WESAK Goodwill Mother Principle – 5-3-15

WEsak valley, disciples & teachers

A most important celebration occurs Sunday, May 3. The Wesak Taurus Buddha Solar Festival/Full Moon. At the moment of the full moon the Buddha’s presence enters the Earth plane for eight minutes. He brings the Will-to-Good from the Father, which, when reaching humanity becomes Goodwill Mother Principle.

Held yearly in a valley hidden deep within the Himalayas, the Wesak Festival is prepared for months in advance.

*

On Wesak Festival Day, amidst Pilgrims, Disciples and Holy Ones gathered in the valley, the Buddha is invoked through movement, symbols and mantrams.

*

At the moment of the Full Moon, hearing the words,
“We are ready, Buddha, Come,” the Lord of Illumination & Brother-Sister of the Christ appears in the clouds above the altar to emanate forth the Will & Purpose of God to Earth.

*

The Blessing of the Father-Mother is then held in safekeeping for distribution at the June full moon Goodwill Festival. The day of Wesak is May 3, 8:42 pm on USA west coast and all disciples can place crystal vessels filled with pure water outside in gardens, on rooftops, porches and steps, under the heavens.

*

As the Buddha blesses the world,  all waters including waters within our bodies, are blessed.
The Buddha is accompanied by the Forces of Enlightenment to illuminate humanity’s minds. Humanity then begins to express new constructive, productive and beneficial ways of the Art of Livingness.

Buddha via Linda Dillon – Compassion and Wesak – – 5-3-15

buddha_lotus01Buddha via Linda Dillon

http://goldenageofgaia.com/2015/05/03/buddha-via-linda-dillon-compassion-and-wesak/

I am Buddha. Thank you for calling to me as I have been calling to you. There are many of us who can speak about this time and undertaking of peace.

For it is not simply the purview of Archangel Michael, although we all bow to him as we bow to the Mother and Father and One and All.

I bow to the spider and the ant, to the moss on the rocks, to the stars in the sky, and I bow, my friends, to each of you.

I have known of the tragedy and the perils of war, and, the tragedy and perils of separation. I have learned not only that these are choices but also illusions. I do not need to explain this further to you, my friends, because you have come to a place of a knowing, of a wisdom that we share; that the only path is not a path of struggle but a path of peace.

Does that mean that there will never be an obstacle in your way; an obstacle that you, in your wisdom, have created and placed in the way? Or that the Mother, in her ultimate wisdom, has placed in your way? Or that humanity, in their desire to maintain the status quo, has placed in your way?

Of course it does not mean there will not be obstacles. Sometimes you will walk around the obstacle; sometimes simply roll it away; sometimes you will even blow it up…St. Germaine can always help you with that!

The journey includes the obstacles that are but nothing…nothing. The obstacles are part of the journey, but the journey is not about the obstacles; the journey is about your service to the Divine Mother.

Your journey is about your divine service and your commitment to your sacred self and to each other. You do not live alone on this planet, you never have, and yet the journey is a sole journey. You can only take your journey; you cannot take another’s path. You may contribute, you may minutely participate in another’s journey…and one would hope it would be in a sacred union way, although that is not always the case.

But you send compassion, you hold the wisdom, and there are moments where you share insights. Those insights are not based on what you think or feel or your opinion of what another should do. Your insights, your wisdom can only be based on the sacred teachings, the dharma, on the Universal Law, and what you have come to know through your journey.

That is what compassion is. It is a sweetness and an understanding (albeit limited) of what another is experiencing and a sending of Love to aid. It is not assuming another’s undertaking; as I have said before, that is highway robbery. Know that as you send compassion you also receive it; you also receive it from me, from Jesus Sananda, and from Lord Maitreya, from Shirdi Sai Baba, from many.

This is a time, Wesak, in my tradition, for the renewal of sacred vows. You say, “Why? Why, when I have committed to this path and to the Mother and to the journey, including the obstacles, long ago; why would I need or choose to recommit my vows?”

