5 Ways to Develop Your Intuition – By Melissa Carver, Leo Carver – via Chopra Center

CHPORA CENTER

Intuitive skills are inside all of us. Intuition is always there for us, to guide, protect, and help us develop. As we grow into adulthood, we may push this intuition to the side to conform to what society says we should do. The more we do this, the less we tend to listen to that little voice or those gut feelings.

And like anything else in life, when you stop using it, you can lose it. A muscle must move, an eye must see, a brain must think; the same holds true for the intuitive process.

Here are five ways you can develop intuition.

Awakening 5D Healing – Energy Update – Your Instincts Are Real – 8-23-18

AWAKENING  5D  HEALING

We are moving through intense cosmic turbulence, profound timeline shifts are occurring. We may feel we are flickering in and out, becoming almost transparent at times. At other times, more grounded than we have ever been. Dreamstate can appear more vivid than reality. Disturbed sleep and eating patterns can be experienced as our systems adjust to lightbody existence. Tiredness accompanies transdimensional double shifts, so take care of energy levels with water and rest. Awakening people may be experiencing profound karmic lessons. When we lack self knowledge we are shown, we learn, we grow. This process has accelerated, fate is dishing up home truths, old, buried traumas and painful memories for many. Strength of character, fearlessness in the face of our perceived mistakes or mix ups, helps us release this karma. We are who we are, acceptance transforms us. We are all growing, transitioning, evolving, no one is stood still.

Frequency quakes triggered by the lions gate portal tidal wave have kicked up a maelstrom of energies around planet earth. This means we also are being shaken down. We search for and find truth in our core, balance, alignment and trust of self. Our gut instincts are our true path. They direct us to our highest vibratory field. Our core holds the wisdom of all our selves, from many lifetimes. We can alleviate darkness, stress and anxiety by sending light to our core. Visualising yellow sun rays, flowing to our centre, rejuvenating, reenergising and resetting our frequency. Fear can rot our core, it can unsettle us, disturb our natural flow, cause blocks and grittiness. Stress also affects our energetic flow, creating static that interferes with our organic frequencies. Grief, emotional pain, shame, guilt and envy will lower our vibration, their wavelength is dense with negativity. We allow emotional responses, we recognise them to validate them, and we know at a deep level that all is part of the rich tapestry of existence.

The secret to raising our vibrations is trust, trust in ourselves, trust in universal love. We are being bamboozled by lies, manipulation and theatrics, war and politics. The elite are dishing up constant distraction, fear and matrix rhetoric. We can see through these lies by being conscious, more aware of when we are being played. Listening to our gut, our energy helps us work out what is smoke and mirrors and what is authentic. Eat well, stay away from known toxins. Go back to old fashioned pastimes gardening, reading, sowing, walking, board games, making and creating, be calm in the present. Steady your feet with grounding meditations, use yoga to increase flexibility and breathwork to encourage lightbody activation. Processing downloads require a commitment to take better care of our mind body spirit system. We begin to see physical transformation echo inner enlightenment.

Take extra care when out and about at this time. Driving is particularly risky as the frequencies are fluctuating at such intense rates, we may not see each other. Avoid collisions by taking evasive action. Delay signing contracts or making life changing decisions, unless you truly resonate. Don’t be afraid to change plans if they are not in alignment with your present. Tidal waves of light meeting darkness head on can cause all kinds of glitches, malfunctions and sketchiness. Stay low, keep shield of love up, cloak it in shadow, use sage, crystals and mantras for protection. Some may experience Mandela effects as the timelines switch up, merging, fusing, separating, causing all kinds of friction. Listen to the natural rhythm in your being and trust it. Let go of many 3d conditions of conformity, they are no longer necessary. Many are asleep, in a trance like state, unaware. Others are hyper aware, keeping their spider senses turned on at all times. People may appear spaced out, slow to move, a little lost or confused, be gentle with sleepers people, for they know not what is transforming all around them.

By tuning into our own rhythm, we can connect to the waves of light flowing through and round Gaia, we can seek protection and guidance in these higher wavelengths. The intense heat experienced over parts of the populated earth in recent weeks has prepared us for further lightbody activation, we have literally and energetically sweated out toxins. Be wary of cunning cukoos nestling in our circle, old friends and new may appear and disappear at this time. Go with this, accept the natural order of universal awakening, go with love flow. Enjoy daily routines, time with loved ones and create plenty of solitude for meditation and stretching. Stay calm, in inner peace. Allow all else to wash over you, like rain in summer. Be the fourleafclover in a world turned upside down in quantum transformation. We can build from the start, we trust in us, our soul purpose and our love for all creation.

We are sailing our little boats through choppy seas of change friends. Keep your inner cosmic compass on, aligned to Gaia’s magnetic field at all times. Stay on the path of growth, inner stillness and mindful gratitude. If you experience dimensional slippage, timeline shifts or reality glitches ground yourself by anchoring your light to Gaia’s grid. Repeat mantras of protection and if you can, surrender to the multi dimensional realities of higher vibratory fields of light. Meditate love vibration, recognise fear, allow it, cocoon it in love, in a calm space of trust and belief, and slowly breathe it out. Don’t Panic, there’s always a back up. This is how the fifth dimension works. Nothing is linear. Ground yourself to Gaia’s grid, settle and stabilise your energy with routine, quiet and breathwork. We are waking up, walking on the beat, aligning with the pulse of light, of love. Relax, slow down, listen to our instincts and trust your energy, it never lies. Take time to assimilate, adjust and transition in light and love. Safe cosmic surfing beautiful people.

Trust Your Intuition First And Foremost

by Adeana M. Slater,   Guest writer, In5D.com

As I have spoken about before in other articles, your intuition is your built-In GPS system that will guide you not only onto your new path but is ever-ready to also guide you throughout your life if you allow this skill within yourself to sharpen and expand. This skill is nothing new of your soul awareness but it is a new adaptation within your experience here on Earth in which you are merging the spiritual and physical aspects of yourself. I can refer to this as learning to ride a bike for the first time. This memory and soul imprint stays with you. Just like other similar situations and experiences we will hold these milestones with our emotions throughout our lifetime. These soul imprints will and can follow you from life to life. This depends on the significance of what you are encouraged to master or learn in each incarnation.

Thanks to   https://in5d.com/trust-your-intuition-first-and-foremost/

I know that inside all of you, this GPS system of heart and soul guidance is very powerful now and will continue to be so. This is your intuition calling for you to listen and pay attention. How many of you have initially felt this “gut-instinct” or reaction but ignored it in fear of failure or being wrong? How many have tuned into this intuition with your emotions and felt too vulnerable so you shut it down and pulled your energy out completely not feeling brave enough to engage at all? This is a very normal reaction to this initiation that will continue to test you now and well into your future. These tests are to help you step into your own power and trust the guidance you are receiving. There is no such thing as punishment although we like to victimize ourselves in this way to feel better about the struggles that we are currently manifesting with our own energy and/or stagnation.

Stagnation can be made manifest with what you could call “bad advice.” I will tell you that there are people brought into your life that could and will give you bad advice on purpose to steer you far away from your chosen path. There are also individuals that have a good heart but are not what we would deem as: ‘risk takers.’ So their energy is engrained into conforming into societal norms and expectations. This is not wrong per se from THEIR perspective but this advice is wrong for you individually and for your own situation. You will also have other pressures discouraging you to change or move yourself forward at all. GUILT is energetically used a lot and this can and will hit you from all sides and in every which way possible. You could remain in an unhealthy and toxic environment or relationship in all ways due to expectations or the guilt to change it all.

This energy is building for you to recognize your own intuition. You are going to learn these lessons so fast and abruptly, especially if you are untrusting what you are feeling. Then you will know without a shadow of a doubt that you should have acted or reacted to that heart and soul inspiration you initially felt. And how will you know the difference? It will be by “trial and error.” Don’t be discouraged by error. This is how we all learn. Don’t be discouraged with yourself or others. You will also begin to know and recognize dark energy and evil intention. You will begin to discern energy rather quickly now. The Darkside are unable to exist by masking themselves much longer. The truth is surfacing and they have no where to hide. Their intentions are surfacing most now. This exposure is here and now.

This was the WHOLE point of Ascension. To uplift the collective out of the reach of the Darkside manipulation and for all of you to finally see and feel your self-worth and Divine potential. The biggest most important lesson from you to take away from All of this is learning to trust your intuition and going with that energy guidance. You can’t go anywhere as a soul if your guidance and GPS isn’t functioning as optimally as it should. If this was the case, you would find yourself walking in circles and with no true direction at all.

This is not our collective intention. So it will behoove you to learn and sharpen the skill of intuition as much as you can. Now is the time. And this skill will positively serve you no matter what endeavor you choose for yourself. Get back on that “bike” and ride yourself into this same intuitive guidance that has been with you all along although you have intentionally ignored this birth-rite. Make these lessons of life easier for yourself in this way.

So be it. And so it is.

Love to ALL of you,

~Adeana

BRUCE KASANOFF @ How To Exit The Matrix – Intuition Is The Highest Form Of Intelligence – 5-18-18 – by Michelle Walling

Intuition Is The Highest Form Of Intelligence

By Bruce Kasanoff   –   Forbes.com

Intuition, argues Gerd Gigerenzer, a director at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, is less about suddenly “knowing” the right answer and more about instinctively understanding what information is unimportant and can thus be discarded.

Gigerenzer, author of the book Gut Feelings: The Intelligence of the Unconscious, says that he is both intuitive and rational. “In my scientific work, I have hunches. I can’t explain always why I think a certain path is the right way, but I need to trust it and go ahead. I also have the ability to check these hunches and find out what they are about. That’s the science part. Now, in private life, I rely on instinct. For instance, when I first met my wife, I didn’t do computations. Nor did she.”

I’m telling you this because recently one of my readers, Joy Boleda, posed a question that stopped me in my tracks:

What about intuition? It has never been titled as a form of intelligence, but would you think that someone who has great intuition in things, has more intelligence?

My “gut instinct” is to say yes, especially when we are talking about people who are already intellectually curious, rigorous in their pursuit of knowledge, and willing to challenge their own assumptions.

Let me put this a bit simpler. If all you do is sit in a chair and trust your intuition, you are not exercising much intelligence. But if you take a deep dive into a subject and study numerous possibilities, you are exercising intelligence when your gut instinct tells you what is – and isn’t – important.

In some respects, intuition could be thought of as a clear understanding of collective intelligence. For example, most web sites are today organized in an intuitive way, which means they are easy for most people to understand and navigate. This approach evolved after many years of chaos online, as a common wisdom emerged over what information was superfluous and what was essential (i.e. About Us = essential).

Theo Humphries argues that intuitive design can be described as “understandable without the use of instructions”. This is true when an object makes sense to most people because they share a common understanding of the way things work.

You might say that I’m a believer in the power of disciplined intuition. Do your legwork, use your brain, share logical arguments, and I’ll trust and respect your intuitive powers. But if you merely sit in your hammock and ask me to trust your intuition, I’ll quickly be out the door without saying goodbye.

I say this from personal experience; the more research I do, the better my intuition works.

Although this may be a paraphrase of his thoughts on the subject, Albert Einstein has been widely quoted as saying, “The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.”

Sometimes, a corporate mandate or group-think or your desire to produce a certain outcome can cause your rational mind to go in the wrong direction. At times like these, it is intuition that holds the power to save you. That “bad feeling” gnawing away at you is your intuition telling you that no matter how badly you might wish to talk yourself into this direction, it is the wrong way to go.

Smart people listen to those feelings. And the smartest people among us – the ones who make great intellectual leaps forward – cannot do this without harnessing the power of intuition.

HUMANS ARE FREE – The Five Pillars of Intuition – 1-9-18

Intuition is the spark, or gateway, to higher knowing and to living a fulfilled, flowing, effortless and peaceful life. Each day we are bombarded by an avalanche of information, demands and pressures, that squash our vastness into a tiny reality.

http://humansarefree.com/2018/01/the-five-pillars-of-intuition.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+HumansAreFree+%28Humans+Are+Free%29

This data smog and information overload swamps our intuition. Now more than ever, we need this innate capacity to guide us. The more lost we are in the pace of modern life, the more we need this anchor.

Our Sixth Sense

Intuition is very much a natural and inherent part of our natures. When you strip back all the learned stress behaviors, pressures, mental projections and layers of baggage, we find the radiance of our true self.

This authentic nature is peaceful, blissful, and intuitive. Each one of us has this ability to know things, to sense things, to feel things, see things and hear things, beyond our conscious awareness.

The origin of the word “intuition” is the Latin verb intueri, which is usually translated as to look inside or to contemplate.

There is a growing body of research suggesting there are underlying non-conscious aspects of intuition. Among these aspects of intuition involved in intuitive perception are implicit learning, or implicit knowledge.

Science is now showing that the heart is involved in the processing and decoding of intuitive information. Emotion and intuition seem to be also rooted both in the heart and the second brain in the gut. This is where the term, your gut instincts, comes from.

Intuition is like a secret, inner jetpack that helps you make quantum leaps in your life, a map that reveals the shortcuts, opens up the pathway and holds the keys to your happiness. Is this building up intuition too much? I don’t think so. Even the military is studying the secrets of intuition.

