Archangel Michael via Natalie Glasson – Healing a Broken Heart – 11-14-14

abstract-140235_1280-300x211Archangel Michael: Healing a Broken Heart, channeled by Natalie Glasson, November 14, 2014.

I am Archangel Michael, and I bring forth a soothing balm of light to gently and easily heal your heart, and all the thoughts, emotions, and feelings connected to your heart chakra.

I have a role of bringing your heart chakra into the light and loving vibrations of the Angelic Kingdom to further more recognize the Creator within your loving heart energies.

The heart chakra is so expansive. Its energy and abilities are beyond any imaginable thought. Your heart chakra, at a physical level, is the key to unlocking and experiencing the heart energy and consciousness of the Creator.

Imagine existing in and as the heart chakra of the Creator. It has a capacity to love on such a large, limitless, and extreme level. Nothing is too small or large, or too important or unimportant, to be engulfed in the loving heart of the Creator.

When you connect into your own heart chakra, you are connecting into the heart chakra of the Creator. You are drawing upon, channeling, and experiencing the supreme love of the Creator; a love that is beyond any boundaries and limitations.

The more you connect with your own heart chakra, seeing, sensing, and acknowledging it as a portal and limitless gateway to the Creator, the more you will develop your capacity to love in all situations and experiences. Love is healing and truthful. When you enhance your capacity to love, you allow yourself to become the consciousness and energy of the Creator in manifestation.

Certain situations and experiences are brought forth to you, attracted by your soul, to enhance your capacity to love. You could say that the gateway of your heart chakra is too small for the intense and supreme love of the Creator, which needs to be expressed through you.

In order to be and express the vibration of love upon the Earth, certain illusions and old habits need to be broken, ended, erased, and dissolved, in order to allow love to bring through a new consciousness for your acceptance.

A broken heart, which describes the pain a heart chakra experience,s can be activated from numerous circumstances, such as small disappointments to great losses of all forms. While your actual physical experience and situation has reason, meaning, and the ability to teach lessons, the main purpose is the growth, expansion, and the giving of freedom to your ability to love.

You have the ability to love beyond anything you could possibly imagine, and yet sometimes you can become stuck in your capacity to share your self-love with others and yourself.

While humanity is beginning to grow spiritually without the process of pain being an activation, many people are experiencing situations in their realities which cause the feeling of heartbreak. This is because the Era of Love is moving through you, clearing all unneeded energies, and asking you to love and be love.

The expansion of the heart chakra is the key to accepting and receiving the love of the Creator. If you practice expansion in your heart chakra then you may discover you experience fewer painful situations in your reality.

Your attachment to the painful situations causes your heart to feel like it is breaking. If you can have a continued focus on the ever-growing expansion of your heart chakra, you will always be releasing limitations to love effortlessly and with ease. Thus, in truth you will be experiencing more love in your reality.

The Era of Love poses the question, ‘can love exist in every aspect of your being and reality, in all your relationships, creations, and experiences; and how much love can be experienced? The answer is ‘yes.’

Now is the time to feel, sense, acknowledge, and experience it. While everyone awaited the Era of Love, its purpose is to challenge your capacity to be love and to express the limitless love of the Creator.

‘Today I easily and effortlessly expand my capacity to be love, give love, and accept love.’
‘I let my heart chakra expand easily, and the love of the Creator to flow through me today.’

These are two affirmations which can assist you, especially if said to yourself upon waking in the morning, setting the intention for your day. When you discover a challenging moment in your reality, you may also wish to remind yourself of one of these affirmations.

You may discover that as a light worker, even in painful situations in your reality, your heart chakra never really closes. Even when pain is experienced and emotions are activated, you can still sense and acknowledge the love and openness of the heart chakra. This is due to all of your spiritual practices and a greater ability to forgive and share compassion.

If you find that your heart chakra does close in painful situations, this is due to your fear for your safety and a disbelief in the process and love [of the creator], as well as not feeling secure or trusting in the Creator. If this is the case, then there is a need to build your confidence in your everyday life of your continued protection, safety and security.

This can be achieved by building a deeper connection with my energies, Archangel Michael. I am a reflection of your own energies of safety, protection, and security. When you call upon my energies, asking me to protect you, love you, and create a space of safety, I will always be there for you; and yet I am simply you, a reflection of the power within your being.

