Sad poem can hold keys to joy
for they make one stop to count one’s blessings
changing the sad story with gratitude
Life goes on
You have so much to be grateful for. At times it may feel as though life is hard, and yet if you can pull back from its drama, you will see how fortunate you truly are. Even the lessons you are now going through are a blessing.
Though it may feel as if you don’t have enough — whether it’s time, money, health, or love — you actually have been blessed with a tremendous gift. That gift is your life. A physical body is a wondrous blessing. Take time to observe the miraculous occurrences in your body. It is a miracle that messages are transmitted from your brain so there is movement in different parts of your body. It is a miracle that you don’t have to tell your heart to beat or your stomach to digest. The physical body is a constant source of awe when you consider it a gift from God. You are to use this body to learn your lessons in life and to help bring Heaven to Earth. You are here to create a better world for all. You are here to learn to find peace and harmony within yourself so all people on earth may experience this. One person finding inner peace helps to bring Peace to the entire world.
You are a part of a wondrous Presence in whom you live, move and have your being. Divinity exists beneath all your tumultuous thoughts, and between your breaths. You are here to remember this fact, and to live in this awareness at all times. This Presence is constantly giving, and you can consistently receive the blessings available by focusing your attention on the truth of who you are. You can know that whatever situation is occurring in your life, or in the world, God is in the midst of it all.
Practice:
Be grateful for this gift of Universal Presence within you. Be grateful for your body and for the lessons you are learning which assist your spiritual progress. Take the time to see the beauty in nature — a flower, tree or bird — and be grateful for the beauty of the Divine there and within all things.
Be grateful for the presence of the Angels in your life. These messengers from God are a powerful force for Love and Wisdom in your world. You can call upon them at any moment, and their assistance is available for you. This is a supreme gift.
And be grateful for all that you are. You are a spark of Divine Light radiating God’s Presence on the earth. You are God’s Love expressing to others. You are God’s Wisdom remembering the truth of Divine Order in every situation. You are so much more than what you seem. Remember the expansiveness of your true nature, and be grateful.
Your gratitude opens the floodgates for Heaven’s blessings. Gratitude creates an energy that beckons Good into your life. When you are grateful, you feel more peaceful and more fulfilled. It is easier to remember that God is within all people and situations. And you can begin to be a witness rather than being embroiled in life’s dramas.
You hold the key to Peace on earth. As you gratefully focus on the truth of your Divine Nature, remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:

via Gratitude Message From Us, The Arcturians ~ Feb. 5, 2017 — roseramblesdotorg
By Marquita Herald, Emotionally Resilient Living, June 16, 2015
While most of us are aware that gratitude is a “good thing” to feel, at times it can be challenging to muster the emotions let alone focus on precisely what we’re grateful for. This is especially so if we happen to be going through a rough patch, indulging ourselves in a little quality time on the oh-pity-poor-me pot, or focused more on all the things we want in life rather than what we already have.
Of course the benefits of gratitude are well documented and include the possibility of more energy, increased optimism and happiness, improved sleep, stronger immune system, and decreased chance of depression.
Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, and confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. ~Melody Beattie
You have to admit, there aren’t many things that require so little investment and have such a nice return. So, even though this is far from revolutionary thinking, why do we still sometimes struggle to find things to be grateful for?
Let’s start by acknowledging that positive life circumstances are seldom equally distributed; while some of us appear to have relatively easy lives, others suffer greatly. Sometimes adverse circumstances come about as a result of poor choices, and other times we find ourselves facing obstacles or unexpected change that we have no control over. Regardless of the nature, the reason we struggle to find anything to feel grateful for during these times is that we’re basing gratitude on external circumstances.
If your sense of gratitude is based on how things happen to be going in your life at the moment you’ll likely be incredibly grateful when things are going well. But as soon as your circumstances change, those warm and fuzzy feelings will soon be replaced by disappointment and frustration.
In order to turn an “attitude of gratitude” into a sustainable habit, your foundation for feelings of gratitude must be independent of your circumstances and the way to accomplish this is by shifting your mindset to focus on being grateful just to be.