In the wake of snap intuitive judgments in the field of combat that saved many lives, US researchers are studying the power of intuition. Sensing impending danger, deciding whether objects are missiles or airliners, or detecting bombs, are a few situations where a snap judgment needs to be made and where lives are at stake.

The US navy studies, with experts in neural, cognitive and behavioral science, were attempting to discover what gives rise to our so called “sixth sense” and how they can train marines to use it.

A former US navy seal has even written four books on the subject and he believes that tapping into our intuition helps us to excel at light speed. Understanding what intuition is, can help us to recognize it.

The basics of Intuition

Intuition is an instinctual awareness. Actually, intuition is a mysterious and curious thing a little beyond description.

When you are in tune with your intuition, you have an unconscious understanding and a subtle knowing, and you are able to see the bigger picture, or to see the meaning in things. It is sensory, not really a cognitive functioning.

Intuition is sensing meaning in things, having an understanding of concepts and connections beyond everyday knowledge.

“Intuition is not a single way of knowing – it’s our ability to hold space for uncertainty and our willingness to trust the many ways we’ve developed knowledge and insight, including instinct, experience, faith and reason.” — Brene Brown

So much of intuition is innate that often we miss it. Or we doubt it. Many years ago, I used to feel intuitive nudges and ignore them, doubting their truth. I quickly discovered these nudges were always right. I started to experience them as coming physically into me, seemingly a part of me, but beyond me.

Initially, I projected intuition onto other “spiritual” people, or psychics, or masters. In projecting my intuition and psychic awareness on to other people, I lost sight of the intuitive awareness that had always been my second nature from so early on in life.

After many years of using external methods for guidance, such as tarot or angel cards, pendulum etc., I recognized that the quiet wave of energy that would come over me, was my intuition.

I could feel the quality of the thoughts that popped into my head, coming from my left side, as something that was not generated from my own mind. I started to distinguish between me and my thoughts and something totally beyond my conscious awareness.

It was quieter, gentler, subtler, and a highly refined energy. Truly a whisper, with a feeling of something so gracious, tender, and pure, it was unmistakably otherworldly.

Now I know this feeling instantly and follow it. It is never wrong. And it is precisely because it comes so naturally to me, that I missed it.

I was looking for something more outrageous, a fanfare of guidance, a physical angel sitting on my couch. Once I accepted and trusted that intuition is as natural as breathing, my journey with intuition expanded and grew, and the whispers of intuition became a lot louder.

The Pillars of Intuition

There are five pillars of intuition: Trust, Connection, Acceptance, Integrity and Innocence. These pillars are all interlinked and much like branches of a tree, come together as a whole to create the magic of intuition.

“Intuition is a flow, it’s like falling into the music of life. Hearing the music and sharing it. Intuition is a gift of being human.”

Trust

Intuition is such a natural part of our makeup, it is more a case of unlearning what prevents us from being intuitive, then learning how to be intuitive. One of the keys to awakening your intuition, is trust.

Absolute trust in your impressions and a grounding of this trust, through taking action based on your intuitive impressions. The more you trust, and take action (before you doubt yourself), the more your intuition will grow.

Connection

Connection to your self, especially your heart, to others and to nature, enhances your intuition. So the more you can be in solitude, get to know your inner world, the more your intuition will flower. You have the opportunity to heal any pain blocking your heart, through opening to all your feelings, especially your Inner child.

Connection to yourself can also happen in another way: when the mind is distracted by something, and kept busy – for example, by ambient noise, an activity that keeps the hands busy, or low level background noise – it can often be easier to access creativity.

There are several famous writers who use this technique to access a kind of stream of consciousness. Other artists use it to create music.

This “zone,” that comes when the mind is distracted is helpful with intuition. I discovered this technique with intuition, through working with oracle cards. At first the cards were the message, then the cards became the “distraction” and the message was something beyond the cards.

I came to trust the inner knowing, feelings, words and visual fragments that were seemingly unrelated to the cards. As the mind focused on the cards, something else was freed and it was like the cards became a gateway.

Acceptance

We spend so much of life pushing away, rejecting, fighting. Battling ourselves, our past, our bodies, our beliefs, our conditioning. Then we take this inner war out into our daily life, and engage in conflicts with others. Self acceptance leads to greater trust and helps you awaken your intuitive capacity.

Acceptance is about accepting all aspects of ourselves. Not just the good aspects. When we accept that we have negative character aspects, then we stop hiding them and fighting with ourselves.

A daily practice of sitting still for five minutes, with your hands on the heart, and somatically connecting with your body, firstly the physical sensations, and then your thoughts, and your emotions, simply observing, without trying to change anything, will help you to develop greater acceptance.

Integrity

Being real and authentic, most of all with yourself, releases the chokehold of our ego on intuition. Integrity is doing the right thing, saying what you mean, and keeping your word, most of all to yourself.

It is about being authentically you. Too often people think they need to behave a certain way in order to be wise, or “spiritual.” In fact, it is the reverse. Expressing more of what is truly within you, showing yourself, shadow and all, is the way to free yourself.

Innocence

When you start the journey of forming a deeper, more authentic connection with yourself, you open the doorway to innocence.

Much of intuitive functioning is held in the childlike spontaneity we all have. Connecting to, and nurturing, this aspect of yourself helps to enhance intuition.

So what limits your intuition?

Fear drowns out intuition, as does anxiety and stress. Our modern western way of life limits intuition. The more we succumb to the arrogance of believing we are all powerful and all knowing, the more we constrict our intuition. Humility and Innocence open the mind.

“The need to be certain is what silences the intuitive voice. Sitting in uncertainty makes us feel anxious, vulnerable and fearful. We start looking for validation outside of us rather than trusting what comes through.” — Brent Brown

New research into the heart shows that our heart is a dynamic, connecting, creative intelligence. The more we release our fear of the pain dwelling in our hearts, and start to live from the wisdom of our hearts, the more intuition can grow.

Howard Martin, co-author of Heart Intelligence, says that our thoughts and feelings influence the chemistry that regulates our health:

“Heart Intelligence links the physical heart to the spiritual (energetic) heart. Through its extensive communication with the brain and body, the heart is intimately involved in how we think, feel, and respond to the world.”

The HeartMath Institute is researching the role of the heart in processing and decoding intuitive information. This research shows what has always been known, that the heart is the centre of our instinctual and intuitive nature. It is the portal to the worlds beyond the physical.

“Everyone is one hundred percent intuitive about the things they need to know. If there are things that aren’t known, it simply reminds you what doesn’t need to be known at this time. While so many beings work diligently on developing their intuition, it is done in attempt to know more than each moment provides.

“No matter how crystal clear your intuition becomes, you will never see or know more than is meant to be revealed. In fact, without even working on honing the power of your intuition, you will always know exactly where to go and what to do at the moment you are meant to move.

“Until further instructions are revealed, intuition is not about imagining all the insights and messages you are missing. It is more so centred in the grace of ever-expanding faith to trust what already knows everything as it blossoms into being.” — Matt Kahn

TANAAZ – 4 Warning Signs from Your Intuition – 11-4-17

TANAAZ

If you are open and if you are listening, your intuition is always sending  signs and clues so you can move forward in the right direction.

by Tanaaz, guest writer

The right direction is really the direction that is aligned with your soul. It is not a question of good or bad, it is just whatever direction your soul needs to go in.

http://humansarefree.com/2017/11/4-warning-signs-from-your-intuition.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+HumansAreFree+%28Humans+Are+Free%29

When you still your mind and listen to that quieter voice within, you will always be guided and you will always know the right next move to make.

Learning to listen to this quiet voice within does take time and practice. But the more you learn how to still the chatter in your head, and the more you trust that you are indeed being guided, the easier it will become.

In fact, there really is no greater or more powerful tool than your intuition. We all have one, we just need to get comfortable in learning how to use it.

While there are exercises you can do to strengthen your intuition, sometimes the hardest part is determining the difference between your intuitive voice and the voice of your ego.

Most of us have a very strong and powerful mind that is constantly chatting and offering its opinion, and sometimes this can get in the way of being able to accurately determine our intuition.

To help you with the process, here are 4 common warning signs that usually arise when your intuition is getting overthrown by your ego.

If you ever find yourself experiencing these warning signs, the message is always — Stop and Listen.

Here are the 4 warning signs you need to watch out for:

1. Indecision

Sometimes it can be hard to decide whether to go left or right, choose pizza or pasta, or to hold on or let go. Making decisions, big or small is definitely something your intuition can help you with.

If you find yourself going around in circles about whether or not to do something, or if you are struggling to make a decision, you need to trust that this is your intuition talking to you.

As I always say to myself — when you are met with indecision you must listen to your intuition!

Often when you are struggling to decide something, or when you feel a resistance to making a decision, it could be a warning sign from your intuition that either you have not yet got all the facts, or that something is off about one of your choices.

When you are indecisive, the best thing to do is pause and wait it out. You can also ask for a sign or meditate quietly to help you see things clearly.

If you can’t wait it out, follow which option feels the best, not which one sounds the best. Our intuition doesn’t always play by the rules of logic, so sometimes you just have to learn to trust your feelings.

2. Seeking Approval

While it is fine to ask someone for their opinion or even for their advice, if you find yourself reaching out to everyone you know this could also be a red flag.

When you find yourself asking for everyone’s opinion, more often than not you are most likely looking for validation, or you are ignoring what you already know to be true deep down inside.

When your intuition sends you a message that is hard to hear, sometimes it can be tempting to keep seeking advice and opinions from others in order to shake off or validate what we already know to be true.

If you find yourself seeking the opinion and approval from everyone around you, stop and check in with yourself. Connect with your inner voice and don’t be afraid to hear the truth.

Remember, this is your life and only you know what is best.

3. Feeling Drained or Zapped

Feeling drained or depleted is another warning sign from your intuition. This usually happens when you are surrounding yourself with the wrong people, but it can also happen when you enter a room or walk down a particular street.

If you ever find yourself feeling zapped, especially if this feeling comes on suddenly, it is definitely a sign that you need to check in and ask your intuition for guidance.

The tricky thing with this situation is that it can hard to hear your intuition when you are feeling zapped, so call on your angels and visualize a protective white light all around you.

Once you have removed yourself from the space or stopped hanging around the person, usually your energy levels will recharge quickly.

4. Something’s Just Off

The most common warning sign from your intuition is a general feeling of “offness”. When you feel off about something or if you feel something is not right, this could definitely be your intuition shining through and trying to warn you.

If you feel off about something, breathe deeply and ask your intuition to show you the next best step.

Sometimes stress or anxiety can also get in the way here and make us believe that things are worse than they seem, but if your feelings of “offness” are also met with any other warning signs like indecision or feeling zapped definitely pay attention.

You may need to take a few deep breaths or meditate here to help clear your mind and check in with yourself about what could be going on.

Hopefully these 4 warning signs help you to understand how your intuition is always guiding and protecting you.

Your intuition is truly your greatest superpower.

6 Ways To Access Higher Consciousness

1. Discernment.Discernment involves using your cognitive abilities by questioning EVERYTHING! When you do so, you begin your spiritual journey by seeking answers through truth.

2. Intuition. Similar to discernment, intuition is basically using your gut feelings to guide you.

3. Opening your 3rd eye. Your 3rd eye will show you things that were previously inaccessible to you. I give a tutorial on how to do this in the article, “Do THIS Right Before You Go To Sleep To Open Your 3rd Eye!“.

4. Meditate.Meditation helps to bring your mind into the alpha state where you can easily tap into higher states of consciousness.

5. Use the Law of Attraction. Try asking the universe for ideas and suggestions on what your direction should be… or any other question you may have. The key is to LISTEN and to OBSERVE what is shown to you, as you are always being guided toward your life purpose.

6. Ask your spirit guides and guardian angels. Your spirit guides and guardian angels are there for you, 24/7/365 but they cannot act without you first asking them to do so, due to the Law of Free Will. Of course, they can gently guide you by giving you symbols such as a feather appearing out of nowhere to let you know they’re there for you, but you have to ASK them for help if you need it!

4 Tips in preparing yourself to access higher states of consciousness

1. Ground yourself.Staying grounded is a great way to prepare yourself for higher states of consciousness. Try going for a walk (barefooted, preferably) and connecting with nature. Similar to #4 (Meditation) you may be able to connect with nature to reach higher states of consciousness.

2. Live in the heart. Stay heart-centered as much as possible, thus keeping the lines of communication open between you and higher consciousness.

3. Ho’oponopono. With feeling behind it, say Please forgive me, I’m sorry, thank you, and I love you at any given time throughout the day. The Universe LOVES gratitude!

4.Turn off the TV! The biggest deterrent to accessing higher consciousness is watching television or low vibrational movies that feature horror or the killing of someone.

Deciding to live in higher states of consciousness is a full-time job. Take it seriously, yet have fun with it. As you change, the world changes around you.

Suzanne Lie – Activating our Expanded Perceptions – 2-20-16

InterDimensionalPortalAs we expand our consciousness, our perceptions expand as well. Just as we have special talents in our daily lives, certain expanded perceptions will be stronger or will come “on line” to our mundane consciousness first.  However, all of us have all of these expanded perceptions as an innate component of our true Multidimensional nature.