Any feelings of a broken heart, disappointment, loss, suffering, pain, rejection, and so forth, each have a purpose. No matter what the situation is, the purpose is always the same. It is to bring you back to the center of your love and to ask you to love yourself with greater expansion. It is to ask you to acknowledge the greatness of your love and how completely it can fulfill your being and reality.

Every situation and experience upon the Earth has this one purpose, it may be disguised by explanations, such as to make you stronger, to help you let go, or to help you heal, and yet the most truthful expansion is to focus you upon your own self-love and your ability to explore and experience your self-love in your daily reality.

You can ask yourself questions such as, ‘In this situation, how can I love myself more? How can I express my love to myself? What does it feel like to be loved by me?’

Loneliness is the energy that you move to when you are unable to love yourself unconditionally, it is separation from the Creator, and this is why it is so painful. Love is a unity with the Creator, which all have the divine right to experience.

Accept your divine right, because it is only you who is stopping yourself from loving yourself unconditionally. Unconditional self-love equals acceptance and experience of the Creator.

The greatest tool, whether you are experiencing sadness, pain, or suffering, or not, is to focus on yourself being surrounded by deeply-loving Angels, and simply breathe in and out with concentration on your heart chakra. Feel love following upon your breath. It is as if your heart becomes your lungs absorbing the breath and the love, and exhaling.

[It is] such a simple exercise, and yet one so profound in its abilities to expand your heart chakra, draw more love from your soul and the Creator into your heart chakra and reality, as well as to easily shift unneeded energies, illusions, and fears from your heart chakra. Thus the health, continued well-being, and development of your heart chakra are supported eternally through this simple experience. You will find that fewer challenging situations are experienced in your reality because of your greater core focus upon your heart chakra and capacity to love. Repeating an affirmation of your choosing with this process will enhance the experience – affirmations such as:

‘I love myself,’
’I accept my love,’
‘I am supported and loved,’
‘Love fills my being and world,’
‘I am love,’
‘I am always loving to myself,’
‘Love is my truth,’
‘I am healed by my love,’
‘Love sustains and fulfills me.’

There is so much simplicity in loving yourself unconditionally, and such simple practices have a great influence; and yet it is often difficult to accept simplicity because it doesn’t seem hard enough, or that it will not give a worthy reward. Love is simplicity, and so simple exercises reap abundant rewards.

Holding you in my loving heart eternally,

Archangel Michael

Drunvalo Melchizedek – Why Living in the Heart? – Host Lilou Mace (2010)

Lilou Mace

Our lives are changing at the speed of light! We can all feel it in our soul and in our bones. It’s all moving so fast that sometimes it seems like a blur. But our souls are still the same as they were in the beginning, One with Great Spirit. And as this world accelerates, so does our approach to the Light.

Love is more than an emotion, it is the beam of energy that guides us Home into the arms of Infinity. And compassion is the nest that protects us from the unknown and our fears. The Sacred Space in each of our Hearts is the key, my friends. There, beyond the mind and its insistent thoughts that never tire, is a pool of calm clear water that is older than the most distant star. – extract of Drunvalo’s letter posted on his website:

Adama – Learning To Live According To Your Heart – Channeler Denise Laberge – 11-2-14

Adama 72 dpi

Telos-World Wide Foundation

Adama,
Children of the Earth, of this dimension, of the eternal Light, I am your brother Adama. You know my name and my heart because in this universe, we all belong to the One Heart. I invite you to go into this Heart of yours, to feel its beat, to feel the life that is running through you. This Heart inside you my friends, knows you intimately. It carries the signature of all your experiences, all your identities and all your dreams. So I, your brother standing before you, ask you this question: “Do you know why you have incarnated in this life? Do you really know it? Are you really living it?” A heart living its passion is joyful and it spreads enthusiasm and life all around. I will ask you another question: “Do you feel this joyful heart inside you, do you feel that you are spreading waves of love from this joy living inside you?” If your answer is yes to these questions then you are already living your passion, you are letting the inner voice and the song in your Heart guide you through life. You are realizing the purpose of your life. You are living it because you feel within you what you have to do, what brings you joy.
However, you may ask yourself the question: “Am I really living this passion, is this joy alive in me?” and perhaps you do not know yet. Do you realize that 99.9% of humanity does not live its passion? Most humans live by the popular beliefs of the third dimension, beliefs that have been implanted in this dimension by force, manipulation and control. And you, who are you? You are the gems, the diamonds that came to shine the Light of your heart in this density. Are you really doing this my children? That is the question!