True gratitude, like love, is as much an action as it is an emotion. You may have many things in your life to be grateful for at the moment, but to shift away from focusing on external circumstances try taking your expression of gratitude to a deeper level to develop a sense of appreciation for the art of being fully alive.
Touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing. Our senses are what connect us to the world. Consider the wealth of all you can see, hear, and feel everyday of your life. Learn to appreciate the subtle changes in a loved one’s facial expressions, a beautiful piece of art or the smell of fresh cut grass, the sound of rain, the wind, or waves lapping on the shore. Allow yourself to enjoy the feeling of petting your dog or cat, the rich smell of fresh cut grass, or the touch of a lover or a friend. Focus not only on your enjoyment of a good book, but the blessing of your ability to see the print and read.
Have you ever noticed that the more familiar you become with the people, beautiful places, and comfortable situations in your life, the easier they are to take for granted? It’s your favorite cashier that you look for whenever you head to the checkout line, your favorite restaurant where everyone recognizes you and makes you feel special, or the one and only mechanic that you will trust your precious car with. We grow comfortable with circumstances and assume things will never change. But things do change, and people will leave. So why not take some time to think about all of the things, people and situations that you count on to make your life a little easier, a little more pleasant, and where possible voice your appreciation for the difference they make in your life.
Our ability to learn is something that is sorely taken for granted. There is a whole world of fascinating information and opportunities for growth out there, and a lot of it is free and available right at our fingertips as long as we have an internet connection or a library card.
Anyone who stops learning is old, whether at twenty or eighty. Anyone who keeps learning stays young. The greatest thing in life is to keep your mind young. ~Henry Ford
There is so very much beauty all around us to see, touch, and hear. Nature is so miraculous because it is always changing. No matter how many times you look at something, it is always different. When it is sunny and bright outside, we feel cheerful inside. When it is cloudy and rainy, we often feel gloomy but even in the clouds there is beauty if you are only willing to open your eyes to it.
I live on a beautiful Island in the middle of the Pacific and still have to remind myself from time to time to “see” my surroundings. Just this morning I returned from a walk with my dog and finally noticed the plumeria trees that line the drive coming up the hill to my home are in full bloom!
Learning to become more aware of nature can truly have a profoundly positive effect on our lives in the way we look at things and in the way we feel about ourselves.
Life is a collection of moments and all of your moments up to now have made you the person you are today. The seemingly useless happenings that added up to something special, and the elaborate future plans that never came to be. Every lesson, every regret, every decision, and every obstacle mattered because all of this has strengthened you. Challenge yourself to celebrate your successes and redefine regrets, mistakes and failures as valuable life lessons, and allow the knowledge to help you look for the opportunities for growth in all of your future experiences.
YOU are one of a kind … there is no one quite like you in the whole world. Stop worrying about fitting in or comparing yourself to others and learn to embrace your individuality. Every one of us has our own strengths and weaknesses, and it is only when you accept everything you are, and aren’t, that you will truly find the happiness and fulfillment that you seek. Be grateful for the amazing person that you are!
Taking the time to be thankful allows us to look at the bigger picture in life and enjoy each day to the fullest. It’s hard to be focused on all the negative aspects of your life while feeling grateful. The same applies to being grateful for people. It’s hard to think about the shortcoming of others when you’re focused on how grateful you are just to have them in your life.
Your Turn: What would you add to the list? Are there things or people that you sometimes forget to be grateful for?

Gratitude shifts us to high-vibrational timelines where we are able to understand the purpose and meaning of every single event of our lives.
As we embrace the intentions of events created by our younger selves, we understand how these experiences helped us to expand.
We can also feel gratitude for those who played a role in the learning situations we created.
For example, if a person was harsh with us as a child, we can feel grateful for this experience because it allowed us to learn patience and forgiveness, and develop a profound appreciation of kindness.
If we experience health challenges as a child, we can be grateful for circumstances that teach us the value of self-healing and help us appreciate and cultivate radiant health.
If we grew up in a loveless environment, this can inspire us to find love within and teach us to appreciate and cultivate unconditional love.
