OPENHEARTED REBEL – This Man believes Food should be Free for All & is Leading the Way to make this Possible – 2-6-18

In order to survive on this planet, human beings need 3 basic things; air, food, and water. If someone were to start charging us for the air we breathe, we would think that they were absolutely crazy, but paying for food daily we don’t even think twice. Why is it that we have to pay for what is produced naturally by our Mother Earth? Why is it that human beings are the only species who have to pay to eat and pay for shelter? Have you ever asked yourself those fundamental questions?

https://openheartedrebel.com/2018/02/06/man-believes-food-free-leading-make-possible/

In his TedX Talk, Andrew Barker, Growtester and author for Collective Evolution, raises these questions and more, as he shares his message about what him and his group, Grow Free, are aiming to achieve. Their goal? Simple. To give away for FREE any extra food that they are growing in their own personal gardens.

Giving away food for free might sound crazy to some as our minds are so conditioned to be in constant survival mode, someone had to work hard to grow that food, if it’s given away for free, how will they ever be repaid for their hard work? We might think that when there is an abundance of food grown, it goes to waste. How crazy is it that there are people who are starving and we have millions of tons of food being thrown in the garbage every year?

Andrew started Grow Free about 4 years ago when he began giving away seedlings in his backyard, and people began coming not only for the seedlings, but to ask how they could help. From there they planted a bunch of sunflower seedlings in newspaper pots and walked down the streets and handed them out to people, for free. Of course, most people are shocked and perhaps a little bit skeptical to receive things for free, but this, of course, is no reason not to do something.

How Does It Work?

This project involves setting up carts around the city and offering any kind of food, but generally locally grown produce, to anyone who might need it, or just want it. Not everyone grows the same crops, so it’s a good opportunity for neighbours to share the fruits of their labour with one another, and with those who don’t have the means to have their own gardens.

As Andrew says: “The carts are a medium where people of the community can share with one another, they’re for excess homegrown produce, seeds and seedlings, preserves, eggs, etc.

They’re a great way for people to give back, to show that they care about others and this community. Being that we don’t really get to see who picks up what we put down on them, there’s also a spiritual element to them; a way to serve the community without need for reciprocation or acknowledgement.”

Grow Free now consists of well over one hundred carts set up all around Southern Australia, in just a matter of a few short years. We can all help and support each other, this is a great message and example of the importance and the power of community. Hopefully this movement goes global and other growers from around the world are inspired to share what they’ve grown as well. Just because things have always been done a certain way doesn’t mean this is how they always have to be done. Society is the way it is for a reason and we can choose to opt out of the aspects that are no longer serving to us. We always have a choice.

“I believe that we don’t have to buy into what society is selling us, maybe you’re starting to think that too. I believe in our freedom and that perhaps if we grow and share together, we can all help each other to grow free.”

PRIYANKA – What Does It Take For a Compassionate Community? – 1-23-18 – by Excellence Reporter

photo 1A community is made up of families and families are made of individuals. It follows that a compassionate community is made up of compassionate families. And compassionate families must have compassionate individuals at their root.

One way that reflects the state of our emotional health and how compassionate we are as a community is in how we take care of elderly parents and grandparents in our families. So how are we taking care of the elderly? There are many among us who are grateful and respectful towards our parents. And we do the best within our capacities to take care of them. We come across many examples of adult children’s respectful caretaking of old parents, from those who take out every bit of time from their busy lives to take care of ailing parents to those who are there whenever parents have a need.

AUROVILLE – Absolute Freedom – Flourishing Community – No Politics, Religion or Money – 4-25-16

Galaxy490*Is this evidence of the Dawning of a New Age of Awareness envolving for Humanity?  I hope so … as this is certainly a world and community I’d LOVE to be part of!!  Hopefully it’s a virus that will spread quickly Globally !!!!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Peacefully nestled in the Viluppuram district near Puduchery, Tamil Nadu, is a township like none other. Transcending money, politics and religion, welcome to Auroville, the City of Dawn.

“Auroville is meant to be a universal town where men and women of all countries are able to live in peace and progressive harmony, above all creed, all politics and all nationalities. The purpose of Auroville is to realize human unity.”

It was founded on 28th February, 1968, by Mirra Alfassa (known as “The Mother”) as a project of the Sri Aurobindo Society. Mirra Alfassa was the spiritual collaborator of Sri Aurobindo, who held the notion that “man is a transitional being”. It was designed by Roger Anger.