More of us would use these perceptions if we had not suffered judgment from others who were afraid of that which they could not understand. However, as more and more of us awaken, there is far less fear and judgment.  Hence, more and more of us are “coming out” with newly awakened, or long hidden, expanded perceptions.

As with all spiritual/enlightened endeavors, we cannot try to awaken or force our expanded perceptions. The Path to awakening is like a river in which we must stay in the center current to allow ourselves to easily be carried along with the flow. If we struggle or work, we only push ourselves out of the center current and into the many eddies and whirlpools of third dimensional life.

One of the main keys to restoring our innate “psychic” perception is to listen to the still, small voice within that whispers into our mind, heart and body. Just as our physical body uses our five senses to inform us of what we are hearing, seeing, feeling, smelling and touching, it also alerts us to information that resonates to the expanded frequencies our Higher consciousness. Inherent and latent within our Earth vessel is our Higher consciousness and the expanded perceptions that can receive and understand this Multidimensional consciousness.

Through merging with, downloading and integrating our Multidimensional SELF into our third dimensional Earth vessel, we upload our new Multidimensional operating system and can bring these expanded perceptions on line. Then our brain – our biological computer – can signal our body to respond to frequencies of information that were beyond the threshold of our old third dimensional operating system.

Remember – we do not just raise our consciousness; we expand it. As we expand our consciousness, thinking, expectation and perceptions, we receive information not only with the fourth, fifth, sixth dimensions and beyond, but also with the second and first dimensions and the quantum realities. When we moved into our exploration of the extremes of individuality, we became separated from our body, our animal instincts, our SELF, others, Spirit, “Heaven,” the planet and all of Nature. One of the innate animal perceptions that we lost was our instinct.

Instinct

Instinct, which is an innate “knowing,” is a second dimensional ability based on our “primitive self” who has the ability to tune into the planet to know where there is water, what food will heal us or poison us and the location of our “tribe.” If we “give a horse his head,” he will find water. Animals in the wild know what food they are meant to eat and what food will hurt them. Animals know when a predator is stalking them or simply sharing the waterhole. In our quest for evolution we lost some of our basic survival skills.

Our instincts are usually a physical sensation, which our left-brain, logical self has been trained to ignore.  However, as we regain our Whole Brain Thinking, we begin to become close friends with our Earth vessel.  As we awaken, we begin to realize that WE are not our body. WE are IN our body. Our physical form is one of many forms that surrounds our consciousness. However, without our physical body we cannot continue to play the 3D Game.

In other realities in which we held a tribal consciousness, or in which we had to survive off the land, our instinct was one of our most important perceptions.  Our instincts are able to pull together information from our five physical senses that are just below our threshold of perception. However, when the distant vision, quiet sound, faint order, proximity of someone or something that we cannot touch comes together in our right brain, our instincts give us the meaning of the subliminal information. Unfortunately, if we still deny our right-brain perceptions because we have become trapped in our logic, we will not receive its message.

When we say, “I just have a feeling” or “I sense that I am being watched” these statements are arising from our instincts. When we give our attention to these messages, we reinforce our instincts and invite then to remain active in our lives.  All of our expanded perceptions are much like muscles – if we use them they get stronger, but if we don’t use them, we lose them.

Empathy

Empathy is the ability to feel another person’s emotions. It is a second dimensional ability shared by “primitive,” tribal societies, herd animals, and birds in a flock. An example of this is when our pet comes up and nudges us in an attempt to comfort our sadness. Other examples are a mother’s understanding of what her non-verbal infant needs or a healer’s deep knowing of how a patient feels.

Empathy is another one of our “animal perceptions” in which we must pay attention to our bodies in order to receive and understand them. Darwin wrote about animals’ four basic emotions as a means for survival.  The survival purpose for fear was to create a state of fight or flight, sadness created bonding within the herd/pack/flock, happiness urged on procreation of the species, and anger’s purpose was to break through barriers. Our third dimensional animal self makes use of emotions in much the same way – as well as for the purpose of survival.

Humans tend to be more empathic with people that we deeply care for, even love. However, intense anger or fear can doom us to feeling the person whom we greatly dislike.  The complicated part of empathy is that we feel the emotions of another in our own bodies, as if they are our emotions. Therefore, to avoid confusion we need to understand our own emotions.  For example, if we are in a fine mood and we walk into a room where someone is angry, it will not feel like that person is angry, but instead it will feel like we are angry. In order to differentiate between our own feelings and someone else’s, we need to have a conscious recognition of our own emotions.

Then, when we could walk into that room and say, “I suddenly feel very angry”  we can also say, “However, it does not feel like my anger.”  In that case, we can look around the room to determine the source of the anger that we have been feeling inside our own body. Empathy is not limited to time and space.  We can suddenly feel an emotion from someone far away. However, this is usually only when we have a strong psychic attachment to that person.

Fear and anger are very loud emotions because they are important to activate the Fight/Fight Response of our body. These emotions are loud in our psyche because they are directly related to our survival mechanism.  Sadness is not as loud, but it is very contagious. We have all had experiences of crying at a funeral of someone we didn’t know that well, but we emphatically feel everyone’s sadness

Love, and the happiness that arises from love, comes in two categories: conditional love (from humans) and Unconditional Love (from Spirit).  If we have no ability to feel and identify a certain emotion in our own body, it will be difficult for us to empathically feel that emotion in another. Hence, if we have never experienced someone loving us, or if we have never loved our self, we may be very close to someone who deeply loves us and never know it.  It is sad to say that love is learned, but here in the third dimension it can be true.

Fortunately, there are those who never lose their connection to spiritual Love.  These people have “eleventh hour luck,” for they always find someone to love them when they need, even though they currently have no loving support. In fact, many of those who vowed to awaken in this lifetime were born into loveless childhoods to urge them to look inside to fond the Love they need.  The gift was that when they looked inside, they not only found love, they found Unconditional Love from spirit.

Intuition

Intuition, another form of bodily knowing, gives us answers – “gut feelings” – without the need for thought. Intuition is the ability to combine the perceptions of the fourth dimension and beyond, such as vision, hearing, proprioception (your location in space) and smell. All these abilities are derived from our brain’s functioning beyond the 10-15% range that is considered “normal.” Many people use their intuition everyday, but they call it “luck.”

Intuition is much like instincts, except that it calls in the messages, answers and protection from our Spirit Guides. Instincts and empathy come to us while we are in daily, beta brainwave consciousness whereas intuition can only be accessed by connect to our alpha brainwave, creative, states of consciousness.  We get an intuition when we “think out of the box,” beyond the limitations of daily, third dimensional thinking.

Intuition can come to us as a warning or message from “above.” Of course, as we awaken, we realize that the message does not come from above, but instead from within. Hence, in order to receive our deepest intuition, we need to venture into the hidden place of our unconscious mind and injured heart.  If we cannot gain a clear reading on our own emotions, we will project that tainted reading onto our intuition about others and get faulty information.

In other words, if we look out into the world with dark glasses – or unclear aura – it will look as though the outside world is dirty or unclear. Because we are unaware of our “dark glasses” we will not realize that the darkness and lack of clarity is within our own consciousness. Unresolved fear, anger and sadness tarnish our vision of reality and make us feel too unsafe to surrender to Spirit to receive our healing. As children many of us had perceptions of faeries, ghosts or the face on the tree, which were lost in our adult struggle for survival.

To return to our innate intuition we need to heal our wounded ego and regain the innocence and wonder that we had as a child.  When we find the courage to make this journey, we will meet with higher and wiser expressions of our SELF who will assist us with our awakening.

Telepathy

Telepathy is the ability to read, or have a “knowing,” of another person’s thoughts. An example would be when we answer a question that the other person has not yet asked. It is a fourth and fifth dimensional ability, which is a natural consequence of either moving beyond the constraints of third dimensional time and into the more fluid fourth dimensional time, and/or moving into fifth dimensional consciousness where all life is blended in Unity with the ONE.

Many of us have had telepathic experiences where we knew someone was going call us or say something, and they did. We can write it off as a coincidence, recognize that we are awakening to our expanded perceptions, or realize that we are finally acknowledging what has been happening for a long time.  Awakening to our full potential is a process of acknowledging that we are more than we once believed and accepting our new SELF as it is revealed in our daily life.

It is important that we take the time to commune with our Multidimensional SELF through meditation, reflection, being in Nature, enjoying a creative endeavor, or whatever we choose. If we can take at least 5 minutes before we start our busy day to calibrate our consciousness to the resonance of our SELF, we can better maintain Multidimensional thinking, expect that we are awakening to our true SELF, acknowledge our expanded perceptions and allow them to guide us to BE our SELF in daily life.

Therefore, when we have a moment of telepathy, we can take a long breath of gratitude to be thankful for our transformation back to SELF. Thanksgiving for the moment at hand will duplicate that moment indefinitely. Furthermore, as we communicate regularly with our inner Self, telepathic messages are not unique. Hence, they don’t elicit fear. In fact, as we activate more and more of our expanded perceptions, our innate love grows, our fear diminishes and our consciousness expands exponentially.

When our consciousness expands beyond the third dimension and into the fourth and second dimensions, we can more easily have telepathic communications with fourth dimensional Elementals and Spirit Guides, as well as the second dimensional plant and animal kingdom. When our consciousness encompasses the fifth and first dimensions, we will have more and more telepathic experiences with our Soul/SELF, fifth dimensional parallel realities, and with the genetic, cellular, and DNA foundations of our personal and planetary bodies.

When our consciousness expands into the fifth dimension/first dimension and the sixth dimension/quantum reality, we gain freedom from time/space, form and the linearity of third dimensional thinking. At this point, we regain our Multidimensional/quantum thinking to receive, accept and understand messages free of any bondage of third dimensional limitation, separation or space/time. It is then that our messages can become precognitive and clairaudient.

Precognition

Precognition – seeing into the “future” – is the fourth and fifth dimensional ability to move beyond the constraints of 3D time and into the mutable time of the fourth dimension or the NOW of the fifth. Precognition is helpful to assist us in creating our personal road map through life.

As we expand our consciousness we begin to perceive our physical reality from different points of view.  While only using our five physical senses, we can only access the perspective of being in the forest among the many trees that block the vision of where we are going.  However, many of our expanded perceptions allow us to move beyond third dimensional time, which blocks our vision like trees in the forest. A higher dimensional perspective is similar to seeing the entire forest from a control tower at the peak of the highest mountain. From this “tower,” which is beyond time and space, we can see where each trail of thoughts, emotions and actions leads.

With this information, we can change our course at any time by raising our consciousness, changing our thinking, expecting another path and perceiving solutions that we could not find before.  For these reasons the future is very fluid. Once we have mastered our precognition we can more easily discriminate between a “possible reality” and a “probable reality.” A possible reality is a choice of the ego and may or may not happen. On the other hand, a probable reality is a reality that already exists in the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond. Therefore, if we are in alignment with our Soul, we will choose to manifest that reality.

The challenge is that no matter how much mastery we have attained of our precognitive abilities, there is usually a “blind spot” regarding ourselves. Therefore, our best choice is to tune into and follow the directives of our Soul/SELF. By surrendering control of physical reality to our Multidimensional SELF, we have assistance in maintaining an expanded consciousness.  In this manner, our daily consciousness, thoughts, expectations and perceptions can be harmonious and loving.

Clairaudience

Clairaudience is the ability to hear sounds and communications from the fourth dimension and beyond. With practice, we can all communicate with realities that resonate to frequencies beyond the third dimension.

Clairaudience differs from telepathy in that clairaudience usually refers to communication with higher dimensional Beings that cannot be seen with our physical senses, whereas telepathy usually refers to non-spoken communication with beings of the same dimension. Channeling is a form of clairaudience. There are two kinds of channeling: unconscious and conscious.

With unconscious channeling, known as “trance medium,” the recipient, known as the “channel,” vacates his or her third dimensional form and allows the messenger to use their body as a link to the third dimension. With this type of channeling, the channel cannot hear the message, even though their vocal cords are being used. Someone else needs to record or write down the message that was spoken through the channel. Edgar Casey is an example of a trance medium.

On the other hand, during conscious channeling we are fully aware of our physical body and awake to our daily life. However, we are in an expanded state of consciousness. Because we are using our Multidimensional consciousness, third dimensional consciousness as well as fourth dimensional and beyond, it is difficult to remember our message if we do not quickly manifest it in our physical life. This manifestation will be according to our talents. However, verbal messages are usually transcribed as written material, poem or song. Art forms such drawing, painting, dance, architecture, athletic, etc are more often perceive via our clairvoyance.

We can activate our clairaudience by listening to the still, small voice within. As we listen to our SELF, we calibrate our consciousness to that resonance. It is vital to remember that there are many dimensions above the third, including the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension, which is the realm of fear and darkness.  Also, just because a person is “dead” and speaking from the fourth dimension, does not mean that they know more than they did when they were “alive” on the third dimension. Therefore, it is vital that we ONLY attend to messages that come to us within the carrier frequency of Unconditional Love.

Furthermore, messages from the fourth dimension have a different time sequence than the physical plane, and those for the fifth dimension and beyond come into us in a flash of Light from the NOW of the ONE. We then need to translate these messages into our third dimensional language in order to incorporate it into our daily life and share it with others. Our brain, which translates these messages, is like a computer – it only contains the information that we have downloaded into it. Therefore, it will be difficult to translate a Light message if the concepts are totally unique to our third dimensional thinking. When the channel/medium vacates their physical form to allow the higher Being to use their voice, the channel does not need to translate the message.  In this case, the channel does not need to understand it.