Revenge Binds us to Lower-Vibrational Realities
We always have the option to choose the path of violence and revenge on those we feel have harmed us but this choice will only bind us to lower-vibrational realities.
We will exist along timelines of hardship and suffering until we choose to align ourselves with frequencies of love and gratitude, which always lift us to a place of higher vision and understanding.
Each person holds the ability to choose the path of revenge or the path of gratitude.
Gratitude Activates Timelines where our Highest Visions Manifest
When we choose to see the events of the past from a place of gratitude, we activate timelines where our highest visions and most dearly-held dreams are manifest.
If ever it seems that our dreams are failing to materialize, all we need do is look within to see if there is some part of our past where aspects of our consciousness are trapped in old traumas.
Whenever we shine the light of higher awareness on old situations, we transform them to blessings. We may need to repeat this process over time until we have released every situation from the past that binds us to moments of suffering and trauma.
As we find these traumas and feel gratitude for them, we’re able to step more fully into the love and blessings of the new time.

The frequency of gratitude holds the power to release the shackles of suffering and transport us into the realm beyond dreams where past struggles reveal their blessings and we look out on all that is with a crystal clear vision of love and acceptance.
This past year has taken us on a long journey designed to help us revisit any energies we still hold around past circumstances.
At times, old issues resurfaced, amplifying our emotions so we could hold them in awareness and examine them from a new and more empowered perspective.
Any lingering resentments about the past can now be dispelled by surrounding them with gratitude.
Gratitude is a Frequency in the Universe
Gratitude is a frequency in the universe that draws us into closer union with our higher self’s vast storehouse of wisdom.
As we align ourselves with the frequency of gratitude, we are able to download the higher vision for any situation that once tethered us to frequencies of victimhood and blame.
These downloads are encoded with the agreements we hold with other souls to create mutually- beneficial learning situations.
The encoded information touches on things like the purpose of our current life time, a bird’s eye view of our current situation and even the blueprint for the entire evolution of our soul.
It may be said that gratitude is the key that turns the lock, springing open the door into the future of our becoming.
Gratitude is Magnetic to Abundance and Synchronicity
Because gratitude is founded on the idea of acceptance, faith and spiritual alignment, it is also magnetic to abundance and prosperity.
It draws to us the things we need within the moment, and radiates a subconscious message that attracts synchronicity and miracles.
No matter what is happening in your life, find a way to embrace the circumstances and express gratitude for them and you will soon find yourself basking in the spiritual wealth and blessings of the universe.
Everything is Love in Search of Itself
It is now at this time when many step back from their routines to give thanks that we can take this opportunity to step into a deeper level of gratitude for all the situations and the people in our lives.
As we do so, we enter a new level of embracing our own pain-and-suffering and our struggles.
This allows us to touch a loving, peaceful place within ourselves where everything that comes before us is love in search of itself and the souls we meet are fellow travelers in search of the deeper understanding that propels us all on our journey of growth and expansion.

As a person climbs the ladder of spiritual progression in this lifetime, there are particular terms that describe various stages of development. In order to maximize the opportunity of this lifetime, there are at least thirty important spiritual terms you should become familiar with. All of these terms are part of the reason we incarnated and mastering the meaning of each of these is likened to initiation. When you master the initiations you prove that you are ready to move to the next experience.
The following are the top 30 spiritual terms you should know:
The most intimate of these advisors helps us to conceive and review our blueprint with us and is at our side every step of the way from incarnation to “death”. Besides this dedicated guide, we have other guides that can come and go depending on their specialty advisory field. Every one of us has a guide that is someone we were very close to and trusted with our soul. All spirit guides have spent at least one lifetime on Earth. Because of this, they are able to empathize with the mistakes, problems, fears and temptations, all the frailties we encounter in the human world.
Related: Spirit Guides and Guardian Angels
The spirit guide’s job is to urge, encourage, nudge, support, advise and guide us on our life path. Spirit guides send you messages, often through your subconscious mind. What you have always accepted as instincts or your conscience or unusually vivid dreams are your spirit guides sending you messages. Spirit guides and all other transcended spirits are either male or female. Spirit guides can also be higher vibrational aspects of yourself, or parallel lives. Spirit guides are always ready and waiting for you to contact them but cannot interfere otherwise because of the Law of Free Will

There are many also many minor chakras that regulate energy within the body. Each of the seven chakras correspond to a major endocrine gland in the body and each of them controls specific physical areas and functions.