Mother believed that the “universal township” of Auroville would contribute decisively to the Indian renaissance.

She expected that Auroville would “contribute significantly in the progress of humanity towards its splendid future by bringing together people of goodwill and aspiration for a better world.”

Dawnfire490

“Auroville belongs to nobody in particular. Auroville belongs to humanity as a whole. But to live in Auroville, one must be the willing servitor of the Divine Consciousness.”

People who inhabit Auroville come from around 50 nations, hailing from all age groups, social classes, cultures and backgrounds. In short, Auroville represents humanity as a whole. Its population currently stands at close to 2,400 people.

There is no concept of religion in Auroville!

Auroville believes in the service of truth, beyond religious conviction. There is a temple at the centre of the township called “The Mantrimandir”. It is of spiritual significance for those who practice Integral yoga and doesn’t belong to any particular religion or sect.

Or politics

Auroville runs without a hierarchical order. It is controlled by an assembly that comprises of every adult resident. Imagine a township being ran by an assembly of 900-odd members, hailing from different cultures, who at times do not even understand one another! Despite the community’s internal struggles, it flourishes almost as an independent nation!

There is no concept of money either!

“There won’t be any exchange of money in Auroville. It is only with the outside world that Auroville will have money relations. Money will be no more the Sovereign Lord; individual value will have a greater importance than the value due to material wealth and social position.” – Mother

There is a concept of Aurocard in this town.

Auroville is self-reliant in the truest sense of the word.

Auroville has its own architecture and town planning bureau. It has archival facilities, research institutions, an auditorium, 40-odd industries, restaurants, farms, guesthouses etc! It even has a high density of computers, a dedicated e-mail network (auronet) for the residents.

Wes Annac – I Stand With the Conscious Community – 3-2-16

By Wes Annac, Culture of Awareness

*

I stand with my brothers and sisters in the conscious community who are working hard to raise awareness and set the planet free. I’m proud to be a part of this movement, and I’ll gladly work with anyone who’s genuinely dedicated to change.

We can achieve more if we work together or at least support each other, because we’ll have an interlocked network to go to for guidance if we ever need it. We can come to each other with problems that stump us, and we can remind each other that we aren’t alone; there are people around us willing to lift us up when we’re in doubt.

Everyone is approaching this revolution from a different angle, and we all have something unique to give that comes with its own set of problems. This is one reason I think we should support each other, and while we might not be able to help with issues that are specific to someone else’s work, we can still let them know they’re not alone.

The more we support each other, the more we can achieve. For example; if your goal is to help people wake up to the fact that we live in a massive police state, you can link up with those who share the same goal and collaborate on projects intended to raise awareness.

If you want to share spiritual guidance, you’ll find plenty of people in the spiritual community willing to help.

No matter what you want to do, you’ll find support as long as your intent is genuine. The only downside is that some in our community would rather fight over simple disagreements than work them out, but we can get rid of this tendency by encouraging unity and respect.

Some people are so sure of what they think they know that they have no problem arguing when someone disagrees. If we could get past the ego-driven part of us that convinces us we should convert people who don’t think like us, we can work together to help the world without any bitterness or serious disagreements.

If we open our hearts and become empathic toward those in our community who think differently, we’ll see the issues we fight about a different point of view. We’ll realize how silly it is to fight over any differences, and we’ll learn to accept (and even work with) those with a different perspective.

The people in our community who don’t care about your differences will accept you as you are and encourage your individuality, because they know it’s important to be yourself. They’ve seen what conformity does to people, and they’d rather live in a new way that encourages harmony and respect for our differences.

They’re usually the most open, warm and inviting people you’ll ever meet, and they’re the best ones to work with on a project or something intended to spread the truth.

Despite the potential for heated disagreements, my favorite part of being in this community is that we’re all inspired and unwilling to accept defeat.

We’re tired of the ways the system has conditioned us to think there’s nothing we can do about poverty and the suffering happening daily, and fortunately, millions of other people are fed up too. We’re not alone in the struggle to expose the darkness and share the light, and in most cases, we’re only separated by distance.

Anything seems possible in this community, from dethroning corrupt governments to expanding your consciousness, and the main thing driving this sense of strength is that we’re doing all of this together.

It’s inspiring to see people in our community work hard and achieve amazing things, especially if we have their support, and it makes us want to strive more and reach out to more fellow world changers.