However, no matter how beneficent the Being that we are channeling may be, it is dangerous to leave our bodies.  Many channels who have done so have found this to be true. When we vacate our form, we greatly weaken our immune system, as well as take on energies that are not of our life-stream. Often we can take on the energy patterns – and even latent darkness – of the Being we are channeling.  The Being on the other side may be able to deal with their darkness, but it can be extremely damaging to the third dimensional channel.

As we are awakening to, downloading and integrating our Multidimensional SELF, more and more of our channeling comes from a higher dimensional aspect of our SELF. It is important to remember that we have a resonance of our SELF on many planets, galaxies and dimensions. With our expanded perceptions activated, we can learn to communicate with them while we still hold a physical, Earth vessel.

Clairvoyance

Clairvoyance is the ability to see objects that resonate to the fourth dimension and beyond. As we expand our consciousness, our perceptions expand beyond the confines of the physical spectrum of Light. Hence, we can “see” objects and beings in the fourth dimension and beyond.

Whereas clairaudience is our Multidimensional hearing, clairvoyance is our Multidimensional seeing. We perceive different dimensions differently, as they resonate to diverse frequencies of Light.  One of the most common clairvoyant experiences is the perception of ghosts.  Within our third dimensional thinking and belief systems we think of a ghost as being dead. However, death is an illusion, for it only means that the person has returned it’s resonate frequency to a higher frequency. The exception to this is when one moves into a lower frequency, the Lower Astral Plane, often labeled Hell.

Hell is not a place – it is a resonance of the lowest frequency of the fourth dimensional Astral Plane.  The fourth dimension is the aura of planet Earth, as well as the aura of each person.  We perceive different frequencies through placing our attention on the correlating resonance within our aura. Just as we have dark and light patches in our aura, so does Gaia. There are many power places on Earth where people have expanded their frequency, grounded that expansion into the planet and crossed over, returned Home, in bliss and Unconditional Love.

On the other hand, there are other places on Earth where great injustice, cruelty, fear and anger have scarred the face of Gaia and left a blotch in Her aura.  Once we have activated our clairvoyant abilities, we can easily tell the difference between these two places. As we awaken our clairvoyance, as well as our clairaudience, we must take the initiation of making a tunnel of Light through our own Lower Astral Plane and ground the tunnel into the body of Gaia.  If we are unable to clear a pathway through the darkness of our own aura, our expanded perceptions will be a beacon to the collective darkness that humanity has left in the aura of our planet.

The initiation of clearing our “tunnel of Light” teaches us to differentiate between voices and apparitions who resonate to either the Light or the dark. There have indeed been many actions of fear, hatred and darkness which have left their mark in the Lower Astral Plane. We have also suffered many fearful, angry or sorrowful experiences in our life that have left darkness in our aura. First we must heal our Self – which is healing our aura – or the darkness in our aura will mar our ability to differentiate between messages from the Lower Astral Plane and from the higher planes. Our aura is the filter for our perceptions. If our filter is darkened with fear, so will our expanded perceptions.

Fear is our psychic ‘braking system’. If we have a fearful experience, then fear will bring us out of our expanded perceptions and back into our mundane reality.  Fortunately, once we have become Master over our fear by confronting, healing and releasing it with our Light, we have Mastery over any fear which we experience in the Lower Astral Plane. One of the ways we can confront and gain Mastery over negative entities is to stretch our hand and state with firmness and love, “In the name of the ONE, be gone!” It is a Cosmic Law that the lower frequencies cannot stay when commanded to leave by a Being of a higher frequency.

We can also send these wounded, lower dimensional apparitions Unconditional Love.  In this case, they will either show gratitude for our concern, then ride our wave of Unconditional Love into a higher resonance, or they will run from us overwhelmed by their own fear. The real initiation is that we must face our own fear in order to have the courage to stay in our altered state and confront the apparition that can only be perceived through our own fear. Once we have become Masters over our own fear, we can sense the darkness, place our greater Light around us and continue through the darkness, creating a tunnel of Light as we do so.

A lower frequency entity cannot harm a lower frequency being anymore than a monster at the bottom of the ocean can harm a sailor on the surface. This astral “monster” cannot raise its resonance toward the higher frequency until the fear that has bound it to that resonance has been healed and released.  Spiritualists are a group of people whose spiritual purpose is to assist those trapped in the Lower Astral Plane of the fourth dimension.

When our consciousness flows through our tunnel of Light into the Land of Faerie and the Emotional Plane of the fourth dimension, the colors are very bright and the Beings beautiful, although their forms can easily change. In the Mental Plane, the colors are calmer and the forms even more wavering. In the Causal and Spiritual Planes, the Beings all flash with Light.  They seldom seem to have feet, and their hands and face are so full of Light that you can barely make them out.  Often, all we can see of their face is their eyes, and their hands are torches of Light.

In the void between the fourth and fifth dimensions, we experience complete nothingness. We appear to be alone, although we feel life all around us. It is our initiation to release our attachment to the forms of the third and fourth dimension and perceive our Self as a speck of Light before we can release our ego enough to gain entry into the fifth dimension.  Once in that resonance, our “seeing” is more like a “think-see” (seeing through our Third Eye) or a “feel-see”  (seeing through our High Heart}. In other words, we must trust our SELF Unconditionally to KNOW that if we think it or feel it, our perception is real.  With practice, we can learn to perceive in a thinking/feeling way.

Once we Master our fifth dimensional perception, we can begin to “see” and “hear” Beings who exist only as a group consciousness.  We experience the call from these Beings within our own physical body, usually our Third Eye or High Heart. We need to expand our consciousness into the fifth dimension to be able to have a communication with these Beings. Our inner planes are FULL with wondrous Beings, eagerly awaiting our ability to remember how to perceive them. They have illumined information to share and wise guidance to give.

Clairsentience

Clairsentience is the umbrella term for all psychic senses together. When we are clairsentient, we can access our expanded senses to smell, see and touch another person’s aura, hear another person’s thoughts, feel their emotions and/or communicate with higher dimensional Beings.

Clairsentience is experienced as a feeling, usually accompanied by a physical sensation.  We may smell something that “isn’t there,” get a quick glimpse of something from the corner of our eye, know something we didn’t know a moment before, blink out for a second to another reality and/or suddenly feel confused and disoriented. Very often we experience our alternate realities through our clairsentience.

There are different kinds of “alternate realities.”  One is usually known as our “past lives.” However, time and space are an illusion particular to the third dimension. Hence, once we raise our consciousness into even the fourth dimension, we often begin to experience ourselves in a lifetime that is not consistent with the third dimensional life that we are used to experiencing.

Once we can look “down” in frequency through our fourth dimensional consciousness into the third dimension, we are able to perceive any time frame that we wish. Our many incarnations on third dimensional Earth can be witnessed from this perception as being aligned on a wheel of time.  From our viewpoint of the fourth dimension this wheel is not bound by time. Hence, we can visit any lifetime with the constraints of time. In other words, we can visit a life in 223 BC, then visit a life in 2034 AD, then visit one in 1895 BC.  Nevertheless, once we enter any of these times, we are limited to the chronological movement of third dimensional time.

Clairsentience can be experienced as a ‘knowing’ that comes into our consciousness.  If we can trust that knowing, it can guide us through the many roadblocks of life. This inner guidance also directs us toward a better knowing of our Self.  The more we know our Self, the more we can discriminate between the inner sensations that we have picked up from another and the inner sensations that arise from our expanded perceptions. As with all relationships, Unconditional Love and trust is what develops intimacy.  Being intimate with our Self is a foreign concept to many, but once we remember and embrace our true, Multidimensional Soul/SELF, this intimacy expands exponentially.

Telekinesis

Telekinesis is a fourth and fifth dimensional ability, which allows us to move objects through space without the workings of our physical body. In our fourth and fifth dimensional Self, our mind, emotions and intentions are more powerful than our muscles. Therefore, we can displace objects by combining our thoughts and emotions with our conscious intention.

Telekinesis is often referred to as “mind over matter.” In other words, with conscious use of our telekinetic abilities we can move and/or influence matter with the power of our mind. However, emotions also play a strong role in telekinesis. Conscious telekinesis is one of the least common of the expanded perceptions. On the other hand, we often influence matter with our mind/emotions in an unconscious manner. For example, those who have more of a proclivity towards telekinesis, sometimes turn street lights on or off simply by walking underneath them.

These people may be attracted to martial arts or sports such as tennis, baseball, golf, wherein the power of their intention can be consciously used to direct the course of the ball or the force of their martial arts blow. Artists who work with carving or sculpting may also have an unrecognized talent towards telekinesis, as they manipulate matter with their hands, but the intention of their unconscious minds/emotions may also be a strong component of their artwork.

Another type of unconscious telekinesis is a poltergeist. A poltergeist is not a “ghost,” but the movement of matter through the unconscious intention of a living person.  Often this person is an adolescent who us unaware of the force of their extreme emotions. In fact, fear, anger and sorrow can be very powerful forces. Unfortunately, when these emotions are unconsciously used to manipulate matter, it is usually terrifying to the person who unwittingly created that movement.  Carl Jung, the famous psychologist and disciple of Freud, spoke of his adolescent telekinetic experiences in his autobiography, Memories, Dreams and Reflections.  As a teen he read all the thirteenth centuries books on alchemy he could find.  Hence, he awakened a great power, but had not yet gained any mastery over his emotions.

Strong emotion is an important element in telekinesis because emotion is “energy in motion.” Once we have gained mastery over our emotions, we can use love-based emotions to consciously and lovingly raise the frequency of the matter to the fourth dimension where it is less encumbered by time and space.  We can then move it without the limitation of third dimensional weight or mass. If we can consciously connect with our quantum consciousness, we can use the instant manifestation of our quantum thinking to teleport matter anywhere in the Universe, instantly!

Our “junk DNA” has been proved to function as tiny wormholes where messages, and eventually matter, can be instantly teleported to any location. In one experiment, samples of the junk DNA where put in vials and take to another room. Pictures of fearful emotions were shown to the subject, and the DNA in the other room instantly collapsed and somewhat unraveled. Pictures of loving emotions were then shown and, instantly, the DNA perked up and returned to it most vibrant state. The experimenter – the US Military – then moved the vials hundreds of miles away and the DNA still responded instantly. It is likely that the “teleporting” used on the Star Trek shows is an example of this form of telekinesis.  The matter is taken down to the quantum level, where it can move beyond time and space, then restructured at the intended location.

Illumination

Illumination arises as we surrender our ego to our fifth dimensional Soul/SELF to become ONE with the NOW of the higher dimensions. Just one 3D moment of such Union can set us on a Path that takes most of our life to travel.

Illumination is what occurs as we download and integrate our Multidimensional SELF into our physical Earth vessel. Once we have fully integrated our SELF into our self, our consciousness expands from Personal Consciousness to Collective Consciousness to Planetary Consciousness to Galactic Consciousness to Cosmic Consciousness. With each expansion of our consciousness our sense of SELF increases. Our “sense of SELF” is defined as: that with which we feel a complete sense of UNITY.

While in Personal Consciousness, we think of our SELF as a third dimensional human being who is fully conscious of the workings of our mundane life. We are also aware of our Inner Child and Ego. Hence, we are able to use our expanded perceptions to receive communications via our body, Inner Child and – through prayer – with God and/or Saints and Angels.

Within Collective Consciousness we feel unity with all humanity and think of our SELF as being a member of the family of all humanity. Because of this, we can use our expanded perceptions to tune into the fourth dimension and communicate with the mass Collective Consciousness of humans on Earth.

With Planetary Consciousness, we feel complete Unity with our planet, which expands our consciousness to embrace the fourth dimension. With the awakening of our Multidimensional consciousness we can perceive our SELF as a component of Gaia, the consciousness of Earth. In this case, we use our expanded perceptions to communicate directly with Mother Earth, as well as with ALL Her inhabitants. We can also connect with the fourth dimensional Elementals of earth/gnomes, air/ sylphs, water/undines and fire/salamanders.

With fourth dimensional consciousness we can also communicate with the many realities and beings that resonate to the fourth dimension.  At first, we may only be able to believe that these wondrous Beings and Spirit Guides even exist.  Then, over time, we realize that many of these Beings are fourth dimensional expressions of our own Multidimensional SELF.

With Galactic Consciousness, we feel complete Unity with the many planets, solar systems, and galaxies that resonate to the fourth and fifth dimensions. This Unity allows us to fully integrate our Multidimensional SELF and expand our consciousness into the fifth dimension and ground that frequency of Light into the body of Gaia. By now, “ETs” are perceived as other expressions of our Soul/SELF and member of our Stellar Family.

We have moved beyond the limitations of duality, time, space and separation.  We perceive our physical body as the Earth vehicle that we use and maintain to “drive” us through the experiences of being a member of the Planetary Ascension Team. We perceive every aspect of our physical reality as a blessing or an initiation to remember to release all fear and live in Unconditional Love forever and always. From this state of consciousness, we are Masters of Energy and keep a close watch on our thoughts and emotions so that they do not threaten to lower our consciousness.  We are no longer victim to any person, place, situation or thing and take full responsibility for every manifestation in our life.