It is a deepening, it brings you to a more profound understanding of what it is that you undertake, and your capacity, not only to go forward but to bring many with you…not pushing and shoving or pulling, but guiding.

What you committed to two years ago, ten years ago, one thousand years ago, was one thing, but you are wiser now. You may not always feel that but I assure you, you are wiser, you are more deeply integrated, you are more unified, and in the purest sense of the word, you are more powerful.

The energy that has been released around the planet (Nepal, Oregon, & Chile) is the power of leadership as guardians.

Yes, as the Mother has said, there is a new breed, ‘Guardians of the Truth’, ‘Guardians of the Path’. It is to gently serve, not through the amassing of riches or followers; adherents or monks, not through the adherence of what used to be known as power.

What you are calling upon, and receiving, is the power of One and the power of Love and that is what I give you. I give you the power of compassion.

One of the most tragic situations of humans is that they believe themselves, not only to be overlooked or unheard, but to be misunderstood. This is a belief that other humans do not understand who they truly are, that they do not credit them, they do not acknowledge them, that the fullness of their being is not seen, that they are misunderstood.

Compassion reassures and the power allows your heart and your eyes; your physical eyes, not merely your third and fourth, but your physical eyes, to be open to see where there is human suffering, whether it is because of war, or the war within, or the war amongst.

There is no room for battling tribes, families, communities, sectors, factions; it is all a distraction from the journey at hand.

So, in compassion to others and in compassion to your sacred self, use this power to know when to lead around the obstacle, through the obstacle, to roll the obstacle away, because it is illusion. It is simply something placed in your path that you may learn more deeply the truth of who you are.

I am going to help you as well; and I give you, each of you, my blessings during this time of Wesak. Go in peace. Farewell.

Siddhartha – By Herman Hesse – Audio Book

Mystic Video Books·60 videos

Siddhartha is one of the great philosophical novels. Profoundly insightful, it is also a beautifully written story that begins as Siddhartha, son of an Indian Brahman, leaves his family and begins a lifelong journey towards Enlightenment. On the way he faces the entire range of human experience and emotion: he lives with ascetics, meets Gotama the Buddha, learns the art of love from Kamala the courtesan, and is transformed by the simple philosophy of the ferryman Vasudeva whose wisdom comes not from learned teachings but from observing the River. Hermann Hesse (1877-1962) was a German-Swiss novelist, poet, and painter. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1946. (Summary by Adrian Praetzellis)

The Life Of The Buddha – BBC Documentary

Robert Welton – Burning Uranus Blog – Be Your Own Light

Peace-lednich

After nearly a half century of teaching, the Buddha lay dying surrounded by his distraught disciples. In tearful whispers they pleaded, “Blessed One, who will be our teacher now? Who will guide us? How will we achieve enlightenment without your help?”

The Buddha’s last words were, “Be your own light.”

All those who had followed his teachings understood. The truth is the light. Seek the truth, and the truth shall set you free. Free from sleep – sleepers awake! When Siddhartha Gautama “woke up,” he was recognized as “The Awakened One,” a Buddha. He was his own light, he was enlightened.

Everyone has their own light. Inside each of us is the glow of the memory of who we really are, where we come from, and where we are going. In this light, the sound of truth can be heard, clear as a temple bell. In a moment, there is an understanding and awareness of the answers to our questions. Everything appears to be exactly as it should be, with a divine reason for everything. A sense of profound love and gratitude may overflow into tears and laughter.

Throughout history people have experienced enlightenment, a sudden illumination that reveals a larger reality. For a moment, an hour, a day, a year, people flower, unfolding to receive the Light. Enlightenment is this experience. It is an awakening to the awareness that everything is connected. It may be felt as a sudden resonance, an awareness of the vibration of life energy and intelligence all around you. In an instant, you know everything intuitively, being a part of everything. The questions and questioner disappear, and only the Universe as it is, remains.

