THE DOMINO EFFECT – HOW TO STOP TRIGGERS AND THINK POSITIVE USING MELCHIZEDEK TECHNIQUE AND HOMEOPATHY – PLEAIDES CHANNELING

Greetings My Beloved Masters of the Universe, the channeling that you are about to read comes to us from the Pleiades in which they urge us to change our thinking patterns and explain the reason why it is incredibly important to do so at this time.

Again, I understand how easy it is to be triggered into negative thinking. The key here is “triggered” because our response to one thing or another is based on various triggers that our subconscious sets up for itself to recognize how to respond to this or that stimuli. There are many ways of releasing these triggers, one of the ways that I talk about in Freedom Journey Karmic Release Course is a technique introduced to me by the Ascended Master Melchizedek. You can see this technique in action in the video below:

Step 1: The technique involves holding two fingers (index & middle) on your forehead where the third eye is. Thinking of the emotion that you are experiencing and stating “I understand that I am experiencing _____ (put whatever emotion you are experiencing here), for example “ I understand that I am experiencing anger. I fully understand that this is the emotion that I am experiencing. I understand and I acknowledge and accept that I am experiencing Anger. But… “

Step 2. As you acknowledge this emotion, you tap 3 times on your third eye with your fingers and then you move your hand slowly down to your heart chakra middle of the chest and as you hold your fingers on your heart chakra you say “But, although I appreciate having experienced the emotion of ___ (anger), and I do understand that I am experiencing this emotion due to whatever circumstances, I wish to replace this emotion with ___ (here you state whatever you want to replace this emotion with, for example “with peace” so that I can evaluate given circumstances from the place of Love” and then you tap 3 times on your heart chakra.

You should feel better immediately. Which would allow you to take a look at the situation that is causing you to feel this emotion from an impartial perspective where you would be able to evaluate what has happened and what has triggered you to feel this emotion, get to the root of the cause, understand the lesson, learn from it and finally let it go.

As always you can use flower essences and homeopathic remedies to help shift your vibration into positivity. I spoke a lot about flower essences in my recent posts and today I’d like to introduce you to a few homeopathic remedies to help you better deal with those anxious and depressive thoughts. Again, as I said many times, I highly recommend that you reach out to a qualified homeopath who can do a thorough evaluation of your state and prescribe remedies that are right for you.

I have personally used all of the remedies that I am about to mention. It is fascinating how quickly homeopathic remedies can bring you into balance. The negative thoughts or anxiety just suddenly seize, your mind clears and you’re brought back into balance where you can make adequate decisions.

In his book The People’s Repertory Dr. Luc De Schepper mentions the following remedies for anxiety:

Argentum Nitricum – Argentum nitricum is called the “What if” remedy: the person is full of anticipation anxiety. He is anxious about an upcoming test, an interview, an audition, always anticipating the worst. These people are always hurrying, driven, excitable, hyper and in a state of worry, which easily leads to diarrhea and palpitations, to the point that they cant stand going to public places. Thus this remedy is greatly indicated for stage fright, examination funk, and fear of public speaking. People who need Argentum nitricum typically have an intense craving for sweets, salt and chocolate. Silver nitrate is put in the eyes of every newborn (unfortunately not in homeopathic doses) to avoid the possibility of gonorrhea being transmitted from the mother. It is therefore also indicated in conjunctivitis with yellow/green discharge. Another indication is colic in babies. It is the number one remedy for this common destroyer of the new mother’s sleep!

Gelsemium – Gelsemium is characterized by the “D’s”: drowsy, dopey, dizzy, dumb, disoriented and dull. You can see right away why it is such a classic flu remedy. The person feels all of the above “as if a truck drove over you”. He has chills going up and down the spine, he feels so tired that he thinks he cannot even lift his finger to take something and she even has aching upon moving his eyes. Yet he can’t all asleep. Curiously enough, in spite of the fever, he has absolutely no thirst, and a slow pulse! Symptoms are made worse by motion, light, noise and stuffy rooms. There is trembling although the person is listless and has low stamina. The flue is accompanied by a headache. Gelsemium was the main remedy for the 1996 – 97 flu epidemic! Besides being good for flu, Gelsemium is a great remedy for “hearing bad news”: the person reacts to hearing bad news as if she is paralyzed, she can’t move, she just sits there, trembling. It is also effective for fright with trembling after earthquakes and in case of anticipation anxiety (like Argentum nitricum). However, unlike with Argentum nitricum (where the anxiety can start weeks in advance), with Gelsemium the anticipation anxiety starts just before the event takes place; for example, you have a speaking engagement, everything seems to be all right until you have to start speaking, then you are overcome with fear and trembling. Gelsemium is the #1 remedy for fear of the dentist. It is greatly indicated in headaches, especially ones preceded by an aura of blurred vision and improved when the person passes great amounts of urine. In the past, acute cases of polio were cured by Gelsemium.