A goal of meditation is to quiet the left brained thinking (monkey mind) in order to allow for right brained information from higher vibrational aspects of yourself to bring clarity in life. Another goal of meditation can be to have conversations through telepathy with other spirits or guides. Meditation can also be used to clear negative energies and to bring more light into the body.
With practice, one can see another person’s aura colors in order to identify unbalanced energy within the body. A weak auric field can make a person feel drained, and it is a good spiritual practice to keep your aura protected and strong.
Related: Spiritual Reality: Near Death Experiences
The awakening process is the soul’s realization that raising one’s vibration is necessary with the help of their higher self in the ascension process. This will allow life on a New Earth that is built upon Universal Law. We are all connected to a Creator Source that created our soul and our monad or multidimensional conglomerate of our past lives. We incarnated with our soul mates, and with the help of our spirit guides and guardian angels we will complete our soul contracts and fulfill our life purpose. The dark night of the soul brings up opportunity to transmute karma and clear our chakras. This will allow our DNA upgrade and cause our merkaba to spin. Through NDE’s we learn the importance of forgiveness, loving ourselves, and having gratitude in this lifetime. We can heal our aura through meditation, which will protect us as we climb the spiritual ladder and move toward reuniting with our twin flame to enjoy a higher level of existence of love and free will.

Saint Germain
Hello, Dear Friends,
I am in love. My heart is swelling with laughter and joy at the wonderful things we have ahead, but even more so, with the exquisite pleasure of being here with our Kathryn, in the deep woods of Quebec, looking out at the wondrous lake where we came to spend a few days in meditation and channeling. The lake is completely silent today, even though it is Saturday. There are no motor boats here, no jet skis to break the beautiful sense of communion with God.
A bird is singing in a nearby tree. It is the only sound, save the quiet lapping of the ripples along the shore. It is here that we wrote the prose-poem to Nature which we called “The Hawk and the Hummingbird.” It was near the time that she was finishing her book, and we included it as a light and loving note to express our deep love for Mother Terra. It was inspired by thrilling encounters with the birds, animals and insects which came to visit us during that wondrous September week, almost three years ago.
Did you know that we too revel in the sensuous delights here on Planet Earth? Of course we do. We are not sitting on a cloud peering down our noses at you, or far off on a distant space ship waiting to come to you. We are here beside you, hearing the same bird singing that you hear, tasting the clean, clear air of a sunny summer morning in the woods. We especially enjoy meeting you in nature because the silence you hear is alive for us with the sounds of trees singing, insects humming, and Mother Earth breathing.
Let me try to describe to you what our experience is as we accompany you through your lives on the surface of the planet. Since our ears are tuned to the higher vibrations, we hear a greater range of sound than you do in a human body. Yes, we hear the din of traffic and the airplanes above and the voices from across the courtyard, in addition to the singing of the flowers and the voice of the breezes, and the heartbeat of the galaxy. This is why we enjoy being in nature with you. It does not require us to “step-down” our sensitivities when we linger close to you.
I am especially fond of the northern woods, having spent lifetimes with the Native American tribes of the Iroquois nation. It was where we – Lady Portia and I – learned the deep and abiding love of nature, as well as the strong and fair traditions of governance which were the inspiration – although not as thoroughly as we would have liked – of what became the Constitution of the United States of America. As you know, it has been distorted and co-opted by the corporations of the cabal, but the original document stands as a good beginning, because it captured the spirit and the intention of equality and freedom. That original intent will yet be accomplished, and She will soon stand as a beacon for all of humanity – a true melting pot of all races, all nationalities and all religions living in harmony. This is our Dream.