Credit: christinacoleromance.com

Whether we work together or separately, dedication goes a long way and our work will contribute to the achievement of things we never expected. It can only happen if we keep working and, perhaps most importantly, keep supporting each other, and unity will help us make even greater strides together.

We need each other’s love and support more than ever, and collective dedication is essential if we want to achieve anything significant.

Right now, my goal is to inspire people and spread good vibes with the power of words. No matter what your goal is, I recommend faithfully pursuing it and linking up with others who can support you and whom you can support.

We can make the journey easier for each other by coming together, and we can set an example of unity for the world to acknowledge when it’s ready. We can also expose and heal the evil in the world, and the day we increase our support for each other will be the day finally start to change things.

Steve Beckow – Breakthrough, Completion, and Closure – 6-29-15

Handshake 22

http://goldenageofgaia.com/2015/06/29/breakthrough-completion-and-closure/

The ability to communicate is important among lightworkers who are leading, especially in the financial field.

People who’ve been old virtual friends are now having discussions they’ve never had before. Differences in values are emerging. Relations can become strained or even break down.

How are we to manage these exchanges and discussions that’ll stretch us to the limits?

One of the things I’m noticing is that the desire to get through the difficulties that arise varies inversely proportional to the degree of commitment a lightworker has to doing the work or completing their mission.

The higher the degree of commitment, the more the lightworker returns to the work of breakthrough and completion; the more ways they try to get through the blockage; the more willing they are to “own” their own part in things; and the more likely they are to keep working on the area of disagreement until all outstanding matters have been whittled down to nothing.

The lower the degree of commitment, the more likely the lightworker will withdraw from that relationship and search for another.  Issues don’t get resolved. Factionalism increases. The lightwork of financial wayshowing slows down and may even become bogged down. And then  the Company of Heaven looks on another area where humans just haven’t been able to step up to the plate.

And then we ask ourselves later why such-and-such an initiative didn’t go forward. Who then remembers how it broke down? Who has the time to explain?

What do I mean by “breakthrough”? Breakthrough is an event in interpersonal interaction and communication which is the equivalent of an “Aha!” moment or realization in introspective reflection.

What do I mean by “completion”? Completion is a condition reached by a single person or a group of people in which no outstanding issues remain on the matter in question, no further attention is demanded by what was formerly an issue, a condition of peace prevails, and a readiness to move on has been reached.

The willingness to remain with the process of breakthrough and completion builds trust. One doesn’t necessarily have to walk through the whole process with a fellow lightworker more than once to generate the willingness in future to walk through a very much foreshortened version of it.

What militates against breakthrough and completion is contained in the words “resist, resent, revenge.”

All we have left is our vasanas.

When we resist, we withhold important information from the other person. We tie up our power in remembering and managing our secrets. Our awareness shrinks more and more from this pattern of resistance until we end up fossilized, coralized, or petrified.

When we resent, we maintain our barrier against the other person and try to enroll others in ostracizing them. Any separation maintained prevents the opening of the heart and the rising of bliss and the natural state.

The heart doesn’t ask “What kind of separation is this? Oh, that kind. That kind is OK.” No, any separation creates a divided or dualistic mind. And it’s division and dualism we want to leave behind.

Revenge creates enemies and makes separation more or less permanent and final. Revenge not only hurts but it leaves residue that gums up the place and makes progress slow if not impossible. Just look at the Middle East to see what centuries of revenge have done, the quagmire it has created, and the snail’s pace that progress makes.

The other side of the question is that, given the extent of misunderstanding that will arise when we realize that we’re all in different places with financial wayshowing, that so many of us are on guard against control, and that so many others are fearful of losing their abundance,  we’ll need some socially-accepted, ritualized ways of creating closure and coming back together again after a contretemps or difficult discussion.

Ho’oponopono is an example. These amenable social rituals of forgiveness and rejoining will hopefully allow us to create closure with each other and move on quickly instead of having matters fester for years. There’s much work to be done and little time for resting in disagreement and separation.

I have my hands full so I won’t be working on that aspect of things (rituals of rejoining) but, if there are others who can design ways, that’s an identified and predictable need in this time of the introduction of wealth into the lightworker family and equation.

This film is packed with heart felt power. It is centered around the voices of the people of this planet and strives to present not only the REAL problems we all face, but the suppressed solutions that are available to us if we all take action. We are exposing A LOT in this film, and the people are ready for this! There are many brave film producers who expose corruption, and we have done this too. We strive to take this a step further and also expose the solutions so that people are left with the hope and inspiration to do something aboutit.