Ignatia Amara – Even if homeopathy had only produced this remedy, it would be worth it! There are probably very few people on earth who will never need this remedy. Indeed it is indicated in acute grief events and emotional shocks, mainly related to relationships. Any broken heart situation should be remedies by Ignatia: the person has the “3 S” symptoms: sitting, sighting, and sobbing. She laments, “Why me, God, why is it happening to me?”. But don’t try to console her, or she will turn on you in a rage. Then this crying can turn into hysterical, uncontrollable laughing. People who need Ignatia have very changeable moods! We can call it the “homeopathic Valium” as it is also used in any event where you get upset: bad news, disappointment (especially in relationships with friends, family, lovers, children, etc.) apprehension and jealousy.

Now having said this here is the channeling that I have received:

Shining bright in the living color of light the instance of repetitive actions begins to suppress the evolution of secondary degree of eternal energy marvel of the beholder. For the energy signature of each dwelling therein shall then bring force and carry it through to the masses The signature of each stationed below the equator and above said point, brings the equivalence of inner connectedness and inner knowing which shall propel humanity into another zone of evolutionary cycle. Said evolutionary cycle is cognition of self, and cognitive understanding of BEing, and being part of all that is, being part of the ever unfolding changing, fluid energetic pattern of the creator. For the creation is itself the creator, and through said realizations much shall come to pass and much shall be understood.

For the understanding of the cosmic grandeur begins with the realization of self-limited beliefs. Said self-limiting beliefs originate within the base chakra of the beholder and spread through ones entire geomagnetic structure of being. Geomagnetic structure of being, for indeed all that you are is but a hologram, a geomagnetic representation of that which you wish to experience. Through said geomagnetic locations of your Being, of that which your call your vehicles of time and space, of that which you call your body, you are then able to experience the momentum of being in said reality of your choosing. And yet remain completely connected to the Divine, through the geomagnetic, and geomaterial structure of BEing.

For all is connected to the ONE and ONE is connected to the all. But going back to the Now moment in time, going back to that which humanity is undergoing, and not just humanity, but entire solar system and the galaxy in which said solar system exists, for as you understand all is interconnected and intertwined and all is changing rapidly as we speak.

For as you scientists have indeed discovered, the landscape not only your planet, but all the planets in your solar system are changing rapidly. And albeit the seeming delay of said changes, from our point of view ,said occurrence is unfolding in rapid succession, as it should. Thereby all is influenced, akin to what you call the domino effect in your world.

And so and thus, that actions of one is directly linked to the actions of another, and so forth and so on. And with the changing reality scape, and structure of your present earth, other planets in the spherical understanding of being are also going through such changes.

And so and thus, in the days and weeks and months to come you shall experience first hand the “domino effect” of your actions, and be able to witness firsthand that which you create with your day to day activities, authenticity, and thinking processes, said experiences shall be brought into your awareness for a reason, the reason being to showcase to you the reality of BEing, and for you to be as mindful and as coherent in your thinking processes for after having experienced that which you shall, you shall then be able to fully and truly take control of your thinking processes, interweaving a new reality into your everyday activities.

And from your actions, and non-actions, which you shall indeed see in a different light, you shall begin got truly weave a new experience not only for yourselves but for all who dwell on GAIA.

Such is to be the reality of the coming of times, such is to be the new norm if you will, where every one of you takes full, coherent and unprecedented responsibility not only for your actions, but also for your thoughts.

And so and hence, in order for all to continue as smoothly as it can it is imperative that you begin to work on your thinking processes and release, let go and learn to transform and transmute the thoughts that are no longer working for you now. Thought processes that are no longer part of the new heaven on earth that all of you are coherently building, and are partaking of.

And so, we ask you to heed our words with care and might, and approach said informational unfolding from the utmost deepest peace and harmonious outlook, for indeed that which we partake with you is indeed that which shall assist you in the coming of times.

Digging Deep, Facing Discomfort 

Transcript: Now, before we get started this evening, tonight our main discussion is dedicated to our community as a Sanity Saver. I hope that you come back to this talk as a resource when you’re feeling triggered or overwhelmed by life circumstances. I would like to say from my heart that this month what is happening in the planetary field has had very intense results on the mental and emotional body – the minds and emotions of many people. One of the main messages in our community is to work on getting discipline over the thoughts that trigger the pain body, thoughts that are divisive and judgmental so that these intense times of transformation on the Earth would become much easier for you to process. I know that many people now are struggling with many complicated and difficult issues in their life, and for this struggle I have so much compassion and unconditional love. I do know how painful that this can be.

The topic of the most importance right now is how to get a handle on effectively dealing with and facing complicated issues and painful conflicts in your own life in the most effective and graceful way. These timelines bring up a lot of pain body issues that are being projected onto other people and things around us when we don’t understand what’s happening. We cannot run away from conflict. We cannot run away from our discomfort and pain and think we can escape it. The pattern of pain and discomfort you feel is existing inside of you. Really sit with that and don’t let that scare you. There is great power in realizing that. Know that you have the power to change that, to remove and clear that particular pain so that you never have to feel it the same way again.

Now, what are you going to do about that? Are you going to persist in these old patterns? Do you need to project that pain and discomfort onto other people in order to feel better? Did you know that you can feel the pain, but it does not have to impact how you feel about yourself?