With Cosmic Consciousness, we can move into the sixth dimension and beyond, as well into quantum realities and quantum thinking. We are preparing to release all attachment to form and see our Self as a Being of pure Consciousness. Interdimensional travel is normal, as we interface with our Oversoul in the seventh dimension to assist our Soul Family to bring ALL of our expressions of SELF Home to the resonance of Multidimensional Consciousness.

We no longer need to seek, for we live in Divine Intelligence, Spiritual Wisdom and Infinite Creativity. We share our Illumined Being with other expressions of our SELF and with all who seek our counsel. If we still maintain a grounded, Earth vessel (usually to participate in the planetary Ascension), we maintain a constant connection to our Multidimensional SELF as well as the heart of Gaia. We see one of our services as being step-down transformers to ground the higher frequency Light and quantum reality into the body of Earth.  With this service, we raise the resonant frequency of the planet to facilitate planetary Ascension.

We are free of ego, so we do not seek fame or recognition and often see it as a distraction to our true work.  We walk planet Earth as a “regular” person who still has to pay bills, go to work and feed our body.  We know that it is a huge task to maintain a third dimensional form with the expanded frequencies of our consciousness, but live with the many aches and pains of physical reality knowing that “this too shall pass.”

We KNOW we are greatly privileged to be a member of this Cosmic Moment and constantly strive to hold the connection with our Oversoul, through all our many dimensional realities and into our physical body. Most of us have suffered greatly in our sacrifice to forget our SELF in order to serve in the creation of and return to fifth dimensional Earth.  We know that, since fifth dimensional Earth resonates beyond time and space, “returning to” and “creating” can happen simultaneously.

We seek others of our kind who hold their SELF within their vessel of clay as a planetary and galactic service.  We still get hungry, tired, angry, confused, poor or sick.  It is the ultimate sacrifice that we have made to ground our great SELF into Gaia and to assist in the Ascension into the fifth dimension as an entire planet.

Fortunately, more and more of us are awakening to our Illumined SELF and realize that we don’t have to Do anything.

We only have to BE our SELF!

Loving your self, others and your planet

What does it mean to love?

Love is an energy field, a resonance, a frequency which functions as a carrier wave to deliver all our messages to our Self, others and to the planet. Love is the silent language.

We are all familiar with fear as a carrier wave, as well as anger for when we come into the energy, frequency, emotion of fear, our hair stands up on the back of our necks, adrenalin rushes through our system, and we become hypervigilant to find the source. We feel fear as a shout because it activates our fight/flight response and puts us on alert.

On the other hand, Love is a whisper, a soft cool breeze, a feeling of peace and a sense of wellbeing.  Everything in our body alerts us to fear and prepares our biological systems for battle, but what prepares us for Love?  It is understandable why we are afraid of fear, but why are so many afraid of Love?

In fact, why is our reality so filled with fear, while Love is far too rare? The answer is “survival.” In our long sojourn through our third dimensional realities, we have learned that if we did not attend to fear, our lives could be endangered. But who wants to live a life without Love?  Unfortunately, for many Love is fleeting at best.  However, that is because it is human love.

Human love is filled with fear, anger, sorrow, judgment and conditions.  Just as humans can be filled with fear, so is human love. On the other hand, Unconditional Love is not based on humanity that is trapped in the third dimensional matrix of fear, separation and limitation. Whereas human love, which can also be beautiful, resonates to the frequency of the third dimension, Unconditional Love resonates to the frequency of the fifth dimension and beyond.

In fact, Unconditional Love is beyond human emotion. Unconditional Love is a resonance of Multidimensional frequencies that can adhere to any person, place, situation or thing in any dimension in all the Cosmos. Unconditional Love is a gentle wind on a clear day and the breath of God for all eternity.  Unconditional Love is the glue that holds all life together and the healing force of all creation.

Most important, Unconditional Love is the silent language that can be shared to create Calm, Peace, Unity and Knowing. It can heal any communication and solve any problem. However, in order to use Unconditional Love as a carrier wave for our communications with our Self, with others and even with our planet, we must be conscious of the carrier waves that we are presently using.

Once we become consciously aware of what resonance, frequency, emotion is the carrier wave for our communication, we can choose to replace the lower resonance of carrier wave, such as anger, fear, sadness or conditional love, with Unconditional Love. Furthermore, to allow Unconditional Love into our personal consciousness we will first need to love our Self – Unconditionally. Therefore, we must begin by listening to the carrier wave that we use when we speak to our Self.

John Holland @ OM Times – Do You Trust Your Intuition?

By John Holland

intuition_OMTimesIntuition is the language of the soul. We’re all born aware with a profound sense of inner knowing. It’s one of the greatest gifts we possess, which keeps us connected to our higher selves, the universe, and to our divine spirit. At one time or another, we will all experience flashes of intuition, especially when it’s vying for our attention. It’s those hunches, or gentle nudges, that we so often ignore or try to wave off as being simply our imagination – only to find out later that it was correct.

Multidimensional portals are more accessible now. The upcoming September eclipse series, fall equinox and other cosmic openings will facilitate intuitive openings, lucid and vivid dreams, encounters with souls we know in other times, and an array of psychic phenomena.

Psychic phenomena may include seeing light shimmers, hearing the sound current that permeates life force energy, perceiving sights and sounds of adjacent dimensions or parallel realities. These glimpses may be jolting depending on the degree of one’s enmeshment with physical reality. Many lightworkers have moved past a great deal of enmeshment with the physical realm, but are still tethered there through concern for others. In times to come, it will become clear that we must paradoxically step free of this concern in order to truly assist others. The jolts experienced through earth changes, health challenges, economic changes and numerous other avenues are designed to make us aware of areas where we’re over-involved in material reality. If we are awake, prepared and ready to ride the wave of upcoming infusions of energy, we’re able to stand strong within ourselves and our purpose and transform anything that comes before us.

Pay Attention to ‘Breakthrough Moments’

It is not uncommon now to dream of souls who are entering our energy field. Those who visit us in our nightly dreams will begin to show up in our waking reality. We may sporadically begin to see the light shimmers and hear the celestial sounds of other dimensions. Pay attention to such ‘breakthrough moments’ and they will expand to open new doorways of possibility in consciousness.

Become still and calm as new insights and new levels of remembering are downloaded to your consciousness. These moments of new insight allow us to see through old events, energies and situations of the past and bring healing to old wounds. Many blessings are showering down upon us during this time and all we need do is open to receive them.

Expanding your ‘Receiving Skills’

This is a good time to examine how open you are to receiving the blessings the universe has to offer. Your daily life brings many clues to how good to you are at receiving. When someone pays you a compliment, do you feel uncomfortable and hide behind self-deprecating comments? Those who are not open to receive will find it difficult to accept praise from others because deep down they don’t believe they deserve it.

Another key to how well you receive is to examine your digestive system. Your physical digestion represents your ability to digest and process life events. Every situation in your life is created to help your soul grow in understanding. Once a situation is created, we’re able to distill spiritual understandings from the experience. If we are experiencing digestive difficulties, it is likely we are also experiencing a break down in our ability to distill spiritual understandings from life experiences.

The remainder of 2015 has many blessings to offer. Remain awake and in gratitude for the many blessings the universe is showering upon you. Continuously expand your receiving capability. As you do so, you will naturally step more fully into your multidimentional self and the personal empowerment and mastery that brings.

10 Things Highly Intuitive People Do Differently – Carolyn Gregoire @ The Huffington Post – 7-23-15

Article Written by Carolyn Gregoire, The Huffington Post

Found at:  https://reikiwithfriends.wordpress.com/2015/07/23/10-things-highly-intuitive-people-do-differently/

Intuition is challenging to define, despite the huge role it plays in our everyday lives. Steve Jobs called it, for instance, “more powerful than intellect.” But however we put it into words, we all, well, intuitively know just what it is.

Pretty much everyone has experienced a gut feeling — that unconscious reasoning that propels us to do something without telling us why or how. But the nature of intuition has long eluded us, and has inspired centuries’ worth of research and inquiry in the fields of philosophy and psychology.

I define intuition as the subtle knowing without ever having any idea why you know it,” Sophy Burnham, bestselling author of The Art of Intuition, tells The Huffington Post. “It’s different from thinking, it’s different from logic or analysis … It’s a knowing without knowing.”

Our intuition is always there, whether we’re aware of it or not. As HuffPost President and Editor-in-Chief Arianna Huffington puts it in her upcoming book Thrive:

“Even when we’re not at a fork in the road, wondering what to do and trying to hear that inner voice, our intuition is always there, always reading the situation, always trying to steer us the right way. But can we hear it? Are we paying attention? Are we living a life that keeps the pathway to our intuition unblocked? Feeding and nurturing our intuition, and living a life in which we can make use of its wisdom, is one key way to thrive, at work and in life.”

Cognitive science is beginning to demystify the strong but sometimes inexplicable presence of unconscious reasoning in our lives and thought. Often dismissed as unscientific because of its connections to the psychic and paranormal, intuition isn’t just a bunch of hoo-ha about our “Spidey senses” — the U.S. military is even investigating the power of intuition, which has helped troops to make quick judgments during combat that ended up saving lives.

*

“There is a growing body of anecdotal evidence, combined with solid research efforts, that suggests intuition is a critical aspect of how we humans interact with our environment and how, ultimately, we make many of our decisions,” Ivy Estabrooke, a program manager at the Office of Naval Research, told the New York Times in 2012.

Here are 10 things that people in touch with their intuition do differently.

*

They listen to that inner voice.

“It’s very easy to dismiss intuition,” says Burnham. “But it’s a great gift that needs to be noticed.”

The No. 1 thing that distinguishes intuitive people is that they listen to, rather than ignore, the guidance of their intuitions and gut feelings.

“Everybody is connected to their intuition, but some people don’t pay attention to it as intuition,” Burnham say. “I have yet to meet a successful businessman that didn’t say, ‘I don’t know why I did that, it was just a hunch.’”

In order to make our best decisions, we need a balance of intuition — which serves to bridge the gap between instinct and reasoning — and rational thinking, according to Francis Cholle, author of The Intuitive Compass. But the cultural bias against following one’s instinct or intuition often leads to disregarding our hunches – to our own detriment.

Advertisements

“We don’t have to reject scientific logic in order to benefit from instinct,” says Cholle. “We can honor and call upon all of these tools, and we can seek balance. And by seeking this balance we will finally bring all of the resources of our brain into action.”

They take time for solitude.

intuition

If you want to get in touch with your intuition, a little time alone may be the most effective way. Just as solitude can help give rise to creative thinking, it can also help us connect to our deepest inner wisdom.

Intuitive people are often introverted, according to Burnham. But whether you’re an introvert or not, taking time for solitude can help you engage in deeper thought and reconnect with yourself.

“You have to be able to have a little bit of solitude; a little bit of silence,” she says. “In the middle of craziness … you can’t recognize [intuition] above all of the noise of everyday life.”

They create.

solitude

“Creativity does its best work when it functions intuitively,” writes researcher and author Carla Woolf.

In fact, creative people are highly intuitive, explains Burnham, and just as you can increase your creativity through practice, you can boost your intuition. In fact, practicing one may build up the other.

They practice mindfulness.

Meditation and other mindfulness practices can be an excellent way to tap into your intuition. As the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute explains, “Mindfulness can help you filter out mental chatter, weigh your options objectively, tune into your intuition and ultimately make a decision that you can stand behind completely.”

Mindfulness can also connect you to your intuition by boosting self-knowledge. A 2013 study published in the journal Perspectives on Psychological Science showed that mindfulness — defined as “paying attention to one’s current experience in a non-judgmental way” — may help us to better understand our own personalities. And as Arianna Huffington notes in Thrive, increased intuition, compassion, creativity and peace are all wonderful side effects of meditating.

They observe everything.

look out window

“The first thing to do is notice — keep a little journal, and notice when odd things happen,” Burnham says. You’ll gain a keen sense for how often coincidences, surprising connections and on-the-dot intuitions occur in your daily life — in other words, you’ll start to tap into your intuition.

They listen to their bodies.

Intuitive people learn to tune into their bodies and heed their “gut feelings.”

If you’ve ever started feeling sick to your stomach when you knew something was wrong but couldn’t put your finger on what, you understand that intuitions can cause a physical sensation in the body. Our gut feelings are called gut feelings for a reason — research suggests that emotion and intuition are very much rooted in the “second brain” in the gut.

They connect deeply with others.

empathy

Mind reading may seem like the stuff of fantasy and pseudo-science, but it’s actually something we do everyday. It’s called empathic accuracy, a term in psychology that refers to the “seemingly magical ability to map someone’s mental terrain from their words, emotions and body language,” according to Psychology Today.

“When you see a spider crawling up someone’s leg, you feel a creepy sensation,”Marcia Reynolds writes in Psychology Today. “Similarly, when you observe someone reach out to a friend and they are pushed away, your brain registers the sensation of rejection. When you watch your team win or a couple embrace on television, you feel their emotions as if you are there. Social emotions like guilt, shame, pride, embarrassment, disgust and lust can all be experienced by watching others.”

