I am Archangel Michael and I wish to speak to you today about the simple things. They are things you take for granted but are, in fact, some of the most important things for you to consider seriously.
What are these simple things? Breathing, thinking, praying, meditating, talking, seeing, hearing, doing. They are things people do every day, but all of them have a bearing on your health and wellbeing, depending on the manner in which you do them!
Your breath is one of your life forces. It oxygenates your blood, which is also a life force. Each breath you take brings you closer to death, as there are a certain number of breaths allocated to each lifetime. . Every breath you take is as important as the last and the air that you breathe creates its own vibration within your body as it mixes with your energy.
Deep breathing brings the most benefits as it saturates the blood with oxygen and allows the body to absorb optimum energy. Shallow breathing is much less productive and can actually lead to illness and health problems. Breathing mindfully allows you to be in full awareness of not only your breath but also your body – as you breathe deeply you can bring in air and light, relaxing your body and your mind. Your health will benefit as a result.
The way you think, talk, see and hear and ultimately act affect your health as well because they determine the vibration that you emit to the world. Do you see, hear, think and say things that are filled with light, or are your thoughts, words and deeds tinged with grey and bringing you down? Everything you think, say, do and believe creates your world.
When you breathe in breathe in light and love and breathe out gratitude. See the beauty in the sunset and hear the magic in the chorus of the birds. Speak kindly to others and erase unkind thoughts as soon as they surface. Love yourself and your body and show this love to others.
Now more than ever is the time to meditate and call on the angelic realm for guidance and assistance. We will always answer your call.
I AM Archangel Michael.