It may come by meditation, music, sport, sex, gardening, touching a wild animal, or in near-death experiences. Any moment will do. It is always there.

The Buddha realized that everything is connected. There is only the One. Separateness is an illusion. When Indra, the Hindu Lord of Heaven, fashioned the Universe, he cast an infinite net in all directions. He tied a pearl at each knot. Every atom that exists is a pearl. Every thought, every moment is another pearl. If you look at one, you see all the other pearls reflected in it. Like a hologram, each pearl contains the whole image.

Modern science has confirmed the existence of a mysterious membrane embedded in the Universe that communicates information across vast distances instantly. Physicists call this interconnectedness, “quantum entanglement.” Albert Einstein described it as “spooky action at a distance,” because nothing known could travel faster than the speed of light. Cause and effect appear to intersect everywhere at once.

Einstein came to the same realization as the Buddha, “A human being is a part of the whole called by us `the Universe,’ a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings, as something separate from the rest, a kind of optical illusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening the circle of understanding and compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.”

Many people have had these same realizations throughout history. What they have said about their insights and revelations has been repeated and passed on, becoming in time, maxims, proverbs, poetry and scripture. In India, they call them Mahavakays, or Great Statements, words that echo with the experience and wisdom of many lifetimes. They reflect the lessons of love, happiness, judgment, religion, and other gateways to understanding the reality and meaning of our common pilgrimage through life. They reveal the secrets and clues to being your own light.

These words of wisdom are stepping stones to another point of view, extending our vision with the benefit of insight, hindsight and foresight. They enable us to see beyond the limits of our own mind, revealing new answers and new directions. We all have our own itinerary in life, but words that resonate with Truth, illuminate our path.

Maitreya Prophecies – The Masters

DiscloseTruthTV·750 videos

Benjamin Creme, the official spokesperson for the “world teacher” Maitreya, appeared during the middle two hours of the program. Maitreya (photos), he said, can make himself visible in any form, using “familiars” who become vehicles for his consciousness. In fact, Creme said that it was Maitreya’s consciousness that worked through Jesus during his final three years leading up to the crucifixion. Maitreya, he added, also gave advice and instructions to Yasser Arafat, whom Creme characterized as a “great man.”

In addition to Maitreya, there are 14 other spiritual “masters of wisdom” who have returned to the world, to assist humanity in moving from one cosmic cycle to the next, including Jesus, who is now located in Rome, said Creme. The other planets in our solar system are teeming with life, though it is on the etheric planes, he noted. UFOs are also made of this less dense, etheric matter but can become visible when they temporarily lower their rate of vibration in order to be seen, he explained.

We can evolve by becoming detached from our emotions, and recognizing that they have no more reality than dreams, Creme advised. He also advocated practicing honesty of mind and sincerity of spirit. In the final hour, Open Lines featured callers reacting to Creme’s appearance.

Biography:

Benjamin Creme, a British artist and long-time student of the Ageless Wisdom Teachings, has become the principal source of information about the emergence of Maitreya, the World Teacher. In 1959, Mr. Creme received his first telepathic message from a Master of Wisdom. Not long after, he was informed that Maitreya would return within 20 years and that he (Creme) would be given the opportunity to play an active role in this event if he chose to do so. Mr. Creme has written 10 books, gives lectures, and is interviewed regularly on radio and television. He is also coeditor of Share International, a monthly magazine read in over 70 countries.

Wikipedia
Maitreya (Sanskrit), Metteyya (Pāli), or Jampa (Tibetan), is foretold as a future Buddha of this world in Buddhist eschatology. In some Buddhist literature, such as the Amitabha Sutra and the Lotus Sutra, he is referred to as Ajita Bodhisattva.

Maitreya is a bodhisattva who in the Buddhist tradition is to appear on Earth, achieve complete enlightenment, and teach the pure dharma. According to scriptures, Maitreya will be a successor of the historic Śākyamuni Buddha. The prophecy of the arrival of Maitreya references a time when the Dharma will have been forgotten on Jambudvipa. It is found in the canonical literature of all Buddhist sects (Theravāda, Mahāyāna, Vajrayāna), and is accepted by most Buddhists as a statement about an event that will take place when the Dharma will have been forgotten on Earth.