Tuning into your own emotions, and spending time both observing and listening to others face-to-face can help boost your powers of empathy, says Reynolds.

They pay attention to their dreams.

dreaming

Burnham recommends paying attention to your dreams as a way to get in touch with your mind’s unconscious thinking processes. Both dreams and intuition spring from the unconscious, so you can begin to tap into this part of your mind by paying attention to your dreams.

“At night, when you’re dreaming, you’re receiving information from the unconscious or intuitive part of your brain,”says Burnham. “If you’re attuned to your dreams, you can get a lot of information about how to live your life.”

They enjoy plenty of down time.

dream studies

Few things stifle intuition as easily as constant busyness, multitasking, connectivity to digital devices and stress and burnout. According to Huffington, we always have an intuitive sense about the people in our lives — on a deep level, we know the good ones from the “flatterers and dissemblers” — but we’re not always awake enough to our intuition to acknowledge the difference to ourselves. The problem is that we’re simply too busy.

“We always get warnings from our heart and our intuition when they appear,” she writes in Thrive. “But we are often too busy to notice.”

They mindfully let go of negative emotions.

Strong emotions — particularly negative ones — can cloud our intuition. Many of us know that we feel out of sorts or “not ourselves” when we’re upset, and it may be because we’re disconnected from our intuition.

“When you are very depressed, you may find your intuition fails,” says Burnham. “When you’re angry or in a heightened emotional state … your intuition [can] fail you completely.”

The evidence isn’t just anecdotal: A 2013 study published in the journal Psychological Science showed that being in a positive mood boosted the ability to make intuitive judgments in a word game.

That’s not to say that intuitive people never get upset — but your intuition will fare better if you’re able to mindfully accept and let go of negative emotions for the most part, rather than suppressing or dwelling on them.

Bernhard Guenther – Intuition and the Wisdom of the Body – 6-25-15

Bernhard-Guenther-300x300Bernhard Guenther

http://goldenageofgaia.com/2015/06/25/bernhard-guenther-intuition-and-the-wisdom-of-the-body/

How do we learn to trust ourselves? How do we learn to connect with our intuition and inner knowing? How do we separate projections or wishful thinking from genuine intuition and inner knowing? How do we connect to our own unique purpose?

The key lies in reconnecting to the energetic and cellular matrices of the body. We are already disconnected from nature and Her cycles, and have been for thousands of years.

In this day and age, technology and computerization have disconnected us even more from our own bodies as well. Many people are now merely “walking brains”. They’re successful in matrix terms, but – having lost body sensitivity, inner guidance and connection to “spirit” – they’ve become mere cogs in a giant machine, without even realizing it.

Observe our current collective living conditions: most of us live in crowded cities, bombarded with EMF pollution and affected by the vibration/frequencies which others emit in close proximity to us (in far more ways and patterns than we could ever imagine).

For empaths and very sensitive people, these environments can be extremely overwhelming, as such individuals feel what others feel – especially subtle levels of pain and suffering which non-empaths are not even aware of, due to such emotions being hidden behind a social buffer, built up over years of armoring tactics; because being sensitive and vulnerable is seen as “weak” within our society, driven as it is by a cultural addiction to material success and governed by a ‘dog-eat-dog’ attitude.

Spending Time in Nature

Under such circumstances, it can become confusing to identify what it is that we are truly feeling at any given time – is this reaction coming from me or the other person? That’s been my struggle for nearly my entire life. It was not until I moved into nature, surrounded by trees and wildlife – a place where I don’t even have cell phone reception – that I was able to become (literally and energetically) more grounded.

I now see more and more people drawn to living in nature/more natural areas. That’s an instinctual reaction for people who are sensitive to the energetic cosmic changes taking place in the here and now. However, not everyone is in a position to just move back to nature, especially in cases of family and job situations. But it is still possible to spend more time in nature: going on hikes, camping, canoe trips, or merely getting away from the overwhelming city frequencies for an afternoon.

However, most importantly, it is about getting into our bodies, and by that I don’t just mean exercising (i.e., going to the gym, lifting weights, running, cycling, or going to a yoga class to get a tight butt).

It’s all well and good to stay “fit”; however, in order to access the body’s wisdom; to plug into our intuition/inner knowing; and to become more sensitive to nature’s signs and messages (which are always trying to speak to us), it requires a commitment to engage in more conscious movement exercises, where the focus is “inside”.

Such activities allow us to become deeply aware of the more subtle bodily sensations we possess, and to re-establish a connection with the energy body which lies beyond our physical body.

Qi Gong, yoga, bodywork and dance are great practices to get into the body in a more conscious way. Having practiced yoga for 17 years and Qi Gong for 10 years, I can hardly put into words how effective these disciplines are – the key is to do them on a consistent basis.

It is, of course, important to learn the basics from a teacher and go to classes; however, at some point (as you learn more about your own unique body-mind make-up and listen to the clues your body is giving you) you can step into your own space and create your own practice at home.

“There is a wisdom in the body, a wisdom in feeling, that when accessed and allowed to operate in conjunction with our cognitive capacities, leads to a deeper, wiser, more integrated life. So we need to get back to the body, which involves much more than just dropping it off at yoga classes or fitness facilities or medical offices. We can get our body more flexible, more fit, and more powerful, and we can load it up with the finest supplements and organic fare, and still be out of touch with it.

“Getting back to the body means doing whatever is needed to cut through our disembodied experience, which in part means a journey into and through the very pain that first drove us to dissociate from our body. In permitting a fuller, saner embodiment of our essential nature, we make possible a deeper life for ourselves, a life in which we cannot help but breathe integrity into our stride, and develop a deep intimacy with all that we are.” – Robert Augustus Masters

Yoga and Qi Gong

There are many different forms of yoga and Qi Gong, and as a result it can be easy to get lost in the traditions and dogma of these practices. There is no need to mystify them, nor do I even see these practices as “spiritual”. After all these years, I still don’t know the Sanskrit names of most yoga poses, or the traditional names for the many Qi Gong sequences.

At this point in my journey, I let my body be the guide and just feel my way into it. I also feel it’s not necessary to do a 90 minute class all of the time. Even doing 20 minutes every day is more effective than going to a class once or twice a week. But it takes practice, commitment and patience.

Once you are more connected to your body, you will know what kinds of practices, poses or movements are best for you. Usually, they are the ones you resist doing the most. It’s also not about being flexible, nor does being flexible mean that you are a great yogi. If that were the case, any Cirque Du Soleil acrobat would be an “enlightened” being. Rather, it’s about finding your own edge and limitations, and working with these challenges without judgment or comparing yourself to others.

It’s also not necessary to perform (or know) hundreds of different poses/movements. As Bruce Lee said, in reference to the martial arts: “I’m not afraid of the one who knows 1,000 different moves, but of the one who has practiced one move a thousand times”. My Qi Gong practice has remained the same (more or less) for the past 10 years.

The more I repeat it, the deeper I’m able to go into meditative states – to the point where I sense my energy body more keenly than my physical body. It has become so integrated into my life that I don’t even have to discipline myself to do it every morning. It has become a part of my life, like eating breakfast. It sustains me, and I feel it is needed for my well-being – it’s as simple as that.

Massage and Bodywork

Bodywork (modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Esalen Massage, Rolfing, Thai Yoga, Sensory Repatterning, Polarity Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, etc.) is another very effective way to access the wisdom of our bodies. It is not just luxurious pampering, but a healing art that serves as preventive medicine. It has deep healing effects, helping us to get in communion with our bodies through the mirror of another’s educated touch.

We all need nurturing support from time to time, and there are occasions where a qualified bodyworker can help us in more ways than we can help ourselves – not only in relation to physical muscle tension, but also with regards to releasing stuck emotional blockages – including traumas most of us are not even aware of, because we have embedded them deep into our physical vessels via muscle armoring and tension patterning.

Looking at the entirety of existence, everything is made manifest through the ‘latticework’ of universal energy. Our muscles, tissue, organs and bones are carriers of energy and memory, all of which are interrelated and connected to one another. The body is a holistic organism, where nothing is isolated – everything affects us, both physically and energetically, on some level.

Any experience we have ever had – even things that happened to us in the past but were forgotten about or we weren’t even aware of – is still held in the body, be it grief, a broken relationship, emotional pain, everyday stress, childhood wounds, injuries and accidents, trauma, etc.. The body stores the experience and does not “forget” about it until the pattern is released through holistic treatment.

Stress, the most common symptom of modern life, affects the body tremendously, resulting in muscle cramping, bad posture and build up of tension “armor-ing”. Chronic tight muscles are a sign that they are constantly contracting – in other words, they are always working and never relaxed and at ease.

This state of hyper-activity alone constantly drains energy from the life force (sometimes referred to as “Qi” or “Chi”) to “keep one going”. It’s like driving a car with the hand brake on; energy can’t freely-flow, and the various areas of the body (muscles, organs, tissue, bones) aren’t getting enough “chi” or “prana” (life-force) to repair and regenerate themselves, resulting in entropy (breakdown/aging).

This can lead to negative emotions, tiredness, depression, mental sluggishness, irritation, illness, injuries and overall dis-ease. If the body keeps the stress inside itself instead of releasing it whilst simultaneously getting overloaded with more toxins (unhelpful life habits, poor diet, lack of exercise), the life force is simply not sufficient to keep the body in a healthy condition. The immune system then weakens, which can lead to sickness, injury, chronic pain or even seriously-life-threatening conditions like cancer.

Integrative bodywork heals from a holistic vantage point, and has the potential to be a transformative tool for anyone; it positively harmonizes the body, mind and spirit so as to help with the release of stagnant energy whilst revitalizing an individual’s whole being. Good bodywork practice is both preventive medicine and highly therapeutic, as it has the potential to go to “the root” and heal from a full-spectrum perspective, addressing the cause and not just the symptom. It’s about caring for your body and health, so that disease, injury or illness can’t manifest themselves in your ‘temple’.

In these times of global and cosmic change, healing ourselves is especially essential. Integrative bodywork helps to heal both the body/mind separation and the wounds we have accumulated over years (and lifetimes). Besides these deeper effects, receiving regular bodywork helps to maintain a healthy body, mind and spirit ‘framework’, which will manifest in one’s life in positive ways on a daily basis. Individual sovereignty and global emancipation require a planetary population of healthy human beings.

Music and Dance

Another great way to get into your body, release stuck emotions, and get a good workout at the same time is expressive dance. Not necessarily any form of traditional dance or structured style, but simply free form – just letting your body move to the music and rhythm, and letting go of expectations. There is no wrong or right way to dance – there is only your unique expression.

Rhythm and music has deeper effects on our physiology than we could possibly comprehend (drumming is a great scientifically-proven healing practice as well). It can speak directly to our inner child, and address deeper emotions held in the body that are occasionally being triggered, depending on the style of music, frequencies and rhythm.

Personally, dancing helps me to purge deep-rooted anger and frustration (as well as melancholy and sadness) but it can also allow me to just express joy like a child or get in touch with my sensuality, and release emotions I could not possibly express through words.

5 Rhythms dance practice, founded by Gabrielle Roth, is an amazing free form dance healing art, exploring five basic rhythms: flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical, and stillness. It draws from indigenous and world traditions using tenets of shamanistic, ecstatic, mystical and eastern philosophy. It also draws from Gestalt therapy, and transpersonal psychology.

Fundamental to the practice is the idea that everything is energy, and moves in waves, patterns and rhythms. Roth describes the practice as a soul journey, and says that by moving the body, releasing the heart, and freeing the mind, one can connect to the essence of the soul, the source of inspiration in which an individual has unlimited possibility and potential.

We can also just dance at home alone, putting on our favorite music (or any style that reflects how we feel – any energy we want to express or release) and literally move through our process. I like to dance when taking breaks from reading/writing as well; it’s healthy to get off the chair and re-inhabit the body.

Sometimes, after having done Qi Gong and meditation, I just put on some music and start to dance, getting even more deeply into what came up for me in the other practices; in the grip of sonic patterns, I fully embrace the sensations, and commit to how I feel… whatever else comes up, I let it all out, expressing it through my body (and sometimes voice) as I move to the sound and rhythm. I literally sweat it all out, and feel amazing afterwards – calm and grounded.

Yoga, Qi Gong, meditating/hiking in nature, bodywork, and dance have helped me over the years to get in touch with my body, emotions and essentially my intuition and inner knowing – the “treasures” of our physical vessel-that-we-are. There have been many times where I’ve received deeper insights and revelations during these practices, helping me to clear out the “interior junk” and thus to connect to my higher self, anchoring a more expanded frequency of love and compassion for myself and others.

We can also employ our head (via the vehicle of meditation) to reconnect to the “second brain” of our belly, the feminine seat of our conscious awareness, located in our pelvic floor; the place through which we embody and ‘absorb’ the sensory treasures of the world around us – Philip Shepherd describes a very basic (but highly effective) bridging practice in this interview:

These are simple ways and tools that can help us to access our intuition, get out of our heads and into our bodies, and open pathways for higher frequencies to anchor within our holographic mainframes, while at the same time initiate healing on a deeper, embodied level. There are many other movement therapies and practices which enable people to access the body-mind “bridge”. Choose what works and resonates with you on a personal level – what I share here is simply what works for me.