You can maintain self-love, self-acceptance and self-esteem, even when undergoing painful shifts and major life challenges. You never have to feel bad about yourself. You never have to feel bad about others, even for 30 seconds. You could choose to feel total compassion instead. You could shift that in an instant if you wanted to, right now. A new motto when feeling bad – feel compassion instead. It is time to get that pain body under control and cleaned up. It’s all up to you. Now, this month we talk about historical timeline trigger events.

Many of these trigger events are triggering the pain body. We have an increased opportunity to break through our amnesiac barriers and the memory wiping, to regain more personal knowledge that connects us with the truth of our own experience at individual, collective and even Galactic levels. As we’re learning the truth is not always pretty, yet it still is the truth. Our spiritual identity exists beyond these energy reversals and syphoning machinery that generates these false, artificial timelines, all this negative ego and pain body debris. As a natural part of spiritual ascension we are intersecting with an opening where the true historical record and our authentic self can be much more easily recovered.

Our higher consciousness body may be surfacing memories internally that need to be felt, that need to be witnessed and aspects that need to be reintegrated. The opportunity during this time is to become freed from the impacts of these lower matrices in the 3rd dimension, as well as the dimensional blending experiments of the negative aliens, and to exist above these artificial grids of this timeline network that broadcasts the main negative ego and pain body programs. To support this process we may need to comprehend some of the impacts of the historical timeline trigger events that are showing up in the subconscious areas of our body to help us to recover our memories and return any parts of ourselves that we can recollect during this time.

This process may feel pleasant or unpleasant at times. To become the most authentic person you have to face and deal with the truth as it is. Not the reality you wish it was but the reality that shows up as it is right now, and the ability to see it truthfully will free you from the pain of it. It frees you from creating any more of that same painful pattern from the past by bringing that into your future timeline.

So what does recovering our memories actually look like? What is the process?

I think many of you already know this because you’re undergoing it right now. Our body will start to remember memories. Maybe those memories will be emotional impressions that could also be negative emotions in the pain body. As this deeply buried content of memories and historical records surfaces that had been previously buried in our subconscious, this is happening in order to transmute negativity and to clear out the dark energy of the shadow, to clear out pain body blockages. As a result right now many people are feeling a great trauma or anxiety, a discomfort that is sourcing from the memories trying to surface from the subconscious into the conscious mind awareness by breaking through the amnesiac barriers, which we also call the Wall of Separation inside the compartments of the mind.

In order to bring the memory into the surface witness of the conscious mind (now, remember the memory is going to be associated with a particular thought form or generally an emotion of some sort – generally in this context with the pain body it can be a negative or painful emotion that is associated with this memory) – for the memory to surface there’s got to be a link connecting the three layers between the subconscious, the instinctual layer and the conscious mind itself. If these layers are disconnected, if they’re not communicating well with each other, the amnesiac barrier, the wall of separation, hides the painful content from the surface mind awareness but the person will still be experiencing negative feelings or feeling emotionally triggered by something buried in their subconscious that bothers them. This time is like digging in the dirt. We’ve got to find the places inside us that we have got hurt.

Some people do not want to dig deep in the dirt but it is the only way you will get effective and permanent healing of the pain body. In order to not feel emotionally triggered by situations in our life, we have to get down past the amnesiac barriers and find out what hurt us and what makes us feel triggered emotionally. Maybe when we feel insecure by all the unknowns that are showing up in our life, we can feel that there is so much change ahead and this change may be felt as scary. It may trigger us to be overly defensive and even paranoid. People that are emotionally volatile and have a tendency to project their issues or blame other people for their emotional volatility, have a problem with trauma and hurt feelings that are recorded in their subconscious mind and the subconscious activates that in the instinctual mind and the result of that is the pain body. If we cannot control our pain body we will not feel safe with others. It will be hard for us to have the quality also of being a safe person.

When our pain body is out of control actually no-one can feel safe because the pain takes over the person’s perception. Our goal is to heal the pain body and stop emotional triggers, which will bring the experience of safety within ourselves so that we can learn how to be safe with others. The only way we can heal is to feel, and see, and express, what kind of pain or trauma has happened to us, and be willing to have the courage to find it, to track it, to surface it and be willing to clear and resolve it, so it will stop triggering us by the way that we perceive things in our world. Naturally, to heal trauma a person has to feel safe in their environment to do so. And that is another reason we work so hard to create a safe and non-judgemental space in our community container. When a person suffers a great emotional trauma impact, and this happens at any age but most commonly there is so much childhood trauma that their mind will generate an amnesiac barrier to push this memory beneath the surface awareness so that they forget that trauma in the conscious awareness.