As I speak these words, I am reminded of the delightful song, “…When the moon is in the seventh house, and Jupiter aligns with Mars, then peace will guide the planet, and Love will steer the stars. This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius, Age of Aquarius…..Aquarius…” It was sung by the group who called themselves “The Fifth Dimension.” They were ahead of their time, were they not? It is always thus; the artists and musicians are the harbingers of things to come. They speak to us of hope for the future, the better day we can envision together when we hear their melodies and see the images they paint for us. When our beloved Michelangelo painted the Sistine Chapel ceiling with the monumental image of God passing his spark of Love and Light to Adam, he was not just connected to God; he was One with the energy and Love which guided his brush and filled his heart.
Be that artist. Sing the songs of Love in your heart. Practice them in the shower, and sing them to your young children. Children have no judgment about whether your voice is operatic or plain. They hear only the message of Love you express. If you can also carry a tune, that is a plus, but not a necessity. The ears of a child are tuned to higher dimensions as well. They speak to us freely, see the fairies hiding in the forest, and feel the presence of their Guides and Angels around them. If you are respectful and matter-of-fact about your knowledge of such things, you may be lucky enough to hear the child tell of mystical experiences and magical visions.
When you pick up your pen (or your computer) to write, feel the flow of Love, like a river of energy. Place yourself in that flow and let it free your mind and your throat chakra, the center of expression which has been so suppressed for so many of you. Promise me and yourself that you will never again say the words, “…but I’m not creative at all.”
This, Beloveds, is a straight-up impossibility. You are a member of the Creator race. There is not a one of you who does not possess that spark which Michelangelo felt.
Perhaps your greatest gift is the ability to tell an interesting, animated story, or perhaps you have a talent for seeing spacial relationships – feeling the rightness of harmonious proportions of a structure, or where the furniture should be placed, or the perfect height for the monumental sculpture you will create. Perhaps your sense of color is highly developed, or your ability to hear 1/16th of a note on the scale. Perhaps your art is in your ability to look deeply into the eyes of a stranger and feel deeply where they have been and what they need, or perhaps you have a highly developed sense of taste which allows you to invent tasty new dishes for your family, or you are fearlessly able to climb heights, to scale a mountain or repair a steep roof. You see, the possibilities are infinite.
You are truly created in the image of God. This is not just a nice saying to help you feel better about your poor inferior self. You are God. You carry in your genetic make-up the essence of God. Each one of you is a sparkling facet of the brilliance which is God. No being can be outside the circle of God’s love, nor outside the Truth that we are all One. You may have lost track of your knowing, in the rush of life, but now, Dear Ones, join me, reach for me, and in doing so you will reach for your own Higher God Self.
There is no greater happiness than to accept the cloak of Divinity, with humility, gratitude and joy. It is your birthright, your destiny, and your great triumph. We envision the time when all humankind, and all the creatures and conscious beings of Planet Earth and beyond are joined in the pure and glittering Light of eternal Love.
I love you beyond words, and I speak from the heart of the Company of Heaven when I say ‘Namaste, Beloved, Namaste.’ The God in me humbly bows to the God in you.
I am your Adamos St. Germain.

THE 5TH DIMENSION – AQUARIUS – LET THE SUNSHINE IN
A Moving Art original short. This inspirational video was well responded at TED conferences and filmmaker Louie Schwartzberg motivates those around him as happiness is revealed. Spoken word and music montage created and composed by Gary Malkin. Narration written and spoken by Brother David Steindl-Rast.
Musicians Nimo Patel and Daniel Nahmod brought together dozens of people from around the world to create this beautiful, heart-opening melody. Inspired by the 21-Day Gratitude Challenge, the song is a celebration of our spirit and all that is a blessing in life. For the 21 Days, over 11,000 participants from 118 countries learned that “gratefulness” is a habit cultivated consciously and a muscle built over time. As a famous Roman, Cicero, once said, “Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all others.” This soul-stirring music video, created within a week by a team of volunteers, shines the light on all the small things that make up the beautiful fabric of our lives.

Gratitude
It is spiritually powerful to give thanks for both the light and the dark in our lives because it has all helped us learn, grow, and become more fully who we truly are.
