INTO THE WOODS

Into the woods I send my heart

To find the place where I can start

Start to know and feel and care

To find the sunlight everywhere

Everywhere is here right now

To fill our life with learning how

To live the light in every way

And follow it through every day

The light it calls us all the while

To go within to find our smile

The joy that we have sought “out there”

We know to find it everywhere

In every cry and every sound

The light is there; it can be found

Once found, then we must let it BE

The source through which we can be free

Free of sorrow and free of pain

We no longer need to seek nor gain

We’ve played the game – both won and lost

We’ve had some fun and paid the cost

The cost of life beyond control

Is to find the purpose of our Soul

Our Soul we find within our Heart

It’s been there from the very start

Our Soul + Heart translates to NOW

As we start our journey of finding how

How we will know to seize the light

And not turn back in pain or fright

The light its there inside our life

Behind our sorrow and our strife

Once sorrow’s gone and strife’s resolved

Our heart and soul become evolved

Evolved into the ONE to be

The ONE to hear – the ONE to see

See the light that we once sought

When we tried so hard and cried a lot

We looked at memories filled with fear

And forgot that which we held most dear

But when, at last, we found the light

We communed with life that’s all around

In this entrainment we can BE

ALL we hear and ALL we see

We’ll find inside each cell and atom

A world we thought was just a phantom

Each atom spins into the NOW

The past is over, we have learned how

How to live the “future” inside each day

Through feelings we have and words we say

Inside the NOW, our new world started

As love and the light will no longer be parted

The lion and lamb lie in the noon sun

The conflict has ended, and we are all ONE

We found the Great Light and live in the Sun

Our journey has ended, and also begun!

Gabriel García Márquez – 13 Phrases For Living

Edith Horváth·18 videos

13 Phrases for living, By Gabriel Garcia Marquez

I love you not for whom you are,
but who i am when I’m by your side.

No person deserves your tears,
and who deserves them won’t make you cry.

Just because someone doesn’t love you as you wish,
it doesn’t mean you’re not loved with all his/her being.

A true friend is the one,
who hold your hand and touches your heart.

The worst way to miss someone is,
to be seated by him/her and know you’ll never have him/her.

Never stop smiling not even when you’re sad,
someone might fall in love with your smile.

You may only be a person in this world,
but for someone you’re the world.

Don’t spend time with someone,
who doesn’t care spending it with you.

Maybe God wants you to meet many wrong people,
before you meet the right one,so when it happens you’ll be thankful.

Dont cry because it came to an end,
smile because it happened.

There will always be people who’ll hurt you,
so you need to continue trusting, just be careful.

Become a better person and be sure to know who you are,
before meeting someone new and hoping that person knows who you are.

Don’t struggle so much,
best things happen when not expected.

Charlie Chaplin – As I Began to Love Myself – Self Love Poem

NPG P283; Charlie Chaplin by Strauss-Peyton Studio

Charlie Chaplin, best known mime actor, wrote a beautiful self love poem on his 70th birthday (April 16, 1959). It is exceptional because there are not many poems written about loving the self and in my opinion, contains much wisdom. Here’s how Chaplin’s self love poem goes….

As I Began to Love Myself – Self Love Poem by Charlie Chaplin

As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
As I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time
was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this
person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.

As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “MATURITY”.

As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens
at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.

As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do
and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in
my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.

As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for
my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew
me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude
a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.

As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since
I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.

As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry
about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING
is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.

As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me
and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my
mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this
connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.

We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems
with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing
new worlds are born.Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!

The Ascension – Sacred Poem – Chanera

AmplifyingTheLight·25 videos

This is a sacred poem that I use along with other decrees as a daily focus for my meditation and spiritual work. The words really carry a beautiful radiation that can be felt deep within. I have it commited to memory now. But before that, I would just watch the video three times in a row. Which is about a six-minute meditation and it greatly facilitates direct-contact with ones I AM Presence / Christ Consciousness / Higher Self / God Presence / Upper Octave, or whatever you would like to call it. Then once I started feeling that Glow or “Great Flame Breath”, I would just STAY with it and allow it to nourish me in that eternal now.