The more we develop body sensitivity (and listen to the clues our body is constantly giving us), the greater the degree to which we can also process negative emotions in a more efficient manner whilst simultaneously anchoring a higher frequency/vibration.

Most people have a hard time with working through crisis because they have built up a deep-seated emotional armor, and have become desensitized, disassociated or unconsciously repressed (with regards to what needs to be released). Modern life and technology – with people glued to their smart phones and computers – keeps them disconnected from their bodies, their intuition and their inner guidance system. So we need to make conscious efforts to disconnect from the outside world at times, and go inside to re-establish the connection with stillness.

Caroline Diana Bobart – How Intuitive Are You? – 3-6-15

How Intuitive Are YouBy Caroline Diana Bobart, Guest Writer for Wake Up World, March 5, 2015

I recently had a conversation with a young woman, a nurse by profession, who contacted me after reading one of my articles on Wake Up World. She wanted to learn more about how my work could help her release her deep pain from childhood in order that she could step more fully into her own sacred purpose – helping others heal.

Throughout the course of our conversation I asked her, “On a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the highest, how intuitive do you feel you are?” She replied, “Zero really. I don’t really feel I am intuitive at all”.

It was so incredibly interesting to see this exchange play out, not least because almost all of my articles speak to the fact that we are intuitive by nature and explore the far-reaching, lifestyle-improving benefits of developing self-awareness and intuitive skills. But there was something in that article that clearly struck a chord with her, and resonated so deeply that she instinctively reached out to connect with me right away.

So… There she was, following her intuition, but she couldn’t actually see it herself! This highlighted for me a curious notion I observe a lot in my work – that many people have a difficult time putting their finger on exactly what their intuition is.

What does your intuition sound like? Do you tend to ‘hear’ it rather than ‘feel’ it, or ‘see’ it?

Do you put trust in your intuition? Or do you sense your inner knowing to be like Pandora’s box? Have you been resisting opening it because, somehow, you just know that your life will be forever changed once you do?

While the ways in which our intuition speaks to us can be quite individual and unique, what is common to all of us is that it is an innate life-ward trait that has underpinned our survival as a species throughout the history of mankind. In the early hunter-gatherer days we relied on our intuitive skills to find food, shelter, a mate, and to keep our loved ones safe. As civilisations have evolved over thousands of years however, our emphasis has moved on from mere physical survival. For many of us, as part of modern society, our most fundamental human needs are largely taken care of, thereby freeing us up to consider and fulfill our ‘higher’ mental, emotional and spiritual needs.

The Vibration of Love

In 1954 Albert Einstein said:

A human being is part of the whole, called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us.

Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty. The true value of a human being is determined by the measure and the sense in which they have obtained liberation from the self. We shall require a substantially new manner of thinking if humanity is to survive.

He alluded to the fact that the universe is made up of energy and that we exist as individualisations of the universal pool of consciousness. Obviously, some of that consciousness is what we might consider reflections of ‘darker’ vibrations or thought forms which can be destructive and fear-based. According to the Einstein school of thought however, the vibration of love is actually our true nature. That is, it is the vibration of love – love and appreciation for the gift of life, others and ourselves that heals and enables each of us to thrive – individually and as a species as a whole.

And to take that thought one step farther, intuition is a reflection of universal wisdom born of the pool of purposeful connectedness that filters its way into reality through us and into our individual lives.

For this reason I like to think of love, intuition and conscious action as the three points on a triad that puts us into a sacred flow with the ever-evolving universal dance. As they work together, they set us on the path towards being able to find, express and enjoy our sacred purpose and thereby lead more fulfilling, meaningful lives.

Together, love, intuition and conscious action form the elusive key that unlocks a core-level understanding within us — that ‘sacred purpose’ is much more about the journey of self-realisation we are each on than it is about arriving at one absolute destination or place.

And so if you have been struggling to hear, know and be in relationship with your intuition, it is vital that you are aware that what you are really facing is the prospect of stepping into a much bigger, more capable, dynamic, wise version of yourself than you probably ever even realised existed. It means becoming aware that as an individualised spark of universal consciousness you are multi-dimensional. As in the case of the woman who felt she had no intuition, whom I mentioned at the start of this article, it means realising that you are connected to levels of awareness beyond what your rational, linear mind can perceive. On these levels, you are knowingly connected with everyone else and all things.

With this growing awareness comes an increasing need to be truthful to yourself and to those around you, in order that you can give yourself over to your instinct and consciously step into life’s creative flow.

Truthfulness to speak up in the face of that which feels misaligned with your true nature and real self requires bravery. It requires self-trust. It requires deep courage to hear and follow your inner compass and to follow a path filled with adventure but without guarantees that life will turn out in the precise ways you envision. It requires faith that there is actually a much bigger, more full love-filled, purposeful life possible for you than you feel connected to right now. And it requires acceptance that you are the only one who can allow this experience of life to come into being as you gather all of these, your only real assets in anticipation of the pilgrimage ahead.

Consistent Connection

The very best way that you can nurture this deep connection and communication with your intuition is through the consistent practice of activities that feel like an extension of your soul. For example, this might be through art, yoga, dance, meditation, surfing, running, exercise being out in nature or working with animals. These are just a few amongst a myriad of possibilities that may help to fulfil the soul. These modalities, no matter how different they might seem on the external, serve as important keys that unlock for each of us the inner knowing resident within our depths and throughout the various layers of our awareness of ourselves.

It is through repetition or consistent practice that we are able to repeatedly experience ourselves and BE in the creative flow in every area of our lives, whether at work or play. It is through the clarity, inner alignment and peace gained from these activities that we find ourselves embarking on a path that inevitably moves us towards our sacred purpose.

Combined with a good dose of courage and self-trust, we begin to relax our fears of the unknown and in so doing we are able to experience our intuition more boldly stepping forward, revealing and making itself known.

Wes Annac – The Path of Intuitive Communication – 1-20-15

Written by Wes Annac, The Culture of Awareness

What I like about The Voice Within is that it doesn’t have to have a specific label or identity. If you look around the new age/channeling community, you’ll see message after message that comes from angels, archangels, extraterrestrials and plenty of other sources, and the number of sources and channelers increases by the day.

I’m not saying there’s anything wrong with this; it just isn’t for me. There are a few channeled sources I enthusiastically follow, but for the most part, I’ve turned my focus on other aspects of our spiritual evolution that I feel are equally worth our attention.

I don’t have anything against the plentiful channeled sources out there, and if we’ve learned anything, it’s that cultivating resistance to any concept will keep us too internally divided to find inner peace. I’ve simply taken a different turn, and like we’ve been encouraged to do, I take what resonates with me and let the rest be.

I used to channel all the time, and up until recently, I intuited messages from what I call the ‘higher self’. The Oversoul Teachings messages were fun to bring through, but I felt an undeniable urge to try to evolve the process of intuitive communication even more.

Thus, I did away with identities and started calling this intuitive source The Voice Within, and I didn’t want to attach the messages to a label that could be associated with concepts I’m not really trying to present. Again, I don’t have anything against those concepts, and I just wanted to go my own way with it all.

Individuality is an important aspect of our climb into ever purer states of consciousness, and I could’ve stuck with the same typical channeled messages we’ve grown used to. It would’ve worked out just fine, but I would’ve felt like something was missing; like an upgrade was absent that I’d benefit from embracing.

I love the fact that The Voice Within doesn’t have to be a specific channeled entity and doesn’t even have to be associated with channeling. It inevitably will be, because channeling and intuitive communication are basically the same thing, but it seems liberating that the messages don’t have to come from a certain entity or be attached to a specific label.

This inner voice can be anything. It can be the higher self, a small collective of spiritual guides, or it can even be me talking to you all by myself.

It doesn’t matter, because it isn’t attached to a certain label, identity or trend. This seems to be the best way to evolve these messages, and no matter how hard I’ve tried, I’ve never shook the desire to continue channeling or intuitively communicating.

Intuitive communication with a higher aspect of my consciousness seems to be a necessary part of my path, and I feel more freedom in bringing the messages through without claiming they come from an exalted, higher source.

There’s nothing wrong with presenting those kinds of messages and plenty of people are doing it in this awakened day and age, but I simply wanted something new. I’ve long been a part of the crowd of people who channel angels, archangels, ETs, etc. and I’m glad it still works for them, but I’ve longed for a way to evolve the messages without getting credit for a ‘higher’ connection.

I don’t know about any of you, but I don’t want to be seen as someone who has a greater spiritual connection beyond the intuitive one I’m learning to build. Yes, the channeling philosophy is that we all have the ability to communicate with various higher entities who are looking upon our planet and trying to help us evolve, but I don’t care to be known for sustaining a connection with them.

I’m learning that the journey of spiritual awakening is a very personal one.

While we do have guides in higher realms who we can communicate with and receive assistance from (which I believe wholeheartedly), we don’t have to channel them for the benefit of others (unless we want to), thereby gaining status as someone who can communicate with the higher realms in a way others can’t yet.

If we do want to be known for such a connection, then we should throw ourselves into it by all means. And I’m sure there are a lot of you out there who’d love to be known for it. Some of you probably don’t care about exposure or recognition, however, and you just want to communicate with those higher entities and hopefully help others in the process.

We don’t have to have a big head to strive to communicate with entities in the higher realms, and I’m sure most genuine channelers aren’t doing it for the recognition or the ego high that could be involved – they’re doing it because they’re passionate about making that connection.

That’s a noble thing, and they should continue their efforts and even strengthen them if they feel motivated enough. As long as our heart’s in the right place, it really doesn’t matter what we do to bring humanity into the light. If our intent is genuine and we’re helping people, then we should stick with it provided our passion for it stays strong.

Personally, I want to use my intuitive connection to help others in a way that doesn’t have to be attached to a certain identity, like the higher self, an angel or archangel, or any other kind of entity.

I just want to strengthen this connection and intuit the messages that result in as raw of a form as I can, and I don’t want to limit the inner voice to any particular discussion. Nothing’s off limits in our budding new paradigm, and there’s no reason not to discuss any social or spiritual matter that crosses our minds – even if they’re too far ‘out there’ for others to believe.

We have to empower ourselves in whatever ways we can. Some people empower themselves by channeling their higher self, their guides or another entity, whereas others look solely to themselves or our creator for guidance and inspiration.

It really doesn’t matter what path we take, as long as it works for us and we continue to help others. Even though I could’ve continued channeling in the form I’d been, another path was clearly emerging and I would’ve been a fool not to follow it.

This doesn’t mean those of you who are still on the path I (and others) have left behind are somehow in the wrong, because it still serves you. If it helps you and the people who find their way to your work, it’d be silly not to pursue.

But we don’t want to fix ourselves so heavily on any one path that we keep ourselves from exploring other, newer ones that open up for us, and change is never easy. It requires us to boldly confront and surpass our limitations, and we’re in for some trouble if we don’t remember to be patient.

I’m still developing my path, which includes writing, playing/writing music and intuitively communicating with The Voice Within. Hopefully, this path continues to be of service to all of you who’ve found your way to these articles and intuitive messages, because the point of our existence is not only to spiritually evolve, but to openheartedly serve others as we do.

Service is the goal of all of the work we’re doing here, and the best way to serve ourselves and others is to stay open, receptive and willing to follow new, more liberating paths as they open up.

Saul Audio Blog forWednesday December 17th

Humanity’s progress towards awakening has been phenomenal over the last two or three years, although, if you are regularly ensnared by the mainstream media and its messages of mayhem and disaster, you might find it hard to believe that this is so.  But remember that is all part of the illusion which you are working tirelessly to dissolve through the power of your loving thoughts, words, and deeds.  Love conquers all in Its path, gently and irresistibly, and that is what you are all doing as you engage firmly and constantly with the Love field that surrounds you, effectively dissolving all that is not in alignment with it.

You all chose an earthly incarnation as humans in this particular lifetime because you so dearly wanted to assist as powerfully as you possibly could in humanity’s awakening process.  But of course when you enter into the illusion by incarnating as humans you also enter a state of amnesia.  Deep within you you know that you have an essential purpose in the grand divine scheme, and many of you seek help in finding that purpose by engaging with the illusion – taking seminars of various sorts, following wise gurus, or taking up a recommended practice that you hope will offer you the definitive answers to all your worries and anxieties.

However, the only way to find your purpose is by engaging fully with Love.  If you will do only this all your worries will fall away.  You will still have to cope with living in the illusion, and it will continue to present you with problems, but, instead of worrying about them and becoming anxious and stressed out, you will be able to deal with them intuitively guided by the Love that flows abundantly from the central core of your being, and lovingly assisted by those in the spiritual realms on whom you call.

There is a well known saying “a problem cannot be resolved at the same level of thinking that created it,” and attempting to solve the insoluble within the illusion – war, disease, poverty, etc. – does not work because all attempts, however well intended, remain at the level of the illusion.

Love is all that exists in Reality which is far beyond the illusion.  It reaches down to you, or, if you prefer, it reaches into the nightmare where you appear to be imprisoned, to embrace and awaken you.  Enormous numbers of you are aware of this at a deep level, which is why you are seeking a better way of life that honors all of humanity, but because of the strength of conviction required to see the unreality of the illusion it is extremely difficult for you to truly believe that Love will resolve all of humanity’s issues.  However, deep within yourselves you do know that Love is the answer.