MESSAGE FROM THE ANGELS
My dear friends, we love you so very much.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, whether you have recently celebrated the holiday or not, for in truth we give thanks for you every day of our eternal existence! You are all so very brave to incarnate upon your planet Earth, for Earth is one of the toughest schools in the universe – rich with both potential for understanding the diversity and beauty of God’s love in so many different forms, and yet also challenging beyond measure because of the very same.
You can find God more easily dear ones when you practice finding gratitude for all things, all beings, and indeed all situations in your life. You can experience love more easily if, for example, when you are presented with something less than loving you can say, “Thank you God for showing me ways in which I did not love myself in the past and thus drew this situation into my life! Now I choose love. Now I choose to walk away from painful experiences. Now I choose better. Bless the unevolved and unenlightened ones. Thank you for helping me grow into greater light.”
Can you be thankful for what is good in your life, even when some things are not there yet? Can you give thanks even for the trials, knowing you have learned? Can you look back upon everything in your life and find something to be thankful for? If you can, dear ones, you are embracing truth. You are embracing love. You are embracing the fact that the sun shines behind all clouds, and God’s love is ever-present guiding you in each moment to a kinder and more loving life.
Give thanks dear ones. Live in gratitude. Seek out the things you can be thankful for now. Every second that you focus upon love is an investment in a more beautiful and kind reality in your future!
God Bless You! We love you so very much.
MESSAGE FROM THE ANN
Hi Everyone,
I exist in a state of gratitude. I get up thankful for a new day and go to bed grateful for my bed and blankets. I love the way the sunlight filters into the windows at different times of year, enjoy the sun, the rain, and everything in between. But when situations or people are challenging, that is where the angels have taught me to use free will to find something to be grateful for. It hasn’t always been easy. As humans many of us were conditioned to complain, to see the negative far too easily and to ignore the positive.A few years ago when I twisted my intestines and had to remain awake and upright for days at a time, with no sleep and no sitting or laying down, it was a challenge to be grateful. But honestly I was grateful for the fact that the angels had taught me about embracing the present or it would have been unbearable. When I was so tired that I fell asleep cooking the first meal I made after that ordeal, started a fire, and filled the house with smoke, I was grateful for both the fact that the angels woke me up and I stayed alive and the incredible job the insurance company did – restoring my house to better than it was before. When people have been unkind to me in unthinkable ways I can’t say I grateful in the moment, but I have learned to look back and see that I needed to learn to stop being a martyr, to embrace healthy boundaries, and to say “no” to those situations that robbed me of my God given joy and ability to focus on doing good in the world. Even those experiences I can now look back upon and give thanks for. There is great power in embracing gratitude, not only for what is easy and good, but also for that which has challenged us. We lose our “victim-hood” and embrace our “truth” when we find gratitude. We learn that although the path has been paved with both joys and pains, we have learned, grown, and embraced a kinder reality. The bumpy, rocky, rapids of our lives can give way to streams of grace when give thanks for it all.In the words of a Rascall Flatts song, that I absolute love (see video below):Every long lost dream led me to where you are.Others who broke my heart they were like Northern stars,Pointing me on my way into your loving arms. This much I know is true. That God blessed the broken roadThat led me straight to you.”Gratitude is like turning the dial on the radio back to the station that broadcasts love into your life, and saying, “Yes indeed, Dear God, Bless the Broken Road that Led me Back to You!”Have a beautiful, grateful week!I am grateful for all of you!
Ann
Let’s look at the energy lines of the spirit behind the Thanksgiving event.
As kids we are forced to say “thank you” to people who give us stuff, or help us in some way. But before we are forced, as babies, we would naturaly say “thank you” with giggles, smiles and many hugs.
Somewhere along the line, we forgot about that amazing, powerful, transforming energy of “gratitude”. The word gratitude comes from the Latin word related to “grace”. The word “thank” comes from Germanic and is related to “think”. Both hint at the powerful transformation a person can experience from feeling gratitude.
This week, in the USA, Thanksgiving is celebrated. The origins of Thanksgiving can be traced to Europe’s harvest festivals, and also to a story of Pilgrims from Plymouth’s survival in the New World.