I created a playlist of a few of my videos that can be played in a row as a simple and effective meditation technique. Especially for busy people that only have a few moments a day for spirituality. Jusk click on the link below and take a quick read on the playlist description and start the divine process of re-connecting to your greater being or higher self:

Richard Chamberlain becomes quite personal – My Life in Haiku

RoundTop1000·255 videos

A philosophical, spiritual, perceptive, subtle and intimate Richard Chamberlain delights the reader with a collection of incisive, spirited and, at times, quite suggestive haiku. He half-opens a window onto a personal history with its bright and dark tones that he backs up with reproductions of some of his paintings, unveiling the hitherto cryptic meaning of a few. The haiku bear witness of his art to capture meaning in a very condensed poetic form and of his command of the language. “My Life in Haiku” confirms the human, spiritual and intellectual stature of a multi-faceted and highly talented actor and painter, above all of a man who has never stopped pondering. An enriching read!

Celebrating 2013 – YES with Jasmuheen

jasmuheen·517 videos

New flavors and flows! Jasmuheen for the Embassy of Peace celebrating, with poetic insight, these wonderful 2013 energies that are now flowing in!

YES

Clearer flows, enlightened being,
opening up, now, sensing, feeling,
rhythms sweet here, so revealing,
pure nourishment, forever feeding.

I say yes, it’s from my soul,
I say yes to feel life’s gold,
I say open, play with me,
As, Being Essence, now we see.

I feel currents flowing wide,
around me, in me, sweeter tides.
On my knees, it’s true am I,
we’ve tuned right in, to paradise!

On my word, I can’t believe,
all the things we now perceive,
all these currents, how they weave,
opening to the vaster me.

We say yes now, yes, yes, yes!
We say peace now, yes, yes, yes!
We say joy now, yes, yes, yes!
Brighter ways now, yes, yes, yes!

All is so brilliant, so are you,
yes, we shine, we do, it’s true,
we’re all lit up, in forms of light,
plugged right in, to wisdom’s sight!

There’s endless Being, on and on,
with Golden light, a special song,
we can sense it, beaming here,
it feels so good, how all are dear.

We let love flow, it sets us free,
it’s making an enlightened ‘we’,
strengthened, sweeter, wiser still,
more at peace, pure love it thrills.

Grace supports all … like a vine,
opens us … to true love’s rhyme,
where we can … all feel sublime,
knowing now … this perfect time.

We said yes now, yes, yes, yes.
We said peace now, yes, yes, yes.
We said joy now, yes, yes, yes.
Brighter plays now, yes, yes, yes.

It’s awe inspiring yet gentle too,
it’s so beguiling, with subtle hues,
Can you can sense it? It’s all around,
flooding our earth, it’s so profound …

We say yes now, yes, yes, yes ….
to love, to peace now, yes, yes, yes!
Just say yes now, yes, yes, yes!
Yes to goodness, yes, yes, yes!

Rumi – Say I Am You – Sufi Poem

rahmama2·9 videos

Rumi’s poems elegantly and consistently touch our inner being and inspire us to go beyond our limitations towards the Divine.

The music: The credits do appear at the end of this video, but it is by the composer, Eleni Karaindrou, and is the theme music called “Eternity and a Day” from the movie, Aggelopoulos.

A note on the music: This entire video was constructed in silence-only the poem and the images were put together without my knowing what music would be the right one. The music is so important to the interpretation of these poems. Rather than reading them, the music is my voice. When I ‘laid’ this beautiful piece of music over the video it fit perfectly. Few edits were made to accomodate the images to fit the music. They seem to be made for each other.

Note for those who overlook the message and want to ‘claim’ Rumi as their own (country, nationality, language) they’ve missed the point completely and these comments will be deleted.

My Poem “Ab Aeterno”

PoetaUniversalis·119 videos

Since the beginning of time there have been places of special reverence-
places of sacred ground where you can feel a presence:
there have been places of worship, of importance,
places of spiritual ascendance;
places of rejuvenation, excitation, exhiliration of your essence;
places of convalescence, acquiescence, places of absolute brilliance-
Temple, Synagogue, Mosque, Chapel, Church, or Cathedral;
a forest, a mountain top, a view that leaves you feeling overfull.

The World itself is the planets biggest place of worship,
and for me walking through the forest of Chantry Wood is always a trip:
the beautiful, breathtaking, invigorating ambience of the English countryside
is an amazingly affective experience that always leaves me wide-eyed.
The stirring, inspiring, transporting, looking out to a sun-bathed sea,
while standing alone on a beach, feeling every fear and doubt disperse and flee,
is a transcending, uplifting, revelatory, immersive, remembrance of lifes energy-
an echo, a conversation, a merging together of the past, the future, and memory.
My Temple is Everywhere, Everywhen, Everything, and Everyone-
places, times, things, and people- I remember, have kept, and relationships yet to come.