Origins

The name Maitreya (Metteyya in Pāli) is derived from the Sanskrit word maitrī (Pāli: mettā) meaning “loving-kindness”, which is in turn derived from the noun mitra (Pāli: mitta) in the sense of “friend”.

The earliest mention of Metteyya is in the Cakavatti (Sihanada) Sutta in the Digha Nikaya 26 of the Pali Canon. He occurs in no other sutta in the Pali Canon, and this casts doubt as to the sutta’s authenticity. Most of the Buddha’s sermons are presented as preached in answer to a question, or in some other appropriate context, but this one has a beginning and an ending in which the Buddha is talking to monks about something totally different. This leads Gombrich to conclude that either whole sutta is apocryphal, or it has at least been tampered with.

Maitreya is sometimes represented seated on a throne Western-style, and venerated both in Mahāyāna and non-Mahāyāna Buddhism. Some have speculated that inspiration for Maitreya may have come from the ancient Indo-Iranian deity Mithra. The primary comparison between the two characters appears to be the similarity of their names. According to a book entitled The Religion of the Iranian Peoples, “No one who has studied the Zoroastrian doctrine of the Saoshyants or the coming saviour-prophets can fail to see their resemblance to the future Maitreya.

The Buddha’s great compassion

After attainment of the full Enlightenment as a Buddha, he could have found happiness without having to worry about teaching, and lived comfortably. However, for the entire period of forty-five Vassa (years), inasmuch as he had to impart his noble Teachings day and night without rest, he had to undergo a lot of physical hardship and strain. This benevolent performance with relentless effort was done simply because of his Universal Love and Great Compassion for all beings who are drifting along endlessly in the miserable whirlpool of Samsara.

All beings, no matter in whatever existence they may be, wish to escape from the sufferings of old age, sickness and death which are bound to be met as living beings. Nevertheless against their own wish, they are going through miserable conditions of life existence continuously through old, sick and eventually meeting with death. That is the reason why as a Buddha, he had taught his Dhamma knowing fully well that there was no Saviour other than him to save all living beings with his Great Compassion without regard to his discomforts and weariness. This also stands witness to the extent how he had to undergo miseries without having opportunity to gain happiness for, being deterred by his unparalleled Karuna.

This Karuna is extremely noble and gentle. It is usual for a virtuous man to have compassion and sympathy for a person who is in trouble. On the other hand, he who has no feeling of sympathy towards others in dire distress is not a man of virtue but of vice. That is why this karuna dhamma – “sevitabba, bhavittabba dhamma ” – ought to be resorted to, developed and depended upon by each and everybody who is noble. Ordinarily, even without practising bhavana, one should have a feeling of sympathy towards a pitiable person, if seen or found. Every time feeling of compassion arises, it would amount to developing merits.

If desirous of developing through bhavana, the method to be applied is similar to that of developing metta bhavana. It should not be developed beginning from those who are near and dear to one who is developing, at the initial stage. Neither should it be developed starting from the most beloved person. Nor should it be developed beginning from a neutral person or from a person who is hostile, or rather, an enemy. It is because one who is dear to you will remain as a dear and affectionate person, and hence, no compassion is called for. Similarly, the most beloved person, etc., will continue to remain as the most beloved ones and so on. As a matter of fact no feeling of compassion needs be invoked. In the case of a person of opposite sex, since lust is likely to occur, one should avoid developing karuna towards him or her at the very initial stage. Also in respect of a person who is dead and gone, no karuna should be developed as it is uncalled for. Such being the case, the question arises as to who, should be the first towards whom karuna is to be developed.

The ONLY cause of suffering is “not knowing the true nature of reality”. Self realization and the means by which we come to understand the ultimate nature of reality is vital to true happiness.