Traditionally in the USA, Thanksgiving it is a time when family gets together, drama played out, new future spouses introduced to parents (or kids), and much entertainment, food and communication shared around the country. The airlines make huge profits from families and friends travelling huge distances to get to spend a few days with loved ones. It has been commercialized to hell now, just like any other social celebration, but the energy behind it still lives.
I grew up in England and did not hear about Thanksgiving until some movie or other on television. Still, it was not really “real” to me until I came to visit the USA for the very first time, and my then boyfriend took me to his parent’s house for Thanksgiving. I had no idea it was Thanksgiving at the time, nor what it meant to be taken “home to the folk” on that particular day, and was surprised at how shocked and grateful his parents were that their son had brought a girl home for Thanksgiving for the first time in their lives. I had no idea we were then considered to be engaged. No idea they had been praying for him to find someone, and started praying they might get grandkids again (a dream they had dropped about a decade earlier).
The energy of finaly bringing the significant other home at a time of Giving Thanks is an extremely powerful mystical combination. It bases the new relationship in Grace, Thoughfulness, and permanency.
In the USA, when a person divorces themselves from the energetic imprint of their biological family, the first thing he or she does is often to “be busy” during Thanksgiving. Or simply not turn up. The retreat into quientness and solitude is also a very significant and important “ritual” of intent. “I choose a different path and energy imprint to that of my family”. Or they might choose a group of friends who do resonate at his or her frequency to spend this time with.
Our human lineage gives thanks to Gaia for her abundant support at harvest time, the human collective in the tribe and family, and strengthening or cutting of energies is carried out publicly during the ritual of Giving Thanks.
Yet non of this really, trully expresses the amazing power and energy feeling grateful ignites in us.
Let’s do it!
1. Think of something or someone you love. It could be your cat or dog, your car, clothes on your back, job, passion, a beautiful sunset… just about anything that captured your heart even if momentarily.
2. Look at that being or thing, or visualize it your mind if it’s not with you right now, and say “thank you”.
3. Repeat the words, and feel the energy of the words come out of your heart center and grow larger and larger.
4. Feel its warmth, joy, and power.
5. REPEAT OFTEN
If we do this once a day, say when we wake up first thing in the morning, or the middle of the night, in just a few days we will see a huge transformation in our lives.
Every time I think of you, who are out there in the world, working on raising the vibrational level of the planet, processing all your negative output, increasing and empowering your positive output, my heart is filled with gratitude, love, joy, light.
Hugs

Dear ones, once again it is that time on earth where the many are preparing to celebrate gratitude. It is therefore time that you understand gratitude in a more enlightened way, for gratitude is simply the other side of love–they work together. Gratitude is the flow of love returning to you and thus creating a circle of energy that flows out from and then flows back to you. It is spiritual living.
Everyday commerce is actually the flow of love and gratitude interpreted by mind in a material way. The service someone performs, or the product he sells is a 3d dimensional sense of love and your payment or barter is the gratitude. It is a circular and complete flow (out as love, back as gratitude) and the failure to express gratitude blocks this.
Businesses can only be truly successful when functioning in this flow of love and gratitude, especially as the vibrational level of Gaia rises. Businesses that function only for their own self interests will no longer survive because the necessary energy flow will not be there to sustain them. You are all familiar with business that you love to pay (gratitude) because they are so pleasant, honest, and have done a fine job (love). You are all familiar with the other sort as well.
Gratitude is not simply about giving thanks for something that has been received, but is a state of consciousness that reflects unconditional love–that regardless of any appearances to the contrary, all is spiritual and of Divine origin. Everything you see, hear, taste, touch, or smell reflects a Divine idea as interpreted by the state of consciousness of individual as well as universal mind.
Those who are unable to receive on any level, have accepted the false belief that they are not worthy or that this view represents a state of humility. Being unwilling or unable to accept love in all or any of its forms, blocks the flow and leaves an individual unable to experience the full circle of love and gratitude. False beliefs about love can act to block this flow and happens to those individuals riddled with concepts of what love must look like in order to be love–concepts thrown at you daily from media in all its forms. Those living in this universal illusion try unsuccessfully time after time to create love according to these false ideas and fail, because concepts have no underlying reality to them and arise from false information.
