*) Our DNA is transforming to 12Strands, the elements in our physical bodies are build of (the platonic solids), are downloading new layers of the divine blueprint for humanity on planet earth. That takes a bit of time and may create one or the other confusion on the way. Physical trouble as: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu symptoms, digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps and chest pains. Especially as this New Moon is in Scorpio, also watch the changes you might experience in your sexual desire!!

*) Waves of intense emotions might come up. A spiritual journey involves to constantly transform karmic energies. That is what we got the violet flame for. Sudden waves of emotions, outbursts of anger or intense sadness, increased sensitivity on emotional, mental and physical level, all can be changed and evolved in vibration – by the violet fire. *) Just as the divine Law of Correspondence (Above as Below) states, experience shows that when we reach a higher realm of spirituality and self-love, we also start loving the Earth more. You might feel drown to spend more time than usually in nature. Your ability to feel a communication with plants and trees can increase, your sense of communion with nature can be stronger and you might even meet one or the other elf or gnome on your walks ;-)!

*) And not to forget, the first personal union we build with Earth, is our physical human body. So if you want to love humanity and live as one, start with loving your own physical appearance. This vessel of your own making, that allows your spirit to flow and express yourself in this world.
TIP: Before you eat, bless your food and take a moment for awareness. Tell your body that you are going to use the food, to fill and nourish your whole being – body mind and soul. That way the food will not fulfill your emotional hunger, and old abuse pattern can fall away.26*) Make sure you watch your dreams!!! Vivid dreams can turn into a strong connection with your spirit guides. Your dreams may be mystical and bringing symbols or signs from indigenous lifetimes, the animal kingdom can make itself more accessible to you or sacred geometric shapes might appear. If you watch a change there, start a dream journal to get all the details of your messages!!!

*) When your channels are cleared you will experience an increased desire for creative expression. You will receive more inspiration to draw or write, dance, sing or compose. Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your life purpose and contribute to the completion of humanity. Five Surefire Ways to Raise Your Vibrations

1.  Live in Gratitude~ Find something as simple as a plant in your home.  Take some time to appreciate the beauty the plant has added to the room and your life.  This works to shift your attitude because it is impossible to be in a state of gratitude and unhappy at the same time.

2.  Visit/Call a friend who has a positive personal vibration~Just being in contact with a person with a positive personal vibration will boost your levels immediately.  High vibrations always dominate low vibrations.  Socialize with those with high personal vibrations and elevate your spirit!

3.  Hold Your Power~Holding your power means being true to you.  The demands a person deals with can be overwhelming.  The things we need to get done and taking care of everyone else.  You have to remind yourself that it is ok to say no.  This means saying no to your spouse, your children, your parents, your boss and the list goes on and on.  Nurturing yourself is so important because if you are not true within yourself, you cannot be true to all those in your life. Taking the time to honor who you are does not mean you have to go out and spend money; it only means devoting some time to who you are!

4.  Practicing Acts of Kindness~Doing nice things for others is a surefire way to elevate your spirit.  Every person you encounter is busy on their own path.  Offering a kind smile or a compliment can change the moment as well as someone’s entire life, not to mention the change it creates in your life as well.  A great affirmation to practice while exploring acts of kindness is “because nice matters”  Do not underestimate the distance kindness travels.

5.  Living a Healthy Lifestyle~Your body is your temple.  You have the opportunity to decide the health and wellbeing of your body.  By nurturing your body with positive energy, good foods, and exercise you are creating a strong, resilient, healthy lifestyle.  Living a healthy healthy lifestyle includes taking care of your integrated whole:  mind, body & spirit.  All low vibrations and illnesses start on the inside and reflect throughout your life.  Some great ways to live a healthy lifestyle are eating good foods, practicing positive affirmations and exercising your body.