The issue with this is that the trauma is suppressed and denied and thus the trauma or pain does not go away. It just festers underneath the surface of the conscious mind. When this trauma record is buried in the subconscious layer behind the amnesiac barrier it impulses the pain body. When the impulse is very negative and painful for that person it plays out in negative, painful events in their life. Now think of this at an energetic level. Trauma and hurt is black and dead energy that feels painful. This hurtful black energy is buried in the energetic layers of our aura or light body and it is recorded in the cells of our body. What I’m trying to express to you at this important time is that in some people the amnesiac barrier between the subconscious and conscious layers is dissolving. People are moving through these amnesiac barriers and this black energy, this hurt and pain, this recorded trauma energy is surfacing from their unconscious mind and body.

And if they’ve not developed the core self-love, self-acceptance and selfesteem it can generate a high pain body experience at this time. Many people’s unconscious content is spilling out into their conscious mind awareness from the dissolving of this amnesiac barrier and it can create a lot of confusion if you do not know what this is or how to actually process it. We can reach and unravel this black trauma energy through different pain release exercises but we also can clear it through the physical body through body work such as somatic experiencing.

If we do not clear out this black energy in our body that is buried in the subconscious layers it will constantly impact our quality of life.

It will negatively filter into the way we think and process reality. It will emotionally trigger us or we will carry this baggage around as emotional trauma and keep playing these negative patterns out in our life and with other people. To change the negative pattern we have to see the negative pattern and not deny it, by addressing the pain or trauma and getting it out of the body by clearing it from the mind and emotions. Sometimes this can be as simple as changing your response to painful triggers. By changing your response and not reacting you are helping yourself to change the negative pattern within you.

What does recorded trauma in the body look like?

Blocking out conscious awareness of pain, hurts or trauma does not mean that the person has no ill effects of that pain or trauma. Using denial, defensive or dissociative skills does not mean that the pain, hurt or trauma did not happen. Denial means that the person is simply refusing to acknowledge the fact that they were hurt, they were feeling pain or they were traumatized and they cannot look honestly at the circumstances.

Many people are taught to pretend that they’re not feeling hurt by something when they were actually hurt very badly.

Even if the memories of pain or trauma are hidden from the person’s conscious or surface awareness that blocked hurt, trauma, unresolved pain creates very noticeable and obvious symptoms that can be easily seen in their everyday lives.

We live in a time on the Earth where what was recorded in our subconscious is surfacing and now we have to face it and if you did not see it before, it can be shocking and painful. You may have to see and witness other people in your life also undergoing the exact same process. So, let’s break down the pain and trauma, how this affects you right now, how it affects people around you. Pain, hurt and trauma are deep energetic wounds that if they are left unresolved and unhealed in a person within the layers of our bodies, they create a pathway for various energy blockages such as attachments that form many energetic tributaries that feed that same wound of internal pain or trauma. In higher vision it can appear something like a black energy octopus in a person’s energy field, which is really their own pain. That could be sensed and formed from a core trauma event with several lines of dark energy moving in the body to be triggered in various ways inside that person. This triggers them obviously emotionally and mentally. When those deep trauma wounds are in the person there are cords connected to them.

Many times they connect to these events where the trauma happened or certain mind control programs that are specific to 3rd dimensional negative ego belief systems. What can happen is that the trauma or painful wound attracts even extradimensional entities that are vibrating at that particular level at where ever that pain or trauma wound is. So, say there is traumatic psycho-spiritual event or someone was a victim of abuse at some point in their life the person underwent some kind of experience where they felt really hurt, abused or traumatized. So if that painful energy is not cleared, moved and forgiven through the body, that person probably splintered off from that timeline and a cord or astral binding is now connecting to that timeline of the event where the pain happened.

Many times I’ve seen someone as a child that has gone through abuse or hurt and their emotional and spiritual development may be stunted and the ageing process actually stops. The emotional development process actually stops at the time that the trauma occurred. And even as their biological body ages their emotional or spiritual body just gets stunted or frozen in time. That person who’s suffered the pain and trauma may actually have the emotional development or an 8 year old or 10 year old, in particular issues where they were triggered because they never healed their inner child from the pain that they suffered from that particular event or timeline. So, it’s important to understand how these timelines work and when you call back these aspects of inner child or self, you’re calling back fragments of yourself that have been soul splintered through these particular timelines especially when there are deep wounds of pain that are left unresolved and unhealed that are still impacting you today.

These unhealed wounds create holes or tears or vulnerability in our energy field that can attract unwanted energies, and as well some negative energies.

Some times they can be beings that have the same unresolved issues that will start to attach to that person because its a familiar energy that’s vibrating with the same pain or trauma for them. There are millions of reasons that negative energies or entities attach to people. Sometimes they’re from agreements but most of these are imbalances that are created from unhealed pain and trauma wounds. We manifest from the Law of Resonance so when our body is resonating at a particular vibration of pain or trauma wound, it may attract the energies that are resonating at the same frequency rate, and this also includes entities and when entities start getting involved and attaching to the human energy field to help emotional and mental triggering (because many times entities are involved in the triggering process) then that person will experience feelings of great density, or heaviness or oppression, things that take away the natural joy that we have when we are spiritually connected and we are infused with heart based feelings and able to connect with our soul. There is a huge connection between these deep pain trauma wounds that remain unhealed and over time these wounds are exaggerated and magnified in their painful effects by 100 or 1000 through entities that attach to those triggers that person may now be carrying. The more emotional charge we have around pain or trauma is really the number 1 issue that leads to spiritually abusive or destructive behaviours such as addiction problems.

