiritual growth are not necessarily interrelated.
We don’t mean to confuse you but to have you understand as many do now that a spiritually mature individual can be one who is very, very young in chronological age (not as common but possible). It may also be one who is physically or intellectually challenged. One who is in the lap of luxury (usually for a minute & then move on to serve others; think Buddha, St. Francis of Assisi); or very, very poor (homeless in America, street person in India for example). These examples are not exclusive but to help you understand the difference between one’s age, socioeconomic status vs. one’s evolution. The outer sometimes does not reflect the inner being.
A quite simple concept that many understand intellectually but have not integrated into their being. The physical presence of one’s outer shell throws many off guard when observing. Move beyond the flesh & bones & view the true core essence.
Many more are becoming aware of this ability to see beyond the physical (the visual examples on TV, the internet help immensely in this regard). We applaud your efforts to grasp this simple yet elusive ability as many fail to have this view. Not judgment just the facts.
Take credit, be brave & persevere as more are coming on board with this critical understanding in your evolution. This actually is the basis for navigation into our new world, brave ones. To see beyond the physical takes practice, patience, perseverance & persistence. Never, ever give up. The beauty in the evolution, unveiling when you can see the inner core of one another’s beauty is a sight to see.
Everyone, we mean everyone has a core of inner light. For many [(we are chagrin) your best wording for us to say] the layers of deceit, hurt, harm, anger run so deep it is difficult to see any light.
It is not your job to scrub off the layers if individuals push, push away. Everyone at some point in their lives has to take responsibility for one’s actions, reactions.
You as healers, way showers, light bearers responsibility is to be who you are in every moment & lead, heal the injured who come to you by choice & want to accept their own responsibility for their own growth. No crutches here. Just one more step up the ladder moving “up” on their own, with your assistance or someone else’s or even some other circumstantial guidance.
As facilitators you are to encourage, take their hand to help them on the next step & then let go. It is very important that you let go. We repeat…it is very important that you let go for you and for the wellbeing of the other individual.
Disengage, decompress in healthy ways (e.g., yoga, being outside in nature, etc.) & pull in your energy that you have dispersed. Might we even suggest that you reach out for help if you are too stretched?
Take care my friends, colleagues in action. The wrungs of the ladder are filled with beauty. Accept that the ladder & the many steps are part of a grand, perfect whole…one step not any more important that the other.