Believing oneself to be unworthy of love or gratitude is a facet of the duality and separation belief system–the belief that one is born a sinful being undeserving of gifts and blessings until clawing his way painfully to salvation. These ideas are obsolete dear ones, do not fall into this trap for you are well beyond this now. Those unable to experience self-love or express it through love and gratitude frequently manifest their inner pain as violence, lashing out at the world in frustration. Through ignorance of spiritual truth, they feel “unworthy” of love (energy of duality and separation) and do not understand why or what to do about it. They do not yet realize that ALL are worthy because ALL ARE…
True self love only comes with the realization that the self is really SELF–in and of the Divine, and that no circumstance or appearance can ever change this regardless of what one may of been taught or told, and regardless of any popular beliefs.
As an individual unfolds into truth and learns who he really is , self-love begins. Self becomes very easy to love once it no longer carries a heavy burden of judgement and criticism toward self and the world. He begins to recognize that the Divine Light of the masters is the same Divine Light he carries for there is only one–manifested in and through individual consciousness but always the One. He understands that mistakes he has made along the way were simply facets of his learning process and are now tools with which he can assist others. He begins to understand that nothing has the power to make him unworthy for there is only ONE power and that is the Divine. It was all a dream… It now becomes easy to give and receive because he knows that there is no limit to the flow that never was his personally ( this is the erroneous belief that results in poverty) but is in and of an Infinite Source. There is Infinity to release and an infinite capacity to receive from Self…the One.
An important facet of love and gratitude lies in allowing others to give. If you know you need nothing, but someone wants to express by giving to you, allow them to do this for the lesson of love and gratitude is something that all must learn. It begins with baby steps– simply giving away something or saying thank-you for blessings received, then when the student is ready it moves into a deeper understanding of the underlying energy .
Love and gratitude are the same energy and flow from Divine Consciousness which is infinitely complete and whole. Love is the activity of Oneness, interpreted by the state of consciousness of the individual–examine and ponder this statement for it is the basis of evolving out of the old and untrue. Gratitude is simply an openness to, and reflection back of the energy of love whatever its form.
Energy will bounce back to the sender if not received. This can work to keep you from negative outside influences for when you keep your energy field filled with the high resonating vibrations of truth and light, negative energy will simply bounce back to the sender finding nothing to attach to at its lower level of vibration. This information explains how many superstitious practices (hexing, evil eye etc. etc.) actually work…the receiver through his superstitious belief in the power of these things opens himself and invites the negative energy sent in.
Gratitude–study, ponder, and meditate into its deeper meanings and then celebrate the holiday of Thanksgiving at a new level.
We see you having much change shortly in your world. All is proceeding according to plan with many awakening to new ways of seeing and doing and believing. Old energies are quickly dissolving into to the Light of more global awareness. Keep your light high and bright dear ones. We send you much love and gratitude on your celebration day.

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS OF MOTHER EARTH
by Ernest Callenbach
I. Thou shall love and honor the Earth for it blesses thy life and governs thy survival.
II. Thou shall keep each day sacred to the Earth and celebrate the turning of its seasons.
III. Thou shall not hold thyself above other living things nor drive them to extinction.
IV. Thou shall give thanks for thy food, to the creatures and plants that nourish thee.
V. Thou shall educate thy offspring for multitudes of people are a blessing unto the Earth when we live in harmony.
VI. Thou shall not kill, nor waste Earth’s riches upon weapons of war.
VII. Thou shall not pursue profit at the Earth’s expense but strive to restore its damaged majesty.
VIII. Thou shall not hide from thyself or others the consequences of thy actions upon the Earth.
IX. Thou shall not steal from future generations by impoverishing or poisoning the Earth.
X. Thou shall consume material goods in moderation so all may share the Earth’s bounty.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.
God gave the earth to the human race. We must be responsible how we treat it. We must care for it, tend to her, bless her, and sustain her. She will be here a long time. Some of us will come and go, but we must leave a pure legacy behind