So, if there are deep painful wounds not only emotionally but around the pain body this generally leads to some form of addiction in this world, and many people that have incredible cravings or issues with addiction would probably be relieved of the intensity of these cravings by actually just addressing the cords and evicting these particular entities from triggering them. I’ve seen people deeply entrenched in problems of painful wounds or addiction and a huge percentage of their perceived pain isn’t even coming from them as an individual. It’s actually being filtered in from the negative energies that they’re attracting and the negative entities that are manipulating the triggers because if you’re not fully in command of your being, if you’re not taking power over your body then something else will.

So, what are the most common buried pain body symptoms?

The most general trauma symptoms all around us today are (we can do a self assessment and we can also consider our loved ones or people around us that we may be observing having a really difficult time during the planetary Dark Night of the Soul).

– Unresolved hurts or trauma turn into issues that look like addictive behaviours.

When someone is excessively turning to some kind of substance on the external actually it doesn’t have to be a consciousness altering substance, it also could be shopping or an eating disorder or gambling as well as drugs, alcohol and sex, or even addicted to another person, because this become a way to push difficult emotions away or things that are upsetting so that we don’t deal with the content of the pain or the trauma within us. Also it creates an inability to tolerate addressing conflicts with others having fears of conflicts, running from conflicts, avoiding conflict, and maintaining skewed perceptions of conflict.

– An inability to tolerate intense feelings or emotions, maybe preferring to avoid uncomfortable feelings and acting defensive over anything that emotionally challenges them.

– Sometimes an innate belief that they’re worthless, without value or importance.

Of course we know that a part of the negative alien agenda’s mind control for creating slaves on our planet, if we believe humans are worthless we’re much easier to control, if we feel worthless we are easier to control.

– Black and white thinking, all or nothing thinking, even if this approach ends up harming ourselves, this is called splitting and it’s a type of ego defence mechanism. Black and white thinking is like saying you are either with me or not with me. And as we know life and relationships are a lot more complicated than that.

– Inappropriate attachments to authority figures, mother or father figures or with disfunctional or unhealthy people.

– A codependence or over reliance for other people to do things for them.

– Intense anxiety and repeated panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, upsetting images or distressing nightmares.

– Repeatedly acting from a victim role in current day relationships

– Destruction actions that generate self harm self injury or even depression which is harm committed against the inner spirit.

If you are experiencing these symptoms ask yourself if you are truly ready to address your unresolved pain and trauma issues or if you find it more comfortable to continue living with these struggles.

Is it harder to face how the pain actually got there or is it harder to live a life full of anxiety, troubled relationships, extreme fears and physical pain? Running from your pain and trauma history will not help you feel better. Face your pain or trauma by being honest with the trauma behaviours that you know emotionally trigger you. Emotional triggers are enmeshed with some kind of pain, hurt or trauma and the events that are connected to that trauma. Many times if you can get to the trauma event where you actually got hurt, you can clear it in that moment in the unconscious layers by actually seeing what was making you feel that way to begin with. This trauma event may also need forgiveness and love, especially if it’s hard to let go of through acceptance of the situation.

We have to comprehend if we will not let go of the trauma story it will continue to haunt us. It will continue to make us unhappy or miserable. So, remember that when you come to process an emotional trigger, something that hurt you, a painful even that you also must be willing to let it go, and find acceptance so that you can move on with your life into creating healthier patterns.

You will also need to be very honest about yourself whether this unresolved pain and these triggers are partially being self generated through the negative thoughts and behaviours that you’re not letting go of. Thus our ascending body may be processing some very complex energies and emotions now, as the amnesiac barrier dissolves, and we start to remember the emotions or sensations that we have experienced throughout our life, throughout historical timeline events that had negatively impacted us, as well as the collective consciousness, and even those from other parallels in time. Because humanity has not been given the appropriate context for not only healing and processing trauma but also for what has happened in collective consciousness memories through Galactic history, many people do not have correct memory associations to what they’re feeling or when they’re experiencing the emotions or processing the sensations and this may bring an impact to the physical body’s usual functioning.

However when we start to reclaim our memories, when we start to remember what has happened to us, when we recognize the areas inside of us that feel wounded or they’re in pain this supports the reclamation of Soul fragments and the returning of consciousness memories that were being manipulated by the AI version of the 3D timelines because what has been in the amnesiac barrier is how we’ve been manipulated into mind control.

Now, most commonly this is going to happen as subconscious mind contents that were not noticed before, start to be seen by your conscious mind, or they come into surface awareness when it wasn’t there before. Like images, feelings, sensations, bits of scenery. I would suggest that if you have been feeling anxiety and off centre and easily spooked, if your pain body has been amplified lately to please not displace or transfer those feelings to the community at large but to have the courage to look within and find out what it is that’s really upsetting you. Again, this is the time for exercising the neutrality training that you get here in ES so that you can allow these memories to surface. When the subconscious feelings start to surface do not deny them or repress them further as this is only going to increase or prolong suffering.