Each day, or even each hour if you can, during your quiet time alone in your holy inner sanctuaries, make a point of intending to be aware of the divine field of Love in which you are so tenderly and lovingly held.  When you make that intent, without wondering whether it is true and without trying to make a logical assessment of its effectiveness for you – am I really feeling the Love? – know that the field responds instantly to you because that is its purpose.

Nevertheless, your egos are very well trained to deride or rubbish any loving sensations you experience and any awareness you notice that would assure you that you are indeed warmly held in the divine embrace.  They will attempt to convince you that you are just imagining those sensations, or that you are delusional and desperately in need of psychiatric help.  When your logical mind tells you that you are imagining these sensations and your intuition tells you that they are valid, go with your intuition which is always divinely guided.  It speaks very quietly, while your logical egoic mind does everything in its power to distract you so that you do not hear that quiet and loving inner voice which will never lead you astray.

The ego’s voice can always be identified because it fills your mind, your conscious awareness, with a constant stream of worrying and anxious “what if” thoughts, whereas your intuition is always calm, gentle, and comforting.  The trouble for you is that the ego’s voice is LOUD, and when you are worried or anxious it is very hard for you to relax and listen to your quiet inner voice of wisdom.

Most of you have had the experience of reacting spontaneously, with intense anger at times, when someone has pushed your buttons.  Then, maybe much later, you have regretted it and remembered also having at the same moment had a sense that the reaction you were about to engage in, that seemed to be controlling you in the moment, was at best unwise, and at worst a terrible mistake.  As the old saying has it “react in haste, repent at leisure.”

One of the major lessons that all humans are on Earth to learn is restraint.  But you are programmed from very early in life that there are dangers that you need to react to very quickly if you want to avoid pain and suffering.  And, for human infants, that programming is initially very useful.  Then as you grow into your power, becoming bigger and stronger than those younger or smaller than yourselves, it can be very enticing to use your power to boost your inadequate sense of self worth – inadequate compared to those bigger than you, or compared to adult authority figures – by frightening, intimidating or hurting others.  Doing so gives you “a rush,” a sense of invincibility that is very satisfying, and the danger is that it will become addictive.

If your upbringing has been abusive you may never have seen or experienced wise adult behavior, and so you may have learned to rely on yourself and never to trust anyone in order to ensure your survival.  Now, however, having chosen a spiritual path of growth, as you all have, you need to move away from your belief in force and compulsion as the means for your survival.  If you are still inhabiting an environment where peaceful co-existence is not an option then you probably need to move away.

If everyone on Earth who is in an environment of violence, hate, and oppression, refused to engage but instead moved away, then the violence would wind down quite rapidly as those willing to fight or looking for a fight would find themselves seriously short of opponents.  But this environment is illusory, and at the level of the illusion these problems cannot be resolved, because those involved do not want to remove themselves because they know that they are in the right and they have an intense need to prove it to themselves and to others.  And many who would move away are, for numerous reasons, unable to do so.

And this brings us to back to the task in hand, the task that you as Light workers and Light bearers have undertaken so courageously and lovingly.  That task is to be Love, which is what in truth you are, and to demonstrate that constantly in your daily lives.  You know that is why you are on Earth, you know you incarnated to fulfill this divine task, and you know that you have unprecedented help from all of us in the spiritual realms.

You cannot fail because you are divinely supported in every moment, so do not fall for the line of reasoning that suggests that for civilized humanity to survive – it is interesting to see who makes the judgment about who is civilized – bigger and better military and intelligence agencies need to be funded and supported.  And of course you will not fall for that line of reasoning because it has been proved beyond all doubt that it is utterly false.

Be Love, share that Love, and watch with joy as those around you do likewise.  Tremendous changes are in progress, and they are leading you irresistibly forwards to your inevitable awakening.

With so very much love, Saul.

Archangel Metatron via Natalie Glasson – The Dawning of the Intuitive World – 7-23-14

www.omna.org

Greetings beloved beings of light, I am Archangel Metatron, overseeing the ascension process of the Earth and the souls present from the Multi-Universal level of the Creator’s universe. It is my purpose to guide the ascension process of all, when you devote yourself to your personal ascension this is an invitation for me to draw close to you supporting the miraculous and magnificent transformation occurring within your being. Ascension is predominantly within you rather than outside of you so I work with the subtle energies of your soul to bring forth greater Creator expression and experiences in creative and beautiful ways.

In my previous communication with you I spoke of erasing and dissolving the habit and practice of negative judgement in order to create peace within your being but also to bring peace to the world. Love will only truly have a space to grow within you and within the world when judgment is eradicated because judgment encourages us to believe in a world filled with lack of love. When judgment is erased the realisation dawns that love has always been present within your being and the world you have just been choosing not to see, sense and acknowledge its tremendous powerful presence. With the disempowerment of judgment the divine and sacred intuition arises into the space which has been created, ready to guide and assist in your sacred reality. This is a very important step of manifesting the Era of Love upon the Earth; a fresh new world born from shifts in perspective bringing forth harm ony and bliss for all to experience.

The dawning of the intuition within each being is a time of great celebration because to us on the inner planes it symbolises moving into a space of sacred responsibility for your own reality, creations and spiritual growth process. Many of you have already been working closely with your intuition for some time now, for those already in connection with their intuition it is a time to step up your awareness of your intuition, encouraging that radiant presence of wisdom to embody your entire being more fully. The process of building your relationship with your intuition is an ongoing journey, the more trust you place in your intuition the more fruitful, abundant and joyous your manifestations and experiences. It is important to allow your intuition to grow because however strongly you experience your intuition it can develop a thousand times more. We can imagine your intuition in alignment with a child’s growth. When you first begin to connect with your intuition, its voice, influence and inspiration is subtle, gentle, soft, maybe even unrecognisable almost like a baby, in the fact that you cannot truly recognise the character of your intuition or what it is capable of. With trust, faith, belief and focus, gently nurturing and getting to know your intuition it grows as if into a small child, where you recognise the presence and guidance of your intuition but at this stage like a small child there is so much growth and many journeys of experience to follow, you are still finding your feet and learning to explore, trust and communicate with your intuition in the same way a small child learns to interact with the world. Gradually your intuition grows to a teenager and adult meaning that it feels more fully integrated within your being, with you and your intuition working in oneness and ease. Your intuition becomes who you are so there is no separa tion and you are more readily able to accept the full expanse of your intuition as a sacred aspect and guidance of the Creator. This denotes a relationship that has formed through gradual acceptance of the power, knowingness and sacred wisdom of your intuition. Every person is moving through this process of embodiment of their intuition, whether your intuition is just arising or maturing it is an all knowing source of wisdom which you can place your complete trust into.

Your intuition is an expression of your soul and the Creator; it is a manifestation of your divine self-connected to all that is the Creator and all the magical sacred qualities of the Creator. It is a guiding light that personally directs you along the most appropriate pathway for you to achieve your greatest potential. So extraordinary is this guidance that at times it may not seem appropriate or too ambitious but your intuition knows the opportunities available to you and is in truth the Creator speaking to you every moment of your day. Your intuition already guides you and has done so since your birth it is just that the mind can over shadow your intuition with its louder voice and impact upon your being. Your intuition can flow through your feelings and emotions to contact you and also imprints its energy through your mind. If the mind is preoccupied, for example with judgment, t hen the subtleness of your intuition can be lost. This is why dissolving judgment is essential to truly unlocking your intuition and inner space of love because it encourages you to examine the habits of your mind creating spaces of peace and greater stillness within your mind. To not think seems unconceivable but it is possible, thinking is not always needed when the fully presence of the intuition is present as it will inspire with ideas which you will trust and put into action with ease thus eliminating somewhat the thought process you may be currently use to. You wouldn’t become like a robot but a beautiful fruitful expression of yourself; the Creator.

One of the most challenging energies to let go of when working on developing the presence of your intuition is your control. When you exist unaware of your spiritual being, intuition and all that is the Creator your mind, emotions and ego hold a tremendous amount of control and importance in creating your reality upon the Earth. With the process of awakening to the Creator within you this controlling energy and need for control in order to feel secure must fall away to bring forth the power of the Creator. It can seem as if you are surrendering to the wishes of a friend you do not know and yet the Creator is so familiar to you and will only every treat you in and with love. The transition of moving into your intuitive being is the process of letting go of control, realising you do not have to plan, govern, manipulate or rule your reality. Realising also that you are not alone, you do not have to struggle, suffer or work hard. When you surrender to the friend within you wishing to guide you all you need to do is to listen and to act with trust on what you receive, there is no more you need to do in this reality, life is simple and this is the truth.

Life is simple all you need to do is listen to your intuition and courageously enact that which is guided.

Complications and confusion are only caused by not listening to your intuition because you are allowing that essence of control to block your understanding of your intuition. If you are willing to let go of control, which could even be recognised as a limiting thought, then you will discover the divine flow of the Creator experiencing and expression abundance and happiness, in truth all you need and require.

Can you imagine if every person on the Earth decided to let go of the practice of judgment, to accept the presence of their intuition and to dissolve the wish to control themselves and others in anyway, then peace, harmony, truth, love and bliss would manifest upon the Earth. Disagreements, wars, suffering, pain, abuse and lack would all dissolve because it would not be possible to hold onto these energies because the actions are not born from love or the sacred nature of the intuition but from judgment and the wish for control. On the Earth you may notice the manifestations of judgment and control between people and countries, maybe even within families but this is only because love has come forth through light workers and is ushering judgment and control to the forefront to encourage all to notice and release these vibrations that are no longer needed.

Hold onto the vision of a world where each person acts and thinks from the love and intuition within them, each person bringing forth sacred expressions of the Creator because this is the outcome of all you are achieving now. A world of peace, joy and harmony beginning first within each person present on the Earth including you.

From my loving truth,

Archangel Metatron

Zen-ful.net – 4 Types of Intuition

Zen-ful.net  /     /   10-9-13

I have always considered myself an intuitive person. My husband knows this… we’ve been together for 8 years and he accepts that when I make a prediction it often comes true. Lately, I have become more interested in developing my intuitive capabilities because I don’t think I use them to their full advantage. For instance, when I met someone a few years ago, I instantly had a premonition of things ending badly between us. At the time I chose to forego my intuitive warning system and decided I shouldn’t judge the person so harshly just because they are different from me. So I was really open and nice to this person and this turned out to be a bad mistake; things did end up badly.

I am not always correct in my assumptions either. Sometimes, for instance, I think that other people can feel what I feel because to me it is so overwhelming. I’ve had to come to terms with the fact that this is just not true. We are all intuitive in some ways, but what has really helped me is to understand the different types of intuition that people may use as their primary means of interacting with the world.

First, there is the mental intuitive. Most people I know are this type. They are the kind of people who are thinkers, more logical and need proof in order to believe. They are also less connected to their heart or emotional side. They seek to understand. Because their focus is on their brain activity and thoughts, people who are this type are more likely to be clairvoyant using their third eye to see things. I have some of this ability, but it’s not my primary.
Mental Intuitive

Second, there is the emotional intuitive (otherwise known as an empath). This is most definitely me. Empaths tend to be more sensitive to the energies of others, may unknowingly take on the energies of others, they get easily overwhelmed and it can be difficult to discern what emotions are theirs versus what emotions belong to others. Unlike the mental intuitive, emotional intuitives are connected to their hearts. It’s a gift sometimes considered a curse, but it can also be a pathway to developing psychic abilities such as clair-cognizance, clair-sentience, telepathy and healing abilities.
Emotional Intuitive

The third type is the physical intuitive. This is the type of intuitive that is highly connected to animals and the earth. Their intuitive ability comes in knowing what the earth, animals and nature needs in order to heal. You probably know some people like this. They are the people with a strong drive to connect with and protect the earth.
Physical Intuitive

And lastly is the spiritual intuitive. Spiritual intuitives are interesting because it’s like they are already living or partially living in a spiritual realm. It’s almost like they are not even on this planet, but floating above it in some way. In fact, this type can be apt to depression if they don’t constantly take action to connect them to life on this earth. They are the kind that is more likely to be in touch with the spirit world and deeply understand the intangible nature of the universe.

Spiritual Intuitive

So what kind of intuitive are you? The key is to figure out your primary intuition modality and then pay attention to psychic abilities that are already there within you. It can be difficult to follow your intuition, but I have found that understanding the different types helps me to tap into what I already know to be true.

Ask Teal – The Divine Feminine – Awakening Within

TheSpiritualCatalyst·96 videos

Ask Teal Website – http://www.askteal.com
Divine feminine does not need to be cultivated or created within us as women. It is us. It is the essence of our choice to come into this life as women. And so, it is an ever-present energy that is always there.

Divine feminine energy represents these aspects within the universe:
Restoration, life, renewal, creation, birth, healing, receptivity, openness, motherhood, nurturing, love, understanding, compassion, insight, intuition, wisdom, forgiveness, the moon, connection, harmony and sensuality.

To allow the divine feminine within ourselves to surface, we need to search for these aspects within ourselves. You will find that you are more in touch with some aspects of your divine feminine nature and less in touch with others. For example, you may be fully in touch with your own sensuality but not in touch with motherhood. If this is the case, expressing the divine feminine within you, means connecting with and expressing the latent motherhood within you in your own unique way.