So I ask you: are you ready to learn to live according to your Heart, to listen to the sound of your inner voice, to your intuition? Are you ready to admit that you are the absolute master of your life and that you alone hold the key to your true life, the one that allows you to explore the great joy of your heart? For most of you now, these are just words.

As of now, I invite you to welcome the Resurrection Light which is searching for kind hearts, which is looking for a nest of love and hospitality in the heart of man. The Resurrection energies are presently pouring on all mankind, on the whole planet, not only on the human race but also on all the kingdoms that inhabit this Earth.

Are you ready to learn to live differently, to live according to what you feel inside of you and not by the cultural norm to which you belong, not by the collective consciousness standard? We need pure and brave hearts who remember that life is easy, that it can be magical, that it is perfection in itself and that you belong to that perfection. We are looking for brave hearts who are not afraid to live differently, to live against the grain of popular belief. We are looking for brave hearts who are not afraid to show their colour, the colour of the love that lives within them. We are looking for your Hearts my dear children. Do you accept and welcome this new energy that is coming towards you? Do you consider yourself as the Sacred Cup ready to receive the Resurrection energy? Do you consider yourself worthy of this honour, worthy of the great life that comes to resurrect you?

I invite you to answer YES to these questions because you are worthy, the great life already exists within you and you are the tool for the resurrection of Consciousness in this world. You are all of this, each of you, in your own special way. You only have to welcome it, to accept it deep within yourself. Every time you say yes to this invitation, every time you acknowledge yourself to be of the Light lineage; you allow this light to grow in you, to participate in your transformation from the inside. It’s so simple and yet it requires courage and determination. It requires trust in the great plan. It requires acceptance that it is the great consciousness that lives within you and uses each of you to bring more love into this dimension, each in your own way with everything that you are. It’s all about consciousness my children, understanding, wider perspective, acceptance; saying yes to the miracle, the unlimited, the freedom, the infinite. All this is possible for each of you in this life, now, with all that you are now.

Listen! Listen to this Heart inside you! Everything becomes easy when it is done from the Heart, from the love within you. Nobody asks you to reinvent the wheel. The only thing you need to reinvent is yourself, the way you look at yourself and live; to reinvent your life so that you associate yourself with the power and the force of the great Life in action on this Earth now.

Every time you take a step toward yourself, toward your Heart, you shake all humanity; all the hearts of humanity feel it. This Heart inside you is the unfolding of the consciousness One, the Source within you. Will you dare accept it and believe it? That is the question of the moment. Do you really accept it in your heart? I invite you to appreciate this consciousness, this life within you because it is the Consciousness, the Great Life One of all creation. Nothing can separate you from that consciousness. Nothing can separate you from the Great Life. You are part of it. So the more you welcome this truth in yourself, the more it will grow in you and the more you will marvel at the magic of this power living inside you.

This is my invitation to you. I invite you to walk toward yourself, to grow with yourself, to feel the magic of this dimension because it is really transforming itself thanks to your work and the work of millions of others on Earth.

I encourage you to install the energies of the 5th dimension in your house, your apartment, your office. I invite you to create a paradise of Light and Love wherever you are, wherever you work. I invite you to create a new world with all the beings of the dimensions of Light who accompany you. With these words, breathe the energies of the 5th dimension, breathe the energies of your transformation, breathe the energies of eternity that touch your heart and your consciousness.

I am Adama, the one who dared to speak to your Heart in order to open its great door of enlightenment.

Christina Sarich – Ancient Science of Living From the Heart – 10-15-14

“In the great teaching of the Vedas,
there is no touch of sectarianism.
It is of all ages, climes and nationalities
and is the royal road for the attainment of the Great Knowledge.” ~ Henry David Thoreau

Yoga has reached an apex since its emergence, from at least pre-3000 B.C. based on archeological findings, amalgamating the lush heritage of the East with the practical science of the West, and combining the numinous with the practical in a very palpable manner. There are now thousands of peer-reviewed scientific papers which explain yoga’s efficacy as a healing modality for diseases as varied as cancer, depression, diabetes, and cardiovascular failure, and the mystical aspects of yoga have been passed down, either in classes meant for the masses, or through heavily guarded transmissions bestowed by a master to his or her select students. However, some of yoga’s most esoteric aspects are only taught to those who are deemed ‘ready’ to take those powers into the world.