  • Work your tools to feel safe again.
  • Find the inner observer.
  • Be committed to shift out the pain that you have inside your body that is triggering you.
  • It is the only way you will find emotional freedom is through the effort and commitment that you make to become free of this pain.

Do not hold your anger to breed pressure and more of same, otherwise it loses relevance to the state of now. It is our reactions to protect ourselves, which is often the case that becomes more damaging than the real issues. Some of which is not the situation but triggers of our own past rejections of pain and hurt that is somehow pointing to our account files of mental storage banks. This brings in interest of the past that is not of the moment situation but a past reaction that was not vented, and so it is a dumping process not a solution which can fling missiles to others that do not even deserve the reaction.

This plagues humans for even the defenceless children of reactive parents become the target for dumping of others pains and sorrows. This breeds more of the same negative charges into the world. So before you anger and outburst to others think, observe and write down your processes and have an objective reality of how patterns have been set that may need some adjustment and overview of your own shortcomings. One must be clear at their core and this takes work and processing. You will know you have charges that are out of balance when you see your abode in chaos and you have anger to groups, races or issues that you have connected to with your opinions.

In order to be free from this cycle, you must do your mental and spiritual homework and maintenance. You are not selected to do this, it is fact and the nature of the state of your societies and the hardened disconnect you have from your souls and the spirits of nature. The key is to see, feel and take to the dump your negative mojo for it is only the results of pain and discounts you keep trying to right and this will fall on death ears, for people want to be with good vibrations and happy hearts.

So if you put more energy into finding the goodness and happiness in people and sending joy, the return on your investment will be a bank of good thoughts and people that know you as pleasant and dynamic. Handle your changes and pace yourself, after all in your very DNA are the memories of all your ancestors and their knowledge and information that you must process as challenges and resources of your character. Here is all the pain of mankind, the victories and meaning that you must rewrite into a stasis of balance for your clan and ancestors. Change begins with HUE, you colour your perceptions based on your pains and joys.

So know and heal, it is of great undertaking.

As the personal, collective and planetary consciousness undergoes this massive cosmic shift in which our consciousness rises in frequency, many people do not realize as a result of the polarity amplification and the increase of the forces of chaos, the matter world is actually becoming less dense. At the same time, our physical body may feel a great increase in energetic pressure that is created by the change in density that is occurring on the planet at the quantum level. Our physical bodies also become less dense overall as our personal frequency increases. Yet, as we come into contact with lower energies or reversal spirals of energy, the external can feel extremely dense, heavy and uncomfortable to navigate. These extremely dense energies in the external can feel extremely aggravating to our inner child’s pain body triggers, and any emotional conflicts that we have yet to resolve and clear within ourselves are becoming magnified and amplified. This means our unresolved conflicts and pain that is recorded in our pain body is extremely heightened now.

In the world of matter, as we drop density we can also feel that our body is experiencing some kind of energy loss which may also feel like physical and neurological exhaustion when processing an overwhelming amount of external stimulus, that is combined with emotional or pain body content. Sometimes, our overall aura is holding a much higher frequency and experiencing a series of energetic downloads, which is accreting light codes and consciousness information that is not yet fully absorbed and translated into conscious awareness, and this internal to external processing may make the body feel extremely dense, weighed down and tired. It is important to know that this is a common ascension symptom when the physical body is acclimating to embody higher frequencies that shift the internal landscape of our consciousness. The painful content or traumatic memories cannot remain recorded in the same location or place within the body, and as a result these lower energies recorded in the pain body will begin to surface up to our conscious awareness, or they may unconsciously play out in our life.

As a natural part of spiritual ascension we are intersecting with an opening where the true historical record and our authentic self can be much more easily recovered. Our higher consciousness body may be surfacing memories internally that need to be felt, that need to be witnessed and aspects that need to be reintegrated. The opportunity during this time is to become mentally and emotionally freed from the impacts of these lower matrices in the 3rd dimension that broadcast the main negative ego and pain body programs. In order to not feel emotionally triggered by situations in our life we have to get down past the amnesiac barriers and find out what hurt us and what makes us feel triggered emotionally. When we feel insecure by all of the unknowns that are showing up in our life, we can feel that there is so much change ahead for us and this massive change in our lives can bring up a lot of pain and fear. The pain and fear within may trigger us to be overly defensive and even paranoid.

People that are emotionally volatile and have a tendency to project their issues or blame other people for their emotional volatility have a problem with trauma and hurt feelings that are recorded in their subconscious mind and the subconscious activates that in the instinctual mind and the result of that is the pain body. If we cannot control our pain body we will not feel safe with others. When our pain body is out of control actually no one can feel safe because the pain takes over the person’s perception and reality filters. Our goal is to heal the pain body and stop emotional triggers, which will bring the experience of safety within ourselves and so that we can learn how to be safe with others. The only way we can heal is to feel and see and express what kind of pain or trauma has happened to us and be willing to have the courage to find it, track it, surface it and be willing to clear and resolve it so it will stop triggering us by the way that we perceive things in our world.

In order to more easily process the complex energies and emotions surfacing from out of the pain body that many people are experiencing now, we will need to become aware of our personal triggers and learn how to shift out of the negative ego’s linear way of thinking. Multidimensional consciousness and processing consciousness memories from other timelines are experienced as deep emotional or sensory perceptions, and this content cannot be logically understood through linear thinking. Linear thinking is the process of thought following known step-by-step progression where a response to a step must be elicited before another step is taken. (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3….) Linear thinkers put things in order as they experience them in a sequential manner, like a straight line. A straight line between two points has been the way we have been educated as the most effective way to get from one place to another. Linear thinkers see the world mostly as black and white, which can lead to splitting behaviors. (the mental body feeding the polarity structure or the bi-wave Influences). A person limited to linear thinking has mental blocks in reaching more creative options for resolution of pain or problems, having difficulty reaching an appropriate compromise because they cannot perceive the steps to resolution outside of a certain parameter of logic.

An example of limitation in linear thinking is the capacity to creatively problem solve an issue if the primary procedure breaks down, to find alternative ways to resolve the issue, to inquire or ask the right questions in the necessary problem solving equation, or to find the balanced energy point for beginning to naturally resolve problems. Additionally, linear thinkers do not generally communicate with the consciousness intelligence that exists in all living things, like the land, animals and nature. Because linear thinking is repetitious and in many situations the outcome or result never changes, this stunts the functions of higher sensory perception which suppresses higher consciousness and impedes the restoration of energetic balance. The mind gets stuck in a gear of belief and linear experience that it cannot shift out of, essentially locked in imbalance. The more inflexible and dogmatic the mind, the weaker and more fragile it is. Thought addicted linear thinkers close down their heart and this closes down their body’s access to intuitive feelings and sensory mechanisms.

Non-Linear thinkers have developed a capacity for spiral thinking and problem solving which extends into multiple directions or as an outward expansion moving energy spiral. Rather than thinking in step by step moving in one direction, spiral thinkers inherently know that there are multiple starting points from which one can apply the solution to a problem. Spiral thinkers are able to traverse the many directions that the problem may have and find the central root or causal issue of the problem, rather than trying to solve the surface symptom. When we can understand the concept of how timelines work, and that we can access that timeline from any point in the now moment of spiral time, then we can expand our consciousness to become time travelers, which is how the original human DNA was designed to function.

As consciousness time travelers, we can travel to the point in time where the original trauma and pain occurred, and we can clear it from happening in the future timelines, so that we do not carry the same pain, trauma or hurt into our future self or now self. This is one way how developing higher consciousness can actually shift timelines, when we heal the past pain and trauma, we heal our emotions in present time, and this changes the future direction of our consciousness as its traveling in personal timelines. If we can get out of the feelings of looping pain in recorded personal trauma, we can be freed of the lower artificial intelligence programs that have been playing out these painful mind control programs repeatedly, throughout the time loop used to exert control over the 3D earth.

Most of the world’s problems have a causation of which many layers of other problems that are stacked on top from many timeline layers that we don’t remember, but this content is recorded in our pain body. This is the same as a medical diagnosis giving a label to something that appears to be a disease on the surface, but does not address the deeper cause of its root infection connected to many emotional and energetic blockages in the past. It is possible to move to that point in time in the past where the seed of the conflict was actually created and further had evolved into the disease pattern in current time. Manifestations of imbalance and disease do not happen overnight, they have a narrative playing out in an negative energy contraction pattern that is recorded in the perception of time that occurs in the consciousness memories of an individual or group. To resolve pain and trauma we must go to the point in time where it was first created, and what was generated after in that timeline, as a result of that original trauma event.

Most linear thinking keeps the mind sliding on the surface going back and forth and finally into a circle looping of jumbled thoughts which remain in a static field of mind control. Nonlinear or spiral thinking allows the mind to go deeper to the root of the problem in any timeline, spiral it out into multiple directions from its causal source event, which is the most effective way to impact a deeper resolution for powerful releases and shift in consciousness, especially in clearing out painful trauma records in past timeline consciousness memories. Spiral thinkers that are guided by their higher sensory perceptions and deep empathic feelings are accessing way beyond the limited functions of the Three Layers of the Ego mind. They access a new higher sensory ability and higher intelligences through the contact that is made to the Higher Mind or Mentor Mind, which is a function of higher consciousness or spirit-energy intelligence. Training your mind to go beyond linear thought and into nonlinear thinking expands the circulation of energy, expands consciousness and potentially opens ones heart and feeling centers to more easily process reality with more clarity and coherence.

In order to feel better, the undisciplined personality has the tendency to be a linear thinker. The ego mind always looks for the next thing to acquiesce its internal anxiety from not feeling in control of its result in order to get its personal needs met. This is described as forming attachments that equate into judgments of either feeling happiness or experiencing pain and suffering that is fully based on negative ego perception. The untrained conscious mind spends a lot of time in linear thoughts that continually loop programs of pain and suffering.