In this age, it behooves us to share, in a mindful manner, the secrets of yoga beyond just the mystical or the scientific. A blending of the two will be necessary to bridge the gap between the dogma of religion and the filtered opinions of science that are often slanted depending upon which pharmaceutical company or institution is funding a study. Surely, Western medicine would be alarmed to know that an ancient practice could replace billions of dollars’ worth of medications, surgeries, and even chemotherapy and radiation treatments, but yoga indeed contains the elixir of life in its annals, and they are meant to be shared with the world.

One of yoga’s biggest secrets, and often-dismissed jewels by the uninitiated is how to live from the heart.

“Remember the emphasis on the heart. The mind lives in doubt and the heart lives in trust. When you trust, suddenly you become centered.” ~ Osho

The heart is the first organ to function when we are in utero. It is another, important intelligence center, the brain notwithstanding, of the human organism. According to Rollin McCraty, Director of Research at the Institute of HeartMath, the heart’s electromagnetic field is about 5000 times stronger than that of the cranial brain, interacting with and permeating every cell of our bodies.

McCraty’s book, The Energetic Heart, explains how the heart carries out the bioelectromagnetic interactions within and between people. For example, when we are not consciously communicating with others, our physiological systems are interacting in subtle and surprising ways. The electromagnetic signal produced by our hearts is registered in the brain waves of people around us. The heart is in fact an important carrier of emotional information and a key mediator of energetic interactions between all living things. When the energy of our hearts is coherent, our bodies change, as do our lives.

As we look more deeply into yoga as a medicinal modality, we must include introspection into the workings of the heart, its electromagnetic field, and how the intelligence of this organ aids in mental, spiritual, and physiological healing.

The heart is one of the most important organs in the human body, because it is one of the main mediums for connecting us to each other and the Universe. Conventional science has taught us that the main role of the heart is to pump blood to all the systems of our body. This definition of the heart is not very accurate. Besides pumping blood, the heart also has an intelligence of its own.

According to neurocardiologists, 60 to 65 percent of heart cells are neuron cells, not muscle cells. This discovery has helped them develop experiments that have proved the heart works similar to the brain and in some ways is even superior to the brain. This may be the reason that the heart is the first organ to function after conception. Within about 20 days after conception, the heart starts to function, but the brain does not function until after roughly 90 days. This information tells us that the brain is secondary to the heart.”[1]

While not all neurons are brain cells (and not all brain cells are neurons – some are also glia), they are specialized cells of the nervous system that use an electrical potential across the membrane of all our body’s building blocks, which have evolved a specific function to trigger depolarization that sends an electrical signal down their axons that then communicates that ‘information’ to another cell.

Neurons reside throughout the body. There are neurons in the spinal cord and in the peripheral nervous system as well as the heart, and neurons alone cannot explain the phenomenon of consciousness, or even the subconscious, (certainly not the Supra-Conscious) but the heart has been proven to be in charge of more than just regulating basic bodily functions, as some materialist scientists have suggested.

For example, further research from the Heartmath Institute has stumbled on some curious findings about the intelligence of the heart.[2] Notably, the heart was found to receive and respond to intuitive information. A significantly greater heart deceleration occurred prior to future emotional stimuli compared to calm stimuli, and amazingly, the heart receives prestimulus information in the psychophysiologic systems, and then appears to process it in the same way as conventional sensory input. As an aside, women seemed to be better at decoding information taken in from the heart. The findings lead the authors of the paper to assume a theory about holographic principles in the Universe, and how our heart’s intuition allows us to tap in to the field of energy all around us.

The Heart and Non-Locality

The ancient tenets of yoga have said much about the Universal Field, and 21st century science seems to just be catching up.

In modern physics it is understood that two photons traveling in opposite directions at the speed of light are still interconnected, no matter how far apart they travel. Henry Stapp, a physicist from UC Berkeley, said that the discovery of non-locality is perhaps the most important fact learned in all of science. [3] This means that we are connected to one another and to nature without question. This is called non-locality. Ancient Vedic scholars taught the very same concept. They advised us that separation we perceive is an illusion.

Some of the greatest western minds were influenced by Vedic teachings – Nikola Tesla, Nobel Prize winner Niels Bohr, physicist Erwin Schrödinger, and Werner Heisenberg, famous for his uncertainty principle, and as well as Fritjof Capra and others, all believed in the Vedic concept of an integrated, conscious Universe.

In fact, Schrödinger wrote, “This life of yours which you are living is not merely a piece of this entire existence, but in a certain sense the whole; only this whole is not so constituted that it can be surveyed in one single glance. This, as we know, is what the Brahmins [wise men or priests from the Vedic tradition] express in that sacred, mystic formula which is yet really so simple and so clear; tat tvam asi, this is you. Or, again, in such words as “I am in the east and the west, I am above and below, I am this entire world.”