Essentially, the more in pain a person is the stronger their walls of separation or amnesiac barriers, which form attachments to belief systems or emotional conflicts recorded in the instinctual mind or pain body. When these attachments do not get what they want from how they have been associated and valued by the conscious mind, they are in a perpetual state of suffering through a case of false identification. Removing suffering in the mind from forming attachments is the process of removing association and the assigned values, which color or cloud judgments through ego filters. The ego mind has such a small picture of what’s happening in the overall, that it perceives the situation from its own limited beliefs and confirmed bias.

These biases tend to accumulate a false identity, something we think we are when we really are not that.  When one notices associations and judgments that are being formed, identify this content as coming from the false perceptions of the conscious mind and lower minds. Observe what it judges and assigns value to. Notice its functioning and pay attention to any negative behavior, pain body triggers or automatic impulsive reactions. When a person is paying attention to their thoughtforms and reactions, they can choose to respond through shifting into the Observer Point by communicating with the conscious mind in order to prevent its tendency to create false identity. This is the Ego, it is not my real self. Notice the patterns of the negative ego, and when your body is in mental or emotional tension, it is the contraction of energy inside the body based on what the ego is thinking and ruminating upon.

*The Ego wants this and that and the other thing. (whatever the ego is valuing or associating)

*It wants this and that and the other thing. (whatever IT is valuing or associating)

Having self-awareness and communicating this way in the internal landscape, is a process of refusing to form attachments with the false ego identity and all of its biases, as related to the value that is placed on the thoughts and the result of placing judgments on yourself or others. Suffering in the mind happens when we harbor judgments of the self as identified with the value and the association that has been made by the ego mind. This is called setting up the “false identity”. This process of ego association builds the inner dwelling for the Houses of Ego to create more false identities, which are a direct rejection of God’s unity spirit and repels the higher consciousness from dwelling within one’s body.  Thus, it is extremely important to purify our thoughts through observation and give the authority of this level of the mind to the eternal God spirit or Avatar Christ mind. This is the most important part of the practice of meditation leading to deeper self-awareness and then onto higher consciousness states, which activates more accurate assessments in discerning the reality around you, as well as helping to support a good skillset of higher sensory perception.

If you have been feeling mental anxiety, easily spooked, and if your pain body has been amplified lately, please do not displace or transfer those feelings onto other people, but have the courage to look within and find out what it is that’s really upsetting you. This is the time for exercising the neutrality training that you get here in ES community so that you can allow these painful memories from the past timelines to surface. When the subconscious feelings start to surface do not deny or repress them further as this is only going to increase or prolong suffering. Work your spiritual tools to feel safe again. Find the inner observer and compassionate witness. Be committed to shift out of the pain that you have inside your body that is triggering you. It is the only way you will find emotional freedom through the effort and commitment that you make to become free of this emotional pain.

During the most intense times during the shift into the next harmonic, it might be helpful writing or journaling about your emotional triggers and how you can push through them in order to heal and shift them. When something or someone really triggers you it is time to ask yourself:

Why is that? Why is this person or situation triggering me?

What kinds of feelings are coming up?

Why are these feelings so intense and uncomfortable?

To shift out from this pain content, try to apply this exercise.

*Remember what happened that generated trauma or pain.

*Give expression, give voice to what has happened, having a witness that is capable to hold a safe and nonjudgmental space is important (if possible).

*Allow yourself to feel the feelings, and allow the process of feeling the repressed or unresolved emotions of what had happened at the time of the trauma or unresolved pain. Memories must be given the time and space to be emotionally processed into completion.

*Intentionally sever the attachment, cords and bonds to that painful emotion, or the people or circumstance involved. If needed evict any negative entities or demonics that were siphoning energy from this cord.(See Spiritual Deliverance).

*Intend to reclaim all aspects of yourself that had been fragmented from pain or trauma, this is RRO or Return to Rightful Owner.

*Close the harmful portal to the past time where the trauma has occurred or close down any multidimensional harmful portals that has left damage in the Aura.

If you give these difficult emotions expression it makes it easier to get to the bottom of why certain life situations have triggered deep pain or discomfort within you, so that you don’t have to feel that way anymore as you move into the next cycle.

Sometimes we feel as if we are on an intense roller coaster ride of perpetual conflict. We can’t seem to break free from it because we are stuck on the surface of our conflicts. We need to dive deep within ourselves internally to see the true cause of our emotional pain instead of arguing about the surface “triggers” of that pain.
When we want to feel better, we try to change the surface circumstances of our experience. We end the relationship, we move to a different city, we put ourselves on a diet, we sign up to a gym, we take a medication, we may even kill someone. But by doing only this, by looking for and taking a physical action to feel better, we can never escape the original conflict. It simply resurfaces in the new relationship, in the new city, regardless of our diet change or how much we exercise, what medication we take or who we kill. We perpetuate drama in our lives if the changes we try to make focus on changing the physical effects of a problem instead of the root cause of that problem.