Here the scientist is referring to the Mandaka Upanishad Mantra, 2.2.11, which Paramahansa Yogananda explains in part, “The lower knowledge is the knowledge of the phenomenal world. In reality it is ignorance, for it does not lead to the Highest Good. The seer of the Upanishads asks the aspirant to acquire both the knowledge of the relative world and the Knowledge of Ultimate Reality. When by the pursuit of the former he fails to attain true freedom and immortality, he cultivates the latter.”[4]

Most people of this world utilize ‘lower knowledge,’ that is they use their intellects to try to understand the world, and to heal their bodies. This is evidenced in the ways in which allopathic medicine has divided up the body into all manner of parts – the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system, the cellular system, the digestive system, the endocrine system, etc. without ever concerning itself with the body as a whole. The heart’s intelligence does not see things as fragmented, though. When we become ‘heart’ centered, the finer, expanded intelligence of the Universe takes over, and the body, mind, and spirit can then be healed.

In fact, the heart sends messages to the brain, and the brain obeys. The heart can even inhibit or facilitate the brain’s electrical activity, thus influencing how we perceive the world – essentially over-riding the analytical, mechanical, left-brain cognitive dominance of most of modern society.

“I agree with the fact that the heart is more than a pump,” said Dr. Ronald Freudenberger, chief of cardiology at Lehigh Valley Health Network. “The heart has many functions that we are probably not aware of. We are finding new attributes of the heart. New roles for the heart.”[5]

These ‘functions’ of the heart that modern medicine and science have not yet been able to explain are accounted for in yogic science. Anandamurti, for example, taught that asanas should be practiced slowly and held for a certain period of time in order to affect the glandular secretions of the endocrine system, thus affecting our health and mood. It is well known that the heart and its accompanying endocrine gland, the thymus, which is responsible for producing T-cells for the immune system, has a great impact on our overall well-being. Without yogic intervention, the thymus tends to shrink as we age, eventually being composed of only fat and fibrous tissue, completely unable to produce the correct amount of thymosin A, an important hormone which supports immune health.

If we look at the heart, the thymus, and the immune system more fully, we can observe that the main function of this particular system is to be able to observe the difference between ‘self’ and ‘non-self.’ When our thymus is compromised, our attraction to unhealthy foods, and unhealthy energies is increased, and while ‘all is one’, we tend to then become sick more often, the immune system being unable to fight off viruses or bacteria that are not cooperative to our vitality. Increasing the energy of the heart and thymus not only improves physical health but also helps to address the emotional issues associated with a ‘broken heart.’

Furthermore, yogic practices like Suryanadi Anuloma Viloma Pranayama (alternate nostril breathing) have been shown to modify the autonomic activity of the heart. Aside from charging the body with an increased supply of oxygen through the lungs, and then “burning” or oxidizing waste impurities in our venous blood, chiefly carbon, this process of purification is enhanced by an accompanying large increase in expulsion of waste carbon dioxide from the lungs during exhalation. As a consequence, very little of the tissue remains in the blood as waste material. There is less need for the breath, as the flow to the lungs of blood for purification slows down. The heart and lungs are given profound rest. As further studies are conducted on this phenomenon, the exact mechanism by which alternate nostril breathing influences the function of the autonomic nervous system is still unknown, though it has been speculated that this is through a neural reflex mechanism in the superior nasal meatus. [6]

Still more research sheds light on the ‘heart brain.’ A complex and sophisticated nervous system intrinsic to the heart consists of around 40,000 neurons that allow the heart to learn, feel, sense, remember, and even make functional decisions without the full consent of the brain. This means that our over-analytical habit of ignoring the urgings of the heart cannot be entirely surpassed. There seems to be a mechanism, very obviously increased with the practices of yoga and meditation, which support the heart’s intelligence instead of that of the mind.

This mechanism can ensure that in distressing times, we don’t ‘over-think’ the day, and ‘over-stress’ about the doom and gloom that is being force-fed to us by non-heart centered agencies.

We can literally lose our minds in the tangle of the modern world but our hearts will always lead us back to peace.

“Occasionally in life there are those moments of unutterable fulfillment which cannot be completely explained by those symbols called words. Their meanings can only be articulated by the inaudible language of the heart.” Martin Luther King, Jr.
